Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: To determine the effect of liquidity, asset structure, dividend policy on capital structure either partially or simultaneously. Background Problems: It is the company's management in determining how it should meet the funding requirements to achieve an optimal capital structure. Novelty: Re-testing the same variables in previous studies with different companies and years. Research Methods: Using secondary data that is quantitative in the form of financial reports from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, as well as samples taken of 19 companies. Finding/Results: Partially, liquidity and asset structure have a significant negative effect on capital structure, dividend policy has a significant positive effect on capital structure, and simultaneously can have a significant effect on the value of capital structure. Conclusion: Asset structure and dividend policy can be used as a consideration for managers in making decisions regarding the optimal use of capital structure.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: To examine the effect of working capital and operating costs on net profit either partially or simultaneously. Background Problems: Management of the company's working capital so that it can work optimally to be able to generate maximum profits as well, as well as how the company can best manage operational costs effectively and efficiently to get maximum company profits. Novelty: Re-examining previous research, namely working capital variables and operational costs on working capital with different companies. Research Methods: Using a purposive sampling method on 16 companies with the highest working capital on the IDX. Finding/Results: Partially, working capital has a positive and significant effect on net income, while operational costs have no significant effect on net income, and simultaneously working capital and operational costs have a significant effect on net income. Conclusion: Operational costs cannot be used as a factor in making decisions related to increasing net profit even though these costs are closely related to the company's operational activities.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: To examine the effect of liquidity, leverage and asset turnover on the company's future performance both partially and simultaneously. Background Problem: To see whether the company can manage its current assets well to obtain profits and performance in the future. Novelty: This research re-examines previous research using secondary data in the form of financial report data for property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2021. Research Method: Samples were taken from 20 companies using the proportional sampling method using using SPSS 24. Findings/Results: Partially liquidity has a negative and significant effect on future performance, leverage has a negative and significant effect on future performance, then asset turnover has a positive and significant effect on future performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously liquidity, leverage and asset turnover have a significant effect on future performance. Conclusion: Based on these results, all variables can be used as consideration in making decisions in order to improve the company's future performance.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology in Indonesia makes everything easier, one of which is opening up many opportunities for business sector players. MSME business actors (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) are starting to open a number of businesses easily nowadays, we can see this with the large number of MSME business actors opening businesses by utilizing online media on social media and a number of applications that support their business. Technological advances that are becoming more sophisticated every day are changing the behavior of our society to become fond of online shopping. Especially during the Covid pandemic yesterday, the amount of online shopping increased drastically because many people were not allowed to leave the house because of the PSBB. However, as many online MSME businesses are being built, many businesses are also going bankrupt because competition between competitors is getting tougher, so every business person must be able to implement appropriate marketing strategies and not be left behind in using technology which is very helpful in the success of an MSME business. the. Even after the pandemic passed, online marketing has become more widespread because of its ease in marketing products or services and on the one hand, it also makes it easier for buyers to shop online. The methods used include lectures used to convey knowledge to members in general regarding the importance of knowledge about digital marketing, demonstrations used to provide skills in using smartphone applications for digital marketing that they will use in starting a business venture and developing it, questions and answers used to complete things. -things that have not been accommodated by the two methods above and evaluation of activity results. There were 35 participants who attended, consisting of administrators and community members, lecturers and students at Pamulang University. The activity was carried out through a question and answer discussion, with resource persons providing counseling and followed by participants gathered in the hall who enthusiastically listened using a laptop connected to the LCD. Thank God, the activity went smoothly, participants were enthusiastic about sharing business experiences and obstacles faced and practicing how to use electronic devices or the internet and combined with various marketing strategies and various digital media platforms which make it easier for consumers or customers to communicate with each other online.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on customer satisfaction in PT. Alva Karya Perkasa (Bogor area supermarket case study). The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study was all customers of Listerin Mouthwash products using a saturated sample of 100 respondents from 32 store.The data analysis method uses simple linear regression tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, partial t tests and simultaneous F tests. The results of the multiple linear test obtained the equation Y = 3.637 + 0.109X1 + 0.441X2, show that there is a positive and significant influence of price (X1) and product quality (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y).The value of the correlation coefficient obtained at 0.837 is in the interval 0.80-1.00, meaning that the variables price (X1) and product quality (X2) have a very strong level of relationship to customer satisfaction (Y). The value of the R square coefficient of determination of 0.700 means that the price and product quality variables simululatively contribute to the customer satisfaction variable by 70%, the remaining 30% is influenced by other variables that are not studied.Based on the T test, the calculated value of ttable > (2.523 > 1.984) and sig 0.03 (0.04 < 0.05) means that there is an effect of price on customer satisfaction. Based on the T test, the calculated value of ttable > (2.615 > 1.984) and sig 0.00 (0.00 < 0.05) means that there is an influence of product quality on customer satisfaction. The F test results obtained Fcalculate > Ftable values (113.270 > 3.09) and sig 0.000 (0.00 < 0.05) meaning that there is an influence of price and product quality on customer satisfaction in PT. Alva Mighty Works.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction in Satuang Coffee Shop Banjar Wijaya Cipondoh, Tangerang City. This type of research is quantitative. The data source for this research is primary data originating from a sample of consumers at Satuang Coffee Shop Banjar Wijaya Cipondoh, Tangerang City. The population in this study was 2801 consumers at the Satuang Coffee Shop, so the sample was determined using random sampling and obtained 97 respondents. The results of this research show that based on the results of a simple linear regression test, it has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The Correlation Coefficient value for service quality is 0.909, meaning that the determination value of service quality is strong, namely 0.825 or the equivalent of 82.5%, while 17.5%. the rest influenced by other factors. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t value calculated > t table or (21,197 > 1.661). Based on the results of a simple linear regression test, promotion positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction determination or influence contribution value being 0.843 or equivalent to 84.3%, while the remaining 17.5% is due to the influence of other factors, the Promotion correlation coefficient value is 0.918 it means very strong. And test the hypothesis obtained a calculated t value > t table or equal to (22.610 > 1.661). Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, service quality and promotion simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y =9.321 + 0.319 X1 + 0.460 X2 + e. The correlation coefficient value, which measures the level of relationship between independent variables and dependent variables, is 0.909, indicating a very strong relationship between the two. The coefficient of determination or contribution of simultaneous influence is 0.825 or equivalent to 82.5%, while others 17.5% influenced by other factors. Result of  hypothesis test show that the calculated F value is greater than the F table value (297,444 > 3,090).

Abstract

This study aims to find out empirically how the elements or factors of intangible assets, company size, funding decisions and profitability on increasing firm value. The presence of company value is very important because it is a good and bad picture of the state of a company and can be considered by potential investors before investing their funds in one company. The better to produce good company value, it is important for companies to explore possible fundamental factors that will have an impact on company value. The population used in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling method. Based on predetermined criteria obtained 9 companies. The method used in analyzing the data is using panel data regression with the help of Eviews version 9 which includes: descriptive statistics, model feasibility test, Chow test, Hausman test, Langrange multiplier test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially intangible assets and profitability have a significant effect on firm value, while firm size, funding decisions have no significant effect on profit growth.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the marketing communication strategies used to increase occupancy. We used qualitative and descriptive research. The researcher employed a case study as the research method. In-depth interviews provided the techniques for collection. The research results revealed that the public relations division, in collaboration with the hotel marketing team, designed and implemented the marketing communication strategy. Public relations is a communication facilitator, especially in communicating hotel products and services through various marketing strategies. This strategy is divided into three, namely the push strategy, which uses distributors or travel agents to encourage customers to use hotel products; the pull strategy, which uses advertising, sales promotions, personal sales, and direct marketing to attract customer interest in hotel products and services, also the profile strategy, which uses public relations to build the hotel's image and reputation to increase customer trust and sales. This research suggests that further research be carried out in quantitative form to obtain a more detailed understanding of the success of each factor that influences marketing communication strategies, such as push, pull, and profile strategies. Meanwhile, from a practical perspective, conducting a more detailed evaluation of each marketing communication tool used by measuring its effectiveness to select the most effective tools in increasing sales or occupancy is recommended.

Abstract

The background of this research is to determine the difference between using online employee recruitment methods and conventional recruitment methods on the chances of getting a job for employees in the JABODETABEK area. The research was conducted using quantitative methods. The population in this study is not known with certainty due to the lack of data that is freely accessible in the Jabodetabek area. The sampling technique used in this study uses a probability sampling method by randomly selecting each population to be sampled. Meanwhile, the sampling used in this research used a simple random sampling technique. The samples in this research were obtained from the Lemeshow formula, totaling 96. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SMART PLS 4.0. The data analysis techniques used include validity testing, reliability testing, structural equation model testing, PLS-SEM, PLS model evaluation, outer model evaluation and inner model evaluation. This research concludes that online recruitment has an effect on job opportunities and conventional recruitment has no effect on job opportunities

Abstract

This encryption technique is used to secure customer data by shifting the characters in the message. This technique is used in musical instrument store applications to ensure the security of customer information such as personal details and financial information. This application was made to make it easier for users to find and buy the desired musical instrument online. Users can create accounts, enter personal information, and generate passwords that are encrypted with slide code cryptography. Customer information will be stored securely on the application server, only to be accessed with the correct password. Password security is very important to protect customer personal data and prevent unauthorized access by unauthorized parties. By implementing a sliding code cryptographic password security system, this musical instrument store application can provide additional security for users and protect their personal information from cyber threats. In conclusion, the sliding code cryptographic password security application is an effective solution to ensure customer data security and makes it easier for users to search and buy musical instruments online.
