Every agency generally expects employees to be able to carry out their duties effectively, efficiently, productively and professionally with the competencies they possess. This research aims to determine the influence of competence and professionalism on employee performance at the Bima City Youth and Sports Education Department. This research is associative research with a research sample of 45 respondents. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale questionnaire and the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS for Windows. The research results show that partially and simultaneously competence and professionalism have a significant influence on employee performance at the Bima City Education, Youth and Sports Department.

Introduction/Main Objectives: This research aims to determine the influence of price and product completeness on consumer purchasing decisions at Hokky Mart Bima. Background Problem: That at Hokky Mart there are still some prices that are considered unaffordable and there are still other supermarkets that sell cheaper and there is still a lack of availability of goods for sale including a lack of complete brand variations. Novelty: Continuing further research on the same variables but locations with different problems. Research Method: The approach used in research is an associative approach. The sample in this study was 96 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and literature studies processed using SPSS version 20. Findings/Results: The results of the study show that price (X1) and product completeness (X2) are partially and simultaneously has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Hokky Mart Bima. Conclusion: Improving purchasing decisions can be done by increasing product completeness and appropriate pricing policies.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leverage, firm size and sales growth on the financial performance of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. The type of research used is associative research. The research instrument used was tabulating financial report data for 15 years (2008-2022). The population in this study was 18 years (2005-2022). The sample in this research was for 15 years (2008-2022). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that leverage and firm size have a partially significant negative effect on financial performance and sales growth has no effect and is not significant on financial performance, leverage, firm size and sales growth have a significant simultaneous effect on financial performance.

NIB Registration Assistance Activities in One of the areas targeted by the MBKM KKNT in 2022 is Rontu Village with an entrepreneurial and creative economy scheme. From the results of surveys and field observations, partner problems were found, such as that many people in the Rontu Sub-District do not have a Business Identification Number (NIB), which is important for MSMEs because it can lead to big profits and can attract other consumers and also generate higher sales. In addition, the community considers business licensing which was previously considered insignificant because the management is troublesome and not easy, however, MSMEs need business licensing to encourage business development, protect business locations and business competitiveness which is getting tougher in the current era. Therefore the purpose of this research is to provide assistance and understanding of the registration of Business Identification Numbers (NIB) in order to improve the MSME economy in the Rontu sub-district.

Emotional exhaustion is individual fatigue related to personal feelings and depletion of emotional resources, which refers to excessive emotional feelings due to contact with other people or work. Emotional exhaustion can be influenced by factors including job insecurity and role ambiguity. This research aims to determine the influence of job insecurity through role ambiguity which consists of unclear rules, vague responsibilities, vague expectations on emotional exhaustion at work. The sample in this research was Gen Z who worked part time, full time or freelance, amounting to 200 respondents. The data collection technique uses a list of questions such as a questionnaire and the data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (SmartPls) to test the ten hypotheses proposed in this research. The research results show that job insecurity directly and indirectly through the determinants of role ambiguity has a positive and significant influence on emotional exhaustion.

Tujuan dari edukasi dan pelatihan penyusunan bisnis model canvas yaitu untuk memberikan wawasan pada pelaku usaha UMKM rengginang  dalam mengelola bisnis dan meningkatkan daya saing usahanya di tengah persaingan yang ketat. Perencanaan strategi bisnis dengan menggunakan bisnis model canvas dapat mempermudah pelaku usaha menentukan cara untuk mencapai tujuan bisnisnya yaitu keuntungan dan bisnis yang berkesinambungan serta memiliki daya saing. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai bisnis dan perencanaan bisnis serta membantu pelaku UMKM rengginang dalam menyusun dan mengoptimalkan perencanaan pengembangan bisnisnnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah melaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk sosialisasi secara langsung dengan mendatangi rumah pelaku UMKM. Sosialisasi ini diwujudkan dalam bentuk ceramah terkait materi dan pelatihan pembuatan Bisnis Model Canvas (BMC). Hasil yang diperoleh pelaku UMKM rengginang dapat membuat perencanaan bisnis dengan pembuatan Bisnis Model Canvas (BMC).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengauh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap pengembangan karier karyawan pada PT.PLN (Persero) ULP.Kota Bima, Rayon Bima Kota. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) Ulp. Kota Bima Rbk (Rayon Bima Kota) adalah sebanyak 46 orang dengan rincian pegawai tetap sebanyak 12 orang dan pegawai kontrak sebanyak 34 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Sampling Purposive sesuai dengan kebutuhan peneliti yaitu jumlah sampelnya 34 orang pegawai kontrak sebagai responden dimana pegawai kontrak tersebut sudah pernah mengikuti program pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk pengembangan karirnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan berpemgaruh terhadap pengembangan karier karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) ULP. Kota Bima Rbk (Rayon Bima Kota). Penelitian ini disarankan perlu memperhatikan karier para karyawan dan membimbing karyawan tersebut melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan secara berkala. hal ini dilakukan agar karyawan memiliki kualitas kerja yang baik di bidangnya masing-masing.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work ability on the work performance of employees at the Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of Bima City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to Bima City BKKBN employees. The results of the study show that work discipline and work ability significantly affect employee work performance. Good work discipline can improve employee performance, while adequate work skills also make a positive contribution to work performance. This finding provides practical implications for BKKBN management in an effort to improve employee work performance through strengthening discipline and developing work skills.

This research aims to determine the influence of work experience, competence and work motivation on employee performance at PT Tukadmas Bima City partially and simultaneously. This research is associative research with a research instrument using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the total research sample being 38 permanent employees. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that partially only work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tukadmas Bima City, but simultaneously work experience, competence and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tukadmas Bima City.

The aim of this research is to analyze PT Mayora Indah, Tbk on the working capital turnover ratio. This research uses a descriptive type with a quantitative approach. This research uses a purposive sampling technique and uses profit and loss financial reports consisting of sales reports, initial working capital and final working capital from 2013 to 2022 as the sample. First, the latest financial report data, and second, data for a ten-year period, specifically 2013–2022, is used as a standard. The analysis used is SPSS version 22 software which includes Statistical Analysis and One Sample Test. This research shows that the working capital turnover ratio is six times lower than expected.
