Abstract

Mahasiswa berperan sebagai agen perubahan bagi masyarakat sekitar, sesuai dengan apa yang terkandung dalam Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu, mengabdi kepada masyarakat (sosial). Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat Desa Janji Mauli Kecamatan Batang Onang Wilayah Administratif Padang Lawas Utara adalah ketidaktahuan akan peluang-peluang di sekitar mereka yang dapat mereka manfaatkan sebagai sumber tambahan agar bermanfaat dalam dunia pendidikan. Komunitas Janji Mauli. Salah satu program yang dilaksanakan di Desa Janji Mauli adalah pendampingan masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya ilmu pengetahuan, menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, berkepribadian, kreatif dan inovatif, serta memberikan semangat dan motivasi.

Abstract

This study focuses on the application of the logistic map algorithm in the Python programming language for digital image encryption and decryption. It investigates the impact of image type, image size, and logistic map parameter values on computational speed, memory usage, encryption, and decryption results. Three image sizes (300px 300px, 500px x 500px, and 1024px x 1024px) are considered in TIFF, JPG, and PNG formats. The digital image encryption and Decryption process utilizes the logistic map algorithm implemented in Python. Various parameter values are tested for each image type and size to analyze encryption and decryption outcomes. The findings indicate that the type of image does not affect memory usage, which remains consistent regardless of image type. However, image type significantly influences the decryption results and computation time. In particular, the TIFF image type exhibits the fastest computation time, with durations of 0.17188 seconds, 0.28125 seconds, and 1.10938 seconds for 300px x 300px, 500px x 500px, and 1024px x 1024px images, respectively. In addition, the encryption results vary depending on the type of image. The logistic map algorithm is unable to restore encryption results accurately for JPG images. Furthermore, research highlights that higher values of x, Mu and Chaos lead to narrower histogram values, resulting in improved encryption outcomes. This study contributes to the field by exploring the application of the logistic map algorithm in Python and analyzing the effects of image type, image size, and Logistic Map parameter values on computation time, memory usage, and digital image encryption and Decryption results. Prior research has not extensively addressed these aspects in relation to the Logistic Map algorithm in Python.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how employees are recruited at the Alrasha Health Care Center Tanjungpinang Clinic and to find out how employees are selected at the Alrasha Health Care Center Tanjungpinang Clinic. This study had a sample of 7 people who were determined using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The research object is the Alrasha Health Care Center Clinic. The data used is primary data. Data processing techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the Alrasha Health Care Center Clinic uses a Manpower Needs Analysis as a basis for employee recruitment at the Alrasha clinic. Recruitment also looks at financial adequacy and clinic financial funding. The source of employee recruitment at the Alrasha clinic uses internal sources and external sources. The recruitment methods used are open methods and closed methods and in the selection process experience is one of the benchmarks for whether or not a candidate is accepted or not. The next selection process is a written test for prospective applicants to complete 50 questions. The questions contain multiple choice questions and essay questions. I was given 60 minutes. The interview process used by the Alrasha Health Care Center clinic is Structured and Unstructured Interviews

Abstract

The development of effective physics learning media is a major challenge in supporting an innovative and result-oriented learning process. This research aims to implement a Decision Support System (DSS) in the selection of physics learning media aids by using the EDAS, VIKOR, and EXPROM II methods. The EDAS method is used to evaluate alternative learning media tools based on tiered preferences, while VIKOR provides an optimal solution by considering the best and worst values. In addition, EXPROM II provides an explicit assessment of complexity and risk in the context of physics learning media selection. The practical implications of these findings can help decision makers in the field of education to improve the quality of physics learning media used in the educational process

Abstract

Offside merupakan salah satu aturan terpenting sekaligus paling kontroversial dalam permainan sepak bola yang berperan besar dalam menentukan jalannya dan keadilan pertandingan. Artikel ini bertujuan mengulas secara komprehensif konsep offside, peraturannya menurut Laws of the Game yang diterbitkan FIFA, implikasi strategis bagi pemain dan pelatih, serta perkembangan teknologi dalam penerapannya seperti penggunaan VAR dan teknologi offside semi-otomatis. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan mengkaji artikel ilmiah, regulasi resmi, panduan kepelatihan, dan laporan dari badan pengatur sepak bola yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2010 hingga 2024. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dan penguasaan aturan offside tidak hanya mencegah pelanggaran dan peluang terbuang, tetapi juga menjadi bagian penting dari strategi menyerang maupun bertahan. Selain itu, penerapan teknologi dalam keputusan offside telah mengurangi kesalahan, namun juga memunculkan perdebatan baru terkait presisi dan semangat permainan. Artikel ini merekomendasikan agar pemain, pelatih, dan wasit secara berkala memperbarui pengetahuan mereka mengenai aturan offside dan interpretasinya untuk beradaptasi dengan dinamika sepak bola modern.

Abstract

This research examines the documentation process of Alahan Muaro Paninggahan, an economic and cultural tradition in Nagari Paninggahan, Solok Regency, West Sumatra. The alahan system is a form of natural resource management passed down through generations and serves as a social, economic, and cultural identity platform for the local community. In a modern context, this research highlights how digital technology is beginning to be utilized to document, promote, and preserve the alahan tradition through social media, visual content, and other digital platforms. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including field observation, in-depth interviews, and photo and video documentation. The results indicate that digitalization plays a significant role in introducing local cultural values to a wider audience and increasing public awareness of the potential of a tradition-based economy. In addition to preserving culture, digitalization is also an effective strategy for supporting tourism promotion and strengthening regional identity.

Abstract

This study evaluates the consistency of transmitter level performance through calibration data obtained from the Instrumentation Maintenance Unit of the Cilegon PLTGU. The purpose of this study is to determine the accuracy, linearity, and stability of transmitter output against standard reference values. Qualitative methods were used, including direct observation, interviews, and literature studies to support the analysis of calibration procedures. Calibration data from the Masoneilan 12420-51 and Yokogawa EJA210E transmitters were analyzed using a comparative approach between normal and abnormal calibration results. Classification was based on the difference between the actual output and the 4–20 mA standard signal, with a tolerance limit of ±0.25% in accordance with ISA and IEC calibration standards. The results of the study show that the Level-3 Deaerator Storage Tank transmitter operates within the normal range, with excellent linearity and accuracy, while the Flash ST Tank Level transmitter shows minor deviations outside the tolerance limit, categorized as abnormal. These deviations suggest the potential for drift or zero shift influenced by environmental factors and aging. This study concludes that periodic calibration is necessary to maintain tranmitter performance reliability and ensure accurate signal transmission in the automatic control system at the Cilegon PLTGU facility.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan tulang punggung perekonomian masyarakat desa, termasuk di Desa Jimbung Gua, Kecamatan Kalikotes, Kabupaten Klaten. Namun, potensi besar UMKM lokal belum sepenuhnya terkelola dengan baik karena keterbatasan strategi branding. Artikel ini membahas program pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui optimalisasi digitalisasi dan pembuatan plang UMKM. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan identitas visual usaha, keterjangkauan konsumen yang lebih luas, serta peningkatan kepercayaan terhadap UMKM desa. Dengan demikian, integrasi branding offline melalui plang usaha dan branding online melalui Google Maps menjadi strategi efektif untuk memperkuat daya saing UMKM.

Abstract

Hak asasi manusia adalah hak dasar yang melekat pada individu sejak lahir, bersifat universal, dan tidak dapat dicabut. Artikel ini mengkaji jejak sejarah, perkembangan, dan penegakan hak asasi manusia di Indonesia menggunakan metode penelitian perpustakaan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari buku, artikel jurnal, dokumen resmi, dan peraturan perundang-undangan Indonesia. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan hak asasi manusia di Indonesia telah berkembang melalui beberapa tahap: perjuangan pra-kemerdekaan, Orde Lama, Orde Baru, dan Era Reformasi. Era Reformasi menandai kemajuan signifikan dengan amandemen konstitusi, pengesahan Undang-Undang No. 39/1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia, dan Undang-Undang No. 26/2000 tentang Pengadilan Hak Asasi Manusia. Meskipun ada kemajuan ini, implementasi tetap menjadi masalah karena pelanggaran hak asasi manusia yang parah belum terselesaikan, penegakan hukum yang lemah, dan kesadaran publik yang terbatas. Lembaga-lembaga seperti Komnas HAM, Komnas Perempuan, KPAI, dan LPSK memainkan peran penting, namun efektivitasnya sangat bergantung pada kemauan politik dan partisipasi sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Indonesia telah mencapai kemajuan normatif yang signifikan, namun penegakan hukum yang sebenarnya masih memerlukan komitmen pemerintah yang lebih kuat dan partisipasi aktif masyarakat.

Abstract

Tahsin Program with the Usmani Method of Al-Ikhlas Mosque Sambilegi-Lor Maguwoharjo Depok Sleman Yogyakarta, Reading the Qur'an correctly as revealed is the obligation of every Muslim and Muslim woman, but the ability of the majority of Muslims is still concerning, this can be seen from the low level of public engagement with the Qur'an and many factors that cause this situation, including teaching methods that are less manhaji, inadequate teachers or less aware individuals weakness in the Tajwidul Qur'an so that we are not interested in teaching, whatever the obvious reason we still believe in the wisdom of Allah "And indeed We have made the Qur'an easy to learn." Therefore, many methods of learning the Qur'an have emerged to answer the challenges faced by Muslims, especially in the ability to read the Qur'an. Therefore, the publication of the Ottoman Method seems to continue the dream of previous scholars to improve the quality of reading the Qur'an, because the Ottoman Method is believed to improve the ability to read the Qur'an properly and correctly. This study aims to: (1) How to Implement the Tahsin Program with the Usmani Method of the Al-Ikhlas Sambilegi-Lor Mosque of Maguwoharjo Depok Sleman Yogyakarta (2) What are the obstacles to the implementation of the Tahsin Program with the Usmani method of the Al-Ikhlas Sambilegi-Lor Mosque of Maguwoharjo Depok Sleman Yogyakarta. (3) What is the contribution of the implementation of the tahsin program with the Usmani method of the Al-Ikhlas Sambilegi-Lor Mosque Maguwoharjo Depok Sleman Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative research with a case study method. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis used is a model owned by Miles and Huberman which consists of three analysis components, in the form of: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of this study are: (1) Implementation of the Tahsin Program with the Usmani Method of the Al-Ikhlas Mosque Sambilegi-Lor Maguwoharjo Depok Sleman Yogyakarta using the talaqi technique (2) Obstacles to the Implementation of the Tahsin Program with the Usmani Method of the Al-Ikhlas Mosque Sambilegi-Lor Maguwoharjo Depok Sleman Yogyakarta: Difficulties in reading hijaiyah letters with the correct Makharij al-ḥuruf because they are carried away by the readings brought as children, Insufficient time makes learning ineffective,  and the age factor because many of the worshippers of the Al-Ikhlas mosque are elderly. (3) What is the contribution of the implementation of the tahsin program with the Usmani method of the Al-Ikhlas Sambilegi-Lor Mosque Maguwoharjo Depok Sleman Yogyakarta; The congregation can read the verses in the Qur'an with a clearer sound of his Makharij al-ḥuruf. It can help the congregation learn the Qur'an, as well as being able to teach it to people who need it as early as possible.
