Abstract

Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja adalah salah satu bentuk pemeliharaan sumber daya manusia, dalam hal ini pemeliharaan karyawan yang berarti mempertahankan karyawan agar tetap loyal terhadap perusahaan, meningkatkan motivasi dan disiplin kerja karyawan, meningkatkan rasa aman dan ketenangan jiwa karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaannya, serta meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dan sasaran penerapan program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada setiap perusahaan adalah menciptakan sesuatu sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dalam ruang lingkup perusahaan dengan melibatkan unsur manajemen, tenaga kerja, kondisi dan lingkungan kerja yang terintegrasi dalam rangka mencegah dan mengurangi kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat bekerja serta terciptanya tempat kerja yang aman, efisien dan produktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT Tani Prima Makmur Unit pabrik Pengolahan Kelapa Sawit (PKS), keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan produktivitas sangat erat hubungannya bagi karyawan. Program kesehatan kerja lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT Tani Prima Makmur Unit pabrik Pengolahan Kelapa Sawit (PKS).

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze: 1) The effect of work climate on work motivation of personnel, 2) Effect of work ability on work motivation of personnel, 3) Effect of work environment on the performance of the apparatus 4) The effect of the ability to work on the performance of the apparatus, 5) The effect of work motivation on performance of the apparatus. 6) Work motivation in mediating the effects of work climate on the performance of the apparatus and 7) Motivation in mediating the effects of work on the performance capability of the apparatus to the Parliament Secretariat General Section of Southeast Sulawesi province.The population of this study was 37 personnel on Parliament Secretariat General Section of Southeast Sulawesi province were selected by census / total sampling. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and document research. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study concluded that: 1) The climate of positive effect but not significant to the work motivation of personnel 2) The ability to work significant positive effect on work motivation of personnel 3) The climate of significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus 4) Ability to work significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus 5) work motivation is positive but not significant effect on the performance of the apparatus 6) Motivation does not mediate the effect of climate on the job performance of the apparatus and 7) Motivation does not mediate the effect of the ability to work on the performance of the apparatus at the parliament Secretariat General Section of Southeast Sulawesi province.

Abstract

Usaha telur asin di Desa Puuwonua sudah berlangsung cukup lama, namun usaha telur asin ini belum sepenuhnya berkembang dengan baik. Tujuan kegiatan PKM adalah: (1) Memberdayakan potensi ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga melalui usaha telur asin, (2) Menumbuhkan semangat berwirausaha bagi masyarakat khususnya usaha telur asin di Desa Puuwonua Kecamatan Konawe. Metode pelaksanaan dalam PKM ini yaitu koordinasi dengan mitra ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki usaha telur asin, Pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilaksanakan melalui: pemberian materi dan praktek pembuatan telur asin, monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan PKM. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, hasil program PKM adalah: (1) Bertambahnya pengetahuan tentang teknik pengemasan, manajemen pemasaran dan teknologi pengawaten telur asin pada ibu-ibu kelompok usaha telur asin  yang menjadi peserta pada PKM, hal ini dilihat dari hasil monitoring kegiatan pelatihan dan (2) Peserta kegiatan PKM yakni ibu-ibu kelompok usaha telur asin Desa Puuwonua Kecamatan Unaaha ≥ 80 % sangat tertarik dan termotivasi mengembangkan usaha telur asin yang dijalankannya terutama adanya pengetahuan tentang inovasi aneka rasa pada telur asin. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Pendampingan, Telur Asin, Pemasaran.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the levels of Blood cholesterol, and glucose of KUB chicken that feed containing Chinese cabbage (Brassica pekinensia L.) The design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replications.  The treatments used were: P1 = control, P2 = ration + 3% chicory flour, P3 = ration + 6% chicory flour, P4 = ration + 9% chicory flour.  The parameters observed in this study were cholesterol and glucose levels.  Based on the results of the study, the addition of chicory flour had no significant effect (P>0.05) on blood glucose in KUB chickens and a significant effect (P˂0.05) on blood cholesterol levels in KUB chickens.

Abstract

The cause of learning problems in madrasas is the dualism between religious science and general science. This learning practice produces graduates who are not balanced between intellectual and spiritual aspects. The integration of Islamic values ​​during the learning process is expected to be a solution to the dualism of learning. The purpose of this community service activity (PKM) in the form of training and mentoring is to provide knowledge and improve the competence of MTs Sahabat Cendikia teachers as partner schools to develop an integrated assessment instrument for Islamic values ​​that is equipped with its rubric. The methods used are lectures, participatory training and assignments. The subjects involved were 18 teachers of MTs SC in Ternate. Process data and activity results were analyzed descriptively. The results of the PKM activity data analysis showed that the teacher's response to this activity was very good, this was indicated by the high level of participation of participants in attendance as much as 100%, completing and presenting the task of preparing an integrated assessment instrument for Islamic values ​​with good value of 88.9%. Thus, it can be concluded that community service activities through this training and mentoring can solve the problems experienced by partners.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of compensation and performance appraisal on employee performance with employee engagement as an intervening variable. Sampling using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents used amounted to 127 people. The type of research used is descriptive and structural/pathological research with data analysis. The results obtained include: 1) Compensation has a significant effect on employee engagement; 2) Performance appraisal has a significant effect on employee engagement; 3) Employee engagement has no effect on employee performance; 4) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance; 5) Performance appraisal has no effect on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan ketepatan waktu terhadap kepuasan Mahasiswa pada Universitas Lakidende. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa yang pernah diberikan pelayanan oleh Universitas Lakidende yang berjumlah 55 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan ketepatan waktu secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan Mahasiswa pada Universitas Lakidende. Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan Mahasiswa pada Universitas Lakidende. Ketepatan waktu secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan Mahasiswa pada Universitas Lakidende

Abstract

This research aims to determine the support of greenery and the results of oil palm plantations as feed for Balinese cattle in Watubangga Sub District. The research method is done by observing the green potential of animal feed. Samples were obtained from the tiling of fodder greens. The research material is a group of grasses, pods, riddles, and the results of oil palm plantations. The research method analyzes weed dominance's carrying capacity and summed dominant ratio (SDR) in a specific area. The results showed nine types of greenery, two types of pods, two types of technical puzzles, and four types of plantation results as a source of livestock feed in Watubangga Sub District. The production of green dried material can meet the needs of 255.33 livestock units, and the effects of oil palm can meet the consumption needs of Balinese cattle 351,516 livestock units.

Abstract

A descriptive marketed study was undertaken that aimed to examine the established of Feed Mill in Southeast Sulawesi Province based on the potential marketed and effectively demand condition. The research conducted at Kendari City, Buton, Konawe and Konawe Selatan District from April until September 2010. Research method consisted of preparation, pre-survey, survey, effectively demand analysis and competitively product analysis. The result of this research showed that established of feed mill on Southeast Sulawesi was a suitable location. There were support factors as effectively demand was an increase (33.800.350), and big potential marketed because the commercial feed was supplied from outside on Southeast Sulawesi (South Sulawesi and East Java)

Abstract

A descriptive feasibility study was undertaken that aimed to examine the established of Feed Mill in Southeast Sulawesi Province based on the sociocultural and socio-economic condition. The research conducted at Konawe Selatan District from April until September 2010. Research method consisted of preparation, pre-survey, survey, SWOT analysis, and Socioeconomic analysis. The result of this research showed that established of feed mill at Morome village on Konawe Selatan District was a suitable location. There were support factors as land size, forage sources, and the strategy of position was near with UPTD Peternakan, breeding activity, and area market.
