Abstract

Candida albicans merupakan jamur oportunistik yang dapat menyebabkan infeksi kandidiasis pada manusia. Mikroorganisme ini umumnya hidup sebagai flora normal di saluran pencernaan, saluran pernapasan, rongga mulut, dan mukosa vagina, namun dapat menimbulkan penyakit ketika keseimbangan mikroflora terganggu. Salah satu alternatif bahan alami yang berpotensi sebagai antijamur adalah daun sirih (Piper betle L.) yang diketahui mengandung minyak atsiri sekitar 4,2% dengan komponen utama berupa senyawa fenol, yaitu betlefenol dan kavikol, yang bersifat fungisidal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas air rebusan daun sirih terhadap pertumbuhan C. albicans. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimental menggunakan metode difusi cakram. Sampel yang digunakan berupa air rebusan daun sirih yang dibuat dengan merebus 500 g daun sirih dalam 1000 mL akuadest dan digunakan sebagai satu konsentrasi tunggal, dengan tiga kali pengulangan. Parameter yang diamati adalah diameter zona hambat pertumbuhan C. albicans, yang diukur menggunakan jangka sorong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata diameter zona hambat yang terbentuk sebesar 4,8 mm, yang termasuk dalam kategori daya hambat lemah. Dengan demikian, air rebusan daun sirih memiliki aktivitas antijamur terhadap C. albicans, meskipun daya hambat yang dihasilkan relatif rendah. Abstract

Jamur pengurai kayu dari kelompok Basidiomycota berperan penting dalam siklus unsur hara hutan tropis Batam, namun data dasar makrofungi di Pulau Batam masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginventarisasi jamur liar yang ada di Pulau Batam. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survey metode jelajah. Jamur yang ditemukan difoto dan diambil sampelnya dibawa ke Laboratorium untuk dilakukan pengamatan lebih lanjut. Survei jelajah selama satu hari dilakukan pada 13 Juli 2025 di Jalur trek Telaga Biru. Hasil Penelitian mencatat tujuh taksa pada substrat kayu lapuk, yaitu Dacrymyces (= Dacryopinax) spathularia, Pycnoporus cf. (sanguineus/puniceus), Pleurotus sp., Trametes versicolor, Gymnopilus cf. subpurpuratus, Ganoderma applanatum, serta polypore lainnya. Komposisi ini mencerminkan habitat yang dikuasai perombak lignoselulosa. Penelitian ini berhasil mengungkat data awal jamur Basidiomycetes yang ditemukan dan memerlukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai fungsi ekologis dan potensi pemanfaatan jamur pengurai kayu setempat. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forms of ta'dzim and khidmah traditions carried out by ninth-grade students at MTs Riyadlus Sholihin Al-Islamy, and to examine the role and contribution of these two traditions in the formation of social character which includes respect, responsibility, social concern, and cooperation. The study used a mixed methods approach with a concurrent triangulation design. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and a Likert-scale questionnaire consisting of 24 statements from 22 respondents. Quantitative data analysis used descriptive statistics, while qualitative data were analyzed through the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. The results of the instrument test showed that all items were valid (r-count 0.435–0.739 > r-table 0.432) and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.814). Descriptive analysis shows that the ta'dzim variable obtained an average of 29.09 (90.9%), khidmah 24.50 (87.5%), and social character 32.36 (89.9%), all in the high category. The conclusion of the study shows that ta'dzim practices that instill an attitude of respect and responsibility and khidmah practices that develop social awareness and cooperation synergistically contribute to the formation of a strong social character of students. This study strengthens the position of Islamic boarding schools as a model of character education that is relevant to the values ​​of the Pancasila Student Profile.  Keywords: Khidmah, Pesantren, Social Character, Social Studies Education, Ta'dzim

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out whether the use of a Canva-based PBL model can improve the motivation and activity of pupils in the learning of Indonesian language in pupils of class 1B. The method used is a class action study conducted in April-May 2024 at UPT SD Negeri 06 Gresik with subjects of 28 children. Observation and lifting are used as data collection techniques and quantitative descriptive data analysis are used for data analysis. The results of the research showed that the Canva-based PBL model helped to improve the motivation and activity of 1B class pupils at the 06 Gresik State SD UPT. In Cycle I, motivation increased by 9.8% to 64.7 and student activity also increased from an average of 58.6 to 69.9 in Cycle II, both motivation and activity increased significantly. The conclusion of this study is that the use of a Canva-based PBL model can improve the motivation and activity of students in Indonesian language lessons Class 1B UPT SD Negeri 06 Gresik.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the wordwall-based Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in increasing students' interest in learning outcomes and motivation to learn Indonesian language material. The research background shows that student learning outcomes have not yet reached expectations due to a lack of active participation and learning motivation. Motivation to learn is very important to increase interest in learning outcomes. The research method used was a mixed method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects were 26 grade 5 students at UPT SDN 32 Gresik, consisting of 10 boys and 16 girls. Research instruments include pretest-posttest tests, observations, and interviews. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The research results showed a significant increase in students' interest in learning outcomes and learning motivation. The posttest results show that the average interest in student learning outcomes increased to 73% and learning motivation to 73.5%, both of which are good criteria. Thus, the wordwall-based PBL model is effective in increasing students' interest in learning outcomes and learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Case-Based Learning method in improving student learning outcomes in the Akidah Akhlak subject at MTs Negeri 2 Muaro Jambi. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK) conducted in 2 cycles. The subjects studied were ninth-grade students, totaling 21 students. The data collection techniques used by the researcher were through direct observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The pre-cycle results or initial observations showed that the number of students scoring above the KKM was only 43%. With the low number of students whose test results were below the KKM reaching 67%, the researcher chose this title. Furthermore, after conducting further learning using the case-based learning method, in cycle I, the percentage of students reaching the KKM score was 60%. This result was considered insufficient to be regarded as successful in the study. Subsequently, in cycleُII,ُtheُpercentageُofُstudentsُachievingُaُscoreُ≥KKMُwasُ85%. From the data, it can be seen that the implementation of the Case Based Learning method in the Aqidah Akhlak lesson can improve the learning outcomes of students at MTs Negeri 2 Muaro Jambi. In addition, this method can also increase students' motivation, activeness, and cooperation in the classroom. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Case Based Learning method to improve student learning outcomes in the Aqidah Akhlak subject at MTs Negeri 2 Muaro Jambi is successful. Abstract

The Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Mandiri in Mojorejo Hamlet, Batu City, manages Nile tilapia biofloc culture and vegetable production in a greenhouse, but water delivery had relied on a manually moved hose. This community service program aimed to install an integrated water supply system linking a storage tank, booster pump, main pipeline, biofloc pond outlet, and greenhouse distribution line. The activity used technical assistance and technology transfer through field observation, hydraulic design, component selection, pipe fabrication, installation, functional testing, and operational guidance. The installed system successfully conveyed water from the storage tank through the pump and pipeline to the biofloc pond outlet, while the greenhouse distribution line was arranged along the planting beds. Visual testing showed a continuous water flow and confirmed the functional connection among the main components. The system simplified pond filling, organized the distribution network, and reduced the need to move hoses repeatedly. However, performance evaluation remained qualitative because pressure, discharge, head loss, and irrigation uniformity were not measured using gauges or flow meters. Therefore, follow-up monitoring is required to quantify hydraulic performance and optimize irrigation scheduling. The program demonstrates that a simple, maintainable water-supply network can support more practical management of integrated aquaculture and greenhouse activities at the community level.

Abstract

Muslim Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia face serious sustainability challenges due to inflationary pressures and rising production costs following the depreciation of the Rupiah. This study aims to analyze the synergy between Islamic financial inclusion and the adoption of digital payments as a strategic mitigation mechanism for businesses in facing these macroeconomic shocks. Through a systematic literature review of 11 scientific articles (2021–2025), this study synthesizes the synergy between financial digitalization and Islamic financial inclusion as an operational resilience mechanism for Muslim MSMEs. The synthesis results show that the adoption of digital payments significantly improves cash flow efficiency and operational transparency, while Islamic financial inclusion provides a foundation for stability through the principles of fairness, partnership, and ethical risk management. This synthesis confirms that the integration of these two instruments is not merely a transaction tool but a crucial operational instrument for building the resilience of Muslim MSME businesses to fluctuations in production costs due to inflationary pressures. In conclusion, the synergy between Islamic financial inclusion and the adoption of digital payments is an effective mitigation strategy for Muslim MSMEs. Therefore, policies to strengthen the competitiveness of business actors need to focus on optimizing access to and implementing an integrated financial system to ensure business sustainability amidst global economic uncertainty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi guru PAI dalam menerapkan konsep generasi khaira ummah di SMA Islam Sultan Agung 3 Semarang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan dengan metode deskriptif analitis. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan model interaktif melalui tiga tahap, yaitu tahap reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan peningkatan ketekunan dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah; 1) Gambaran guru PAI dalam menanamkan perilaku yang mencerminkan generasi khaira ummah. 2) Strategi guru PAI dalam menerapkan konsep generasi khaira ummah pada peserta didik. 3) Faktor pendukung dari strategi diterapkannya konsep generasi khaira ummah di sekolah yaitu sekolah yang mendukung, guru-guru yang menjadi teladan, motivasi peserta didik yang tinggi, dan adanya kerjasama antara guru dengan orang tua. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu keterbatasan waktu, pengaruh lingkungan, kurangnya dukungan orang tua, motivasi siswa yang naik turun, dan tantangan perkembangan teknologi.
