Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of using Augmented Reality-based learning media, specifically Assemblr Edu, on improving the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students on the topic of the water cycle at UPTD SDN Longkek 1. The background of this research stems from students' low comprehension of the water cycle material, primarily due to the dominance of conventional, non-interactive teaching methods. A quasi-experimental method was employed using a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample was selected through non-probability sampling, specifically saturated sampling, involving a total of 22 students whose learning outcomes were assessed before and after the use of Assemblr Edu. The research instrument consisted of multiple-choice tests, and the data were analyzed using normality testing and a paired sample t-test. The results showed an increase in the students’ average scores from 43.5 (pretest) to 73.6 (posttest). The t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a statistically significant difference. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of Assemblr Edu media has a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes in the water cycle topic. This study recommends the integration of technology-based learning media as an innovative strategy to support science education in elementary schools. Abstract

Background: Sexual violence in schools, including harassment and body shaming, undermines trust in education. Specific Background: Victims often remain silent due to threats and societal stigma, while prevention efforts in schools are underdeveloped. Knowledge Gap: Effective frameworks for addressing sexual violence in educational institutions are lacking despite existing policies. Aim: This study establishes an Anti-Sexual Violence Information Center (Anti KESEL) to educate and equip educators for prevention and response. Results: Training enhanced educators' knowledge and led to the creation of organizational structures and resources for addressing sexual violence. Novelty: A replicable model combining education, technology, and partnerships was introduced to transform schools into safer environments. Implications: The initiative fosters trust and safety in schools, with potential for broader application in combating sexual violence. Highlights: Empowering Educators: Training Pancasila MGMP members equips them to recognize, prevent, and address sexual violence effectively. Holistic Approach: Integrating education, facilitation, and technology to establish Anti KESEL as a model framework for schools. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to design pop up book learning media on solar system material to determine the feasibility of pop up book learning media on solar system material. This research uses the type of research and development (R &; D) 4D model developed by Thiagarajan which has several stages consisting of the defining stage (define), design (design), development (develop) and testing stage (disseminate). The instrument used in this study is an expert validation sheet consisting of two experts, namely media experts and learning material experts. (1) pop up book learning media design is equipped with materials, mini games, LKPD, UNBK competency tests, moving images when opened and illustrations that attract the attention of students. (2) The design of this pop up book is made attractive and the results of media expert validation get with a feasibility percentage of 87.7% in the very feasible category while the results of material expert validation get a feasibility percentage of 94, 9% in the very feasible category. then pop-up book media is categorized as very suitable for use in Solar System material. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain media pembelajaran pop up book pada materi tata surya untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran pop up book pada materi tata surya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian research and development (R & D) model 4D yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan yang memiliki beberapa tahapan terdiri dari tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design) pengembangan (develop) dan tahap menguji coba (disseminate). Instrumen yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan lembar validasi ahli yang terdiri dari dua ahli yaitu ahli media dan ahli materi pembelajaran. (1) desain media pembelajaran pop up book dilengkapi dengan materi, mini game, LKPD, uji kompetensi UNBK, gambar yang bergerak jika dibuka dan ilustrasi yang menarik perhatian peserta didik. (2) Desain pop up book ini dibuat menarik dan hasil validasi ahli media mendapatkan dengan persetase kelayakan 87,7% berkategori sangat layak sedangkan hasil validasi ahli materi mendapatkan persentase kelayakan 94, 9% berkategori sangat layak. maka media pop-up book dikategorikan sangat layak digunakan pada materi Tata Surya.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan pembuatan bakso cumi kepada istri nelayan di Pulau Sabutung, Pangkep. Metode ceramah dan praktik pengolahan cumi menjadi bakso cumi digunakan untuk memudahkan peserta memahami materi yang diberikan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui lima tahap: sosialisasi, pelatihan, implementasi teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi, serta keberlanjutan program. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 20 istri nelayan, dengan hasil yang menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dalam pengolahan cumi, pengemasan, dan pemasaran bakso cumi. Peserta menjadi sadar dan menyadari bahwa mereka dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga melalui pengolahan cumi dalam bentuk bakso cumi. Kata Kunci: Istri Nelayan, Bakso Cumi, Pelatihan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the educational values contained in the Dalihan Na Tolu culture in the Mandailing community and its relevance to character education in schools. The research approach used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation of traditional leaders and the Mandailing community in Mandailing Natal Regency. The results of the study show that Dalihan Na Tolu, which includes the principles of Somba Marhula-hula, Elek Marboru, and Manat Mardongan Tubu, contains educational values such as respect, responsibility, empathy, cooperation, and mutual cooperation. These values have a strong relevance to character education in elementary school. The culture of Dalihan Na Tolu not only serves as a social system, but also as a source of moral and character education for the younger generation. In addition, the application of these traditional values in the context of modern education can strengthen students' cultural identities and foster mutual respect in the school environment. The integration of Dalihan Na Tolu into learning also has the potential to be an effective pedagogical strategy to build a harmonious and characterful school culture.
