Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKNT_MBKM STIE BIMA adalah untuk memberdayakan pelaku UMKM sehingga kemampuan dari UMKM kelurahan Rontu menjadi lebih optimal. Pemberdayaan ini dilakukan dengan meningkatkan nilai produk melalui inovasi produk (rasa dan tampilan produk) dan inovasi kemasan produk yang eye-catching. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan melalui tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan monitoring serta evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan inovasi rasa produk yang beragam dan tampilan warna produk yang menarik serta kemasan produk yang kokoh dan aman dengan desain yang menarik.

Abstract

Pendidikan dan pelatihan secara efektif akan membantu pegawai untuk lebih termotivasi meningkatkan prestasi kerjanya. Jika pegawai dapat mengikuti pelatihan secara efektif, maka keahlian, keterampilan, dan pengetahuan yang didapat dari pelatihan akan meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Tata Ruang di Kabupaten Bima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 50 responden dengan jumlah sampel 35 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner yang telah divalidasi dan direliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS Versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan berpegaruh secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) adalah sebesar 0.824 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen (pendidikan dan pelatihan) mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 82,4% terhadap variabel terikat (prestasi kerja). Hal ini menunjukkan hubungan antara pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Tata Ruang di Kabupaten Bima tergolong sangat kuat.

Abstract

Produktivitas tenaga kerja mengacu pada penggunaan sumber daya secara ekstensif seperti 1sumber daya manusia, keterampilan1, material, modal8, teknologii, manajemene, organisasi dan energi, yang mengarah pada pengembangan dan peningkatan sumber daya manusia dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperjelas peranan kemampuan kerja dan fasilitas kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 31 pegawai jabatan pegawai negeri sipil, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, teknik observasi, angket dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja dan sumber daya kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Bima.

Abstract

Doing business, big or small, is bound by ethical issues. Ethics refer to what a person should do morally. The partners of the PKM activity are SMEs engaged in creative craft products made of acrylic/mute and knitted materials. located in Serang Banten. The PKM activity aims to provide knowledge to partners about business ethics that partners need to have in doing business. plus the partner's business is located in a densely populated area. It is necessary to maintain ethical behavior where the partner's business is located. the method offered to partners/SMEs is in the form of education/socialization using LEAFLET which is carried out door to door. . The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of the Role of Ethics in doing business for SME actors, Benefits of doing business for SME actors Application of ethical principles in doing business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of the activity showed that partners were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. In addition, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of giving rewards and punishments on the performance of realme promoter employees on Sumbawa Island, partially and simultaneously. This type of research is associational research with a Likert scale. The type of sample used was saturated sampling with a sample size of 35 respondents, consisting of 14 men and 21 women. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires using data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The research results show that only giving rewards has a significant effect on the performance of realme promoter employees. However, simultaneously providing rewards and punishments has a significant effect on the performance of realme promoter employees..

Abstract

Riset Ini Bertujuan Mengetahui Pengaruh Job Involvement (Keterlibatan Kerja), Job Satisfaction (Kepuasan Kerja) Dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Raba Bima. Jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel adalah 42 responden dengan teknik sampling ialah purposive sampling. Data primer diperoleh dengan kuesioner likert. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana berbantuan SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial hanya Job Satisfaction (Kepuasan Kerja) yang tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi namun secara simultan Job Involvement (Keterlibatan Kerja), Job Satisfaction (Kepuasan Kerja) Dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Raba Bima. Kantor pelayanan Pajak Pratama Raba Bima selalu melibatkan pegaai dalam setiap pekerjaan tim dan individu serta tetap mempertahankan lingkungan kerja yang baik dan harmonis agar komitmen organisasi tetap terjaga.

Abstract

Business ethics is a fundamental aspect in the management of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to ensure business sustainability and growth. This research discusses the role of business ethics in Karijawa Permai MSMEs, which focuses on building consumer trust, improving reputation, and creating harmonious relationships with stakeholders. Ethical practices, such as honesty in service, regulatory compliance, and social responsibility, help strengthen the position of these MSMEs in the competitive local market. In addition, consistent implementation of business ethics is able to increase employee loyalty and support environmental sustainability. The method offered to partners/MSMEs is in the form of education/socialization using LEAFLET which is carried out door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) The Role of Ethics in Doing Business for MSME Actors, (2) Benefits in Doing Business for MSME Actors (3) The Application of Ethical Principles in Doing Business in Finance, Marketing, Production and Human Resources Activities. The findings show that the effective implementation of business ethics not only improves operational performance, but also has a positive impact on local communities and economies. Thus, business ethics is a strategic element in optimizing the contribution of Karijawa Permai MSMEs to sustainable development. The activity also showed that partners were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. In addition, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

Abstract

Stunting is a significant nutritional problem in Indonesia, with long-term impacts on children's health and development. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of outreach on stunting prevention through the MBKM Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) humanitarian project implemented in Na'e Village, Salama, Bima City. The method used is a participatory approach, involving local communities in various educational and outreach activities using leaflets regarding the importance of balanced nutrition, good parenting patterns, and access to health services. The results of the activity show an increase in public knowledge about stunting and steps to prevent it. This project not only supports the Independent Learning-Free Campus Program (MBKM) but also strengthens collaboration between students, the community and the local government. The conclusion from this activity is the need for continued education programs to ensure positive behavioral changes in preventing stunting in the area.

Abstract

The implementation of business ethics has become a crucial element in running a business, including at the scale of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the application of business ethics in the operations of the Kerupuk Ibu Ramlah MSME. The study explores ethical business principles such as honesty, responsibility, transparency, and fairness, as applied in production, marketing, and relationships with consumers and business partners.The method offered to partners/MSMEs includes education/socialization through the use of leaflets, delivered door-to-door. The material provided in the leaflet covers the following topics: (1) The Role of Ethics in Business for MSME actors, (2) The Benefits of Ethics in Business for MSME actors, and (3) The Application of Ethical Principles in Business in financial, marketing, production, and human resource activities. However, challenges such as limited knowledge and resources affect the consistency of implementing business ethics. This study concludes that the implementation of business ethics contributes positively to the sustainability and reputation of MSMEs and recommends enhancing understanding and training in business ethics to strengthen business competitiveness.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training related to the manufacture of various flavored fried onions for the community, especially housewives in Donggobolo Village, Woha District, Bima Regency and to find out the response of housewives in Donggobolo Village to training in making packaged fried onions. The method of this community service activity uses the lecture method, demonstration, question and answer method and exercises in the manufacture and processing of fried onions. This training involved members of the Real Work Lecture students who were accompanied by assistant lecturers from the Management Study Program and housewives in Donggobolo Village. There are results from training on making fried onions of various flavors conducted by housewives in Donggobolo Village, namely (1) the results of the evaluation of processed fried onions made by training participants are generally in the good category with an average success of 75%, (2) The response from housewives to the implementation of the training on making fried onions was very enthusiastic, seen from the attendance reaching 90% and participating in the activity from beginning to end.
