Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Bima City Industry and Trade Cooperative Service. The sample in this research was 40 ASN with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The research method uses questionnaires, observation and interviews. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The results of the research show that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance at the Bima City Industrial and Trade Cooperative Service.

Abstract

Developments in the business world are currently increasing rapidly, as seen from the many companies that have sprung up with various fields of development in the current business world. In carrying out its business activities, a company certainly requires various resources. Human resources are one of the resources that exist in a company in addition to other resources such as capital, materials and machines. Companies also need human resources, namely employees. Employees are an important resource for the company, because they have talent, energy and creativity that are needed to achieve company goals (Erwina & Mira, 2019).

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hasil dari pekerjaan secara kuantitas maupun kualitas yang telah dicapai oleh seseorang. Ada beberapa upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kinerja seorang guru dua diantaranya adalah kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Negeri 2 Woha Kabupaten Bima. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 31 orang guru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Anilis Regresi Linear Berganda, Koefisien Korelasi Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, (2) Lingkungan kerja fisik  tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, (3) Kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, turnover intention on the performance of employees of the Bima City Business Development Cooperative. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The sample in this research is 32 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, t tests, and F tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results showed that compensation (X1), work discipline (X2) and turnover intention (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Bima City Business Development Cooperative. with an effect of 66.8%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee work performance at the Wawo Community Health Center, Bima Regency. The approach used in the research is an associative approach. The population in the study was 119 employees with a sample of 34 ASN employees. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, T test, and F test which were processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results of the study showed that Motivation ( X1) has a significant effect on work performance. Work Discipline (X2) influences work performance. And work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) simultaneously influence employee work performance at the Wawo Health Center, Bima Bima Regency.

Abstract

Emotional exhaustion is individual fatigue related to personal feelings and depletion of emotional resources, which refers to excessive emotional feelings due to contact with other people or work. Emotional exhaustion can be influenced by factors including job insecurity and role ambiguity. This research aims to determine the influence of job insecurity through role ambiguity which consists of unclear rules, vague responsibilities, vague expectations on emotional exhaustion at work. The sample in this research was Gen Z who worked part time, full time or freelance, amounting to 200 respondents. The data collection technique uses a list of questions such as a questionnaire and the data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (SmartPls) to test the ten hypotheses proposed in this research. The research results show that job insecurity directly and indirectly through the determinants of role ambiguity has a positive and significant influence on emotional exhaustion.

Abstract

Independent Learning Activities Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) in the form of humanitarian projects is a form of learning that trains students to develop social awareness and sensitivity through programmed and institutional activities. The aim of community service activities carried out by KKNT_MBKM STIE BIMA students in the South Rabangodu sub-district is to empower by increasing local community knowledge through socialization on the prevention of dengue fever (DBD). This empowerment is carried out through outreach activities and distributing abate powder to prevent the reproduction of mosquito larvae. This community service activity was carried out well, smoothly and received a positive response from the activity participants. This program was implemented well and participants understood the information on dengue prevention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork and work discipline on the work productivity of employees at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bima Regency. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The sample in this study was 45 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, t tests, and F tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results showed that teamwork (X1) and work discipline (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Bima Regency Industry and Trade Service with an effect of 53.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product knowledge and lifestyle on purchase intention of cream glow & lovely in Bima City. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The sample in this study was 96 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, t tests, and F tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results showed that product knowledge (X1) and lifestyle (X2) partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the interest in buying cream glow & lovely products in Bima City with an effect of 56.8%.

Abstract

Work effectiveness is a balance or optimal approach to achieving goals, abilities and utilization of human energy. This research aims to determine the effect of coordination, job description and teamwork on the work effectiveness of employees at the Bima City Social Service. The sample in this study was 30 ASN with the sampling technique being purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that coordination, job description and teamwork affect the work effectiveness of employees at the Bima City Social Service simultaneously.
