Abstract

The main problem in this research is that there are students who have high social media FoMO behavior. The main problem is the high level of FoMO behavior on social media, one technique that can be used to reduce it is through thought stopping technique group counseling. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of group counseling using thought stopping techniques in reducing social media FoMO in students. The sample in this study consisted of 11 students for the experimental group based on the characteristics of students who have social media FoMO behavior. The data analysis technique used is the statistical t-test. The design used is a pre-experimental design with a one group pre-test – post-test design type because at the implementation stage of this design a pre-test is given first before new actions are given followed by a post-test. The results of this research show that group counseling using the thought stopping technique in reducing social media FoMO in students has a significant effect with the results obtained with a value of (thit = 10.5) > "t" (ttable 2.22) at a significant level of 5%

Abstract

Lada (Piper nigrum L.) merupakan komoditas perkebunan strategis yang produktivitasnya sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi tanah, terutama sifat fisik dan kimia yang menentukan ketersediaan hara dan kemampuan tanaman melakukan fotosintesis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sifat fisik-kimia tanah pada lahan lada di Simpang Katis, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, mengevaluasi pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman melalui jumlah daun dan lebar tajuk, serta mengkaji keterkaitannya dengan kandungan klorofil. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada lahan bertekstur pasir berlempung dengan metode pengamatan deskripitis analisis kimia tanah dan pertumbuhan tanaman. Analisis laboratorium, meliputi pengukuran pH, kandungan C-organik, N, P, K, Ca, Mg, serta kapasitas tukar kation. Sampel penelitian digunakan sebanyak 120 pohon tanaman lada aksesi lokal Nelungkup umur tiga tahun, kadar klorofil A, B, dan total klorofil ditentukan dengan metode spektrofotometri. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tanah memiliki pH sangat asam (4,9), kandungan C-organik (1,07%), N-total (0,15%), P-tersedia, Ca, Mg, serta KTK tergolong rendah, sehingga berpotensi membatasi pertumbuhan. Jumlah daun per cabang berkisar 92,92–112,67 helai dengan lebar tajuk 97,58–110,00 cm, dan total klorofil tercatat 21,46–25,25 mg/L. Analisis statistik menunjukkan hubungan lemah antara lebar tajuk dan jumlah daun (R²=0,064), serta hubungan sedang antara jumlah daun maupun lebar tajuk dengan kandungan klorofil (R²=0,331). Temuan ini walaupun masih lemah menunjukkan adanya potensi hubungan positif antara kondisi tanah dengan pertumbuhan vegetative dan efisiensi fotosintesis tanaman lada, sehingga diperlukan strategi pengelolaan tanah seperti pengapuran, penambahan bahan organik, dan pemupukan berimbang untuk meningkatkan produktivitas.

Abstract

: Low psychological resilience makes mothers take actions that are not in accordance with religious, customaryand community norms. The purpose of this service is to increase the psychological resilience of the majlis ta'lim womenof Nagari Pariangan through community counseling services based on surau. The service is carried out to thecommunity of mothers of taklim majlis who routinely conduct recitations with a total of 49 people, with an age range of27 to 65 years. The ta'lim assembly was led by Mrs. JS, who is 58 years old who works as a teacher. The service methoduses the participatory action research (PAR) method with eleven steps of activity. In this service, it is empiricallyproven that surau-based counseling services can increase the psychological resilience of majlis ta'lim mothers in NagariPariangan, Tanah Datar, West Sumatra. This service is expected to be a stimulus for other devotees who are interestedin making social changes in the community.

Abstract

Toxic Friendship is a friendship relationship that makes a person feel unsupported, always blamed, belittled, or even attacked and all other bad things, all of this in interpersonal communication has an impact on students' daily lives starting from students having high anxiety, stress, stress and not confident in daily activities at school. The purpose of this service is to reduce the occurrence of toxic friendship in students through counseling services. Service or assistance is carried out in the form of cross-classes which on average experience toxic. The method in this service is PAR with 11 stages. Empirically this service can reduce the occurrence of toxic friendship in students, so that the effective life of students is not disrupted and other students are also able to reduce the spread of toxic friendship in the school environment.

Abstract

One of the factors that plays a role in students' career planning is local culture. In the Kuranji environment, there are students facing obstacles in career planning. Therefore, the aim of this research is to understand the role of local culture in the career decisions of students at SMAN 16 Kuranji Padang. The research method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), a type of research that involves active participation of participants in the research process, from planning to implementation and evaluation. Data is obtained through direct participation with the research subjects. After obtaining the data, descriptive analysis will be conducted. The research results indicate that the local culture influencing students' career plans includes: the role of parents in supporting students' career plans, learning awareness demonstrated by students' discipline in attending classes on time, communication skills of students with parents and peers, and self-esteem and confidence to plan for a better career.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transition period between childhood and adulthood, during which time they are looking for their identity and therefore need the right assistance. One thing that is done is to develop the character profile of Pancasila students with teenage wirid. This teenage wirid is not only for reciting the Koran but also for carrying out religious activities, both obligatory and sunnah. The method used is community education, namely counseling to educate teenagers and provide understanding to develop the character profile of Pancasila students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan kegiatan Forum Annisa, kendala-kendala dalam pembinaan karakter siswa perempuan dan upaya sekolah dalam mengatasi kendala pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Forum Annisa di SMAN 1 Lintau Buo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis data ada dua yaitu data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 1 Lintau Buo karena banyak siswa perempuan yang mengikuti kegiatan Forum Annisa sehingga menjadi perhatian kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Forum Annisa berperan dalam membina karakter siswa perempuan yaitu karakter religius dan karakter disiplin. Siswa merasakan dan mengalami perubahan sikap kearah yang lebih baik. Adapun kendala-kendala dalam pembinaan karakter siswa perempuan melalui kegiatan eksrtakurikuler Forum Annisa yaitu sanksi yang kurang tegas untuk siswa perempuan yang tidak mengikuti kegiatan dan kurang disiplin dalam memulai kegiatan. Upaya sekolah untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut yaitu memberikan sanksi yang tegas kepada siswa perempuan yang tidak mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Forum Annisa dan pembina lebih disiplin dalam memulai kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tersebut.

Abstract

Students from among converts experience psychological problems because they are conducting a process of finding identity and character building. Problems experienced by converts are considered necessary to do an intervention by teachers who are in school. One technique that is deemed appropriate to shape the character of converts is through group work in counseling. The purpose of the study is to reveal the influence of group games in counseling on the formation of the character of converts. The research method used pre-experiment with the one-group pretest-posttest design. Data analysis used paired t test. The results of the study found that (1) there was an increase in the character of converts to a better direction, (2) there was a significant effect of group play in counseling on improving the character of converts.

Abstract

The dominant problem experienced by prospective brides who will marry is the low level of readiness to enter married life, if neglected, this condition will have an impact on satisfaction after marriage. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Islamic premarital counseling on increasing married life readiness. The research method used is experimental, especially the one group pretest and posttest design. The research population is prospective brides who have been registered at the Tanah Datar Regency Religious Affairs Office. The research sample was 8 people with the criteria indicated that the level of readiness for married life was low. Data were collected using a household readiness scale, with data analysis using the paired samples t test through the SPSS computer program. release 20. The results of the study found that Islamic premarital counseling is effective in increasing the readiness of married life of the prospective bride and groom. The increase occurred in every dimension of readiness for married life, namely mental, spiritual, social and financial readiness.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is the management of the superior bagurau program on air on Radio Luhak Nan Tuo. This research aims to describe the efforts of the Luhak Nan Tuo radio crew in managing the superior program bagurau on air. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely explaining objectively about the crew's efforts in managing the Bagurau diudaro program. Data collection was carried out by analyzing interview data with broadcasters and program directors, observation and documentation in the field and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that CrewRadio Luhak Nan Tuo, in implementing the program so that it does not deviate and remains popular with the public, the crew manages the program using broadcast management. Broadcasting management includes Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Supervision.
