Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformational, transactional, authentic dan authoritarian terhadap kinerja guru di sebuah  Madrasah Aliyahdi Tangerang Banten . Responden dari  penelitian ini adalah  guru  sebanyak 100 orang  dan metode pengumpulan data dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner online elektronik ke para guru. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  SEM (Structural Equation Model)  program LISREL versi 8.70. Hasil analisis dan pengolahan data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan , transactional dan  authorian pada Madrasah Aliyah di Tangerang menunjukkan berpengaruh secara  positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan transformational dan authentic tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Logically, service dominant logic tends to be more integrative than goods dominant logic. This is related to the basic proposition related to co-creation which involves active customer involvement and interaction with suppliers in every aspect of product consumption and product design. This study aimed to analyze the factors that might affect the purchasing decision of Hotpot Haidilao restaurant. This study used five variables which are brand trust, brand image, price, quality og product, purchase decision.The phenomenon of the growing food service business in the city Jakarta, which also influences consumer purchasing decisions, especially on the selection of a place to eat is the background of this study. In specifically, this research was conducted by developing a model foranalyze consumer purchasing decisions for food products and drinks at the restaurant. The sampling technique used convenience sampling with 300 respondents. Data collection techniques using googleform. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM. The results of the analysis conclude the purchase decision of Hotpot Haidilao restaurant was affected by brand image, brand trust, quality of product and price.

Abstract

This study intends to explain the phenomenon of lifestyle in urban communities, lifestyle practices and social influences that often occur in arisan groups. On the topic of arisan, the writer will explain more in depth about the model of arisan practice, social influences and consumptive lifestyles in the arisan group. This study employs a descriptive exploratory approach and created by the use of a literature review or a literature study. The theory or concept method is implemented through the use of multiple sources, including books, scientific publications, and the internet. All descriptions of existing concepts are combined into a single framework of thought. From the research conducted, it was found that identity is an important thing in social gathering activities. Identity then arises because the existing social gathering activities are dominated by consumption patterns in it. From this consumption activity, a competition was born between its members to show who has a higher identity and who doesn't. The chairman of the arisan has great influence in influencing its members to follow all his orders under the pretext of the interests of arisan activities. This power is not realized by the members. The strong friendship between the chairman and the other members, makes them enter into a system where there is control and what is controlled.

Abstract

The society of Indonesia faces problem of cultural crisis, especially the younger generation who prefer foreign culture rather than the local culture. This research aimed to find a way to conserve local culture by combining local culture with the development of information and communication technology. The method used in this study is content crowdsourcing because it requires the help of all society member to fill the content and data that will be managed later in large volumes. Therefore, it will use cloud computing, Software as a Service (SaaS). This research has successfully developed a portal called ibudaya that can accommodate cultural values and local wisdom in the form of multimedia content, such as in the format of video, pictures, pdf, Word, and Power Point. This research has successfully developed a portal that can accommodate cultural values and local wisdom in the form of multimedia content. The cultural portal can be accessed through the link address http://iBudaya.applikasi.online/. This portal will be further refined in terms of cultural content procurement, where the content is in the form of videos, pictures and folklore texts.

Abstract

In the beginning of the first twenty years of the 21st century, environmental changes have presented a great challenge for organizational leaders. Demands from within the organization, both individuals, groups, or unions, continued with external pressure organizations require a leader must be able to respond to changing environmental challenges. Humane Leadership described by Gallo and Hlupic (2019) that leadership must move quickly from the level of 1.2.3 to the level of 4 or 5, is an expression that emphasizes the views of experts on transformational leadership so that organizations can survive and develop in era Industrial Revolution 4.0. “U”-Theory introduced Otto Scharmer is a method of change that can be applied in transformational leadership based on self-awareness or contemplation, to release current concessions in total, then move forward creation with a new prototype, until the realization of something new.

Abstract

The period of the Covid 19 pandemic that has hit the world including Indonesia, which started the spread of this virus since the end of 2019, where the impact was tremendous for all human life, including the aspects of health, the economy including also affecting the implementation of agreements in legal aspects. The Fiduciary Agreement is a form of anonymous agreement that was born along with the development of business practices in Indonesia. The parties to the fiduciary agreement have mutually agreed to regulate their respective rights and obligations as well as legal sanctions if a party breaks the promise. This paper limits the problem regarding debtors who do not fulfill the agreement / break promises on the agreements that have been bound and the consequences for the object of the agreement. Consequences of debtors who break their promises result in Default. Problems arise when the fiduciary object is executed because the Debtor is in Default and the execution procedure is not properly carried out. This study aims to determine the legality of the execution of fiduciary collateral objects for debtors who are defaulting during the Covid 19 pandemic. auctions in public or can be carried out by selling under the hands of the agreement of both parties, but the implementation often still does not fulfill the mandate of the law or the agreement is not carried out properly. others that: 1. Communities who are not affected by economic constraints and other constraints in fulfilling their achievements 2. Communities who are affected by the economy and other constraints in fulfilling their achievements. Banks can provide credit / financing to obtain special treatment in accordance with applicable regulations

Abstract

In general, waste is defined as the result of human activities and natural processes in solid or liquid form. Waste that is not managed properly can cause various problems in various sectors, one of which is the tourism sector. The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of tourism stakeholders and waste management management in the tourist area of Malioboro. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with FGD, observation and unstructured interviews as techniques in data collection. The researcher uses George R. Terry's theory where management consists of 4 (four) factors, namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. The results of this study state that waste management in Malioboro tourist destinations is carried out well, this is evidenced by the implementation or fulfillment of these 4 (four) factors. Suggestions from this research, it is hoped that related agencies dealing with solid waste can improve the current deficiencies, both in terms of human resources, completeness of existing facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

Abstract: Job Hopping Behaviour and Turnover Intention on Millennial Teachers: A Closer Look to Their AntecedentsThe purpose of this research is to examine the impacts of job satisfaction, psychological capital and perceived organizational support on the turnover intention or job-hopping behaviour among millennial teachers. The data collection is done by having a survey using questionnaires sent to 86 teachers who belong to the millennial group age and have been working between one to three years in the respective schools. A quantitative approach was used using the PLS-SEM method with the assistance of Smart PLS 3.2.7 software to evaluate the outer model and the inner model. The results show that there are negative significant effects from perceived organizational support and psychological capital on turnover intention or job-hopping behaviour and no significant effect from the job satisfaction on the turnover intention of the millennial teachers..Abstract: Analisis Faktor Pemicu Perilaku Job Hopping Dan Intensi Berpindah Tempat Kerja Pada Guru MilenialTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja, psychological capital dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap keinginan berpindah kerja dan perilaku job-hopping di kalangan guru milenial. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei menggunakan kuesioner yang dikirimkan kepada 86 guru yang merupakan kelompok usia milenial dan telah bekerja selama kurin waktu satu sampai tiga tahun di lembaga pendidikan tempat mereka bernaung. Pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 3.2.7 untuk mengevaluasi outer model dan inner model. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif signifikan dari persepsi dukungan organisasi dan modal psikologis terhadap perilaku berpindah tempat kerja dan tidak ada pengaruh signifikan dari kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku berpindah tempat kerja dari para pengajar generasi milenial.

Abstract

Creativity, mastery of Mandarin vocabulary, and engagement in the classroom are very important from early age to support students’ ability to mastering Mandarin. The purpose of this research is to apply online storytelling methods to improve the abilities of students aged 5-6 years in creativity, mastery of Mandarin vocabulary, and engagement in the classroom. This study used a Classroom Action Research method with preliminary research and three cycles with three meetings for each as a form of corrective action. The subjects of this study were children aged 5-6 years at Maitreyawira School Jakarta. Data collection used data triangulation, assessment rubrics, field notes, and performance results also the assessment was carried out by three observers, which are the researcher and two observers. The results showed that (1) online storytelling methods by providing opportunities to respond the events and critical thinking can increase students’ creativity, (2) online storytelling methods by listening and practicing role-play conversation activity can improve the mastery of Mandarin vocabulary, and (3) online storytelling methods with educator interaction and students can increase students’ engagements in the classroom. For the conclusion, there is an increase in the level of creativity, mastery of Mandarin vocabulary, and engagement in the class of TK B students at Maitreyawira School Jakarta. Suggestions for further research are to pay more attention to children's developments and provide more varied activitiesBahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Kreativitas, penguasaan kosakata Mandarin, dan keterlibatan di dalam kelas dibutuhkan sejak usia dini untuk menunjang kemampuan peserta didik dalam menguasai Bahasa Mandarin. Tujuan dari penelitian dalam kegiatan pembelajaran Bahasa Mandarin adalah menerapkan metode bercerita daring untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik usia 5-6 tahun dalam kreativitas, penguasaan kosakata Mandarin, dan keterlibatan di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan penelitian pendahuluan dan tiga siklus dengan masing-masing tiga pertemuan sebagai bentuk tindakan perbaikan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak usia 5-6 tahun di Sekolah Maitreyawira Jakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi data yaitu rubrik penilaian, catatan lapangan, dan hasil unjuk kerja serta penilaian dilakukan oleh tiga pengamat yaitu peneliti dan dua pengamat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa (1) metode bercerita daring dengan memberikan kesempatan menanggapi kejadian dan berpikir kritis dapat meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik, (2) metode bercerita daring dengan mendengarkan dan berlatih percakapan dapat meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata Mandarin, (3) metode bercerita daring dengan interaksi pendidik dan peserta didik dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan di dalam kelas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan pada tingkat kreativitas, penguasaan kosakata Mandarin, dan keterlibatan di dalam kelas peserta didik TK B di Sekolah Maitreyawira Jakarta. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah lebih memperhatikan kemampuan anak dan memilih kegiatan yang lebih bervariasi.

Abstract

Adanya perubahan dari pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran virtual pada jenjang Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini selama pandemi COVID-19 menjadi tantangan bagi tenaga pengajar. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang tepat dibutuhkan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak selama pembelajaran virtual dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari penggunaan metode pembelajaran STEM dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah dalam pembelajaran virtual.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan Model Kemmis dan McTaggart dalam 3 siklus dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan dokumentasi. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah 10 anak berusia 3 hingga 4 tahun yang mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran virtual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya tindakan perbaikan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah anak yang terlihat dari peningkatan tingkat klasifikasi perkembangan partisipan pembelajaran dari Siklus 1 hingga Siklus 3.
