Abstract

The millennial generation has become a hot discussion issue in society and is currently the main focus, because it shows substantial influence in the era of globalization. In financial management, the millennial generation faces very difficult challenges caused by lifestyle and a lack of in-depth understanding of financial aspects. This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial intelligence and financial inclusion on the financial behavior of the millennial generation. This research is quantitative research using primary data. The population in this study is the millennial generation of Palopo city aged 24 to 39 years. Those who filled out the research questionnaire were used as a sample of 70 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed online from October to December 2023. The data collection method uses a saturated sampling method. The analysis method used is multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The research results show that partially using the t test it is concluded that financial literacy, financial intelligence and financial inclusion have a positive and significant effect on financial behavior. Simultaneously there is an influence of financial literacy, financial intelligence and financial inclusion on the financial behavior of the millennial generation in Palopo City.

Abstract

Love scamming adalah pelaku penipuan yang menggunakan identitas palsu untuk mencari cinta dan mendapatkan uang dari korbannya. Penipuan ini dilakukan secara daring dan merupakan salah satu modus cybercrime. Modus operandi love scammer adalah: Menggunakan media sosial untuk mempelajari calon korban, Berpura-pura mencari pasangan, Meminta nomor handphone korban untuk berkomunikasi percintaan, Mengirim foto-foto seksi untuk meyakinkan korban, Membujuk korban untuk berbisnis. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan yang bersifat studi literature. Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan pidana Love Scamming. Dalam tulisan ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif, karena pendekatannya maka penelitian hukum model ini disebut dengan penelitian hukum normative. Ketentuan-ketentuan hukum merupakan bahan hukum primer meliputi Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) . Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE). Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana. Pasal 378 KUHP mengatur penipuan dengan menggunakan nama palsu atau tipu muslihat untuk mendapatkan keuntungan secara melawan hukum. Sementara itu, Pasal 28 ayat (1) UU ITE mengatur penipuan yang terjadi dalam ranah digital. Namun, penerapan kedua undang-undang ini pada kasus love scam seringkali menimbulkan konflik norma. Untuk memastikan kejelasan dan efektivitas dalam menangani kasus love scam, diperlukan harmonisasi antara KUHP dan UU ITE.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam pembentukan budi pekerti siswa di SMA Al-Chasanah Jakarta Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pengajar, tetapi juga sebagai teladan dan pembimbing yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama dalam proses pembelajaran. Strategi pembelajaran aktif, seperti diskusi kelompok dan kegiatan sosial, terbukti efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moral dan etika kepada siswa. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dari pengaruh lingkungan luar, guru berupaya menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat dalam mendukung pendidikan karakter, sehingga siswa dapat tumbuh menjadi individu yang berakhlak mulia dan bertanggung jawab. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan yang lebih berfokus pada pembentukan karakter di Sekolah-sekolah Islam. Abstract

Secara administratif Bendungan Pamukkulu terletak pada Desa Kale Ko’mara, Kecamatan Polombangkeng Utara, Kabupaten Takalar, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Litologi pada Bendungan termasuk Formasi Batuan Gunungapi Baturape-Cindako yaitu lava dan breksi beserta retas-retas andesit. Metode penelitian berupa pemetaan permukaan dan pengeboran inti batuan. Berdasarkan investigasi geologi bawah permukaan, kelas batuan yang sesuai zonasi 3B yaitu pada Blok B1 (10-20m), Blok A3 (5-10m), dan Blok D (5-20m) dengan kelas batuan CH. Untuk zona 3A dengan kelas batuan CM terdapat pada Blok A3 (10-15m), Blok B1 (5-10m), dan Blok D (0-5m) dan zona 3C terdapat pada Blok A3 (1-5m), Blok B1 (5-10m), dan Blok D (0-5m) dengan kelas batuan CM. Dari hasil uji laboratorium mekanika batuan nilai Uji Kuat Tekan antara 33.36 MPa–67.24 MPa hal ini menunjukkan batuan memiliki nilai kekerasan dan kekuatan berkisar dari sedang sampai keras. Nilai Rock Quality Designation (RQD) pada lapisan atas 0-10m berkisar 13-68% dan lapisan 10-20m berkisar 83-99%. Analisis Fragmentasi batuan hasil blasting rata-rata boulder batuan berukuran 100cm ialah 18.74%. Rekomendasi dalam pembangunan bendungan pada area quarry yaitu perlunya penyesuaian blasting plan terhadap faktor-faktor geologi yang terdapat dilapangan agar fragmentasi dapat tercapai dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of aspects of Hexagon Theory consisting of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, ability, arrogance, and collusion as well as aspects of religiosity as moderation variables on academic cheating. The primary data used in this study was collected by distributing questionnaires to students majoring in accounting, faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Muhammadiyah Palopo, Class of 2020. The sampling method with the simple random sampling method by calculating a minimum sample using the slovin formula and obtained 68 samples. The collected data was analyzed using WarpPLS 7.0 software. The test results found that pressure, rationalization, ability and collusion did not have a positive and significant effect on academic cheating while opportunity and ability had a positive and significant effect on academic cheating. Higher religiosity can minimize rationality and arrogance towards academic cheating. But religiosity can strengthen collusion to commit academic cheating. High religiosity cannot hinder academic cheating which is influenced by pressure, opportunity, and ability which are supporting factors for academic cheating

Abstract

This research aims to describe the form of accentuation fallacy, the form of amphibole fallacy, the form of amphibole fallacy , The form of metaphorical fallacy. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The focus in this research is the form of accentuation, amphibole, equivocation and metaphorical errors. The data collection technique in this research was carried out in three stages, namely; observation, documentation, and reading and taking notes. The research instrument used in this research is a researcher who acts as a human instrument. The results of this research show that the form of accentuation error in this research is in the form of words. The form of amphibious error is in the form of words and sentences. The form of equivocation fallacy is in the form of words. Metaphorical fallacy takes the form of words and phrases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of food and beverage variables on purchasing preferences. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to MSME stakeholders in five sub-districtsspread across the city of Makassar. Hypothesis testing here involves the use of multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that food and beverage variables have a strong effect on purchase intent.Background: Buying interest in consumers is a very important phenomenon in marketing activities. Buying interest is consumer behavior that bases the purchase decision to be made". From the above opinion, it can be said that the buying interest arises from within a consumer after consuming and feeling repository.unimus.ac.id 4 own benefits received when consuming a product. Consumer buying interest can be influenced by product quality. Some of the descriptions above, the author is interested in knowing the relationship between Product Quality and Buying Interest, so the researcher conducted a study entitled Based on the description above, the purpose of this study is to test whether the product has an effect on consumer interest in shopping for MSME Actors.Method: The respondents here are MSMEs in Makassar City. This research method uses purposeful sampling method. The duration of this study was carried out for 3 months due to the time of distribution of questionnaires and the coverage covered by all MSME actors in the city of Makassar. For the evaluation of each statement item using a 5-point Likert scale, where 1 strongly disagrees and 5 strongly agrees. Hypothesis testing is performed using simple linear regression analysis. The formulaof the regression equation is: Y = a +b1X1+eResult: The product has a positive effect on the desire to buy. This can be seen from the significance value smaller than alpha 0.000 (<0.05)which indicates a significant influence. A positive beta value of 0.464means that the influence of the product on customer decisions is positive.That is, the better and more diverse products offered by MSME agents,the more people are interested in making purchases. This can be seenfrom the significance value below alpha 0.000 (<0.05) which indicates the effect of having a positive beta value of 0.345. This means that the effect of price on purchase intention is positive. Conclusion: From the results of research and discussion, several things can be concluded. First, the variety and quality of products offered by small and medium-sized businesses arouses interest and desire to buy from customers andpotential consumers. Second, attractive prices also encourage consumers to buy bamboo products from MSME players.

Abstract

Identification and Assessment of business development, business potential and existing products need to be carried out in order to remember the existence and increasing critical and very critical land in the Bonehau Kalumpang Forest Management Unit, caused by land degradation and forest conversion due to the expansion of agricultural and plantation land, as well as construction and/or improvement of road access to the area. The rate of deforestation and land degradation in the Forest Management Unit needs to be balanced with efforts to restore, maintain and improve the function of the forest and land. Thus, the carrying capacity, productivity, and role of the forest and land in maintaining the life support system can be increased. The Implementation Method of this activity starts from the preparation stage, data collection, both primary and secondary data, processing and analysis of data related to superior commodities, business feasibility and recommendations for further activities. Based on the results of the Identification and Assessment of business development, business potential and existing products, several recommendations are proposed, including (1) Agroforestry Development in Salutiwo Village (2) Establishment of village cooperatives, (3) Inventory of the number of aren stands located in and outside the forest area in Salutiwo Village (4) Increasing community knowledge and skills through mentoring and training from upstream to downstream.

Abstract

Curah hujan yang sangat bervariasi membentuk pola musiman di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia. Angin dan curah hujan merupakan faktor cuaca yang menentukan pengambilan keputusan dalam melakukan kegiatan penangkapan ikan di sekitar Pelabuhan Paotere sebagai pelabuhan terbesar di Kota Makassar. Kegiatan penangkapan memberi peluang bagi nelayan penuh maupun nelayan sambilan untuk mendapatkan hasil tangkapan dan keuntungan, namun juga dapat menyebabkan kerugian karena besarnya biaya operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh angin dan curah hujan terhadap produksi nelayan yang berbasis di Pelabuhan PPI Paotere Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pengumpulan data sekunder terkait angin serta curah hujan dari Stasiun Meteorologi Maritim Kelas II Paotere. Selain itu, data produksi ikan dikumpulkan dari UPTD PPI Paotere dan Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kota Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dalam produksi ikan di PPI Paotere Makassar yang dipengaruhi oleh curah hujan dan angin.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative research using a pre-experimental method aimed to: (1) describe the poetry writing skills of 12th-grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Sidrap before applying the Project-Based Learning model; (2) describe the students' poetry writing skills after using the model; and (3) examine the significant impact of the Project-Based Learning model on students' poetry writing skills. The sample consisted of 120 students selected randomly from a population of 173 students. Data were collected through pretests and posttests. The analysis results showed a significant improvement in students' poetry writing skills after applying the model, with a t-test result indicating a t-value (17.74) greater than the t-table (1.980), proving that the Project-Based Learning model had a significant effect on students' poetry writing skill.
