Abstract

Digitizing changes in employee performance. In this digital era, Human Resources (HR) is very important or very much needed. Management of Human Resources (HR) must be integrated with technological developments to achieve effectiveness and efficiency. Employees are the most important people in realizing the vision, mission and goals of an organization. Employee performance is one of the metrics that companies must consider. Creating a company with superior quality requires improving employee performance by improving skills. This is an opportunity for the organization or company to increase the productivity of others, such as employee work assignments. This research method adopts a literature search method. The method used is a literature survey using secondary data, where the authors collect data on a related topic and extract information from various Scopus indexed journals. This article aims to review the effect of digitization on employee performance. The results of this literature review section suggest that changes in digitization can affect employee performance in organizations or companies.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the topic of a wage. The literature analyzes from 31 articles from two database Taylor & Francis and Scopus which taken from Publish or Perish during the period 2017-2022, analyze with bibliometric and screening using PRISMA method to gain 31 articles. The outcome of the review indicated 127 authors from co-authorship data, four new keywords overlay from co-occurrence (employment, automation, job stress, and corporate innovation). The top 3 citations narrate about gender wage gap, minimum wage, and wage policy. This literature review can be used for a guidance for the next researcher regarding labor wage and the connection with other keywords that appropriate.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze training, work environment, and employee performance. This article was prepared using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. SLR is a systematic literature review method that identifies, reviews, evaluates, and interprets all available research. With this method, researchers review and identify journals in a structure that, in each process, follows predetermined steps. Employee performance is one of the main factors for the company to achieve its goals. Apart from being a factor in achieving goals, employee performance is also a way to measure the quality of human resources in a company. The analysis of various journals indicates that both training and the work environment significantly influence employee performance. The training given to employees will improve their performance, and a comfortable work environment will also improve employee performance. Keywords: Training; Environment; Employee Performance

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi dituntut untuk bersungguh – sungguh dalam menggapai keberhasilan tujuan perusahaan. Untuk dapat mencapai segala tujuan suatu perusahaan terdapat aspek penting yang harus dijalankan, diantaranya ialah aspek komunikasi. Komunikasi dapat berjalan dengan efektif apabila memperhatikan lima aspek, diantaranya ialah aspek kejelasan, ketepatan, konteks, alur dan budaya. Aspek kejelasan: Komunikasi harus jelas dan mudah dipahami oleh penerima pesan. Penggunaan bahasa yang sederhana, kalimat yang terstruktur, dan penghindaran ambigu atau jargon yang membingungkan adalah beberapa contoh strategi untuk mencapai kejelasan komunikasi. Aspek ketepatan dalam mencapai komunikasi yang efektif harus tepat dan relevan dengan konteks yang sedang dibahas. Pesan harus disampaikan dengan akurat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, harapan, dan pengetahuan penerima pesan. Kesalahan interpretasi dan penyalahgunaan informasi dapat dihindari dengan memastikan ketepatan komunikasi. Aspek konteks pun menjadi salah satu yang penting dalam menjalankan komunikasi. Konteks merupakan lingkungan atau situasi di mana komunikasi terjadi. Pemahaman konteks yang baik memungkinkan komunikator memilih metode dan gaya komunikasi yang tepat. Konteks dapat mencakup faktor seperti budaya, latar belakang, nilai-nilai, dan norma-norma sosial yang dapat mempengaruhi cara pesan disampaikan dan diterima. Selanjutnya aspek alur dalam komunikasi yang efektif melibatkan alur yang baik antara komunikator dan penerima pesan ( komunikan). Alur yang baik berarti pesan disampaikan secara teratur, terstruktur, dan logis. Gen Z atau Generasi Z dalam bahasa sehari-hari dikenal sebagai zoomer, adalah mereka yang lahir pada tahun 1997 hingga 2012 merupakan sumber daya manusia yang perlu memahami komunikasi dalam arti hakiki tidak hanya berdimensi lisan, tetapi juga tulisan dan bahkan yang terpenting adalah body language serta digitalitasi yang menjadi kekuatan terbesar mereka. Kesemua aspek komunikasi tersebut tidak terpisahkan untuk mencapai kesuksesan karier dan dunia social di era revolusi Industri saat ini.

Abstract

Dalam pencapaian tujuan sebuah organisasi salah satu faktor pertama dan utama dan pembangunan adalah SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia). Sumber daya manusia (SDM) sebagai peran utama dari seluruh aktivitas dalam mencapai tujuan. Sumber daya manusia yang unggul disuatu perusahaan akan membawa dampak yang baik juga untuk mendapatkan suatu produktivitas kerja yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk. baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan proportionate Stratified Sampling dengan 40 orang responden. Penelitian ini dibantu oleh program IBM SPSS 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini adanya pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, maka dapat disimpulakan bahwa terdapat hubungan motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to describe the implementation and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of distance learning for early childhood in the new normal era of Covid-19 at ABA Penconga n Kindergarten. Method that used in this study is field research with a qualitative approach, as for data collection techniques used triangulation, and data analysis technique used an interactive model. The results showed that the implementation of distance learning for early childhood at ABA Pencongan Kindergarten was implemented through the Whatsapp class group. The learning implementation was carried out remotely every Monday, teachers provided weekly lesson preparation plans and learning videos. As for learning evaluation teachers used the work, checklists, and anecdotal notes. The work results are in the form of collaging task, coloring and drawing, folding and cutting, and building blocks. Several factors that support this learning process are adequate school facilities, the skills of educators in using media or applications, good psychological condition of students, and their parents’ free-time to assist and guide students to learn at home. On the other hand, the inhibiting factors are school financial constraints, difficulties for teachers in managing learning activities, students being forced to make academic adjustments by limiting social interaction, busy activity of students’ parent, and additional costs for buying internet data packages.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan implementasi dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembelajaran jarak jauh anak usia dini pada era new normal Covid-19 di TK ABA Pencongan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran jarak jauh anak usia dini pada era new normal Covid-19 di TK ABA Pencongan melalui grup Whatsapp kelas. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan secara jarak jauh setiap hari senin tenaga pendidik memberikan Rencana Persiapan Pelajaran Mingguan dan video pembelajaran sekaligus mengabsensi kehadiran. Evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan hasil karya, checklist, dan catatan anekdot. Hasil karya berupa kolase, mewarnai dan menggambar, melipat dan menggunting, dan hasil karya bangunan balok. Faktor yang mendukung dalam proses pembelajaran ini ialah fasilitas sekolah yang memadai, keterampilan tenaga pendidik menggunakan media atau aplikasi dalam pengajaran yang mumpuni, kondisi psikis murid yang baik, dan keluangan waktu orang tua untuk mendampingi sekaligus membimbing pembelajaran anak murid di rumah. Abstract

This study investigates the effect of school transparency and principal competence on the effectiveness of budget management in elementary schools in Bandung Regency. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 65 respondents from selected schools. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The findings revealed that both school transparency and principal competence positively and significantly influence budget management effectiveness. Furthermore, these two factors jointly explain 67% of the variance in budget management effectiveness. The results highlight the critical role of transparent practices and leadership competence in optimizing financial resource management in educational institutions. The study recommends enhancing transparency mechanisms and providing targeted leadership training for school principals to improve budget management outcomes.

Abstract

Discussion related to work engagement is important for studied in human resource management. Purpose of this research for review studies that discuss work engagement related with other topics such as leadership styles, HRM practice and organizational commitment. Data used a total of 30 articles indexed by Scopus for the 2019-2022 period. This study method uses systematic literature review (PRISMA) and technique analysis with analysis bibliometric using the VOSviewer software. Visualized analysis results through Co-Authorship Co- Occurrence , a quote article most identified through 10 groups citation highest. Showing that work engagement relates with other topics are leadership styles, HRM practice, organizational commitment, behavior psychology and systems work. Studies literature this expected becomes reference for next study regarding work engagement and other relevant variables

Abstract

Discussion regarding employee rewards is very important in the management of human resource management. This study aims to review studies that discuss employee rewards. The data used is 32 with 2 Scopus databases using the Publish or Perish and Taylor and Francis applications in the 2017-2022 period. The analysis technique used is Prisma and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer software. The results of the analysis show that the topic of employee rewards is related to the topic of motivation and productivity which is visualized through Co-Authorship and Co-Occurrence. This literature study is expected to be a reference for further research on employee rewards.
