Abstract

This study aims to analyze the understanding of the hadith of the Perti scholars contained in Soearti magazine which discusses the deeds intended for the deceased, to eliminate differences among the community and can produce a complete understanding of the scholars related to the hadith. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research model (library review). Data sources consist of primary data sources, namely Soearti magazine and the main book of hadith, and secondary data sources, namely the results of relevant research from books or journals. The results of this study are about understanding the traditions of the practices carried out for people who have died, namely: first, the validity of the hadiths contained in the Soearti magazine which explains the practices aimed at people who have died are valid (Maqbul) and narrated by Imam Bukhari and Muslims. While the understanding of the hadith about the practice given to people who have died is allowed and Soearti magazine states, that the practice reaches the person who dies, so that it can provide convenience and benefits for the person who died, such as praying and reading the Qur'an. and alms and other deeds.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the example of a mother in the Qur'an, with a focus on the analysis of the interpretation of Imam Ibn Katsir. The selection of this interpretation is based on the unique style of the tahlili interpretation, which contains stories from which ibrah can be exemplified. This problem is examined using the Library Research method using a thematic interpretation approach, and then the author examines the literature related to the study of the excellent story of Mother in the Qur'an. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there are three good stories of mothers in the Qur'an, namely Ayarikha, the mother of Prophet Musa a.s. which is contained in the letter al-Qasas: 7 and Surat al-Baqarah: 233, Siti Hajar, the mother of the Prophet Ismail a.s. which is found in sura al-Baqarah: 158 and in sura Ibrahim: 37, while Hannah Ibu Maryam is found in sura Ali Imran: 35-37. While the exemplary values ​​are given by mothers in the Qur'an from the perspective of Ibn Katsir's interpretation, such as conceiving, giving birth, breastfeeding, caring for, looking after and nurturing their children and also providing exemplary education that can provide compassion. Apart from that, a mother also has to set an example in obedience to Allah, trust and never give up, be patient, pray and make vows, and give a good name and an excellent place to live.

Abstract

The tradition of rejecting reinforcements carried out by the Simaroken Village community is a form of repellent to future disasters on the plants to be planted. Local people believe that by carrying out this tradition, they can avoid diseases to their plants. This study aims to describe the tradition of rejecting reinforcements before planting rice in the Simaroken village community, Pasaman Regency. This study uses a qualitative field research method (field research). To obtain the data of this study, the authors conducted observations, interviews and documentation with respondents such as the government, ulama, community leaders and the community in general. The findings of this study are that the Simaroken community believes that the tradition of rejecting reinforcements can keep them and their plants away from all harm. The traditional procession of rejecting reinforcements before planting rice is carried out by all local people by providing food, drinks that will be served at the event and the main menu, namely lamang sipuluik. Because the lamang made of sipuluik (sticky rice) is part of what is planted by the local community and as a symbol of the results of the plant. The tradition of rejecting reinforcements is led by a cleric with a procession starting with reading the letter Yasin, al-Ikhlas, al-falaq, al-naas and several other letters followed by the whole community and a prayer led by a cleric and ending with eating a meal together .

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the use of the concept of dayn in the Qur'an which is used by institutions today. This research uses a qualitative method with a library research model on the meaning of the dayn perspective of the Qur'an in the book Tafsir Al-Munir by Wahabh Zuhaili. This study uses the maudhu'i interpretation method by referring to the steps formulated by Dr. Zulheldi. M.Ag. The results of this study can be concluded that dayn in the Qur'an according to Wahbah az-Zuhaili in his commentary book on surah al-Baqarah 282, namely assets that are still in the status of not being handed over in its entirety to the rightful party. Both in the form of buying and selling, greetings, and accounts payable. Where the transaction is not carried out in cash. Then the contextualization of dayn in the greeting contract in the contemporary era among its forms, namely: the greeting contract in online applications. While the contextualization of dayn in the form of lending and borrowing in the contemporary era, namely borrowing and borrowing based on debt and credit technology is done online, borrowing money from moneylenders, borrowing money at banks, both Islamic banks and conventional banks, according to Wahbah az-Zuhaili, some are not. according to the guidance of the Qur'an.
