Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach which uses a number of previous studies such as the five mentioned above as references for finding new variations in the research being carried out. The data used in this research is secondary data that researchers obtained from the annual reports of the Central Statistics Agency from 2004 to 20024 for 20 years. The researchers analyzed these data using the Samrt PLS 4.0 analysis tool with several stages, namely validity testing, reliability testing, and path coefficients which determine whether the hypotheses used in this research can be accepted or not. The result in this article show that the investment variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on economic growth because the P-Values have a positive value and are below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.013.. This means that the more stable, large and well-utilized Indonesia is, the better the economic growth will be. In contrast to the research results above, in the second row of the third table the flow coefficients in this research show different results if the Government Expenditure variable does not have a positive and significant influence on Economic Growth because the P-Values are not below the 0.05 significance level. This means that the greater the Government Expenditure, it does not affect Economic Growth at all because there are still many other factors and variables that need to be considered, such as Good Corporate Governance variables, Education variables, HDI, and so on which make sense in influencing Economic Growth. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis in this research can be accepted and the second hypothesis in this research cannot be accepted. Abstract

With an emphasis on how these elements collectively effect the value added of coffee in Kerinci District, Jambi, Indonesia, this study investigates how a blockchain model is established inside the distribution logistics system and how it affects farmer participation and product quality monitoring. The sample of 185 diverse participants who offered their viewpoints included coffee producers, wholesalers, processors, and consumers. Using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), the study assessed the model's effectiveness. Results reveal a well-rounded demographic profile with positive attitudes on the blockchain model, distribution logistics, product quality tracking, and farmer involvement. Although significant positive correlations were found in the structural model, the measurement model demonstrated strong validity and reliability. Based on the overall goodness-of-fit indices, which indicate a satisfactory fit, the model accounts for 61% of the variance in the value added of coffee. By highlighting the critical role that technological breakthroughs, efficient logistics, quality control, and farmer involvement have in increasing total value, the results add to the body of knowledge on coffee supply chains. The number of farmers cultivating coffee in Jambi was recorded at 26,704. Coffee productivity in Jambi Province is relatively high, recorded at 812 Kg/Ha, higher than the national average productivity of 736 Kg/Ha. Liberika coffee actually has high economic potential because Liberika coffee products are starting to be liked by consumers because of their distinctive taste. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Researchers use research data in the form of secondary data obtained from a number of credible sources such as scientific articles, books and a number of other sources that are credible and commonly used in research. These data were analyzed using analytical tools with stages of data collection, data selection, data reduction and drawing conclusions. Keywords: Coffee, Export, Liberica Coffee, West Tanjung Jabung

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of intrinsic motivation, adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in learning, and self-efficacy on the academic achievement of high school students. More understanding is needed regarding the psychological and technological aspects that affect students' ability to learn, along with the digital revolution that is currently taking place in education. Analysis of 100 high school student respondents who completed a survey became the basis for this quantitative study. Multiple linear regression methods were used to analyse data collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. This study shows that students' academic achievement is positively influenced by intrinsic motivation. Students who use AI technologies such as virtual tutors and adaptive learning applications have better academic results than those who do not. This is one of the positive outcomes of integrating AI into the learning process. Self-efficacy, a mediating variable, strengthens the relationship between intrinsic motivation and academic achievement. This highlights the importance of self-belief in supporting the effectiveness of learning driven by internal motivation. These findings emphasise the importance of developing learning strategies that arouse students' intrinsic motivation, strengthen self-efficacy, and encourage optimal utilisation of AI technology. The implications of this study provide recommendations for schools, educators, and policymakers to integrate innovative approaches that support technology adaptation and student psychological strengthening to improve academic achievement in the digital era.
