Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Puskesmas Kibin. penelitian ini muncul dari temuan adanya tingkat keterlambatan pegawai yang cukup tinggi serta dugaan lemahnya motivasi kerja, yang dapat berdampak pada penurunan kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif Responden dalam penelitian ini pegawai di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Puskesmas Kibin sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin dan motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, selain itu disiplin dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the discovery learning model based on a scientific approach to the subject matter of commendable attitudes. This research was carried out in learning Islamic religious education in class IV of SD Ashfiya. The research method used is a quasy experiment with a pretest posttest design. The sample in this study was class IV A, totaling 20 people as the experimental class and class IV C, totaling 20 people as the control class. The results showed that the average score between the pretest and posttest in the experimental class through the t-test was higher, namely 39.25 compared to the control class which obtained a value of 30.75. The average post-test score for the experimental class was 85.25 and the control class scored 75.50. The gain test value obtained by the experimental class was 0.72 while the control class was 0.56. The experimental class scores are in the high category, while the control class is in the medium category. The results showed that the learning model of discovery learning had a significant influence on student learning outcomes in commendable attitude material.

Abstract

An accounting information system is a collection of resources, such as people and equipment, that have been designed to convert financial data and other data into information. The existence of an Accounting Information System for MSMEs will be one of the means to compile various reports that are indispensable for MSMEs. This research was conducted on MSMEs Tomang Bakery, Simpang Tanjung Village, Medan Sunggal District, the purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the accounting information system applied to MSMEs Tomang Bakery, Simpang Tanjung Village, Medan Sunggal District. The type of research used in this study is qualitative, while the methods used in data collection are by conducting interviews, observations and documentation. From the results of this study, the accounting information system implemented by MSMEs Tomang Bakery Simpang Tanjung Village, Medan Sunggal District is still classified as manual and not in accordance with EMKM financial accounting standards so that it still has many shortcomings and makes it difficult for owners to make decisions and the financial statements are difficult to read both from internal and external parties

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Regional Financial Independence and Regional Expenditure Management on Financial Performance. The sample used in this research was 33 local governments. The observation period used in this research was 5 years so the number of observations in this research was 165 observation sample units. The data obtained were analyzed using statistical formulas, namely by using panel data analysis which was processed using the SPSS 19 program. The results of the partial analysis showed that the t-count value was 0.138 < 1.97 (t-table) and sig was 0.890 > 0.05, so H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, it can be concluded that the regional financial independence ratio does not have a partially significant effect on the allocation of regional spending in Regency and City governments in North Sumatra. 2,721 > 1.97 (t-table) and sig 0.007 < 0.05, so H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be concluded that the regional dependency ratio has a partially significant effect on regional expenditure allocation in Regency and City governments in North Sumatra. The t-count value is 2.802 > 1.97 (t-table) and sig 0.006 < 0.05, so H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be concluded that the ratio has a significant partial effect on effectiveness on regional expenditure allocation in Regency and City governments in North Sumatra..

Abstract

Abstrak Manajemen pendidikan Islam bukan hanya berkaitan dengan upaya mencapai efisiensi administratif, tetapi juga menekankan pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai Islami sebagai fondasi moral dan etika dalam penyelenggaraan lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji relevansi dan penerapan pengembangan nilai-nilai Islami dalam praktik manajemen pendidikan, khususnya pada fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang menelaah berbagai literatur ilmiah dari jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai seperti musyawarah, kejujuran, amanah, keadilan, ihsan, serta tanggung jawab memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam membentuk sistem manajemen yang profesional, etis, dan bernuansa spiritual. Nilai-nilai tersebut diyakini mampu mendorong terciptanya budaya kerja yang harmonis dan produktif. Namun, temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai Islami masih belum optimal di sejumlah institusi pendidikan, baik karena keterbatasan pemahaman maupun lemahnya komitmen pimpinan. Oleh sebab itu, penguatan pengembangan nilai-nilai Islami menjadi strategi penting untuk menumbuhkan budaya mutu, membangun karakter seluruh pelaku pendidikan, dan mewujudkan tata kelola lembaga pendidikan Islam yang bermartabat dan berdaya saing.   Abstract Islamic education management is not only concerned with achieving administrative efficiency but also emphasizes the importance of integrating Islamic values as moral and ethical foundations in the administration of educational institutions. This study aims to examine the relevance and implementation of developing Islamic values in educational management practices, particularly in the functions of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a descriptive qualitative approach, reviewing various scholarly literature from relevant national and international journals. The findings indicate that values such as deliberation (shura), honesty, trustworthiness (amanah), justice, excellence (ihsan), and responsibility play a significant role in shaping a professional, ethical, and spiritually nuanced management system. These values are believed to foster a harmonious and productive work culture. However, the study also reveals that the application of Islamic values remains suboptimal in several educational institutions, due to limited understanding and weak leadership commitment. Therefore, strengthening the development of Islamic values is seen as a vital strategy to cultivate a culture of quality, build the character of all education stakeholders, and realize an Islamic educational governance that is dignified and competitive.

Abstract

Optimalisasi pengembangan desa wisata tangguh bencana melalui teknologi digital merupakan pendekatan strategis untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan pengelolaan destinasi wisata. Artikel ini dilakukan di Desa Sumberjaya, Kabupaten Pandeglang, dengan tujuan menganalisis dampak integrasi teknologi digital terhadap pengelolaan risiko bencana dan pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian dalam artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa Gerakan Masyarakat Lestari (GEMARI) mengalami peningkatan kapasitas signifikan dalam manajemen bencana dan pelaksanaan protokol tanggap darurat. Di sektor pariwisata, Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) memanfaatkan pelatihan digital untuk menghasilkan konten promosi yang inovatif, termasuk peluncuran situs desasumberjaya.com. Pendekatan berbasis komunikasi kooperatif memainkan peran penting dalam memberdayakan masyarakat untuk beradaptasi dengan teknologi baru. Kendati demikian, penelitian mencatat beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses teknologi dan kebutuhan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Rekomendasi mencakup penguatan infrastruktur digital, pendampingan teknis intensif, dan pengembangan model kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Temuan ini menawarkan kerangka kerja yang dapat direplikasi untuk mengembangkan desa wisata yang tangguh dan kompetitif secara global.

Abstract

Pegayaman, the sole Muslim village in Bali surrounded by Hindu communities, offers a unique context for exploring the interaction between Islamic law and local Hindu cultural traditions. The study examined how Islamic law is negotiated and practiced in the context of Hindu cultural dominance. Using an empirical legal research framework with a socio-legal approach, data were collected through field observations and in-depth interviews with Muslim traditional leaders, religious figures, residents, and migrants. The findings indicated that syncretic practices in Pegayaman do not undermine the Islamic creed (‘aqidah) but rather reflect a process of internalizing and negotiating Islamic values within the local cultural context. Rooted in the base meme philosophy emphasizing cultural heritage, tolerance, and social harmony, these practices manifested in religious celebrations and social rituals. From an Islamic legal perspective, such adaptations may be regarded as ‘urf sahih provided they do not conflict with Sharia principles. Thus, the study highlighted the significance of contextualizing Islamic law in pluralistic societies, demonstrating that cultural accommodation need not imply theological compromise.

Abstract

This article raises the problem of the lack of integration of tauhidic values ​​in Natural Sciences (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam) learning in connection with the non-inclusion of tauhidic values ​​in the Learning Implementation Plan (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran). This research aims to reveal how aspects of tauhid can be integrated in the context of Natural Sciences (IPA) learning, as well as how the concept of Naturalism proposed by August Comte can be applied in natural sciences learning. So the results can provide guidance to educators and teachers about the importance of the tauhid dimension in science education and inspire discussions about how Comte's naturalism can be applied meaningfully in modern and diverse educational contexts. The method used is philosophical qualitative, with an emphasis on conceptual analysis and Comte's philosophical understanding of Naturalism. The results of this research will highlight the challenges faced by teachers in integrating monotheistic values ​​in science learning, as well as the impact of this lack of integration on the education and development of students. Through a philosophical qualitative approach, it will also show an understanding of how teachers can understand and apply tauhid dimension in science learning effectively. Thus, the findings in it will provide insight into how to increase the integration of tauhidic values ​​in integrated natural science education, by referring to August Comte's naturalist concepts.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine whether there is a difference in students' mathematical concept understanding ability between classes using the TGT cooperative learning model assisted by AI learning videos and those using direct learning. 2) determine how much influence the TGT learning model assisted by AI learning videos has on students' mathematical concept understanding ability. 3) determine how students' activities are when the TGT learning model assisted by AI learning videos is applied. The research used is a quasi-experimental research with a posttest-only control design. The population in the study were students of class VIII of SMP IT Al-Ayyuby. The sample used was saturated sampling. The data collection technique used a test technique in the form of mathematical concept understanding ability questions in the form of essays containing 5 questions. The data analysis technique used the Mann Whitney U-Test, Effect Size test. The results of the analysis showed that the data were normally distributed. The results of the study showed 1) differences in students' mathematical concept understanding abilities in the TGT learning model assisted by AI learning videos compared to conventional methods. After being calculated with a two-sample t-test with the results of t count> t table, namely 5.598> 2.015, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. 2) The TGT model assisted by AI learning videos had a high effect on students' mathematical concept understanding abilities, in the experimental class that received the TGT model treatment assisted by AI learning videos with the results of the effect size test of 1.55 high criteria. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the TGT model assisted by AI learning videos on students' mathematical concept understanding abilities. 3) Student activities are classified as active when the TGT learning model assisted by AI learning videos is applied to students' mathematical concept understanding abilities with an activity percentage of 85%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosen dalam mempengaruhi mahasiswa sebagai pemilih pemula dalam pemilihan presiden 2024 agar mahasiswa peduli pilpres dan mempunyai kandidat yang dinginkan menjadi pemimpin di masa dating. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu pendekatan yang menggunakan angka-angka yang diolah melalui analisis statistik non parametrik dalam menganalisis hasil penelitian korelasional. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis asosiatif yakni berisi gambaran lengkap tentang hubungan antar satu variable dengan variable lainnya, memiliki jenis hubungan linier, karena pada dasarnya ingin melihat hubungan antar variable bebas yaitu dosen dalam mempengaruhi persepsi mahasiswa dengan jumlah sample 60 orang. Kesimpulan penelitian secara simultan variabel dosen dalam mempengaruhi persepsi mahasiswa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peduli pemilihan presiden dapat dilihat di mana nilai F-hitung > F-tabel (27,672 > 2,790), secara partial variabel dosen dalam mempengaruhi persepsi mahasiswa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peduli pemilihan presiden di mana nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (3,295 > 2,000)
