Abstract

Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah Regulasi pelayanan administrasi kependudukan oleh birokrasi pemerintahan di tinjau dari peraturan daerah kabupaten tasikmalaya nomor 1 tahun 2018 tentang administrasi kependudukan yang masih sarat dengan kompleksitas permasalahan yang tidak hanya menyangkut persoalan pola hubungan kekuasaan saja tetapi berbagai stigma negatif yang melekat pada birokrasi pemerintahan masih menjadi kendala utama. Gerakan reformasi menghendaki birokrasi memiliki netralitas politik, transparan, responsif dan akuntabel. Namun harapan publik untuk melihat adanya perbaikan kualitas pelayanan kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil sering tidak terwujud, sehingga dalam Surat Edaran Menteri PAN No.10/M.PAN/07/2005, administrasi kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil memperoleh prioritas utama dalam penanganan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Permasalahan (1) Bagaimana Pelaksanaan Regulasi Pelayanan Adminstrasi Kependudukan di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya (2) Kendala - kendala yang dihadapi dalam Pelaksanaan Regulasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya (3) Upaya - upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk Mengatasi Kendala – kendala dalam pelaksanaan Regulasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penggunaan metode tersebut karena metode deskriptif merupakan metode yang memusatkan perhatian pada aspek-aspek tertentu yang sedang berlangsung pada saat penelitian dilakukan. Adapun hasil temuan penelitian yang diperoleh memberikan kesimpulan bahwa Pelaksanaan Regulasi penyelenggaraan pelayanan Administrasi kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil, belum sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan yang baik. Sesuai dengan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Nomor 1 Tahun 2018 Tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Nomor 4 Tahun 2011 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Administrasi Kependudukan Di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, Kendala - kendala yang dihadapi dalam Pelaksanaan Regulasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya adalah dari Letak wilayah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang luas dan jauh mengakibatkan Masyarakat sulit untuk mengakses dan melakukan pendataan Administrasi Kependudukan secara langsung ke Disdukcapil Kabupaten Tasikmalaya sehingga hanya bisa terbatas di Desa atau bahkan Perekaman data s/d tingkat kecamatan saja yang masih menggunakan system manual dan Upaya - upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk Mengatasi Kendala – kendala dalam pelaksanaan Regulasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya di mulai dari tingkat kecamatan yang seharusnya melihat dan mengikuti Permendagri Nomor 7 tahun 2019 tentang pelayanan Administrasi kependudukan secara Daring sehingga ini akan mempercepat dan mempermudah proses Pelayanan Administrasi kependudukan bagi Masyarakat ketika melakukan proses selanjutnya ke Disdukcapil, kemudian untuk Data pun akan lebih valid dan aman sehingga tidak terjadi lagi Kesemrawutan Data di Tingkat Kabupaten Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Dharmasraya Regency is known for its multicultural society. The presence of transmigration communities to the area has made Dharmasraya a region with a very rich cultural diversity. There are two large groups that live side by side while maintaining their respective cultures, namely the Minangkabau people as natives and the Javanese as immigrants. The diversity of cultures that exist in Dharmasraya also affects the folklore that develops in the area, one of which is people's belief. This study uses a qualitative approach. so the purpose of this study specifically wants to show the trust of the transmigration community in Dharmasraya which is a multicultural society in relation to the social identity of the community towards a new identity. The results showed that in the folklore of the transmigration community there was a shift from the area of origin. If in the area of origin, folklore is magical and mystical, when mixed with a new society, folklore also changes its function into a new identity for the transmigration community which is the result of mixing indigenous peoples and transmigration communities.

Abstract

The presence of the capital market increases the choice of sources of funds for companies and increases investment choices which can be interpreted as opportunities to obtain additional funds for companies. In order for investors to want to invest, the company must provide information about financial statements. Stock trading on the stock exchange is related to accounting information related to company performance, this information is important for investors and business people. The technology sector is one of the stock sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The issue of digitalization among investors, which began in the industrial era 5.0, has made technology sector companies famous. The purpose of the study is to ascertain the partial and simultaneous effects of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price Book Value (PBV) on stock prices in companies operating in the technology sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study is quantitative and makes use of secondary data from business financial reports. A total of 32 businesses from the technology sector that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange throughout the 2019–2021 timeframe make up the research population. Purposive sampling was utilized for the sample, and numerous tests of linear regression were run on the data. The results of the study revealed that EPS had no substantial effect on stock prices. Stock prices are not much impacted by DER. Stock prices are positively and significantly impacted by PBV. The simultaneous impact of EPS, DER, and PBV on stock prices is substantial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the validity, practicality, effectiveness, and attractiveness of montage learning media in the form of flip charts with story telling strategy. The stages of this research refer to the ADDIE design model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The conclusion from the research results on the development of flip chart montage media with a story telling strategy, namely (1) validity produces an average validation value of 84.5% which includes very valid validity criteria and can be used without revision, (2) the practicality of montage media in the form of flip chart with story telling strategy, the percentage of practicality of teacher response questionnaire is 89% and student response questionnaire is 85.7% which includes very practical criteria and can be used without revision, (3) the effectiveness of montage media in the form of flip chart with story telling strategy is declared effective seen from the score the average student learning outcomes who obtained 94.5 results were declared valid based on the specified KKM, namely 70, (4) the attractiveness of the montage media in the form of a flip chart based on the results of the student response questionnaire the attractiveness obtained a score of 83.3% which was included in the attractiveness criteria very interesting and can be used in learning.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tax morale, tax sanctions and tax compliance costs on individual taxpayer compliance with creative economy actors in the fashion sub-sector of Malang raya city. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling technique, so that the number of samples can be determined as many as 70 respondents who fit the criteria. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tax morale, tax sanctions and tax compliance costs simultaneously had a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance with creative economy actors in the fashion sub-sector of Malang raya city. The variables of tax morale, tax sanctions and tax compliance costs have a significant and positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance with creative economy actors in the fashion sub-sector of Malang Raya City. Keywords: Creative Economy Actors in Malang raya city Fashion Sub-Sector, Tax Morale, Tax Sanctions and Tax Compliance costs, Taxpayer Compliance.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Tarian tradisional yang banyak diminati masyarakat seperti Tari Jauk Keras dan Tari Kebyar Duduk yang sering diperlombakan oleh pemerintah maupun masyarakat di Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perbedaan kekuatan otot tangan dan otot kaki Penari Jauk Keras dengan Penari Kebyar Duduk pada mahasiswa Institut Seni Indonesia Denpasar. Metode: Penelitian inferensial ini menggunakan metode uji-t. Populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 58 orang mahasiswa laki-laki dengan sampel sebanyak 36 orang yang diklasifikasikan 18 orang penari Tari Jauk Keras dan 18 Tari Kebyar Duduk. Hasil: Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa data yang diperoleh berdistribusi normal dan bersifat homogen. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kekuatan otot tangan kanan antara penari Tari Jauk Keras sebesar 30,3333 kg dengan penari Tari Kebyar Duduk sebesar 26,0883 kg sedangkan kekuatan otot tangan kiri antara penari Tari Jauk Keras dan penari Tari Kebyar Duduk tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Kekuatan otot kaki penari pada kedua jenis tari ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan yaitu pada penari Tari Kebyar Duduk mempunyai rata-rata kekuatan otot kaki lebih besar yaitu 61,9167 kg sedangkan penari Tari Jauk Keras dengan rata-rata 48,222 kg. Simpulan: Mahasiswa di Institut Seni Indonesia Denpasar yang mengambil kompetensi Tari Jauk Keras dijumpai memiliki kekuatan otot tangan kanan lebih besar daripada penari Kebyar Duduk, dengan kekuatan otot tangan kiri penari pada kedua tarian tersebut hasilnya sama, sementara itu kekuatan otot kaki penari Kebyar Duduk mendapatkan hasil lebih besar daripada penari Jauk Keras. Abstract

Female workers have a high level of fatigue which can lead to burnout syndrome, especially female workers who are lecturers at Faculty of Medicine Udayana University. This study aims to determine the prevalence of burnout syndrome in female lecturers and the relationship with the causative factors. This study is an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional approach using 94 research samples. The relationship between variables was analyzed using Chi-square. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between age and burnout syndrome (p=0,140); there is no significant relationship between marital status and burnout syndrome (p=0,780); there is no significant relationship between tenure and burnout syndrome (p=0,238); there is no significant relationship between individual factors and burnout syndrome (p=0,347); there is no significant relationship between organizational factors and burnout syndrome (p=0,331); there was no significant relationship between work environment and burnout syndrome (p=0,202). The conclusion of the study is that there is no relationship between age, marital status, tenure, individual factor, organizational factor and work environment with the occurrence of burnout syndrome

Abstract

ABSTRACT The transition from high school to tertiary education requires adaptation, because college is the toughest period during education. Some studies say that Medical Education is the toughest field of study that creates pressure. The pressure that arises is increasing and continues to cause anxiety. The impact of anxiety is stress. One of the efforts to increase stress immunity is by exercising. Exercise is part of one's life and is very useful to balance life, especially for students, by exercising one can reduce the impact of stress physiologically and psychologically. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress levels and routine exercise among students. This study is an observational analytic study with a cross sectional method using a stress level questionnaire and a sports questionnaire and totaling 80 collage students from the Undergraduate Medicine and Professional Doctor Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, class of 2019 as a respondents. Conducted in April-July 2020 via google form with variable independent of routine exercise and variable dependent stress level and variable confounding of residence, academic achievement, and gender. Based on the results of the Chi-Squere test, it showed that no relationship between stress levels and exercise (p = 0.109). It can be concluded that it has no relationship, so it is necessary to do further research on stress both in relation to routine exercise and other factors. Abstract

Background. Obesity is one of problems that are often found in students due to the lifestyle of students who are less active. Changes in student lifestyles to become sedentary have an impact on eating patterns, or the consumption of people who are more likely to choose fast food, high-calorie, and high-fat foods. Nutrition knowledge is known to affect a person's diet. Diet itself certainly affects the type of food and the amount of food consumed every day. People with high nutrition knowledge will be able to regulate their daily diet and avoid one of the risks of obesity. Purpose. To know the relationship between nutritional knowledge and obesity. Method. Type of research used is an analytical cross sectional research method to analyze the relationship between nutrition knowledge and BMI among medical students in Udayana University. Results. The samples that were collected were 98 people, the results obtained in this study showed that 53.1% of students had a normal BMI and 48% of students had low nutritional knowledge. Based on this study, it was found that the p value was 0.588 and it can be concluded that there is no relationship between nutritional knowledge and obesity

Abstract

Workers who cannot handle the stress at work will result in burnout syndrome, especially men who work as lecturers. This study aims to determine the prevalence of burnout syndrome in male lecturers and the relationship with the factors that influence it. The analytical cross-sectional research design in this study involved 91 male lecturer respondents who worked at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University in 2021. The data were analyzed using Chi-Square and Spearman Rank. The frequency of occurrence of burnout syndrome were 62 (68.1%) respondents with no sign, 25 (27.5%) respondents with little sign, 3 (3.3%) respondents with severe risk and 1 (1.1%) respondent with very severe sign. The study also showed that there was no significant correlation between age and burnout syndrome (p=0.238); there was a significant correlation between marital status and burnout syndrome (p=0.004); there was no significant correlation between years of service and burnout syndrome (p=0.428); there is a significant correlation of individual factors on burnout syndrome (p=0.000); there was no significant correlation of organizational factors on burnout syndrome (p=0.099); there was no significant correlation between work environment and burnout syndrome (p=0.301).
