Abstract

Teachers with expertise in their field are required to intervene in order to enhance the quality of Islamic Religious Education. Because teachers play a crucial role in education, it is necessary to focus more on training qualified teachers so that they can assist students in learning. The teacher plays a crucial role in determining the quality of his or her instruction. Teacher performance, as demonstrated by their performance in class, must support the implementation of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). The primary responsibility of the teacher is to effectively implement the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The motivation behind this study was to decide the exhibition of PAI educators in working on the nature of picking up, including: ( 1) capability; 2) self-control; and, thirdly, the challenges it faces. This study employs descriptive and qualitative methods. The following methods were used to collect data: observation and interviews PAI teachers at Medan's Azizi Islamic Private Middle School served as the study's subjects.

Abstract

Background: Discharge Planning is a continuous process that must be started or implemented since the patient is admitted and hospitalized in the hospital with the aim of helping patients and families in improving or maintaining their health. Discharge planning for patients who are being treated has not been implemented optimally because the role of nurses is still limited to carrying out routine activities only, namely only in the form of information about the re-check schedule Objective: The purpose of this study is to optimize the implementation of Discharge planning at Natar Medika Hospital. Method: The research design used was quantitative research with a pre-experimental approach conducted on August 1-25, 2024. The sample in this study was 40 patients in the inpatient room of Natar Medika Hospital, with a purposive sampling technique. The statistical test in this study used the Wilcoxone test. Results: The results of the univariate analysis obtained results from 40 respondents before being given socialization of the implementation of discharge planning, the most was less than 30 people (75%), after being given socialization, the most was good with 35 people (85.5%), the results of the bivariate analysis showed a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 there was an effect of socialization on the implementation of structured discharge planning at Natar Medika Hospital in 2024, and the implementation of structured discharge planning at Natar Medika Hospital has been running optimally. Conclusion: The suggestion from this study for the management of Natar Medika Hospital is to carry out a supervision process related to the implementation of discharge planning for nurses so that structured discharge planning activities when patients are treated at the hospital until the patient is declared home can run optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to find or describe the enthusiasm of students for memorizing the Koran at the 'Ulumul Qur'an Mardhatillah Subulussalam Islamic Boarding School, teachers use several methods in teaching students to memorize the Koran easily so they can increase their enthusiasm for memorizing the Koran. The methods taught by the teacher when teaching them to memorize the Koran include: reading carefully verses from the verses of the Koran that will be memorized by looking at the manuscript repeatedly, memorizing verses from verses repeatedly so that they are finally memorized, depositing or listening to memorization. that a student has just memorized to a teacher (talaqqi), repeats the memorization of the Koran bit by bit which has been deposited with the teacher (tikrar), and listens to the memorization that has been memorized to other people, either to friends or other congregations (tasmi'). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pelaksanaan komunikasi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dan tenaga kependidikan di SMA Cerdas Murni Tembung. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kepala sekolah menerapkan dan mensosialisasikan peraturan-peraturan serta mengembangkan kinerja guru dan tenaga kependidikan melalui kegiatan yang mendukung profesionalitas mereka. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan sebagai responden utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang efektif dari kepala sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam pencapaian kinerja yang optimal. Kepala sekolah yang mampu membangun komunikasi yang baik, memberikan arahan yang jelas, dan memotivasi guru serta tenaga kependidikan berhasil menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan produktif. Selain itu, keberhasilan komunikasi internal yang baik antara kepala sekolah dan stafnya berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan prestasi siswa di bidang akademik dan non-akademik. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peran kepala sekolah dalam manajemen komunikasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja institusi pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang peran kepala madrasah di MIS Ainnurrahman dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui pengambilan keputusan, komunikasi interpersonal, dan supervisi. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian adalah bagaimana kepala sekolah mengambil keputusan, membangun komunikasi yang efektif, dan melakukan supervisi yang memadai. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif dan kebijakan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat berdampak positif pada peningkatan kinerja guru di MIS Ainnurrahman. Komunikasi yang baik antara kepala sekolah dan guru terbukti sebagai strategi penting dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan dan meningkatkan kinerja guru. Selain itu, supervisi yang dilakukan secara rutin menjadi sarana untuk mendiskusikan masalah-masalah pembelajaran yang terkait dengan peningkatan kinerja guru, sehingga tujuan pendidikan dapat dicapai secara optimal dan menjadi tanggung jawab bersama. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah lanskap pendidikan secara signifikan. Adanya berbagai macam perangkat dan aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis digital yang dapat dimanfaatkan bagi seorang guru untuk menjaga teknologi ini dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab berlangsung. Bahasa Arab dapat dikatakan sebagai bahasa asing yang mana sering kali dianggap sulit oleh peserta didik.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptifdigunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasilnya peran guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada era digital di SMP IT Al-Munadi Marelan: 1) Peran Guru dalam Mengadaptasi Teknologi dalam Pembelajaran 2) Pemanfaatan Media Sosial Pada Pembelajaran Digital 3) Peningkatan Kemampuan Digital Guru 4) Penggunaan Aplikasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab 5) Pembelajaran yang Inovatif dan Kolaboratif 6) Evaluasi Pembelajaran yang Lebih Efektif 7) Meningkatkan Minat Siswa dalam Belajar Bahasa Arab 8) Pentingnya Pembinaan Karakter dalam Pembelajaran Digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the evaluation of the principal's performance in curriculum development at the UPT SMP Negeri 35 Medan school. In this research, the method used is descriptive qualitative research method and the data obtained is from the results of interviews, observations and documentation at UPT SMP Negeri 35 Medan school. In curriculum development, school principals need to cooperate with other parties in evaluating curriculum development. Because the principal will not be able to carry out all his duties well by himself. Need good cooperation with other teachers and the government in handling funds in order to form a good and correct curriculum development. Which is where the curriculum is a very important and decisive component in organizing education. As well as the curriculum also functions as a tool for achieving educational goals, if educational goals change then automatically the curriculum must also be changed.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how the use of Augmented Reality (AR)–based learning media can enhance students’ learning motivation and learning outcomes. Using a qualitative approach, the research examines students’ experiences, perceptions, and responses to the implementation of AR media in the learning process. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies involving secondary school students who used AR-based learning media for one semester. Data analysis was conducted thematically to identify patterns of change in students’ motivation and learning achievement. The findings indicate that AR-based learning media provide more engaging and interactive learning experiences, thereby increasing students’ intrinsic motivation. Furthermore, the use of AR media facilitates a better understanding of concepts, which is reflected in a significant improvement in learning outcomes. This study recommends broader integration of AR media in learning as an innovative strategy to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the classical, human relations, and human resources approaches in school management at MTsN 1 Langkat and analyze their impact on the effectiveness of school management. The study employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and descriptive conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the classical approach is implemented through a clear organizational structure, detailed division of tasks, and an orderly administration system. The human relations approach is evident in open communication, harmonious working relationships, and the involvement of teachers and other educational staff in decision-making. The human resources approach is implemented through competency development, performance evaluation, and rewards for school personnel. The integrated implementation of these three approaches positively contributes to the effectiveness of school management, increasing organizational order, work motivation, and the professionalism of school personnel.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of principals’ managerial supervision and instructional leadership in improving the quality of the learning process. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies conducted at educational institutions that have consistently implemented supervision and teacher development programs. Data analysis was carried out thematically using an interactive model comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with data validity ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the systematic implementation of principals’ managerial supervision through planning, organizing, implementation, and program evaluation plays a significant role in enhancing the orderliness of instructional administration, compliance with academic standards, and teachers’ professional responsibility. In addition, principals’ instructional leadership is reflected in their active involvement in supervising the learning process, conducting classroom observations, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating teachers’ professional development. The synergy between managerial supervision and instructional leadership contributes significantly to the improvement of the quality of the learning process, making it more structured, interactive, and oriented toward continuous improvement.
