Abstract

Produktivitas tenaga kerja mengacu pada penggunaan sumber daya secara ekstensif seperti 1sumber daya manusia, keterampilan1, material, modal8, teknologii, manajemene, organisasi dan energi, yang mengarah pada pengembangan dan peningkatan sumber daya manusia dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperjelas peranan kemampuan kerja dan fasilitas kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 31 pegawai jabatan pegawai negeri sipil, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, teknik observasi, angket dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja dan sumber daya kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Bima.

Abstract

Doing business, big or small, is bound by ethical issues. Ethics refer to what a person should do morally. The partners of the PKM activity are SMEs engaged in creative craft products made of acrylic/mute and knitted materials. located in Serang Banten. The PKM activity aims to provide knowledge to partners about business ethics that partners need to have in doing business. plus the partner's business is located in a densely populated area. It is necessary to maintain ethical behavior where the partner's business is located. the method offered to partners/SMEs is in the form of education/socialization using LEAFLET which is carried out door to door. . The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of the Role of Ethics in doing business for SME actors, Benefits of doing business for SME actors Application of ethical principles in doing business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of the activity showed that partners were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. In addition, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

Abstract

Business ethics is a fundamental aspect in the management of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to ensure business sustainability and growth. This research discusses the role of business ethics in Karijawa Permai MSMEs, which focuses on building consumer trust, improving reputation, and creating harmonious relationships with stakeholders. Ethical practices, such as honesty in service, regulatory compliance, and social responsibility, help strengthen the position of these MSMEs in the competitive local market. In addition, consistent implementation of business ethics is able to increase employee loyalty and support environmental sustainability. The method offered to partners/MSMEs is in the form of education/socialization using LEAFLET which is carried out door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) The Role of Ethics in Doing Business for MSME Actors, (2) Benefits in Doing Business for MSME Actors (3) The Application of Ethical Principles in Doing Business in Finance, Marketing, Production and Human Resources Activities. The findings show that the effective implementation of business ethics not only improves operational performance, but also has a positive impact on local communities and economies. Thus, business ethics is a strategic element in optimizing the contribution of Karijawa Permai MSMEs to sustainable development. The activity also showed that partners were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. In addition, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

Abstract

Stunting is a significant nutritional problem in Indonesia, with long-term impacts on children's health and development. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of outreach on stunting prevention through the MBKM Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) humanitarian project implemented in Na'e Village, Salama, Bima City. The method used is a participatory approach, involving local communities in various educational and outreach activities using leaflets regarding the importance of balanced nutrition, good parenting patterns, and access to health services. The results of the activity show an increase in public knowledge about stunting and steps to prevent it. This project not only supports the Independent Learning-Free Campus Program (MBKM) but also strengthens collaboration between students, the community and the local government. The conclusion from this activity is the need for continued education programs to ensure positive behavioral changes in preventing stunting in the area.

Abstract

The implementation of business ethics has become a crucial element in running a business, including at the scale of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the application of business ethics in the operations of the Kerupuk Ibu Ramlah MSME. The study explores ethical business principles such as honesty, responsibility, transparency, and fairness, as applied in production, marketing, and relationships with consumers and business partners.The method offered to partners/MSMEs includes education/socialization through the use of leaflets, delivered door-to-door. The material provided in the leaflet covers the following topics: (1) The Role of Ethics in Business for MSME actors, (2) The Benefits of Ethics in Business for MSME actors, and (3) The Application of Ethical Principles in Business in financial, marketing, production, and human resource activities. However, challenges such as limited knowledge and resources affect the consistency of implementing business ethics. This study concludes that the implementation of business ethics contributes positively to the sustainability and reputation of MSMEs and recommends enhancing understanding and training in business ethics to strengthen business competitiveness.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training related to the manufacture of various flavored fried onions for the community, especially housewives in Donggobolo Village, Woha District, Bima Regency and to find out the response of housewives in Donggobolo Village to training in making packaged fried onions. The method of this community service activity uses the lecture method, demonstration, question and answer method and exercises in the manufacture and processing of fried onions. This training involved members of the Real Work Lecture students who were accompanied by assistant lecturers from the Management Study Program and housewives in Donggobolo Village. There are results from training on making fried onions of various flavors conducted by housewives in Donggobolo Village, namely (1) the results of the evaluation of processed fried onions made by training participants are generally in the good category with an average success of 75%, (2) The response from housewives to the implementation of the training on making fried onions was very enthusiastic, seen from the attendance reaching 90% and participating in the activity from beginning to end.

Abstract

This research discusses efforts to increase the competitiveness of "Tarekli" MSMEs through SWOT analysis. The main goal of this analysis is to maximize strengths and opportunities, while reducing weaknesses and threats faced by the business. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, relying on data from scientific journals and online publications. The analysis results show that Tarekli has advantages in the form of product and service quality, but faces challenges such as distribution difficulties and dependence on raw materials with unstable prices. Innovation in packaging and brand strengthening were identified as strategic steps to increase competitiveness. SWOT analysis provides important insights for MSMEs in formulating growth strategies and increasing customer satisfaction..

Abstract

The partner of this community empowerment program for beginners (PMP) is the alternative school “Temba Saleko”. In addition to the main learning activities, the alternative school “Temba Saleko” is committed to developing children into creative and innovative individuals while still paying attention to environmental preservation. Based on the results of field visits and interviews, several problems faced by partners related to their students can be identified, namely: a) children's awareness and knowledge of environmental preservation is still low; b) low interest in entrepreneurship; and c) limited human resources who understand the business model canvas as a tool for developing creative ideas. The objectives and targets of this PMP are: a) fostering a proactive and adaptive attitude towards environmental problems; b) instilling and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age that supports green education and green economy; and c) making the business model canvas a tool for expressing creative ideas. Through the PMP grant program, the PMP team together with partners carry out various activities, including green education socialization, educational visits to the Main Waste Bank of Bima City, entrepreneurship seminars, and business model canvas training aimed at instilling an entrepreneurial spirit that supports green education and green economy from an early age. Based on the evaluation results, the PMP program showed an increase of 91.7% in knowledge, attitudes, and skills, and 97.9% of participants strongly agreed with the positive impact of the activities that had been implemented. From the activities that had been implemented, the PMP team produced several program products, including crafts from used plastic bottles, green education e-modules, waste sorting project e-modules, Kidspreneur green entrepreneurship e-modules, Kidspreneur-Project Model Canvas e-modules My Business, animated video "Entrepreneurial Inspiration", and animated video "My Trash, My Creation". ABSTRAKMitra program pemberdayaan masyarakat pemula (PMP) ini adalah sekolah alternatif “Temba Saleko”. Selain kegiatan utama pembelajaran, sekolah alternatif “Temba Saleko” berkomitmen untuk mengembangkan anak-anak menjadi individu kreatif dan inovatif dengan tetap memperhatikan pelestarian lingkungan hidup. Berdasarkan hasil kunjungan lapangan dan wawancara, beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra terkait peserta didiknya dapat diidentifikasi, yaitu: a) kesadaran dan pengetahuan anak-anak tentang pelestarian lingkungan hidup masih rendah; b) rendahnya minat berwirausaha; dan c) keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang memahami business model canvas sebagai alat untuk mengembangkan ide kreatif. Tujuan dan target dari PMP ini adalah: a) menumbuhkan sikap proaktif dan adaptif terhadap masalah lingkungan; b) menanamkan dan menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha sejak dini yang mendukung green education dan green economy; serta c) menjadikan business model canvas sebagai alat untuk mengekspresikan ide-ide kreatif. Melalui program hibah PMP, tim PMP bersama mitra melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan, antara lain sosialisasi green education, kunjungan edukatif ke Bank Sampah Induk Kota Bima, seminar kewirausahaan, dan pelatihan business model canvas yang bertujuan menanamkan jiwa wirausaha yang mendukung green education dan green economy sejak dini. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, program PMP menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 91,7% dalam pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan, serta 97,9% peserta kegiatan sangat menyetujui dampak positif dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan. Dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan, tim PMP menghasilkan beberapa produk program, antara lain kerajinan dari botol plastik bekas, e-modul pendidikan hijau, e-modul proyek memilah sampah, e-modul Kidspreneur kewirausahaan hijau, e-modul Kidspreneur-Project Model Canvas Bisnisku, video animasi "Inspirasi Wirausaha", dan video animasi "Sampahku, Kreasiku".

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can be the backbone of a country's economy, because their form of business can revive a declining economy. The method used is to conduct a survey to determine the condition of needs of MSME actors in Salama, Na'e District, then analyze problems that occur among MSMEs and determining programs to overcome existing problems. From the analysis that has been determined, the solution that can be implemented is to provide socialization and assistance in creating NIBs through OSS for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The assistance activity in creating Business Identification Numbers (NIB) for MSMEs in the Salama area, Na'e sub-district, Bima city, succeeded in increasing business actors' understanding of the importance of business legality. Of the MSMEs in Nae Village, especially the Salama Ward, it was recorded that 20 had succeeded in having NIBs where making NIBs through the OSS system can be done easily and quickly. This mentoring activity provides wider access to government assistance and capital.
