Abstract

The issue of digital branding is very relevant along with the development of innovative technology. Digital branding helps creative economy business actors to interact with customers to create loyalty. This creative economy business is called "Alya Florist" located on Jl. Wahab Chasbulloh, Tambakberas, Jombang which was founded by Romi Abdul Basith. The "Alya Florist" product offers flower buckets with a variety of colors and types of flowers, which can be adjusted to certain themes or events. The problem for novice creative business actors such as "Alya Florist" is the limited knowledge about the importance of digital branding for their business. The service team carried out initial observations at "Alya Florist" related to the obstacles faced by partners. Socialization of the importance of digital branding by presenting speakers from Digital Business lecturers. The implementation stage is mentoring, 1) Instagram content creation, 2) TikTok content creation, 3) Posting "Alya Florist" flower bucket products on a Face Book account. The results of socialization and mentoring are increased knowledge and skills in digital branding and increased performance of "Alya Florist" business owners as well as increased sales turnover of flower bucket products

Abstract

This article discusses the integration of the economy with the modern financial system and facing its opportunities and challenges. With the intention of informing the public about the application of Islamic economics in the financial system and its benefits for the country and society. This article is conducted with a literature review whose sources are obtained from books, articles, websites, and other supporting sources. The application of Islamic economic principles in a country can increase the country's economic growth which in practice will bring benefits to the people as a whole. The importance of implementing Islamic economics in the modern financial system so that its innovations can also improve society in the application and use of the modern Islamic financial system.

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia (MAN IC) is a model of an Islamic boarding school at the secondary education level, which combines the uniqueness of Islamic religious education with the enrichment of science and technology. MAN IC has continued to develop in quality and quantity since it was handed over to the Department of Religion. In terms of quality, MAN IC produces very proud outputs, with many achievements both nationally and internationally. MAN IC was developed by the Ministry of Religion with the aim of expanding access to education for high-achieving students from both high and low economic backgrounds, with the government fully covering the costs. This research aims to analyze the concept of MAN IC education through a literature review of various relevant literature sources. This research uses Library Research or literature research as its main approach. This method involves searching and analyzing relevant literature related to the research topic. Data for this research was obtained from scientific literature sources such as journals and books related to the Concept of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendikia. The conclusion of this research indicates that the MAN IC education concept successfully integrates Islamic religious education with science and technology through an integrated curriculum, innovative learning methods, and a comprehensive coaching system. This concept emphasizes the holistic development of student potential, encompassing intellectual, spiritual, and social aspects, and produces high-achieving and outstandingly characterized graduates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau secara komprehensif literatur terkini mengenai sistem kompensasi dan benefit serta pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi karyawan di lingkungan ritel pasar. Sektor ritel yang dikenal dengan tingkat turnover karyawan yang tinggi dan persaingan yang ketat, sangat bergantung pada motivasi karyawan untuk mencapai keberhasilan. Penelitian ini melakukan penelusuran dan analisis literatur terbaru yang membahas jenis kompensasi (seperti gaji pokok, bonus, dan komisi) dan benefit (seperti asuransi kesehatan, cuti berbayar, dan program pensiun) yang diterapkan di industri ritel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kajian literatur ilmiah dengan jumlah 20 jurnal selama 5 tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem kompensasi dan benefit berperan penting dalam memotivasi dan mempertahankan karyawan di industri ritel yang kompetitif dan rentan terhadap turnover. Selain kompensasi yang adil dan kompetitif, motivasi berkelanjutan hanya dapat dicapai melalui pendekatan menyeluruh yang melibatkan pemberian manfaat non-finansial seperti asuransi, cuti berbayar serta peluang pengembangan karier. Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam implementasi sistem kompensasi dan benefit di sektor ritel serta menunjukkan contoh perusahaan yang berhasil. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya sistem kompensasi dan benefit yang strategis untuk mendukung motivasi dan retensi karyawan dalam lingkungan ritel pasar.

Abstract

This research is field research which uses 3 data sources, namely primary, secondary and tertiary data. This research is descriptive analysis. The collected data was analyzed qualitatively using an empirical juridical approach, namely sourced from Islamic Law and Positive Law. Based on the results of this analysis, it was found that in the practice of buying and selling used mosque waqf materials at the Al-Muawanah Mosque, Kali Asin Village, Tanjung Bintang District, South Lampung Regency, the principle of Maslahah Murlah is used. The benefit is seen from the usefulness of the waqf objects being sold and maintaining the waqf objects is lost in terms of their usefulness because maslahah is the benefit of the people. The equality of Islamic law and positive law related to the practice of buying and selling used waqf property materials that occurs in Kali Asin Village, Tanjung Bintang District, South Lampung Regency. Basically, buying and selling used waqf property material is basically not permitted, but there are provisions that allow the practice. that is, if the waqf assets no longer provide benefits and the sale will bring new benefits to the waqf assets. This cannot be separated from the aspect of the benefit of the people. The difference is that according to Islamic law it can be carried out by deliberation by the local community or with written approval from the Head of the District Religious Affairs Office based on advice from the Council as stated in the Compilation of Islamic Law in Article 225. Meanwhile, the process of changing waqf assets is according to positive law, as stated in Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf, in Article 41, changes to waqf assets can be made after obtaining written permission from the Minister with the approval of the Indonesian Waqf Board.

Abstract

The importance of the role of Islamic religious education teachers in improving student discipline, supporting and inhibiting factors that shape students' disciplined character, efforts made by Islamic religious education teachers in shaping students' disciplined character. There needs to be habits so that students' disciplined character is formed. So that it is related to the problem that the author wants to research. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in efforts to shape the disciplined character of students at SDIT Daarul Hasanah. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The number of informants consists of the principal, 1 Islamic Religious Education teacher, 6 students. data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. while data analysis techniques are used to collect data, data reduction and conclusions. The results of the study show that student discipline at SDIT Daarul Hasanah has been running well. the supporting factors are good coordination between Islamic Religious Education teachers and the part in implementing SOP or school regulations. where students who violate the rules are punished so that what was initially bad becomes better.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education, specifically in the Qur’an Reading and Writing (BTQ) subject at SDN Kebaharan 1, Serang City. Employing a classroom action research design, the research involved fourth-grade students and aimed to enhance their learning outcomes through contextual and meaningful learning experiences. The results indicate a significant improvement in students’ academic performance, from a pre-cycle average of 47.8 to 73.24 in the second cycle, with 100% of students achieving the minimum mastery criteria. The CTL model successfully engaged students in active, reflective, and collaborative learning processes by linking Qur’anic content to their everyday lives. Furthermore, it fostered the development of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor skills, while strengthening religious character. The study concludes that CTL is an effective and relevant approach in Islamic Religious Education and should be further developed in elementary school curricula to promote holistic learning.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide parents with understanding and skills in designing effective strategies to develop the potential of early childhood, especially at PAUD Nur Hidayah Cibomo, Bendung Village, Kasemen District. Through a socialization with the theme "Roadmap for Successful Parental Strategies in Developing the Potential of Early Childhood," participants were given material on the importance of the role of parents as the first and primary educators, methods of stimulating child development appropriate to their stages, and how to build a conducive learning environment at home. The implementation methods of the activity included interactive lectures, group discussions, and simulations of positive parenting practices. The results of the activity showed an increase in parental knowledge and awareness regarding strategies for developing children's potential, as seen from the enthusiasm of the participants and their commitment to implementing the methods they had learned. This activity is expected to be the first step in building synergy between schools, parents, and the community in creating a generation of intelligent, creative, and characterful early childhood children.

Abstract

The maternal mortality rate in Central Java Province in 2019 was 76.6 per 100,000 live births. The K4 coverage achievement for Central Java Province in 2019 was 94.74%. The K4 coverage achievement in Semarang Regency covers 91.7% (Central Java Provincial Health Office, 2020). The infant mortality rate in Central Java Province in 2020 was 7.8 per 1,000 live births. 25.0% of infant deaths in Central Java Province in 2020 were due to LBW, 41.0% from other causes, 16.7% asphyxia, 9.4% congenital abnormalities, 3.3% pneumonia, 2.2% diarrhea, 1.6% sepsis, 0.5% gastrointestinal disorders and 0.3% neurological disorders (Central Java Provincial Health Office, 2020). In order to accelerate the achievement of the target of reducing maternal mortality and infant mortality, Indonesia has a program that focuses on continuous midwifery services (Continuity of Care). Continuity of care in Indonesian can be interpreted as continuous care starting from pregnancy, childbirth, newborn care, postpartum care, neonate care and quality family planning services which, if implemented completely, are proven to have high leverage in reducing mortality and morbidity rates as planned by the government (Diana, 2017) This research uses a case study design to comprehensively evaluate midwifery care for Mrs. K, a 35 year old mother. Implementation of care includes pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum period, and family planning. Data was collected through interviews, observation, physical examination and documentation using Varney and SOAP approaches. The study results showed that midwifery care for Mrs. K is in accordance with the theory without any gaps found. ANC visits were carried out 8 times according to standards. The delivery went normally, with the baby being born healthy and management according to the 60 steps of APN. The postpartum period and newborn visits went smoothly without complications. Patients use MOW contraception after discussing it with their partner. Continuity of Care for Mrs. K has been implemented optimally. Implementation of comprehensive midwifery care according to theory contributes to the prevention of complications and supports the health of mothers and babies.   Abstrak Angka kematian ibu di Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2019 adalah 76,6 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Capaian cakupan K4 Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada tahun 2019 adalah 94,74 %. Capaian cakupan K4 di Kabupaten Semarang mencakup 91,7% (Dinkes Provinsi Jawa Tengah, 2020). Angka Kematian Bayi di Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2020 sebesar 7,8 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup. Sebesar 25,0 % kematian bayi di Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2020 disebabkan karena BBLR, sebab lain 41,0%, asfiksia 16,7%, kelainan bawaan 9,4%, pneumonia 3,3%, diare 2,2%, sepsis 1,6%, kelainan saluran cerna 0,5%, dan kelainan syaraf 0,3% (Dinkes Provinsi Jateng, 2020). Dalam rangka mempercepat pencapaian target penurunan Angka Kematian Ibu dan Angka Kematian Bayi, Indonesia memiliki program yang sudah terfokus pada pelayanan kebidanan yang berkesinambungan (Continuity of Care). Continuity of care dalam bahasa Indonesia dapat diartikan sebagai perawatan yang berkesinambungan mulai dari kehamilan, persalinan, asuhan bayi baru lahir, asuhan postpartum, asuhan neonatus dan pelayanan KB yang berkualitas yang apabila dilaksanakan secara lengkap terbukti mempunyai daya ungkit yang tinggi dalam menurunkan angka mortalitas dan morbiditas yang sudah direncanakan oleh pemerintah (Diana, 2017). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus untuk mengevaluasi asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif pada Ny. K, seorang ibu berusia 35 tahun. Pelaksanaan asuhan meliputi kehamilan, persalinan, bayi baru lahir, masa nifas, dan keluarga berencana. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dan dokumentasi menggunakan pendekatan secara varney dan SOAP. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa asuhan kebidanan pada Ny. K sesuai dengan teori tanpa ditemukan kesenjangan. Kunjungan ANC dilakukan sebanyak 8 kali sesuai standar. Persalinan berjalan normal, dengan bayi lahir sehat dan penatalaksanaan sesuai 60 langkah APN. Masa nifas dan kunjungan bayi baru lahir berjalan lancar tanpa komplikasi. Pasien menggunaan kontrasepsi MOW setelah berdiskusi dengan pasangan. Continuity of Care pada Ny. K telah diterapkan secara optimal. Implementasi asuhan kebidanan komprehensif sesuai teori berkontribusi pada pencegahan komplikasi dan mendukung kesehatan ibu serta bayi.

Abstract

The third trimester of pregnancy often causes discomfort in the back of the body, causing pain in the back. This pain is caused by the increased weight of the baby in the womb which can affect body posture, causing pressure on the spine. Back pain that is not resolved will cause problems during pregnancy, namely anxiety in pregnant women. Pregnant women's knowledge plays an important role in reducing anxiety about pregnancy problems. Health education about Effleurage Massage is really needed by pregnant women to deal with back pain. The problem is that 5 (72%) pregnant women in Sumogawe Getasan village experience back pain and have not received information regarding complaints Implementation: The Community Service Team offers solutions to complaints of back pain in pregnant women in the third trimester by providing effluent massage education. Evaluation by interviewing the level of pain after Effleurage Massage. The evaluation results showed an increase in knowledge and a decrease in pain levels, namely 100% of pregnant women with mild pain. Conclusion, outreach activities regarding Massage Effleurage as an effort to reduce back pain and discomfort independently in pregnant women, especially in the third trimester.   Abstrak Kehamilan trimester tiga sering memunculkan ketidaknyamanan pada tubuh belakang sehingga menyebabkan nyeri pada bagian punggung. Nyeri ini disebabkan meningkatnya beban berat dari bayi dalam kandungan yang dapat mempengaruhi postur tubuh sehingga menyebabkan tekanan ke arah tulang belakang. Nyeri punggung yang tidak teratasi akan menimbulkan masalah pada kehamilan yaitu kecemasan pada ibu hamil. Pengetahuan ibu hamil berperan penting dalam mengurangi kecemasan terhadap masalah kehamilan.Pendidikan kesehatan tentang Massage Effleurage sangat dibutuhkan oleh ibu hamil untuk mengatasi nyeri punggung. Permasalahan ibu hamil sebanyak 5 (72%) di desa Sumogawe Getasan mengalami nyeri punggung dan belum mendapatkan informasi terkait keluahan. Pelaksanaanya Tim pengabdian Masyarakat menawarkan Solusi terhadap keluhan nyeri punggung ibu hamil Trimester III dengan melakukan edukasi massage efflurage. Evaluasi dengan wawancara tingkat nyeri setelah dilakukan Massage Effleurage. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan  penurunan tingkat nyeri yaitu 100% ibu hamil dengan nyeri ringan. Kesimpulan,kegiatan penyuluhan tentang Massage Effleurage sebagai upaya mengurangi nyeri punggung dan ketidaknyamanan secara mandiri pada ibu hamil khususnya trimester tiga.
