Abstract

This article aims to examine the views of Sahiron Syamsuddin and Adian Husaini on non-Muslim leadership in the Indonesian context. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical and comparative model. Both figures were chosen because they are both influential Indonesian Muslim scholars in the discourse of Qur'anic interpretation. This study uses a comparative approach, highlighting Sahiron Syamsuddin's hermeneutic approach—particularly through the theory of ma'na cum maghza—and Adian Husaini's textual-normative approach. The results of the study show significant differences between the two. Sahiron interprets QS. Al-Mā'idah [5]: 51 contextually by considering maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah and social reality, thus concluding that non-Muslims can become leaders as long as they fulfill the requirements of integrity, justice, and trustworthiness. In contrast, Adian interprets the verse textually and refers to the opinion of Buya Hamka, who expressly prohibits non-Muslim leadership over Muslims. These differences in views reflect the epistemological and ideological background of each figure in interpreting the sacred text.

Abstract

Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera) are known to contain flavonoids that function as natural antioxidants, playing an important role in preventing the oxidation of body cells and maintaining health. However, the results of observations and interviews show that the people of Baet Village still do not understand the health benefits of moringa leaves and how they are processed into food with nutritional value. This community service activity aims to increase public understanding of the health benefits of moringa leaves and skills in processing them into food, vegetables, and various cakes. Partners in this activity are the Kaju Health Center and the people of Baet Village, with a total of 15 participants. The methods used include counseling on the nutritional content and benefits of moringa leaves, as well as the direct practice of processing moringa leaves into food products such as sponge cakes and puddings. The results of the activities showed success which was marked by the enthusiasm and active participation of the community in the evaluation sessions and processing demonstrations. The community is able to answer evaluative questions well and show skills in processing moringa leaves independently. In addition to increasing knowledge, the community also shows a commitment to implementing the results of counseling in daily life, including in efforts to reduce high blood pressure through the consumption of processed moringa leaves. This activity ran smoothly and had a positive impact on improving nutrition literacy and public health. It is hoped that this activity can be a model of sustainable community empowerment based on local potential.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of store atmosphere, food quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions of Bakso Sor Talok customers in Karanganyar Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with primary data sources. The population in this study were Bakso Sor Talok customers in Karanganyar Regency, with an unknown number. Sampling used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, as many as 100 samples. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations and literature studies. The research instrument test used validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test used multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and normality tests. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F- test, determination coefficient test (R2). The results of the validity and reliability tests show that all variables, namely store atmosphere, food quality, service quality and purchasing decisions are declared valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that all variables have passed the multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and normality tests. The results of the regression test show Y = 1.862 + 0.264 X1 + 0.160 X2 + 0.404 X3 + e. The results of the t-test show that store atmosphere (X1), food quality (X2), service quality (X3) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Bakso Sor Talok shop in Karanganyar Regency. The results of the F test obtained the results that the regression model used in this study was appropriate. The results of the R2 test showed that the contribution of the influence of the independent variables to the dependent variable was 64.8%. The rest (100% - 64.8%) = 35.2% is explained by other variables outside the model such as price, taste and location.

Abstract

Gastritis usually occurs in people with irregular eating patterns and consuming foods that stimulate stomach acid production. Inflammation of the gastric mucosa or lining can be caused by various factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of soursop leaf decoction on reducing gastritis pain. This research used a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The sample size was 15 people, using accidental sampling. This study was conducted from June 12 to 18, 2025. Data were obtained through observation sheets using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Normality was tested using the Shapiro-Wilk test, and data analysis used the paired t-test. The results showed that before the soursop leaf decoction, the average pain score for respondents was 0.074, while after the decoction, the pain score decreased to 0.151, a decrease of 0.007 with a P-value of 0.001 (<0.05). Conclusion: The soursop leaf decoction is effective in reducing gastritis pain. Respondents are encouraged to regularly consume the soursop leaf decoction when experiencing pain, and it can serve as a reference for future research using different variables.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan UMKM memegang peran penting dalam menggerakkan perekonomian suatu negara, terutama di tingkat lokal seperti di Desa. Perkembangan ekonomi dan daya saing UMKM menjadi krusial dalam mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Salah satu strategi vital dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM adalah melalui perluasan target pasar. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan survei lapangan pemasaran produk UMKM Desa Kutawaringin hanya secara konvensional yakni berkeliling desa ataupun menerima pesanan dari pihak tertentu. Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis strategi dan upaya yang dapat diterapkan dalam pemberdayaan UMKM Desa Kutawaringin guna mengatasi kendala akses dan memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka. Oleh karena itu kami melakukan pemberdayaan UMKM dalam Upaya memperluas target pasar yang ada dengan bekerja sama dengan wisata Curug Cipeer (BUMDES) Kutawaringin, dalam kerja sama ini kami mencoba memasukan produk–produk UMKM yang ada di Desa Kutawaringin diantaranya adalah peyeum singkong (tape), keripik talas, Sale pisang, dan sempol ayam. UMKM ini berlaku sebagai suplier yang menyiapkan produk dan pihak Curug Cipeer yang akan mengolah produk tersebut dengan inovasi yang mereka miliki. Dengan kegiatan yang kami lakukan ini kami berharap dapat membantu UMKM di Desa Kutawaringin untuk terus berkembang dan meningkatkan pendapatan mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of distribution costs, distribution channels, and marketing channels on the sales volume of Mie Sedaap at PT. ADR Wings Group in Lhokseumawe City. The data used in this study was primary data by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis consisting of data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that distribution costs, distribution channels, and marketing channels had a positive and significant effect on the sales volume of Mie Sedaap at PT. ADR Wings Group in Lhokseumawe City.

Abstract

Atsiri Citayam Women's Cooperative was founded on December 11, 2011. A year later, Atsiri Citayam Women's Cooperative already has NIK 3201220040001 with Legal Entity Number: 518/277/BH/KPTS/DISKOPERINDAG/VI/2012 exactly on April 18, 2012. When viewed from the type In its business, this cooperative is included in the type of consumer cooperative that serves savings and loans and the sale of basic necessities. The number of members of this cooperative is 90 people consisting of various work backgrounds, including MSME entrepreneurs. The existence of regular meetings is used as an event to maintain friendship and exchange information, especially for MSME entrepreneurs. Limited understanding of the use of technology, namely online digital products. Therefore, Nusa Mandiri University carried out Community Service in the form of training on the Use of Canva Applications for Graphic Design and Product Promotion at the Bogor Citayam Atsiri Kopwan. With this training, they can help the women of the Atsiri Citayam Bogor Women's Cooperative in using the Canva application as a digital media.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Knowledge Sharing Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Individual Innovation Capability. Objek penelitian yang dipilih adalah PT. Haleyora Power Area Tanjungpinang. Populasi dan Sampel berjumlah 88 karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dua cara, yaitu penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Dimana responden mengisi kuesioner sebanyak 36 butir yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang di ukur. pernyataan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis persamaan model struktural (SEM) dengan bantuan software program SmartPLS.4 untuk Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap individual innovation capability, individual innovation capability berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja individu, knowledge sharing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja individu, dan knowledge sharing berpengaruh signifikan parsial terhadap kinerja individu melalui individual innovation capability.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) is an innovative technology that is able to present three-dimensional virtual objects in the real world, thus providing an interactive learning experience. AR-based learning media has the potential to help students understand abstract concepts in geometry transformation more clearly and interestingly. This community service aims to facilitate the learning process of students on geometry transformation material using Augmented Reality (AR) based learning media. The activity was carried out at Insan Cendekia Syech Yusuf High School with three main stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. In the preparation stage, AR learning media development and preparation of learning tools were carried out. The implementation stage includes the introduction of the concept of geometric transformation and direct practice of using AR learning media by students. The evaluation stage was carried out with learning outcome tests and questionnaires to measure the effectiveness and learners' responses to the activities. The evaluation results showed that the average learning outcomes of learners were 74, with a good category. In addition, the average learner response to the implementation of mentoring is 72.36, which is included in the positive category. These findings indicate that AR-based learning assistance can make a positive contribution to learners. Thus, learning assistance using AR-based learning media is feasible to be applied in learning mathematics.
