Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of business networks, global collaboration, diaspora, and associations in driving the internationalization process of MSMEs, particularly in the jimbe drum craft MSME in Sentul Village, Blitar. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method, through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results are expected to show that business networks have a strategic role in opening international market access, global collaboration increases efficiency and product innovation, diaspora functions as a bridge connecting foreign markets, and business associations strengthen the capacity and competitiveness of MSMEs. The synergy of these four factors is key to improving export performance and business sustainability in the global market.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive teaching aid using Arduino Uno and MPU6050 accelerometer sensor to make it easier for students to understand the concept of simple harmonic motion (SHM) on springs. The tool is designed to detect vertical oscillatory motion, calculate the oscillation period (T) and spring constant (k) automatically, and display the results in real-time on an I2C LCD screen . Theis study employs a research and development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, focusing on the development stage.The tool developed is designed to detect vertical spring motion, measure the period (T) and spring constant (K) values, and display them automatically via a 12C LCD screen. The validation process carried out by two material experts resulted in a mean of 81% in the very feasible qualification, and validation by two media experts resulted in 97% also in the very feasible category. This tool is considered effective, efficient, and contextual as a solution-based and technology-assisted physics learning tool. Calibration was carried out to compare the measurement results using the sensor with the manual method, and the results showed a high level of accuracy and a relatively high data difference. In addition, testing was carried out using two springs with different diameters, namely 1 mm and 1.5 mm, to observe the effect of physical characteristics on the spring constant value and oscillation period. The experimental results showed that the pegs with a smaller diameter had a larger constant and a shorter period, while the spring with a larger diameter produced a longer period. Thus, this tool is not only technically feasible, but also effective for visualizing the concept of spring oscillation in physics learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Madani Solusi Internasional Jakarta Selatan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 55 Responden Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunkan sampling jenuh diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 55 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji relibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regeresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh nilai persamaan regresi Y = 25.101 + 0,795 X1. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > f tabel atau (5,997 > 2,006). Dengan demikian, Ho1 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima, yang berarti Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai persamaan regresi Y = 18,978 + 0,989 X2. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > f tabel atau (8,450 > 2,006). Dengan demikian Ho2 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menjunjukan bahwa Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan diperoleh persamaan regresi Y 14,599 + 0,332 X1 + 0,772 X2. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (41,845 > 3,18). Dengan demikian Ho3 ditolak, dan Ha3 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
