Abstract

Era industri 4.0 mewajibkan semua kalangan untuk terus mengembangkan kompetensinya terutama dalam aspek IPTEK (ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi). Jika tidak demikian, maka ia secara perlahan akan tergeser dan tergantikan bahkan terasingkan dari zaman. Karena, individu yang kompeten dan berdaya saing tinggilah yang dibutuhkan. Diklat menjadi solusi yang umum digunakan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi seseorang dalam menghadapi tugasnya. Analisis kebutuhan diklat menjadi tahap yang paling penting dalam penyelenggaraann diklat. Jika penetuan kebutuhan diklat kurang akurat, maka arah pelatihan akan menyimpang dan tidak terarah. Artinnya, pelatihan kurang efektif. Analisis kebutuhan diklat guru PAI menjadi suatu kegiatan mencari, menemukan, mencatat, dan memproses data terkait apa yang dibutuhkan guru PAI / peserta diklat, yang menjadi harapan guru PAI maupun lembaga. Analisis kebutuhan diklat guru PAI sangat penting apalagi di masa pandemi Covid-19. Karena, pembelajaran diselenggarakan secara berani. Maka, kebutuhan guru PAI akan semakin banyak. Dengan analisis kebutuhan diklat, maka akan diketahui kebutuhan apa saja yang harus dipenuhi atau diprioritaskan untuk mendukung profesionalisme guru PAI.

Abstract

Implementation of habituation-based management strategies in growing the religius character of students in SMAN 1 Galis Pamekasan can change the character of students more religius. The students look polite and polite in various ways. The results showed that: firstly, there was a habit-based strategy planning in growing students' religius character at SMAN 1 Galis Pamekasan, namely by involving stakeholders to develop a plan for growing religius character as outlined in curriculum documents through various extra activities and subjects. Both implementations are by activating positive religius activities, such as prayer in congregation, reading short Al-Qur'an letters and Yasin letters before learning, reading prayers before and after learning, and kissing the teacher's hand. The third evaluation in the implementation of customary-based strategy management in growing the religius character of students in SMAN 1 Galis Pamekasan is the supporting factors, namely; (1) there are similarities in School Rules, (2) there is support from Teachers and Stakeholders, and (3) there are adequate facilities. While the inhibiting factors namely; (1) there are differences in the character of students, (2) lack of attention from parents of students, and (3) the existence of negative community responses.

Abstract

Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Putro Wali di Ponpes Nurul Ulum Tagrineh Manoan Kecamatan Kokop Kabupaten Bangkalan perlu diberikan penguatan, diantaranya dengan model Lesson Study yang terdiri dari plan, do, dan see. Hasilnya terbukti  dapat memberikan penguatan pembelajaran  diantarnya  para guru antusias dan akan akan menerapkan secara kontinyu pasca pelaksanaan PKM. Model lesson study sebagai salah satu model pengembangan pembelajaran bagi guru yang menarik untuk dilakukan. Di samping sebagai sarana sillaturahim juga membuat pembelajaran semakin menarik disebabkan dipikirkan secara bersama melalui plan (perencanaan) termasuk dalam pembuatan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP). Selanjutnya pada tahap do (pelaksanaan) yaitu apa yang sudah direncanakan dilaksanakan oleh guru model yang sudah disepakati saat perencanaan. Sedangkan para guru lain menjadi pengamat sekaligus mencatat hal-hal yang ditemukan. Kegiatan selanjutnya adalah see (refleksi) dengan mengevaluasi secara bersama-sama dibawah koordinasi guru model. Pada saat do siswa dalam hal ini si pebelajar di PKBM Putro Wali  menjadi menyenangkan, karena mereka diamati serta dapat merinteraksi dengan para guru yang mungkin belum pernah ditemui saat pembelajaran di PKBM. Si pebelajar juga bersungguh-sungguh sebab banyak guru yang melihat proses pembelajaran di PKBM sehingga juga menjadi motivasi sekaligus bisa disebut shock terapi.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has shifted teaching and learning activities from school to home. Students are given homework as a way of learning at home. However, this only burdens students and parents. We need a way to increase students’ enthusiasm for learning. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to increase enthusiasm of student in learning at home with mind mapping techniques. It also aims to overcome their boredom in doing assignments that are piled up due to Covid-19 besides not understanding the subject matter. The research method used is action research, because this study applies an action learning at home using mind-mapping techniques. The results showed that learning by using mind mapping technique is able to improve the spirit of student learning because basically, they like learning with media images. Therefore, learning to use mind mapping is highly recommended for use because it can increase the enthusiasm for learning.(Pada masa pandemi Covid-19, kegiatan belajar mengajar dialihkan dari sekolah menjadi belajar di rumah. Siswa diberikan tugas rumah sebagai cara belajar di rumah. Namun, hal itu justru membebani siswa dan orang tua sehingga diperlukan cara untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar para siswa. Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa di rumah dengan teknik mind mapping dan untuk mengatasi kejenuhan siswa dalam mengerjakan tugas yang menumpuk akibat Covid-19 sementara mereka tidak memahami materi pelajaran dengan baik. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan, karena penelitian ini menerapkan suatu tindakan belajar di rumah menggunakan teknik mind mapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belajar dengan menggunakan teknik mind mapping mampu meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa karena pada dasarnya, siswa menyukai belajar dengan media gambar. Oleh sebab itu, belajar menggunakan mind mapping  sangat diajurkan untuk digunakan karena mampu meningkatkan semangat belajar.)

Abstract

The teacher is the spearhead of education because it deals directly with students during the learning process. The teacher also determines the direction of education in madrasahs and at schools. For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen the competence of madrasah teachers and teachers in schools to create superior, competitive, and prophetic madrasahs and schools. This article results from community engagement activities in the form of workshop on strengthening competency in writing and managing journals for teachers in madrasas and schools in Kokop - Bangkalan District. This article describes two research focuses, namely (1) How to improve teacher competence in writing scientific papers and publish them in journals at UPTD Pendidikan, Kokop Bangkalan District? (2) How to manage and develop an education journal in Kokop Bangkalan District? The results of this activity are: (a) Teachers potentially improve their self-competence in writing scientific papers and publish them in journals at UPTD Pendidikan, Kokop District, Bangkalan. (b) Teachers can manage and develop the education journal in Kokop Bangkalan District. (c) The offline-based education journal in Kokop sub-district can develop to become an online journal with the OJS (Open Journal System) platform.(Guru adalah ujung tombak pendidikan sebab berhubungan langsung dengan siswa saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Guru juga  menentukan arah pendidikan di madrasah dan di sekolah. Untuk itu dibutuhkan penguatan kompetensi guru madrasah dan guru di sekolah dalam rangka mewujudkan madrasah dan sekolah unggul, kompetitif, dan berkarakter profetik. Artikel ini merupakan hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masayarakat dalam bentuk workshop penguatan kompetensi menulis dan mengelola jurnal bagi guru di madrasah dan sekolah di Kecamatan Kokop Bangkalan. Artikel ini memaparkan dua fokus penelitian yaitu (1) Bagaimanakah meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah serta mempublikasinnya pada jurnal di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Kokop, Kabupaten Bangkalan? (2) Bagaimanakah mengelola dan mengembangkan jurnal pendidikan di Kecamatan Kokop Kabupaten Bangkalan? Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa: (a) Para guru berpotensi meningkatkan kompetensi diri mereka dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah serta mempublikasinnya pada jurnal di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Kokop Bangkalan. (b) Para guru dapat mengelola dan mengembangkan jurnal pendidikan di Kecamatan Kokop Bangkalan. (c) Jurnal pendidikan di Kecamatan Kokop yang berbasis luring berpeluang menjadi jurnal daring dengan platform OJS (Open Journal System)

Abstract

The lack of awareness of the importance of literacy activities in the community, especially in literature, creates backwardness in literacy. Therefore, the literacy activities need to be introduced and encouraged to raise new generations for the world of literacy to not drown in the community without any record that those existed in the community. This writing class program aims to raise new generations and become a forum to encourage the spirit of youth literacy in the village. While the research method used is the Asset-Based Communities Development (ABCD) method because this method is a model in developing a community that prioritizes the use of assets and potential within a community. The results show that with this writing class which is packaged with the 3S concept (Relaxed, Serious, and Successful), some teenagers who have an interest in writing can/can develop their writing skills, can bring up their enthusiasm in writing, especially in the field of short stories literature as the focus from this writing class in the field of short story literature. During the course, the class members have made two short stories that could be sent to the Radar Madura newspaper later. Therefore, this writing class can be an alternative to develop the talents and interests of teenagers in the world of literacy. (Minimnya kesadaran akan pentingnya kegiatan literasi di tengah masyarakat khususnya dibidang kesastraan, membuat keterbelakangan dalam dunia literasi. Maka, kegiatan menulis perlu dikenalkan serta didorong guna memunculkan bibit-bibit baru untuk dunia literasi, supaya tidak tenggelam di tengah masyarakat tanpa ada catatan bahwa ia pernah ada di tengah masyarakat tersebut. Adapun tujuan dari adanya program kelas menulis ini adalah untuk memunculkan bibit baru serta menjadi wadah untuk mendorong semangat literasi remaja di desa. Sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode Asset Based Communities Development (ABCD), karena metode ini merupakan model dalam mengembangkan masyarakat yang mengutamakan pemanfaatan aset dan potensi dalam lingkungan sebuah masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya kelas menulis ini yang dikemas dengan konsep 3S (Santai, Serius, dan Sukses), sebagian remaja yang memiliki minat dalam kepenulisan bisa/dapat mengembangkan kemampuan menulisnya, dapat memunculkan rasa semangat mereka dalam menulis khususnya dibidang sastra cerpen sebagaimana fokus dari kelas menulis ini dibidang sastra cerpen, serta selama kelas ini berlangsung anggota kelas telah mampu membuat 2 buah karya cerpen yang bisa dikirimkan ke Koran Radar Madura nantinya. Oleh karena itu, kelas menulis ini bisa menjadi alternatif untuk mengembangkan bakat dan minat remaja di dunia literasi).

Abstract

Madrasah is a formal institution that aims to develop and enhance individual potential, both physical and psychological potential. Madrasah programs can only run smoothly if they receive community support. Therefore, madrasah leaders need to continuously foster good relations between madrasah and the community. Realizing the adiwiyata madrasah program must be supported by cooperation between the community and the madrasa to support the achievement of the program. Based on this research was carried out in the form of a case study of institutional cooperation at the adiwiyata madrasah in MTs Negeri 2 Pamekasan with three research focuses, namely: 1) Implementation of institutional cooperation in adiwiyata madrasah at MTs Negeri 2 Pamekasan which refers to management functions namely planning, organizing, actuating, controlling; 2) Weaknesses and obstacles in the implementation of institutional cooperation at the adiwiyata madrasa internally and externally at  MTs Negeri 2 Pamekasan; and 3) Ways to overcome weaknesses and obstacles in the implementation of institutional cooperation at the adiwiiyata madrasah internally and externally.

Abstract

Management in learning must be programmed according to the approach to behavior change in order to increase student motivation. This was done at SMP Negeri 3 Pademawu Pamekasan. This research approach is qualitative with the type of case study research. The results of the first study planning a behavioral change approach in increasing student motivation in Pademawu Pamekasan Middle School 3, including: 1) Teachers use the PAKEM learning model. 2) Implement a system of approaches, giving motivation, uswah or examples and spiritual support, rules in the form of 5S and school order; 3) Application of the rules and regulations of the institutions that get positive responses from students. The second is the application of the behavior change approach in increasing student motivation in Pademawu Pamekasan Middle School 3, including: 1) The teacher provides motivation for students such as order notes and uswah or examples. 2) The teacher uses the PAKEM learning model; and 3) Teachers apply reward and praise strategies for students who excel in both the academic and non-academic fields. These three factors support the behavior change approach in increasing student motivation in Pademawu State Yunior School 3 in increasing student motivation in Pademawu State Pamekasan Yunior School, including: 1) active students in the classroom; 2) The existence of a mosque is also an existing library. While the inhibiting factors, including: 1) If the teacher is too close to students, the student will lower the teacher and students who are naughty will talk more and more without being noticed by students; b) Not all teachers apply the behavior change approach.

Abstract

The implementation of a two-way symmetrical model of public relations provides opportunities for recipients of education services to obtain their rights as consumers of education services. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. The results showed that: first, the application of a two-way symmetrical model of public relations was carried out in the form of various school programs, this was because it involved outside agencies both government and non-government agencies, communication established by public relations officers ie two directions, mutual giving and receiving, honesty and openness and not on the basis of personal interests. Second, supporting factors in the form of approaches taken by public relations officers, regarding the communication carried out, and the same vision and goals are also supporting factors. Third, the inhibiting factors are internal and external factors. The ability of the public relations officer in planning the program of activities, as well as the approach with whom to aim for and the lack of activity time and readiness of the agency. Fourth, the solution is the principal's policy to immediately take other actions.

Abstract

Discipline character should be created from all aspects of the activities carried out, including the discipline in following lecture activities carried out online by students of the Islamic Education Management Study Program at IAIN Madura. This research includes a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, the results of the study show that: first, the strategies used to discipline students in online lectures include clarifying pre-course contracts or course objectives, providing subject matter with the discussion method, giving assignments as material to evaluate the material presented and collecting tasks using deadlines. The two supporting factors are so that discipline in online lectures includes communication tools such as cellphones, laptops, and other applications as a medium for conveying information between students and lecturers, and the three inhibiting factors are not facilitated by internet networks and internet quota packages that are owned and the absence of tools. Other communications and solutions that should be provided are buying internet quotas and using Wi-fi and IAIN Madura providing a learning system with the IAIN Madura e-learning website.
