Abstract

Bullying remains a crtitical threat to the educational ecosystem in madrasah ibtidai’iyah (elementary Islamic school), where students aged 7-12 are vulnerable to aggression that hinders their character development. This community service activity implemented an entrepreneurship -oriented anti-bullying workshop by PKM team from primary education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, to prevent harassment through teacher-student collaboration in producing simple products featuring motivational anti-bullying messages on packaging. The workshop was conducted on Desember 2025, at MI DDI Mangempang, Maros Regency, Involving 27 teachers and students in 5 heterogeneous groups, using recycled materials (cardboard, markers, fabric scraps). All group produced 5 product prototypes, this approach fosters community aggression into creative entrepreneurship, offering a novel, sustainable prevantion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the Discovery Learning model on mathematics learning outcomes in the topic of fraction addition for fourth-grade students at MIS Nurul Huda. This research used a quantitative approach with a Pre-Experimental design in the form of a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research sample consisted of 23 fourth-grade students of MIS Nurul Huda. The instrument used was a learning outcome test in the form of pretest and posttest questions on the topic of fraction addition. Data collection was conducted through tests administered before and after the treatment. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the study showed that the average pretest score was 21.74, which was categorized as very low, and all students (100%) had not yet reached the Minimum Mastery Criterion (KKM) of 75. After the implementation of the Discovery Learning model, the average posttest score increased to 83.70, which was categorized as high, and 19 students (82.61%) achieved learning mastery. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the implementation of the Discovery Learning model on students’ mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management strategy of the Independent Curriculum through the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) with the theme of Voice of Democracy at the Senior High School level. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach through a case study method, with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis related to project implementation. The findings show that the success of the project is highly dependent on collaborative planning between teachers and students, participatory implementation of activities, and evaluation based on critical reflection on the learning process and outcomes. The implementation of this project has a positive impact on strengthening students' character, especially in forming attitudes as active citizens, critical thinkers, and responsible in social and democratic life.

Abstract

Discourse on religious moderation in Indonesia remains predominantly shaped by normative policy frameworks and textual analyses, often overlooking customary rituals as lived mechanisms that sustain social harmony. This study identifies and maps the values of religious moderation institutionalized within the marriage traditions of the Linggau tribe. Employing a qualitative ethnographic design, data were gathered through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis with customary elders, religious figures, and ritual practitioners, and analyzed thematically. Findings demonstrate that the Basindo, Ngulang Rasan, Ngantat Dendan, Akad Nikah, Hari Masak, Mapak Sedekah, and Deker stages systematically embody balance (tawassuth), procedural justice (i’tidal), active tolerance (tasamuh), communal solidarity, and contextual spirituality. These values are transmitted intergenerationally as cultural habitus, adapt to modernity, and culturally counteract puritanical homogenization. The study concludes that religious moderation operates as an organic, culturally grounded practice rather than a top-down policy construct. Theoretically, it advances the lived religion paradigm; practically, it advocates embedding local wisdom into multicultural curricula and dynamic heritage preservation frameworks

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sertifikasi halal dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan wizzmie di Makassar sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 98 pelanggan Wizzmie. Penelitian ini  menggunakan analisis jalur untuk menganalisis dengan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi halal tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli ulang dan kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli ulang dan kepuasan pelanggan, dan kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara tidak langsung, disimpulkan bahwa sertifikasi halal tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan Wizzmie

Abstract

This study examines the effect of mathematical resilience and self-confidence on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at UPT SPF SD Negeri Mangasa. The background of this research emphasizes the importance of psychological factors in supporting students’ success in learning mathematics,  This research employed an ex post facto approach with a correlational design. The subjects were all 38 fifth-grade students, selected using total sampling. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires to measure mathematical resilience and self-confidence, as well as a mathematics achievement test to assess learning outcomes. Data analysis included descriptive and inferential statistics, such as tests of normality, linearity, classical assumptions, and multiple linear regression.The results indicate that mathematical resilience and self-confidence simultaneously have a significant effect on students’ learning outcomes, as shown by the F-test significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.438 suggests that these two variables contribute 43.8% to the variation in learning outcomes. Partially, both mathematical resilience and self-confidence have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes, supported by t-test results with significance values <0.05. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing students’ resilience and self-confidence to improve mathematics learning outcomes. Therefore, teachers are encouraged to implement instructional strategies that strengthen these aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. Job satisfaction is a strategic issue because it is closely related to productivity, loyalty, job stability, and the quality of organizational services. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees as research respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method to test the relationship between variables simultaneously. The competency variable is measured through indicators of knowledge, skills, work ability, and professionalism. The work environment variable is measured through physical conditions, work comfort, communication, inter-employee relationships, and organizational support. Meanwhile, job satisfaction is measured based on employee perceptions of work, comfort, rewards, and overall work experience. The results show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The work environment is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, competence and the work environment provide a meaningful contribution in explaining variations in employee job satisfaction. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening individual competencies and creating a conducive work environment as a strategy to increase job satisfaction and sustainable organizational performance.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low arithmetic skills of second-grade students at Inpres Bontoala I in the area of addition, which were attributed to conventional teaching methods and a lack of concrete learning materials. This study aims to determine the effect of using number cards on students’ arithmetic skills. The method used was quantitative research with a quasi-experimental approach employing a nonequivalent control group design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class, selected using purposive sampling. Tests (pretest and posttest), observations, and documentation were used to collect data, which was then analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed an improvement in calculation skills in the experimental class, with a posttest average of 74.31 compared to 69.19 in the comparison class. Additionally, student learning activities in the experimental class fell into the active category. Meanwhile, the calculated t-value of 2.036 at a significance level of 0.05 yielded a calculated t-value > table t-value, specifically 2.036 > 1.99897. Therefore, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means there is a significant effect of the use of number card media on arithmetic skills in the addition material for second-grade students at SD Inpres Bontoala I.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Multiply Cards learning media on mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 4 Padoang-Doangan, Pangkep Regency. This research was motivated by low mathematics learning outcomes in division material and limited use of interactive learning media. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design and Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population consisted of 51 students, including 26 students in the experimental class and 25 students in the control class. Data were collected through pretest, posttest, and observation sheets, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality test, homogeneity test, independent t-test, and N-Gain. The results showed that the experimental class mean score increased from 57,69 to 84,69, while the control class increased from 58,20 to 73,84. The independent t-test showed a significance value of 0,001 < 0,05, indicating that Multiply Cards significantly affected students’ mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan usaha, jumlah pembiayaan, dan tenor terhadap kelancaran pengembalian pembiayaan mudharabah pada KSPPS Bakti Huria Syariah Cabang Makassar. Permasalahan yang dikaji adalah faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kelancaran kelancaran pembiayaan, khususnya dalam pembiayaan berbasis akad mudharabah yang tidak hanya ditentukan oleh aspek finansial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data diperoleh melalui teknik dokumentasi dari arsip pembiayaan mudharabah, dengan sampel sebanyak 160 anggota yang ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling . Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan pendapatan usaha, jumlah pembiayaan, dan tenor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap lancarnya pengembalian pembiayaan mudharabah. Namun secara parsial hanya tenor yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan pendapatan usaha dan jumlah pembiayaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kesamaan jangka waktu pembiayaan menjadi faktor utama dalam mendukung kelancaran pengembalian, dibandingkan dengan indikator nominal seperti pendapatan dan jumlah pembiayaan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kelancaran pengembalian pembiayaan mudharabah merupakan hasil interaksi antara faktor finansial, struktur pembiayaan, dan faktor nonfinansial, khususnya karakter anggota. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan pembiayaan syariah perlu dilakukan secara integratif dengan mempertimbangkan aspek ekonomi, desain akad, dan perilaku anggota secara bersamaan.
