Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on a number of previous studies as the main reference for analyzing, varying, and refining the research being conducted. The data in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from a number of credible sources, namely Suzuki Sales Marketing spread throughout Indonesia as many as 500 people. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool with the following hypothesis. The result in this article show that the results go hand in hand with the hypothesis because the P-Values are positive and are at a significance level of 0.05, namely 0.014. This indicates that the better the Product Design, the more consumers will be attracted to decide to make a Purchase Decision. Next, in the next line, it can be concluded that the Brand Image variable can moderate the influence of the Product Design variable on Purchasing Decisions because the same thing is that the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.00. Thus, it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Keywords: Product Design, Purchasing Decisions, Brand Image

Abstract

Stunting is a serious challenge to national development because it affects the quality of human resources in the future. Sumedang Regency, West Java, is known to have successfully reduced the prevalence of stunting through the Accelerated Stunting Reduction (PPS) program, which is integrated with the e-SIMPATI application. This study aims to describe the communication strategies of posyandu cadres in supporting program implementation in Sindangpakuon Village, Cimanggung District. The research method used a qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The results showed that the communication strategies of cadres were carried out through cross-actor collaboration, interpersonal approaches, the use of digital media, and continuous evaluation using the RACE (Research, Action, Communication, Evaluation) model. Additionally, it was found that limiting factors included digital literacy constraints and uneven levels of community participation; however, cadres were able to overcome these challenges through local innovations. These findings emphasize the importance of adaptive and participatory communication strategies in bridging government policies with the social conditions of rural communities.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to measure the impact of a learning management system's (LMS) features, leadership effectiveness, and information openness on the quality of educational services. A quantitative explanatory approach with a sample of 200 students selected via purposive sampling was used for this research. The students who participated were those who had used an LMS for at least one semester and had interacted with the digital academic service system. Prior to conducting multiple linear regression analysis, the research tool was subject to a number of tests including validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. It was resulting that the three independent variables had a significant and positive impact on educational services. This research has made a theoretical contribution to the area of educational management in the digital age by identifying technology, leadership and transparency in information as essential in the process. The institutions can, as has been the case with research findings that have a practical nature, increase service quality by optimizing the LMS, reinforcing leadership, and providing clear and easily accessible information, as it is the case with research findings that have a practical nature.

Abstract

Rising antibiotic resistance in Propionibacterium acnes necessitates alternative anti-acne agents. Ruellia tuberosa L. (Acanthaceae) possesses documented antibacterial potential, yet its activity against P. acnes remains unevaluated. This study investigated the concentration-dependent antibacterial activity of R. tuberosa leaf ethanol extract against P. acnes ATCC 6919. Leaves were extracted by maceration using 96% ethanol. Phytochemical classes were identified by thin-layer chromatography. Antibacterial activity was assessed using the Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method in triplicate (n = 3) at concentrations of 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, and 35% (w/v), with 0.1% clindamycin and distilled water as positive and negative controls, respectively. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA with Tukey's HSD post-hoc test. TLC confirmed alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and terpenoids. Inhibition zones increased from 5.00 ± 1.30 mm (15%, weak) to 11.82 ± 0.84 mm (35%, strong), compared to 22.05 ± 0.27 mm for clindamycin. Significant differences were detected among all groups (p < 0.0001). The 30% concentration was the lowest to achieve strong inhibitory activity, with no significant advantage conferred by increasing to 35%. R. tuberosa leaf ethanol extract exhibits concentration-dependent antibacterial activity against P. acnes, with 30% identified as the optimal concentration, warranting further investigation for botanical anti-acne formulation development.

Abstract

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce has compelled logistics companies to provide shipment information systems that are accurate, transparent, and timely in order to minimize customer complaints. One crucial aspect of digital logistics services is the quality of information generated by tracking systems. This study aims to analyze the effect of the information quality of the Shopee Express (SPX) tracking system on the reduction of customer complaints in Mamuju. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 55 respondents who are users of Shopee Express services. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that the information quality of the tracking system has a positive and significant effect on reducing customer complaints. Descriptively, the accessibility dimension received the highest evaluation, indicating that the application is easy for customers to use. However, the timeliness dimension received the lowest score, particularly in relation to delays in updating shipment status. These findings suggest that although the system is easily accessible, delays in information updates remain a major trigger of customer dissatisfaction and complaints. Therefore, it can be concluded that improving information accuracy and providing real-time status updates are key factors in minimizing customer complaints and enhancing trust in Shopee Express services.
