Abstract

This study aims to explore the urgency of reason and conscience (akal budi) in modern life through a content analysis of the Endgame podcast episode titled "Akal Budi Tidak untuk Disia-siakan" ("Reason and Conscience Are Not to Be Wasted"). The research employs a qualitative approach using content analysis and philosophical hermeneutics. The main findings reveal that akal budi is a fundamental human potential increasingly marginalized in a pragmatic and materialistic contemporary culture. The podcast invites deep reflection on how fast-paced, competitive, and technocentric modern life has diminished the contemplative spaces essential for nurturing human wisdom. Furthermore, the grounded philosophical discourse in the podcast offers a novel, accessible, and existential approach to life. The novelty of this research lies in utilizing podcast media as a contextual and spiritual source of philosophical thought. The study implies the urgency of reforming education and public discourse to foster spaces that support conscience, moral reflection, and human-centered values.

Abstract

Character building is very important to become a key educational mainstream in Indonesia for formal, non-formal and informal setting. There are several factor that influence children character building, namely parenting style and personality genetic. The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of parenting style and personality genetic to children’s character building. This research is a correlational study using survey and quantitative method. Both population and sample in this study is 96 preschool parents from Aya Sophia Islamic School (PAUD). Data collection technique is using questionnaire with likert scale. The instrument of this study is a modification from Parenting Style Questionnaire (PSQ) Robinson et al. (1995) and Roman et al. (2015). To measure the personality genetic, the instrument is adapted from Poniman (2013). Another instrument used to measure children character development is an adaptation from Poniman et. Al (2014). Analysis from this study is using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS version 3.0 as a statistic tools. The result of this study argued that parenting style and personality genetic have a positive influence and significantly contributed to children character building.AbstrakPendidikan karakter penting untuk menjadi mainstream pokok pendidikan di Indonesia baik di ranah formal, nonformal maupun informal. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan karakter anak, di antaranya adalah pola asuh di keluarga (parenting style) dan personality genetic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parenting style dan personality genetic terhadap pengembangan karakter anak. Jenis penelitian adalah korelasional menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi sekaligus sample penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa PAUD Aya Sophia Islamic School sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) yang disusun berdasarkan skala Likert. Instrumen yang  digunakan untuk mengukur pola asuh parenting style merupakan hasil modifikasi dari Parenting Style Questionnaire (PSQ) Robinson et al. (1995) dan Roman et al. (2015). Instrumen untuk mengukur personality genetic diadaptasi dari Poniman (2013), sedangkan untuk mengukur pengembangan karakter anak menggunakan adaptasi dari Poniman dkk. (2014). Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parenting style dan personality genetic berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karakter anak.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Innovation Practices and Organizational Dynamics on Organizational Growth at PT. Contindo Raya, with a focus on the mediating role of Employee Engagement. Utilizing a quantitative research design and random sampling of 70 employees, data were analyzed using SMART PLS to assess direct and indirect effects. The findings reveal that both Innovation Practices and Organizational Dynamics significantly influence Organizational Growth, with Employee Engagement acting as a critical mediator in these relationships. Innovation Practices directly enhance Employee Engagement, which in turn drives growth, while Organizational Dynamics also contribute to growth through their impact on Employee Engagement. These results underscore the importance of integrating innovative practices and improving organizational dynamics to foster a more engaged workforce and support sustainable growth. This study provides actionable insights for PT. Contindo Raya to leverage these factors for achieving competitive advantage and long-term success.

Abstract

One of the tools to measure the performance of the company's business development performance is the Balance Scorecard. The function of the Balance Scorecard is to review the company's business performance and is used as information in the form of reports that can be presented in the form of financials in a certain period. Another important role is as a tool to help develop future business strategies using work efficiency. With this approach, it is hoped that the organization can develop with an integrated and more comprehensive plan, this allows the organization to adapt when there are changes in the business environment and it is easier to achieve strategic and effective goals... An understanding of performance is a description of the level of achievement of a policy program or activity in the process of realizing the company's goals, vision and mission as outlined in the company's strategic planning. Meanwhile, company performance is a complete state of affairs regarding the company in a certain period and becomes a result or achievement that affects the company's operational activities on the utilization of its human resources. The author in this case presents information about understanding the balance scorecard both in terms of functional, how to use, examples of balance score card implementation to determine the company's effective and efficient business strategy for the sustainability of the company. The method used by the author is to take descriptive qualitative data by collecting data through literature review studies of several journals, articles from websites in the form of discussions about functions, steps that must be taken, balance scorecard perspectives and balance scorecard implementation.

Abstract

This study discusses how recruitment influences employee performance in a private company in Tangerang City. Reliable and competent human resources are the main factors for competitive advantage, so that the development of Human Resource Competence is one of the key factors for success in achieving the company's vision and mission. The company must be able to understand how best to manage employees who come from different backgrounds, expertise, and abilities so that employees can work according to their expertise and the type of work given. The purpose of the study is to test the implementation of a procedure and to evaluate effectively, efficiently, and economically a system in an effort to achieve company goals. The research method used is a quantitative method. Researchers use primary data using a questionnaire given to 57 employee samples from 1 private company with a 5-point Likert scale directly. The data analysis technique for this study uses SPSS as a statistical method for data processing. From the results of the analysis, the value of the regression equation between X and Y is Y = 11.279 + 0.795X. The constant value a = 11.279 while the regression coefficient figure of 0.795 states that every additional effort (because +) 1 recruitment unit, will increase employee performance by 0.795. The results of testing with simple linear regression show that the Recruitment variable (X) on employee performance (Y) indicated by the R Square value of 50.1%, this shows that the recruitment variable has an effect of 50.1% on employee performance and the rest is influenced by factors other than recruitment. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract - Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency, the number of the Indonesian labor force was recorded at 144.01 million people in February 2022. Supported by a large number of potential human resources, an organization or company can certainly operate effectively and efficiently supported by the role of employees. Employees who work also have the right to Occupational Safety and Health which in its implementation is based on legislation. However, in reality, the number of work accidents in Indonesia is still relatively high and tends to increase. This research aims to find out how influential occupational safety and health are on employee performance for the company. The research method this time is a qualitative research method presented in the form of a narrative literature review. It was found that good employee performance in a company can have a positive impact on the company as a whole. The safety and protection factor at work is one of the keys to improving employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is a narrative literature review of 3 (three) articles that discuss the analysis of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 at PT. Kerta Api Indonesia (PERSERO) to identify and summarize previously published articles without any criticism for the articles being reviewed. The review results show that PT. Kereta Api Indonesia describes the management of railroad asset documents based on ISO 9001: 2015 concerning Quality Assurance Systems in supporting the revitalization program of several railroads in Indonesia. In the process of revitalizing the rail line, of course, documents are needed as the main reference. Asset documents used in the railroad track revitalization activities are documents in the form of technical drawings, asset ownership documents, and cartography. The data used in this research is primary data, obtained from participatory observation in 2019, in-depth interviews, and a review of document asset document management activities. Along with the development of increasingly advanced industry, companies are also required to provide the best quality in the products and services they produce but do not forget the environmental impacts that occur from all company activities. In the era of globalization, the challenge for an institution, both government and private, is the ability to guarantee customer or work partner satisfaction. Likewise with the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) PT. Kereta Api (Persero). The conclusion obtained is that asset document management on the basis of ISO 9001: 2015 has an important role in supporting the railroad revitalization program in Indonesia. This is because in revitalizing the railroad, guidelines are needed to reconstruct the structure of the railroad when the track was still actively used. If the asset documents are damaged, both physically and in terms of information, then the reconstruction process will require more money and take longer.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance of the employee of a shoe industry in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 117 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership have not significant effect on the employee performance, but transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the employee of a shoe industry in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPT Victory Chingluh Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri manufaktur yang memproduksi sepatu olahraga dengan merk-merk global ternama, dengan pendapatan tahunan lebih dari US$ 1 Milyar, dan mempunyai 1500 Pekerja. Pengolahan data yang sedang berjalan khususnya untuk pekerja data mesin atau equipment management di PT Victory Ching Luh Indonesia masih dilakukan secara manual seperti pengolahan transaksi data mesin, dan pengolahan laporan data mesin, sehingga menyulitkan User dalam merekapitulasi data. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Fuzzy FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) untuk membantu mengolah data transaksi penjadwalan maintenance. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall, aplikasi berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Dengan sistem informasi yang dibuat, diharapkan dapat mempermudah pemakai dalam mengontrol masalah masalah yang ada didalam perusahaan khususnya pekerja data mesin atau equipment management serta data-data akan tersimpan dengan baik agar lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

ABSRAK Ditengah ekonomi yang kompetitif seperti sekarang, perusahaan dan organisasi maupun Home Industry harus mementingkan pelanggan serta meningkatkan komunikasi dengan pembeli secara lebih baik. Kunci sukses menghadapi pasar yang kompetitif ialah prefrensidan loyalitas pelanggan. Loyalitas pelanggan bisa menjadi jaminan kelangsungan hidup bagi perusahaan. IFA Interior menyadari akan pentingnya loyalitas pelanggan tersebut. Untuk mengurangi kelemahan pada Strategi Bisnis, maka peneliti merancang suatu sistemyang bermaksud untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dengan menerapkan salah satu strategi yaitu CRM. Diharapkan dengan menerpkan strategi CRM, IFA Interior dapat memenangkan loyalitas pelanggan dan terus meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggannya. Kesimpulan yang dapat penulis sampaikan adalah sebelum adanya sistem ini dalam Strategi Bisnis mendapatkan loyalitas pelanggan masih dilakukan dengan cara tatap mukadengan pengunjung toko atau survey ke lokasi pembuatan Furniture namun setelah adanyasistem ini melihat katalog dan berinteraksi dengan Store IFA Interior dapat diakses dalamsistem berbasis web, yang dapat bermanfaat bagi Store IFA Interior dan juga pelanggan.
