Abstract

Waste management is a challenge that is always faced by every region, including Tanjungpinang City. The rubbish that accumulates on land and sea coasts is increasing every day, the Tanjungpinang City Environmental Service noted that every day Tanjungpinang City has 90-93 tons of household waste and similar household waste, but this figure is the number transported by Integrated Waste Management Site officers to the landfills so The amount of untransported waste that has accumulated in several places may be much higher than expected, this of course draws attention to how the current regulations are working to accommodate the waste problem. Through the principle of prevention in action, the author wants to examine the application of this principle to the implementation of policies regarding waste management. With the research method used, namely Normative Juridical and a research approach through a statutory approach (Statue Approach) and a conceptual approach (Conceptual Approach), the results of this research show the weak application of the preventive in action principle in waste management policies and things that happen in the field.

Abstract

Salah satu jenis motor induksi 3 fasa adalah motor induksi rator sangkar. Motor ini banyak digunakan di industri karena konstruksinya sederhana dan harganya dan perawatannya relative murah. Namun dalam pemakaiannya terdapat permasalahan awal yaitu lonjakan arus asut yang besar pada saat start. Arus asut motor yang besar adalah akan menyebabkan kedip tegangan (Voltage Sags). Gangguan ini dapat merusak perangkat digital ataupun elektronik yang mengendalikan motor tersebut. Dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah motor listrik, karakteristik pengasutan motor seperti diatas hanya disampaikan secara teoritis. Untuk itu penelitian ini yaitu dengan modul pembelajaran dimaksudkan agar mahasiswa dapat melihat dan menguji langsung besarnya arus asut motor, serta diharapkan mahasiswa dapat terbantu dalam memahami tentang arus asut motor 3 phasa. Dari hasil kuisioner yang diberikan pada 49 orang mahasiswa (2 kelas) yang telah ikut serta menggunakan modul pembelajaran tersebut sebagai responden, didapat bahwa untuk pertanyaan 1, 47 orang (95,92%) menyatakan bahwa modul pembelajaran ini sangat diperlukan, 2 orang (4,08%) menyatakan cukup diperlukan. Untuk pertanyaan kedua, 43 orang (87,76 %) menyatakan bahwa modul pembelajaran sangat membantu dan memudahkan mahasiswa dalam memahami apa itu Pengasutaan Bintang-Segitiga, dan mengapa harus dilakukan pengasutan Bintang-Segitiga terhadap motor induksi rotor sangkar tiga fasa; 6 orang (12,24 %) menyatakan cukup membantu, dan tidak ada (0%) yang menyatakan kurang membantu dan tidak membantu. Sedangkan untuk pertanyaan ketiga, seluruh responden (100%) menyatakan bahwa job-sheet dari modul ini sangat mudah diikuti untuk pelaksanaan praktikum.

Abstract

Mesin diesel merupakan jenis motor bakar torak yang menggunakan energi thermal dari pembakaran internal untuk menghasilkan performance maksimal. Mesin Komatsu tipe S6D 95L yang dilengkapi dengan turbocharger memerlukan perawatan mesin dapat dilakukan melalui preventive maintenance untuk menjaga kinerja mesin atau corrective maintenance yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kerusakan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis performa mesin Komatsu tipe S6D 95L, sebelum dan setelah dilakukan overhaul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen komparasi, yaitu dengan melakukan pengujian pada mesin dan membandingkan hasil pengujian mesin sebelum dan setelah dilakukan overhaul. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan overhaul, terdapat penurunan daya sekitar 20% dari daya standar mesin. Selain itu, mesin yang dirancang dengan turbocharger tidak dapat berfungsi secara maksimal setelah overhaul, dengan tekanan efektif rata-rata yang lebih rendah dari kondisi optimal. Penurunan daya mesin setelah overhaul dapat disebabkan oleh kurangnya perawatan mesin sebelumnya dan keterlambatan dalam penggantian oli pelumas, yang mengarah pada keausan komponen seperti piston, cylinder liner, dan ring piston. Untuk menjaga performa mesin, sangat penting untuk mengikuti standar pabrik dan prosedur perakitan yang benar. Preventive maintenance yang terjadwal dan tepat waktu dapat mencegah kerusakan lebih lanjut pada mesin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan kegiatan Forum Annisa, kendala-kendala dalam pembinaan karakter siswa perempuan dan upaya sekolah dalam mengatasi kendala pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Forum Annisa di SMAN 1 Lintau Buo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis data ada dua yaitu data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 1 Lintau Buo karena banyak siswa perempuan yang mengikuti kegiatan Forum Annisa sehingga menjadi perhatian kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Forum Annisa berperan dalam membina karakter siswa perempuan yaitu karakter religius dan karakter disiplin. Siswa merasakan dan mengalami perubahan sikap kearah yang lebih baik. Adapun kendala-kendala dalam pembinaan karakter siswa perempuan melalui kegiatan eksrtakurikuler Forum Annisa yaitu sanksi yang kurang tegas untuk siswa perempuan yang tidak mengikuti kegiatan dan kurang disiplin dalam memulai kegiatan. Upaya sekolah untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut yaitu memberikan sanksi yang tegas kepada siswa perempuan yang tidak mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Forum Annisa dan pembina lebih disiplin dalam memulai kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tersebut.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, determining policies in the development sector greatly determines performance in government, both at the regional and central government levels. This paper focuses on performance evaluation in a political context on refocusing budgeting in handling Covid 19 in Tanjungpinang City in 2020. The research method is carried out with a qualitative approach which is a literature study by examining some secondary data. The secudender data obtained is relevant and then analyzed in depth against the main indicators of performance in public budgeting in the government system in Tanjungpinang City. The results of the analysis show that the performance evaluation in the Tanjungpinang City government shows that the influence on political performance is still very low in the quality of performance in the Tanjungpinang City government in public budgeting. In addition, the context in public budgeting should involve stakeholders in the form of collaborative governance so that political performance in budgeting in regional development provides a win-win solution in refucing the handling of COVID-19 in Tanjungpinang City

Abstract

This Islamic counseling approach aims to provide holistic solutions for individuals facing psychological, emotional, and spiritual problems. This article aims to explore the implementation of the Pillars of Faith in Islamic counseling and its impact on the psychological well-being of Muslim individuals. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving 15-20 Muslim individuals who had participated in an Islamic counseling program. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and observations, then analyzed using thematic analysis methods. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Pillars of Faith in Islamic counseling has a positive impact on participants' spiritual beliefs, peace of mind, and ability to deal with problems. The majority of participants reported improved mental and emotional well-being, as well as the ability to accept life's trials better. This article makes an important contribution to understanding how the integration of the Pillars of Faith in Islamic counseling practice can strengthen a more holistic and relevant counseling approach for the Muslim community, as well as address the challenges faced by counselors in their practice.

Abstract

Personal finance management is very important, especially for the younger generation such as students, for their future. However, in reality, there are still many students who do not understand how to manage finances effectively. Community service activities are carried out for students of SMA PGRI 2 Padang with the hope that students will be able to manage their personal finances from an early age. This activity is carried out through a series of workshops and interactive discussions that involve students in activities based on good financial planning and management. Through a simple and practical approach, students are invited to learn the basic concepts of money management, create a personal budget, and understand the importance of saving and investing. The results of this service show an increase in students' understanding of the importance of personal financial management and their ability to plan a more structured budget.

Abstract

This paper is motivated by the desire to explore more deeply the methods of guidance and counseling as referred to in the Qur’an, Surah An-Nahl verse 125. This verse contains three main methods in the guidance and counseling process: the method of hikmah (wisdom), mau‘izhah hasanah (good advice), and mujādalah ahsan (debate in the best manner). This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach in the form of a literature review, aiming to explore the counseling values embedded in the verse and their relevance to modern counseling practices. The findings show that the guidance and counseling approach based on the Qur’an is not only relevant within an Islamic context but also holds universal value in character building, behavior transformation, and strengthening interpersonal relationships. This article recommends that these three methods continue to be developed within the scientific field of Islamic guidance and counseling, so they may serve as practical guidelines for Muslim counselors in providing services aligned with Sharia principles.

Abstract

            This article is a literature review that examines the role of dhikr in the counseling process by tracing its meaning and relevance based on the interpretation of the Qur'an. This study uses a literature study method by collecting and analyzing various sources such as books, journals, and research results related to dhikr from an Islamic and psychological perspective. The results of the study show that dhikr in the Qur'an has a broad meaning, not only as verbal worship, but also as a way to get closer to Allah, form a positive attitude, and calm the soul. In Islamic counseling practice, dhikr functions as an effective spiritual therapy technique to help individuals overcome anxiety, stress, and other psychological problems. Various studies support that the application of dhikr in counseling sessions can increase inner peace, mental focus, and strengthen the spiritual aspect of psychological health. In addition, dhikr has also been proven relevant as a relaxation and therapy method that supports the overall mental healing process in accordance with the spiritual values ​​taught in the Qur'an. Therefore, dhikr has an important role in Islamic counseling both as a preventive and curative measure, as well as being a culturally sensitive approach to improving mental health in the Muslim community.

Abstract

Play has character values for the child's life. Specifically the game can be divided into two, namely the traditional game performed by children who live in the countryside and modern games performed by children who live in urban areas.To dig the character values on the game the researchers used a qualitative approach. The results of the study found, (1) Traditional games generally use natural game tools and games where the game is done in the open, while modern games use electronic devices, and are generally performed in enclosed spaces, (2) traditional games and modern games have value character values on the cognitive, social, emotional and identity aspects, and (3) traditional games highlight the values of social character, while modern games highlight the values of individual characters. The results can be used by educators, especially school counselors to make the game as a technique in counseling in shaping the character of students.
