Abstract

This article examines the evolution of child marriage fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) scholarship in Indonesia and argues for a paradigmatic shift from doctrinal legitimacy toward substantive child protection. Although academic discussions on child marriage have expanded significantly over the past decade, much of the scholarship remains anchored in doctrinal–juridical frameworks that prioritize formal permissibility and legal validity over children’s welfare. This study aims to map the epistemological trajectory of child marriage fiqh critically and to reconstruct its normative orientation toward a preventive and child-centered paradigm. Employing a qualitative systematic desk review, the research analyzes 68 peer-reviewed articles published in 22 Scopus-indexed Islamic law journals between 2017 and 2026. The findings reveal methodological disparities, thematic fragmentation, and geographic concentration, alongside recurring critiques of classical fiqh doctrines that continue to legitimize marriage dispensation practices. Despite increasing references to the objectives of Islamic law (maqāṣid al-sharīʿah) and child protection principles, most studies remain confined to descriptive and doctrinal approaches, with limited socio-legal and interdisciplinary integration. Consequently, contemporary fiqh discourse reproduces a legality-centered approach rather than developing a preventive jurisprudence grounded in the best interests of the child. By providing the first systematic intellectual mapping of this field, the article advances a critical-progressive framework that integrates maqāṣid reasoning, socio-legal analysis, and judicial practice to strengthen child protection within Indonesia’s plural Islamic legal order. [Artikel ini mengkaji evolusi studi fikih perkawinan anak di Indonesia dan berargumen perlunya pergeseran paradigmatis dari legitimasi doktrinal menuju perlindungan anak secara substantif. Meskipun diskursus akademik mengenai perkawinan anak meningkat secara signifikan dalam satu dekade terakhir, sebagian besar kajian masih bertumpu pada kerangka doktrinal-yuridis yang memprioritaskan kebolehan formal dan keabsahan hukum dibandingkan kesejahteraan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan secara kritis trajektori epistemologis kajian fikih perkawinan anak serta merekonstruksi orientasi normatifnya menuju paradigma preventif yang berpusat pada anak. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan desk review sistematis kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis 68 artikel terindeks Scopus yang diterbitkan dalam 22 jurnal hukum Islam pada periode 2017–2026. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya disparitas metodologis, fragmentasi tematik, dan konsentrasi geografis, disertai kritik berulang terhadap doktrin fikih klasik yang masih melegitimasi praktik dispensasi perkawinan. Meskipun wacana maqāṣid al-sharīʿah dan perlindungan anak semakin menguat, mayoritas studi tetap berada dalam pendekatan deskriptif dan doktrinal, dengan integrasi sosio-legal dan interdisipliner yang terbatas. Akibatnya, diskursus fikih kontemporer cenderung mereproduksi legalitas normatif daripada mengembangkan yurisprudensi preventif berbasis kepentingan terbaik anak. Abstract

Cyberbullying on social media platform X has become a critical digital threat and requires automatic detection mechanisms to mitigate psychological impacts on victims. This study proposes a hybrid deep learning architecture that combines Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for local feature extraction and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) for sequential context understanding in classifying Indonesian language cyberbullying comments. This study evaluates model performance using a dataset of 13,677 comments from social media X through a series of systematic testing scenarios, including the impact of regularization, utilization of FastText embeddings, and comparative studies against state-of-the-art models. Experimental results demonstrate that the Early Stopping mechanism is a critical factor in this architecture, where without this mechanism the model experiences accuracy degradation of up to 32%. The proposed CNN-LSTM model achieves 88.38% accuracy and 88.00% F1-Score, improving to 0.9559 AUC with FastText integration. This model achieves over 97% of IndoBERTweet's performance with 22 times lower computational complexity (4.97 million versus 110.88 million parameters) and outperforms machine learning methods such as SVM with an accuracy margin of more than 10 percentage points. This study concludes that the CNN-LSTM architecture offers a robust and efficient solution for cyberbullying detection, particularly for resource-constrained environments

Abstract

Flood disasters often result in negative impacts, including damage to property, infrastructure, and loss of human lives. Identifying flood-prone areas and implementing appropriate prevention measures can significantly reduce its adverse effects. Mapping  potential flood  plays a key role in land use planning, early warning systems, emergency response, and flood mitigation efforts. In recent years, the Bedadung Watershed has faced issues of fluctuations in water discharge and it has a potential to cause flooding in Jember regency. This study aims to assess the flood vulnerability level in the Bedadung Watershed using parameter’s scoring and weighting methods, followed by an overlay or merging of each parameter. The research findings indicate that parameters influencing flood potential in the Bedadung Watershed are land use and land cover, slope and elevation area, and soil type. The results showed that the areas which are identified as vulnerable and highly vulnerable are mainly located at low elevations (0-500 m) with tend to be safe from occurring flood even though the level of rainfall is high. On the other side, the vegetation cover areas showed the low vulnerable from flood.

Abstract

Kondisi fisik merupakan komponen utama yang menentukan performa atlet dalam cabang olahraga sepak bola, sehingga diperlukan instrumen yang tepat untuk menilai tingkat kebugaran aerobik sebagai dasar seleksi awal tim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Bleep test sebagai indikator awal dalam menentukan kondisi fisik mahasiswa putra calon pemain tim sepak bola. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Sampel terdiri atas 39 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga Universitas Negeri Gorontalo yang telah mengikuti latihan fisik umum minimal selama satu bulan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Multistage 20 Meter Shuttle Run Test (Bleep test) dengan protokol standar untuk kelompok usia 20–29 tahun. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan mengelompokkan hasil ke dalam kategori tingkat kebugaran berdasarkan standar VO₂max. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada peserta yang mencapai kategori kebugaran “tinggi” maupun “rendah”. Sebanyak 12 peserta (30,8%) berada pada kategori “bagus”, 14 peserta (35,9%) pada kategori “cukup”, dan 13 peserta (33,3%) pada kategori “sedang”. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran aerobik mayoritas peserta berada pada kategori sedang hingga cukup, yang mencerminkan perlunya peningkatan program latihan daya tahan sebelum seleksi utama tim sepak bola dilaksanakan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Bleep test dapat digunakan sebagai alat seleksi awal yang efisien dan objektif untuk menilai kesiapan kondisi fisik pemain sepak bola tingkat mahasiswa.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik di SMP Negeri 13 Kota Tangerang Selatan dalam melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis Rapor Pendidikan. Rapor Pendidikan merupakan platform yang dikembangkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi sebagai penyempurnaan dari sistem evaluasi sebelumnya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah masih rendahnya pemahaman guru tentang penggunaan data Rapor Pendidikan untuk evaluasi dan peningkatan mutu pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi survei awal, pelatihan intensif, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan 43 orang guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi peserta sebesar 40,7%, dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test 58,5 meningkat menjadi 82,3 pada post-test. Sebanyak 90% peserta mampu mengidentifikasi capaian dan tantangan sekolah berdasarkan data, 85% mampu merumuskan prioritas perbaikan, dan 80% mampu menyusun rencana tindak lanjut yang terukur. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam melakukan refleksi dan perbaikan pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This article specifically examines and deepens the story of John the Baptist in Matthew 3:1-12. This text was chosen to examine more specifically how the story of effect or Wirkungsgeschichte of the text affects the Church's liturgy, particularly to examine the meaning of baptism and the vow of poverty in religious life. Often in reading Scripture, readers have difficulty grasping the implied meaning of a text. Therefore, the task of the exegete is to provide an interpretation for the needs of teaching faith. This article was written with the aim of finding the implied meaning of the text as part of the exegetical task to help readers discover and understand the meaning of the text that is familiar in the life of the faith of the people. The method used in this paper is text analysis based on the commonly used hermeneutic approach to Scripture. The novelty in this article is a new understanding of the meaning of baptism as a new birth. The new birth is not just an empty phrase or slogan, but baptism is a transition from the old life to a new life, namely as children of God. As a concrete expression of the new birth, it is repentance to produce good fruit, namely the values ​​of the Kingdom of God. In addition, this story also provides deep inspiration regarding the meaning of the Vow of Poverty in religious life through the simplicity of John the Baptist's life.

Abstract

Background: This study explores how the Ammatoa indigenous community demonstrates the capacity to preserve indigenous land and forest through indigenous knowledge practice, a result of a dialectical process between their traditional knowledge based on Pasang ri Kajang with non-traditional knowledge such as modernism. The dialectical process could be seen in how they practice indigenous tourism, which is a part of the modern industry. The indigenous tourism that uses the indigenous recognition as an authoritative foundation attracts more visitors that increasing not only their economic income but also their social and political position. Methods: Using a qualitative approach through library research based on theses, reports, and relevant documents, this study examines how the Ammatoa community obtains recognition as an indigenous community. Findings: The findings reveal that formal state recognition as an indigenous community requires multiple internal and external factors, particularly those related to policy frameworks and political dynamics. Two key strategies emerge: the development of cultural tourism as a form of asserting territorial rights, and the advocacy for legal recognition of customary land to prevent state acquisition. Conclusion: These findings show that indigenous knowledge, tourism development, and legal recognition are interrelated processes in securing indigenous rights and sustaining environmental stewardship. Novelty/Originality of this article: This article offers several original contributions that align strongly with the journal’s aims and scope in advancing interdisciplinary ecological discourse and environmental justice.

Abstract

This activity is carried out in order to welcome the increasing development of learning media that can be applied in daily teaching. In addition, teachers are also required to be able to make changes to the learning media in their own classes to see how to improve student learning outcomes by using varied learning media. The activities in this mentoring are that teachers from the KB TK PIG will be given training and mentoring in socialization activities to increase their knowledge/understanding of how to make educational teaching aids (APE). So that it can increase the teacher's imagination in developing all aspects and intelligence in their students. The final result of this activity is expected to be that each teacher will have educational and creative learning media that have good learning value.
