Abstract

Community Service Activities carried out by KKN STKIP Hamzar students in Klongkong Hamlet, Sambik Bangkol Village, aim to increase literacy among the local community. The low ability to read and write among children and teenagers in this hamlet is a major concern. This literacy program includes the establishment of village libraries, the implementation of reading and writing classes, and training for local volunteer teachers. The approach used is participatory, actively involving the community in every stage of program implementation. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in the participants' interest in reading and literacy skills, as well as an increase in public awareness of the importance of education. It is hoped that this program can become an example for similar initiatives in other regions with the same challenges.

Abstract

Abstract: The maxim of quantity is an utterance that contains brief information or is not excessive. This study aims to reveal and describe the realization and violation of the quantity maxims in the cooperative principle of the actors in the "Report Pak!" on Trans7. This study uses a qualitative method that will describe the results of the analysis of the maxims of quantity performed by the performers in the “Report Sir!” program. The quantitative method will produce descriptive data, namely in the form of words or sentences that clearly describe the results of the research that has been done. The data in this study are conversation fragments that obey and violate the maxim of quantity in the principle of cooperation. The data source for this research is the YouTube video “Report Sir!” which aired on Wednesday, April 4, 2023. The video has a duration of 09.49 minutes with the title "Kang Maman Investigates Pasukin, Instead Thinks Wendi's Twin!". The listening and note-taking technique was chosen as the data collection technique in this study. Based on the results of the research that has been done, in the program "Report Sir!", it can be seen that there are two conversations which are the realization of the maxim of quantity and four conversations which are violations of the maxim of quantity.   Keywords: The principle of cooperation, maxim of quantity, realization, violation, conversation.

Abstract

Job analysis and career management are two concepts that are closely related to each other in the world of human resource management (HR). Both have an important role in ensuring organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. The integration of job analysis in management not only improves individual and team performance, but also contributes to the achievement of the organization's strategic goals. By understanding the background and importance of job analysis, organizations can be better prepared to face future challenges and create a productive and innovative work environment. The research was carried out using a literature study or literature study type of research. This type of research can be used by collecting references consisting of several previous studies which are then combined to draw conclusions. A human resource development strategy is basically a series of decisions and actions used to create and implement plans to improve human resource capabilities. Job analysis and human resource (HR) planning are closely related because both are the basis for making strategic decisions in managing human resources. There is collaboration in the implementation of career development activities, of course very much determined by the individual and the role of the personnel department or organization.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the marketing strategies used to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs, namely the Riski Jaya Snack snack shop. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews with sources determined using purposive sampling (i.e.: owners, employees and distributors), and is accompanied by documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction methods, data display and drawing conclusions. The results show that the Riski Jaya Snack store uses three types of marketing strategies, namely market development strategy, product development strategy, and push and pull strategy. These three strategies are supported by good service and products as an effort to increase the competitiveness of the snack shop.

Abstract

Clean water is the main and basic need for humans which is of concern to the government. Distribution network system is a very important part to delivering water to all consumers. The lack of water discharge distribution in several areas, especially at the end of the pipeline service, is cause by not optimal water distribution, the flow rate of sorce and leak in pipeline effect. This research has to analyze the optimal network model and determine the maximum flow rate from the PDAM pipeline using modified Edmonds Karp algorithm. Modified Edmonds Karp algorithm is a method for calculating maximum flow of a network. Based on analysis of modified Edmonds Karp algorithm there is a less efficient us of pipe in PDAM network and result of maximum flow from the network is 202,30 liter/second. This means it can be adding flow discharge to the water distribution pipe by PDAM for expedite the flow to consumer with the addition of flow should not exceed 202,30 liter/second.

Abstract

Maternal and infant mortality rates are one of the indicators to measure the health status of a country. Early detection efforts to overcome morbidity and mortality for mothers, infants and toddlers can be carried out by implementing continuous care or Continuity Of Care (COC) starting from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborns, to family planning. The purpose of this study is to provide comprehensive and continuous midwifery care to Mrs. N starting from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, neonates and family planning. The type of descriptive research used is a case study, the research instrument uses a descriptive approach method and is documented in the form of SOAP. In this care, the author collects data through interviews, observations, physical examinations, supporting examinations, documentation studies and bibliography studies. This study was conducted in September - December 2024. The first assessment of pregnancy care, the mother experienced back pain and was given IEC care for trimester III discomfort and BL 23 acupressure. The labor process was spontaneous with APN 60 steps and endorphin massage care was given. Postpartum care for the mother went normally and no signs of infection were found during the postpartum period. The mother was given postpartum care in accordance with the standards of postpartum care visits. In newborn care, everything was found to be within normal limits, the baby was given vitamin K 1 mg care, hepatitis B0 immunization and SHK examination on the second visit. Family planning care for Mrs. N used 3-month injection birth control. It is hoped that health workers will improve comprehensive care and education for pregnant women to improve the health of mothers and babies.   Abstrak Angka kematian ibu dan bayi merupakan salah satu indikator untuk mengukur derajat kesehatan bagi suatu negara. Kegiatan upaya deteksi dini untuk mengatasi kesakitan maupun kematian baik ibu, bayi dan balita tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan salah satunya yaitu implementasi asuhan berkelanjutan atau Continuity Of Care (COC) yang dimulai dari masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, bayi baru lahir, sampai dengan KB. Tujuan penelitian ini mampu memberikan asuhan kebidanan pada Ny. N secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan mulai dari kehamilan, bersalin, nifas, neonatus dan KB. jenis penelitian deskriptif yang digunakan adalah studi kasus (case study), Instrumen penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan yang bersifat deskriptif dan didokumentasikan dalam bentuk SOAP. Dalam asuhan ini, penulis mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, pemeriksaan penunjang, studi dokumentasi dan studi daftar pustaka. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September - Desember 2024. Asuhan kehamilan pengkajian pertama ibu mengalami nyeri punggung dan diberikan asuhan KIE ketidaknyamanan trimester III dan akupresure BL 23. Proses persalinan secara spontan dengan APN 60 langkah dan diberikan asuhan pijat endorphin. Asuhan nifas ibu berjala dengan normal dan tidak ditemukan tanda-tanda infeksi pada masa nifas. Ibu diberikan asuhan nifas sesuai dengan standar asuhan kunjungan nifas. Pada asuhan bayi baru lahir didapatkan semua dalam batas normal, bayi diberikan asuhan vitamik K 1 mg, imunisasi hepattis B0 dan pemeriksaan SHK pada kunjungan kedua. Asuhan KB Ny. N menggunakan KB Suntik 3 Bulan. Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan meningkatkan asuhan komprehensif dan edukasi kepada ibu hamil untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan bayi.

Abstract

At present, industrial progress has been very rapid in various parts of the world, not to be missed in Indonesia. One of the industries engaged in Indonesia is oil and gas which is held by PT. Pertamina. The Pertamina Plumpang depot, where the oil is stored, has experienced two fires, first in January 2009 and also in March 2023 which spread to residents' settlements. The problem that was revealed after the plummpang incident was that the government could judge that the issuance of a building permit (IMB) was not the right decision, moreover the settlement is very close to the Pertamina depot which is at risk of fire hazard. This paper aims to provide an understanding of how this can happen and who will be responsible in this casebased on Government Regulation number 14 of 2015 concerning the National Development Master Plan. This paper was prepared based on a descriptive qualitative research method, with a case study approach. It can be concluded that the second explosion of the Plummpang depot which caused many victims of residents was due to the finding of an inaccurate IMB grant

Abstract

Community Service Program (KKN) has become part of educational activities as well as community service. The importance of this activity is to become a life lesson in the midst of the community in helping solve the problems faced by the community. Selat Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency has abundant potential for plants in the form of taro. The main problem in community service is the lack of potential agricultural products. When taro tubers are abundant, the market doesn't absorb the yield, so this taro has no selling value. This potential can be utilized by the community to increase the added value and selling value of these crops. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out training activities for processing taro tubers into products that are useful and have economic value so that they can increase the income of the people of Selat Village. The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge to residents who participate in training activities so that they are able to produce or process taro tubers into taro chips that are in demand by consumers and are able to apply marketing in selling products. Service Implementation Method, carried out by counseling, demonstration and practice methods. The result of community service with the entrepreneurship outreach program and training in making taro chips in Selat Village is an increase in taro processing skills and it is hoped that the community will be able to open MSME businesses so that they can improve the community's economy.

Abstract

Scabies merupakan salah satu penyakit kulit dengan manifestasi gatal-gatal pada kulit yang disertai dengan bintil-bintil berair yang disebabkan oleh tungau penyebab scabies yaitu Sarcoptes scabei. Scabies menduduki urutan ketiga dari 12 penyakit kulit yang sering terjadi di Indonesia. Pondok Pesantren Barokatul Ishlah sebagai salah satu sarana penunjang pendidikan di Desa Rantau Karya saat diobservasi banyak yang mengalami gatal-gatal karena scabies dan banyak yang tidak mengetahui apa itu Scabies. Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian ini sebagai bentuk program untuk memajukan Desa Rantau Karya menuju desa Sehat dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat lebih sehat. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan melalui media lisan dan pembagian poster kesehatan langsung kepada para santri di Pondok Pesantren Barokatul Ishlah. Penyuluhan kesehatan ini meningkatkan pengetahuan para santri pondok Pesantren Barokatul Ishlah mengenai Scabies dimana tingkat pengetahuan menjadi lebih baik setelah dilakukannya penyuluhan dibandingakan sebelum dilakukannya penyuluhan. Pemberian pendidikan kesehatan penting untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai kesehatan agar kesehatan senantiasa terjaga dan menjadi lebih baik. Diharapkan di pondok pesantren barokatu Ishlah agar materi kesehatan diberikan secara rutin melalui kurikulum yang membahas khusus mengenai kesehatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan terapi islam dalam sudut pandang psikologi klinis. Terapi menurut Aji ini adalah proses korektif, kuartif atau penyembuhan, yang sangat lazim dipakai dalam bidang medikal. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literature dengan menganalisis 20 jurnal sebagai data primer. Analisis data dengan beberapa tahapan, tahap pertama menentukan tema, tahap kedua menyeleksi artikel jurnal yang relevan dengan tema dan sesuai dengan tanggal waktu artikel (10 tahun terakhir), tahap ketiga proses review artikel jurnal, tahap keempat pengkategorisasian dan tahap kelima penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terapi Islam dalam Psikologi Klinis menerapkan prinsip-prinsip seperti sholat, zikir, puasa, dan tawakal untuk mengatasi kecemasan, depresi, dan stres. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu meneliti hal yang lebih mendalam terkait tema terapi islam dalam sudut pandang psikologi klinis.
