Abstract

Latar belakang: Dispepsia adalah kumpulan gejala yang berhubungan dengan gangguan saluran pencernaan atas dan sering dikaitkan dengan tingkat stres. Di RSUD Pakuhaji, jumlah pasien dengan sindrom dispepsia menunjukkan peningkatan, Tujuan Penelitia: menggambarkan tingkat stres pada pasien dengan sindrom dispepsia di IGD RSUD Pakuhaji Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif  yang dilakukan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) RSUD Pakuhaji pada bulan Juni- Juli 2024. Sebanyak 96 responden yang didiagnosis dengan sindrom dispepsia menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur tingkat stres dan keparahan sindrom dispepsia. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden mengalami stres ringan (52,1%), stres sedang (41,7%) dan berat (6,3%). Sebagian besar responden juga mengalami sindrom dispepsia dengan tingkat keparahan sedang (47,9%) dan ringan (43,8%). Kesimpulan dan Saran: Terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan keparahan sindrom dispepsia pada pasien di IGD RSUD Pakuhaji. Diharapkan pihak rumah sakit dapat memberikan edukasih pengelolaan tingkat sres menggunakan flyer maupun agar dapat mengurangi kejadian sindromdispepsia..

Abstract

Childhood obesity is seen to look healthy and have a healthy and intelligent child is the desire of every parent. To make it happen of course parents should always pay attention to the growth and development of nutrition. Although the process of developing a child develops naturally, the process is highly dependent on adults or parents. The purpose of this study to determine the direct and indirect influence and magnitude between health the role of health workers and motivation of under-five children to the effectiveness of health services in patients with more nutrition. This research type is quantitative with cross sectional design. Number of population and sample of research are 50 mother of balita. This research was conducted at UPT Puskesmas Gebang Cirebon Regency Year 2017. The result of hypothesis test resulted the research finding that the effectiveness of health service in nutrition patient is health manpower (28.14%), and Mother Motivation (39.81%). The direct influence of health service effectiveness on nutrition patient is 25.7% and indirect influence is 0.58% and total direct and indirect influence 26.3%. Health facilities are factors that affect the effectiveness of health services in patients with more nutrition. Research suggestions for health workers at UPT Puskesmas Gebang Cirebon District, especially midwives are expected to further improve the Puskesmas service and provide information on nutritional balance, so as to reduce morbidity and mortality of infants and toddlers.

Abstract

This article focuses on the implementation of teacher career development in the era of online learning. In the midst of technological advances, teacher career development is important to ensure the quality of education remains high. Digital technology-based training programs are key in strengthening teachers' pedagogical and digital competencies. This research explores the challenges faced by teachers in implementing online learning, such as limited access to technology and differences in digital skills between teachers. The method used is desk research with a deductive-inductive analysis approach to understand how teacher career development can improve the quality of learning and assist teachers in adjusting to changes in educational technology. The results show that online-based training is effective in improving teachers' technological skills, but the existing digital divide requires special attention. Therefore, teacher career development needs to include more inclusive and affordable training and address technical challenges. Recommendations from this study include the importance of policies that support increased access to technology and the development of continuous training programs to ensure the quality of education is maintained in the midst of changing times.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the comparison or difference between philosophy of science and philosophy of science and its implications for the development of education today. The method used in this research is library research. This research data collection used primary and secondary data sources. In analyzing the data, the author uses analytical descriptive data analysis techniques. Namely, data related to the theme being researched is collected and classified, then described and finally concluded. The result of this research is that philosophy can stand in the middle of the branches of science as a controller and director for its implementation. The following are several philosophical schools that have greatly contributed to the development of education today, namely progressivism (the implications are linked to the curriculum, so the curriculum must be open, adapted to local needs and centered on experience); essentialism (the implication is that the learning process needs to pay attention to the psychology and skills of students), and reconstructionism (the implication is that schools must direct change (the reconstruction of the current social order. As technology progresses over time, education must keep pace with this progress)

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah, baik pada jenjang pendidikan formal maupun informal. Kondisi ini berdampak serius terhadap rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dihasilkan, sehingga belum mampu menjawab kebutuhan pembangunan nasional di berbagai sektor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis permasalahan rendahnya mutu layanan pendidikan serta strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitasnya melalui pendekatan berbasis sumber daya manusia unggulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi untuk menggali secara mendalam pengalaman dan pandangan para pelaku pendidikan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas dua kategori, yaitu: (1) Data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari wawancara mendalam dengan informan yang relevan; dan (2) Data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dokumen, literatur, dan data pendukung lainnya. Peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen utama dalam proses pengumpulan data, yang dilengkapi dengan berbagai teknik seperti observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka untuk memperoleh data yang valid dan mendalam. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan dan strategi peningkatan mutu layanan pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Fatigue is a mechanism owned by the body that warns that something disturbing the body occurs and that the body can recover after rest. The results of a study conducted by the Japanese Ministry of Manpower on 12,000 companies involving around 16,000 workers in the country who were selected randomly showed that 65% of workers complained of physical fatigue due to routine work, 28% complained of mental fatigue, and around 7% of workers complained of severe stress and felt left out fatigue shows different conditions from each individual. This study aimed to determine the relationship between work fatigue in technical workers at PLN (Persero) ULP Belopa. The research used was a quantitative cross-sectional study design. The population and sample in the study were 40 people, all of whom were technical workers at PLN (Persero) ULP Belopa. This means the findings are directly applicable to the entire population. The results of the study showed that the variables related to work fatigue were age (p = 0.025), and variables not related to work fatigue were length of service (p = 0.939), nutritional status (p = 0.482), and workload (p = 0.400). To reduce work fatigue in PT. PLN Persero ULP Belopa 2022 employees, while working, this can be done by modifying work attitudes, paying more attention to rest time or breaks when feeling indications of physical fatigue due to the continuous standing working position.

Abstract

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior Program for households, Tanrutedong Health Center, had coverage in 2020 of (67%); in 2021, there was a decrease in coverage (56%). For the minimum target of PHBS itself, it has a target achievement of (70)%. The problems that arise include the three highest diseases in the Tanrutedong Health Center, one of which is 90% Typhoid Fever. This study aims to determine the relationship between the implementation of 4 PHBS indicators and the incidence of typhoid fever in Abbanuangnge Hamlet, Bila Village, Dua Pitue District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency in 2022. This type of research is Observational Analytical research with a Cross-Sectional Study approach; this research will be conducted in August and September 2022. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling in the form of accidental sampling. The population in this study included families in Abbanuangnge Hamlet, Bila Village, Dua Pitue District, and Sidenreng Rappang Regency. There were as many as 171 families, with the Slovin formula of 121 families. The results of the study showed that the use of clean water (p = 0.527) had no relationship with the implementation of typhoid fever, washing hands with clean water and soap (p = 0.391) had no relationship with the implementation of typhoid fever, using healthy toilets (p = 0.560) had no relationship with the implementation of typhoid fever, and eating fruits and vegetables every day (p = 781) had no relationship with the implementation of typhoid fever. The study concluded that there was no relationship between implementing clean water, washing hands with clean water and soap, using healthy toilets, and eating fruits and vegetables every day with typhoid fever. It is hoped that the community will always pay attention to clean and healthy living behaviors to avoid typhoid fever.

Abstract

Work accidents are incidents that occur to workers and are closely related to work so that workers complain of pain due to illnesses suffered and arise while working or incidents that occur when leaving work from home to the workplace and returning home accompanied by injuries, physical abnormalities, disabilities, and even death. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the occurrence of work accidents in Truck Operators at the New Makassar Container Terminal. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional study design with a population of 500 workers and a sample of 90 workers; the technique for determining the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula. Data analysis was done univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test to determine the influential variables. The results of this study obtained a p-value of work period with work accidents of 0.816 and a p-value of supervision with work accidents of 0.251. This study concludes that there are no variables that influence work accidents. The suggestion from this study is that it is hoped that the company, especially supervisors in the field, will be more assertive in reprimanding truck operators who are negligent in their work, especially in the unsafe actions of workers.

Abstract

Stress is a non-specific response of the body to any demands or burdens given. Stress can arise when a person experiences a heavy burden or task and cannot cope with the assigned task. This study aims to determine the factors related to work stress in nurses in the inpatient ward installation at the Lasinrang Regional General Hospital, Pinrang Regency, in 2024. This study uses a quantitative research method with a cross-sectional research design. Sampling in this study was simple random sampling with a sample size of 104 nurses. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with the chi-square test. The results of the study showed that age (p 0.001 <0.05), length of service (p 0.000 <0.05), and workload (p 0.000 <0.05) had a relationship with work stress in nurses. Meanwhile, gender (p 0.434 > 0.05), work shift (p 0.559 < 0.05), level of work conflict (p 0.079 < 0.05), and job satisfaction (p 0.074 < 0.05) had no relationship with work stress in nurses in the inpatient ward installation at Lasinrang Regional General Hospital, Pinrang Regency in 2024. Suggestions that can be given to nurses can adjust to the workload, which must be done with the ability and capacity of nurses to avoid excessive workload and to relax to help nurses overcome stress levels.

Abstract

Pemasangan infus merupakan prosedur yang sering dilakukan di rumah sakit, namun hal ini mempunyai risiko tinggi terjadinya infeksi nasokomial apabila tidak dilakukan sesuai prosedur. Kepatuhan dalam menjalankan standar prosedur operasional pada setiap pemasangan infus berguna untuk mencegah infeksi nasokomial khususnya flebitis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan perawat menjalankan SPO pemasangan infus di ruang perawatan Puskesmas Poasia Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 58 perawat diruang perawatan dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner mengenai ketersediaan alat, motivasi, masa kerja, selain itu dilakukan observasi terhadap pelaksanaan pemasangan infus oleh responden dengan acuan SPO pemasangan infus di puskesmas Poasia. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji fisher’s exact test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan ketersediaan alat, hubungan motivasi, hubungan masa kerja dengan kepatuhan perawat menjalankan SPO pemasangan infus di ruang perawatan Puskesmas Poasia Kendari. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah faktor ketersediaan alat, motivasi, masa kerja berhubungan dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam menjalankan SPO pemasangan infus di ruang perawatan puskesmas Poasia Kota Kendari
