Abstract

BPJS Kesehatan adalah program kesehatan pemerintah yang resmi beroperasi 1 Januari 2014. BPJS Kesehatan dibentuk pemerintah untuk memberikan Jaminan Kesehatan untuk Masyarakat. Didalam instansi pemerintahan sering merasa sulit dalam memilih penerima BPJS. Penyelenggaraan program jaminan sosial program pemerintah sekarang ini penerimaannya tidak sesuai dengan kondisi dilapangan banyak masyarakat yang seharusnya mendapatkan bantuan tapi tidak dapat bantuan. Metode yang digunakan untuk memilih penerima BPJS kesehatan kurang mampu adalah metode Analitycal Hierarcy Process (AHP). Metode AHP merupakan model pendukung keputusan yang menguraikan masalah multi faktor atau multi kriteria yang kompleks menjadi suatu hierarki. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode AHP, diperoleh urutan peringkat penerima bantuan BPJS kesehatan kurang mampu Kabupaten Bulungan dari nilai terbesar hingga yang terkecil.

Abstract

Desa Mbawa Kecamatan Donggo Kabupaten Bima merupakan desa adat yang mengedepankan hukum positif nasional, namun dalam pemasalahan pembagian waris beda agama yang belum diatur secara jelas sehinga masyarakat desa mbawa membagi berdasarkan musyawarah yang menjadi kebiasaan adat desa tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode empiris dengan pendekatan sosiologis dan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persoalan waris di desa Mbawa memiliki tata cara pembagian waris dengan ketentuan warisan berdasarkan garis keturunan yang memiliki kesamaan agama hal tersebut memiliki kesamaan dengan sumber yang merujuk pada hukum Islam dalam hal ini dapat dikatakan merujuk pada Pasal 171 huruf c KHI bahwa pewaris dan ahli waris harus dalam keadaan beragama Islam maka diantara keduanya, apabila salah satunya tidak beragama Islam maka diantara keduanya tidak dapat saling mewarisi, maka dalam ketentuan hak kewarisan otomatis terputus ketika berkaitan dengan perbedaan agama. Permasalahan juga muncul ialah ahli waris yang memilik agama berbeda menuntut waris yang menurut hukum adat Desa Mbawa tidak memiliki hak, namun hal tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan musyawarah mufakat dan apabila ahli waris yang memiliki kesamaan agama memilik rasa iba dapat memberikan sebagian kecil warisannya terhadap ahli waris yang tidak memiliki hak dalam hal ini yang berbeda agama dengan pewaris.

Abstract

Online learning is one of the main options in carrying out learning during the COVID-19 outbreak period which is a recommendation from the government not to do face-to-face. This condition makes SMP Negeri 1 PPU choose google classroom in conducting online learning. Google classroom is one of the online learning media that suits the needs of online learning today. This research aims to find out the effectiveness of online learning in SMP Negeri 1 PPU during the pandemic using Classroom, the results of the analysis will be used as a consideration in choosing an effective online learning media.This research is included in quantitative research that requires information based on data obtained through data collection through observations and questionnaires shared with respondents. The results of this study state that online learning using google classroom used today is effective. Google classroom is said to be effective because this application is very suitable for teachers in doing learning and has supporting features in online learning.The use of this application is very easy to learn and understand, save in the use of internet quotas and the use of this application may still be used in normal conditions. From the results of research on the effectiveness of online learning using google classroom is very effective. It is expected to continue to improve online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic by coordinating between teachers and principals.

Abstract

This research analyzes the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence on financial risk factors on the performance of regional development banks in Indonesia. The population and sample of this study is a panel data set of 27 Regional Development Banks (RDB) in Indonesia from 2019 to 2023 from the annual financial reports. The results show that financial risk has a significant influence on ROA (74.5%) and ROE (61.3%). Also Liquidity Risks, Market Risks, Operational Risk and Leverage Risk significantly affect Return on Assets. Return on Equity is only affected by Liquidity Risks and Market Risks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the improvement of students' social attitudes through integrated learning on Islamic Religious Education subjects at MIN 1 Tanah Datar. The research method used is a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design. The research data was obtained using interviews and a questionnaire sheet that had been validated and then tested with the Tesmer model. Interview guidelines were distributed to four PAI teachers and a questionnaire to collect data on the social competence of 51 fourth graders. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis to determine the percentage of students' social competence through integrated learning. This study shows a significant increase in students' social attitudes through integrated learning. Integrated learning is carried out in order to provide opportunities for students to be more active in a more inclusive learning process.

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the values and roles of teachers is to create learning that favors students, namely learning that liberates the thinking and potential of students. This is in line with differentiated learning. One of the educational philosophies according to Ki Hajar Dewantara is the "among" system, the teacher must be able to guide the strength of the participants to develop according to their nature. This study aims to describe differentiated learning and improve student motivation and learning outcomes in mathematics learning. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 09 Kampung Melayu, with the subject of the study being class V with 25 students. The research procedure starts from planning (compiling lesson plans, learning tools, observation sheets, and evaluation instruments), research implementation (application of differentiated learning), evaluation (tests at the end of each learning cycle), and reflection (identification of deficiencies and advantages of implementation at the end of the learning cycle). Data collection through obervation sheets in the learning process and through evaluation tests at the end of learning using test instruments. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of the study carried out in the first cycle were 52.00%, which showed that there were 13 students who scored above 75, and 12 students did not meet the completion standards. Then in cycle II with a completion gain of 88.00%, which shows that there are 22 students who meet the completion standard, and only 3 students who do not meet the minimum completion. The application of differentiated learning to mathematics subjects can increase the motivation of student learning outcomes through classifying student abilities, using material development that varies according to student abilities, and take an individual approach so that students are motivated to continuously improve mathematics learning

Abstract

Describes the improvement of students' integrated thematic learning outcomes using a direct teaching model. Data collection techniques use test techniques in the form of learning outcomes tests and non-test techniques in the form of observation of teacher activities and student activities. This research is a class action research using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models. The study was conducted in two cycles. Sabjek is a grade 1 student of State Elementary School 12 Pahambek which numbers 20 people. Teacher activity at the first meeting was 78% and in cycle II it was 92% . Therefore, the use of direct teaching models can improve the integrated thematic teaching and learning process in elementary schools.

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Baitul Mall Tamwil Berlian Gansal, Batang Gansal District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. This type of research uses a combination research method (mixed methods research). The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique and the sampling method uses Slovin's theory and produces a research sample of 82 respondents who are customers of Baitul Mall Tamwil Berlian Gansal. Data collection techniques used are two methods, namely questionnaires or questionnaires and interviews. The hypothesis of this study is that there is an effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Baitul Mall Tamwil Berlian Gangsal, Batang Gangsal District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The results of research at Baitul Mall Tamwil Berlian Gansal which is located in the Batang Gangsal sub-district show that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and has a positive relationship, that there are differences in customer perceptions of service at BMT. Even though there are satisfied customers, there are still significant complaints and input from customers regarding service, communication, and facilities. BMT Berlian Gansal has been trying to take concrete steps to improve service quality according to customer feedback. With a focus on service standards, employee training, response to feedback, and a persuasive approach

Abstract

Motor induksi diklasifikasikan ke dalam kelompok beban nonlinier karena gaya karakteristik saturasi, yaitu keadaan pada titik tertentu dari arus yang dihasilkan, tidak sebanding dengan peningkatan tegangan yang diterapkan pada motor dan bahkan tegangan tetap yang dapat menyebabkan harmoni. Dari hasil pengukuran diperoleh komponen harmonik yang cukup tinggi pada sisi sumber VSD tipe ACS800-01-0075-3 dengan kecepatan mesin 1495 rpm. IHDI urutan ke-5, ke-7 dan ke-11 rata-rata 64,20%, 39,62% dan 8,01%, dan kandungan harmonik THDI adalah 75,625%. Karena harmonisa melebihi batas standardisasi IEEE 519-2014, satu filter pasif yang disetel harus dipasang. Pemasangan filter pasif tunggal yang disetel dilakukan menggunakan simulasi MATLAB/ Simulink dengan metode simulasi sumber arus. Setelah dilakukan simulasi dengan single tuned maka diperoleh IHDI orde ke-5, orde ke-7 dan orde ke -11 yang telah diturunkan bernilai sebesar 0,30 %, 3,82%, dan 2,17% untuk THDI bernilai sebesar 4,54% maka dari hasil tersebut sudah sesuai dengan standarisasi IEEE 519-2014 dengan batasan 4% untuk IHDI dan THDI 5%. Filter pasif single tuned dipilih disebabkan lebih efektif, ekonomis, dan pemeliharaan lebih mudah.
