Abstract

This study aims to analyze teacher planning, learning implementation, and students' higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) in Indonesian language learning for fifth graders at the SPF Technical Implementation Unit (UPT SPF) of Labuang Baji 1 Elementary School in Makassar City. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with fifth-grade teachers and students as subjects. Data were collected through lesson plan analysis, learning observations, daily evaluation tests, and interviews, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis indicate that the learning plan has fulfilled the 2013 Curriculum requirements administratively, but is still dominated by lower-order thinking indicators, thus not optimally developing students' HOTS. The learning implementation runs well and actively involves students, but learning activities and questions still focus on factual aspects and understanding. The evaluation instrument is dominated by LOTS questions at 70% and HOTS at 30%, with student achievement in the LOTS category being good and in the HOTS category being sufficient. These findings indicate that students' higher-order thinking skills still need to be strengthened through more HOTS-oriented learning planning, implementation, and assessment.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the retelling skills of fable stories among fifth-grade students through the implementation of the paired storytelling technique and hand puppet media. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), involving 20 fifth-grade students in the 2022/2023 academic year. The study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings. Data were collected through observation and performance tests, then analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that only 9 students were able to effectively retell the fable stories they heard or read according to the competencies, while the other 11 students required guidance. The application of paired storytelling techniques and the use of hand puppet media proved effective in improving the retelling skills of most students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the STEAM-based PJBL learning model in improving the understanding of 4th grade students of SDN 11 Limboto on photosynthesis material. The type of research used is qualitative research. The population of this study is the fourth grade class consisting of 25 students. The learning outcomes obtained after using the STEAM-based PjBL model with Terrarium media on the theme of Photosynthesis The most important process on earth in the fourth grade of SDN 11 Limboto were 21 students who achieved KKTP and 4 students who did not achieve KKTP. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test with the final data obtained from the pretest and posttest results, namely │thitung │ = │11.4025│. Then it can be seen that the value of │thitung│ = │11.4025│> ttable value = 2.06, which means H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means there is an effectiveness of using the STEAM-based PjBL model with terrarium media on student learning outcomes on the theme of Photosynthesis The most important process on earth in Natural and Social Sciences at SDN 11 Limboto, Gorontalo Regency. This effectiveness is also seen from the increase in the average pretest score of 61.68 to 82 in the posttest score.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes, implementation and challenges in implementing the Project Based Learning model in the PPKN subject for fourth-grade students at SDN 21 Limboto. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects of this study were 24 fourth-grade students at SDN 21 Limboto. The data analysis techniques used in this study were test result analysis and observation result analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that PPKN learning on rights and obligations using the Project Based Learning model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN 21 Limboto. This is indicated by the improvement in student learning outcomes in cycles I and II. In cycle I, 17 students were categorized as achieving the Minimum Completion (KKM) with a percentage of 70% and in cycle II, 24 students were categorized as achieving the KKM value with a percentage of 96%. So the KKM increased by 26%. This is because in cycle II, students have begun to improve in the learning process, most students have been able to understand the material. So, student learning outcomes in cycle II have reached the KKM value or the specified performance indicators. Thus, the hypothesis in this study is that using the Project Based Learning model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 21 Limboto.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the learning outcomes of science can be improved through the Inquiry learning model in fourth-grade students of SDN 4 Limboto. The method used in this study is the classroom action research (CAR) method. This research was conducted at SDN 4 Limboto in fourth-grade students. The object of this study is the application of the think pair share learning method in improving the learning outcomes of science students on the material of forces around us in fourth-grade SDN 4 Limboto. The subjects of this study were fourth-grade students of SDN 4 Limboto. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and tests. Based on the data analysis and learning process in the previous chapter, the researcher can conclude that learning using the inquiry learning model can improve the quality of science lessons on the material of forces around us in fourth-grade SDN 4 Limboto. Student learning outcomes before the application of the inquiry learning model had not reached the KKTP. After the application of the inquiry learning model, student learning outcomes increased, as can be seen in the increase in completeness in the pre-cycle from 35%, increasing in cycle 1 to 55%, and in cycle II increasing to 80%. Thus, student learning outcomes and analysis of observation sheets improved in a better direction with the application of the inquiry learning model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam berargumentasi melalui penerapan model pembelajaran think pair share pada materi norma dilingkunganku Peserta didik kelas V SDN 21 Limboto. Permasalahan yang dihadapi sebelumnya adalah rendahnya kemampuan peserta didik dalam berargumentasi dalam pembelajaran aktif. Serta penggunaan model pembelajaran yang bulum optimal dan masih bersifat konvensional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang menggunakan teori toulmin, dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, siklus I dilakukan dalam dua kali pertemuan dan siklus II dilakukan dalam satu kali pertemuan, masing-masing pertemuan dialokasikan dalam 2×35 menit. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriftif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan kemampuan berargumentasi peserta didik. Setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran tkink pair share. Pada siklus I memperoleh presentase klasikal 57%. Dan siklus II mememperoleh presentase klasikal sebesar 84%. Dengan demikian, penerapan model pembelajaran think pair share terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam berargumentasi.

Abstract

Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) merupakan mata pelajaran yang berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter, sikap, dan nilai kebangsaan peserta didik. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, pembelajaran PPKn masih sering dilakukan secara konvensional dan kurang memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang menarik, khususnya pada materi keberagaman budaya. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan peserta didik kurang aktif dan berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan inovasi media pembelajaran yang mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan bermakna, salah satunya melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran kartu kuartet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran kartu kuartet terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran PPKn materi keberagaman budaya kelas V di SDN Samata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pre-eksperimental dan desain one group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V SDN Samata yang berjumlah 31 orang dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 15 butir soal yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Teknik analisis data meliputi statistik deskriptif dan inferensial dengan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar, ditandai dengan nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 73,98 dan posttest sebesar 84,45. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (Sig. 2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran kartu kuartet berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar PPKn peserta didik. Media kartu kuartet terbukti mampu meningkatkan keaktifan, motivasi belajar, serta pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi keberagaman budaya.

Abstract

Penggunaan Gambar Gerak adalah cara dalam membangun bentuk dasar jiwa dalam proses belajar mengajar, dimana kemungkinan siswa dapat mengidentifikasi pengenalan diri dengan sisi konkret dan nyata dalam memaknai bahasa dan makna kata dengan pelafasan dan pengetahuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa dalam maharah qiraah serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media gambar gerak untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam maharah qiraahdi MTs Terpadu Langsa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahPre-Experimental Designs. Peneliti melakukan penelitian ini didalam satu kelas yang disebut dengan “One Group Pree-Test Post-Test Design”. Sistem Analisis Data adalah wawancaradan Tes, kemudian untuk hasil pre-test dan post-test peneliti menggunakan “SPSS 16” dengan analisis Simple Independent Test. Dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa Kelas 2 di Mts Terpadu Langsa dan jumlah mereka 171 Siswa, dan Sampelnya adalah Kelas2(2) dan jumlah mereka adalah 35 Siswa.Cara Pengambilan Sampel menggunakan Purposive Sample.Setelah peneliti menganalisis data maka peneliti menemukan hasil penelitian yaitu: Penggunaan media gambar gerakyang dapat mengutamakan aktivitas komunitas dan membaca siswa dengan memperhatikan gambar yang sesuai dengan teks cerita, sehingga dengan demikian secara langsung atau tidak langsung siswa akan memunculkan potensi yang ada pada diri mereka masing-masing. Dan pengaruh penggunaan media gambar gerak efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa pada maharah qiraah, hal ini bisa dilihat dari jumlah rata-rata nilai Post-Test adalah 81,86, Peneliti percaya bahwa hasil tes (Z-Test) (-9.200) dan signifikansi (sig) memperoleh hasil (.000) yang artinya lebih kecil dari nilai ketentuan (0.000) < (0.05).
