This study determined the effect of supervision and professionalism on teacher performance in State Junior High Schools of SP. Padang. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all junior high school teachers with the status of Civil Servants in SP. Padang. While the sample was obtained by totaling sampling technique with 51 respondents. Data collected by documentation, questionnaires, and observations. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression formula and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study concluded that there was an influence of supervision and on the teacher performance of the State Junior High Schools of SP. Padang. There is an influence of teacher professionalism on teacher performance in State Junior High Schools of SP. Padang. There is an influence of teacher supervision and professionalism together on the teacher performance of State Junior High Schools of SP. Padang.

The purpose of this study investigated 1) the impact of the Principal's leadership style on results, 2) the effect of motivating teachers on performance, and 3) the effect of the Principal's leadership style and motivation on performance. This research is based on quantitative approaches. The population used all teachers in SMAN 1 and SMKN 1 Rambutan, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province as samples. Since the research population has only 77 populations and all of them are sampled. Data was analyzed using a simple linear regression formula and multiple linear regression From the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) the influence of the principal's leadership style on the performance of the SMA-SMK Negeri in the Rambutan Banyuasin district, (2) the influence of the motivation of the teacher on the performance of the SMA-SMK Negeri in the Rambutan Banyuasin district, and (3) the influence of the leadership style of the principal and the motivation of the teacher together.

This study determined the effect of the principal's leadership style and teacher’s job satisfaction on teacher performance in public elementary schools in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The research method is ex post facto with a population of 491 teachers The research sample draw using proportional random sampling in order to obtain a sample of 78 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the t-test and the F-test. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the leadership style of the principal and teacher’s job satisfaction on the performance of elementary school teachers in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study provides the new insight for principals to more deeply give attention the leadership style and teacher’s job satisfaction in order to have good teacher’s performance.

This study determined the supervision of school principals and teacher performance. This research was conducted in 18 Public Elementary Schools in Gelumbang. The research method used in this study was qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collectied using interviews, observation, documentation, questionnaires, and literature review. The results of the study stated that the supervision process was carried out by the principal through several stages, namely 1) planning the supervision activities; 2) implementation of supervision; 3) feedback the results of supervision; 4) follow up on supervision results. Based on the results of the supervision before the follow-up, it was found that more than 50% of the 18 Elementary School teachers in Gelumbang were not yet both categories in preparing the administration of learning devices. After giving feedback and the results of the teacher supervision follow-up assessment conducted by the school principal, 40% of teachers in the excellent category and 60% of teachers in the quite good category, thus the results of the supervision can improve the performance of teachers in SD Negeri 18 Gelumbang. The paper contributes to more give attention of supervision, and the the teacher’s performance will be improved.

This study aimed at determining the effect of teacher performance and learning media partially or simultaneously on student learning outcomes in SD District of East Baturaja. This research was a qualitative with sampling using random sampling technique. The study population amounted to 273 with a study sample of 108 people. The variables studied were teacher performance (X1), learning media (X2) and learning outcomes (Y). The data collection method used a questionnaire on the scale of teacher performance, the scale of learning media and student learning outcomes. The validity test was carried out with the help of a computer program SPSS 22 for windows. Reliability test using Cronbach's alpha technique, obtained p = 0, 986 for teacher performance variables and p = 0.987 for learning media variables. The data analysis technique is descriptive and inferential statistics with SPSS 22 for windows program. The results showed that there was an influence between teacher performance and learning media on student learning outcomes.

This study determined the effect of principal managerial competence and school facilities on teacher performance. This research is a quantitative study with a determination design using an ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was all teachers in SD Negeri in Sekayu District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, consisting of 97 teachers. The data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant effect of principal managerial competence on the performance of SD teachers in Cluster 1 Dewi Sartika Baturaja Timur; 2) there is a significant effect of school facilities on the performance of SD teachers in Cluster 1 Dewi Sartika Baturaja Timur; 3) there is a significant influence jointly with the managerial competence of school principals and school facilities on the performance of SD teachers in Cluster 1 Dewi Sartika Baturaja Timur.

This study described the quality of learning in Public Primary Schools 22 Banyuasin III. The qualitative method was used in the study. Informants were headmaster and teachers. Data were collected using interviews. The results showed that the management of grade teachers in the implementation of the teaching process relevant with the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The obstacles were lack of visual aids.

The target and output of this training is to implement the Tridharma of Higher Education, and writing Classroom Action Research (CAR) for teachers at SMA Negeri 1 OKI. The training methods used are 1) lecturing in which the trainer explains to the trainees what and how to write and publish CAR; and 2) evidence-based learning, where training participants are invited to write together and know how to write CAR. The results obtained from this training can make participants (teachers) 1) write the background of the problem; 2) formulate the problem; 3) write a literature review; 4) writing research methodology; 5) write the results of research and discussion; 6) write conclusions, suggestions and bibliography; and 7) writing abstracts and bibliography.

This study evaluates the quality of education and teacher training at the IPA's Balai Diklat Keagamaan in Palembang. This study employs a qualitative design. The results of the study show that the context program aims to improve people's confidence and skills. However, the process of research is inefficient, therefore the product that is produced does not meet the minimum standards that were expected.

The goal of this study was to evaluate and analyze: (1) the effectiveness of teachers in increasing the quality of learning at MTs Darussalam Lahat; (2) the barriers encountered by teachers; and (3) the approach applied. This is a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. The following data gathering methods were used: (1) observation; (2) interviews; and (3) documentation. Techniques for analyzing research data include (1) data reduction; (2) data presentation; and (3) data verification/conclusion. According to the findings of the study, (1) teachers are capable of planning classes, carrying out learning, evaluating learning, following up on the learning outcomes supplied, and providing advice and counseling; (2) due to restricted facilities, not all instructors can participate in activities such as training, MGMP, and seminars. (3) the technique adopted by teaching teachers to improve the quality of learning at MTs Darussalam Lahat is to seek infrastructure that is not already present in schools, such as multiplying books as learning medium to fulfill the learning demands of students.
