This study examines the impact of work motivation and work environment on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the East Java Provincial Education Office. Using a quantitative research method with a survey approach, the study surveyed 62 employees from the office. The findings indicate that both work motivation and work environment significantly and positively influence job satisfaction. Furthermore, work motivation and work environment also have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. The results underscore the importance of managing work motivation and fostering a supportive work environment to enhance employee performance, which in turn supports the achievement of organizational goals. This research highlights the critical role that motivation and the work environment play in improving employee performance within the public sector, emphasizing the need for organizational strategies that prioritize these factors.

This study aims to develop a model of human resource (HR) development to improve employee performance at the Rahayu Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) in Malang. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Results show that continuous training, competency development, work motivation, and structured performance evaluations significantly improve employee performance. The model emphasizes transformational leadership, a cooperative work culture, and organizational learning as essential for performance enhancement. This study offers valuable insights for HR management in cooperatives to adapt to environmental changes and focus on results.

Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) mencatat selama tahun 2020 telah terjadi sebanyak 4.650 bencana di Indonesia. Selain korban jiwa, dampak lain yang ditimbulkan adalah kerugian atas harta benda yang dimiliki termasuk tanah. Kondisi fisik bidang atas tanah dapat bergeser, bahkan bisa menyebabkan tanah yang dimiliki menjadi musnah. Ada dua rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini: Pertama, bagaimana status tanah tedampak bencana alam menurut UU No.05 Tahun 1960 tentang Peraturan Dasar Pokok-pokok Agraria? Kedua, bagaimana perspektif Fikih terhadap UU No.05 Tahun 1960 tentang Peraturan Dasar Pokok-pokok Agraria? Jenis penelitian yang dilaku-kan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur/kepustakaan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mendapatkan data melalui kitab-kitab mazhab Syafi-‘iyah baik klasik ataupun kontemporer serta undang-undang agraria. Adapun hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Tanah yang terdampak bencana alam menurut undang-undang agraria adalah masuk dalam kategori tanah musnah dan hak kepemilikan tanah menjadi milik pemerintah. (2) Status tanah musnah yang dijelaskan dalam undang-undang agraria adalah sesuai dengan aturan hukum Fikih, sehingga pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga dan merawat tanah terdampak bencana alam.

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan mengenai implementasi peraturan walikota probolinggo no.117 tahun 2021 tentang pelestarian jaran bodhag melalui K3S (kelompok kerja kepala sekolah) se Kecamatan Wonoasih. Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu kesenian tradisional merupakan bagian penting dari identitas budaya suatu daerah. Kesenian jaran bodhag merupakan Ikon Kota Probolinggo yang saat ini terancam punah akibat adanya pengaruh globalisasi dan rendahnya minat generasi muda. Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo berupaya untuk menjaga dan mengembangkan budaya lokal dengan melibatkan sektor pendidikan salah satunya melalui integrasi seni budaya kedalam program DISDIKBUD dan ekstrakulilkuler. Fokus penelitian ini meliputi pelaksanaan kegiatan dan peran K3S. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian study kasus, yang mana pada penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bagaimana proses kegiatan Implementasi Peraturan Walikota Probolinggo No.117 Tahun 2021 Tentang Pelestarian Jaran Bodhag Melalui K3S (Kelompok Kerja Kepala Sekolah) Se Kecamatan Wonoasih., mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi. Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.

Background: The iceberg phenomenon in cases of sexual harassment occurred in Banyuwangi. Anti-sexual harassment education for children increases understanding that has a positive impact, such as good behavior that is carried into adulthood, free from sexual deviations, and can contribute to solving sexual problems in the future. This community service aims to differentiate the alert scout members of SDN 1 Mojopangung in understanding anti-sexual harassment with a holistic nursing approach. Method: The method used in this community service is game-based learning (GBL)—empowered participants in cub scouts, namely grade 4 and 5 students at SDN 1 Mojopangung. There are 15 class 4 students and 15 class 5 students. The total number of participants empowered in this community service is 30 students. Result: Based on the pre-test results, most students’ understanding of sexual harassment is poor (60%). Anti-bullying snakes and ladders training participants were given material on preventing sexual harassment through a holistic nursing approach involving physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Most students had a good understanding (90%) after being given material and training in understanding anti-sexual harassment using the anti-sexual harassment snakes and ladders board. Conclusion: Approach with snake and ladder games that contain the words anti-sexual harassment and acts of sexual harassment. It is easy for 4th and 5th-grade elementary school students to adapt and understand.

This study examines the organizational transformation of the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) in response to Ministerial Regulation (Permensos) Number 2 of 2025, which implements Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 162 of 2024. Shifting from bureaucratic simplification to an emphasis on operational effectiveness and efficiency, this transformation is analyzed using a qualitative method combining document analysis (Permensos 1/2022 and Permensos 2/2025) and in-depth interviews. Key findings indicate the expansion of Kemensos's main structure from eight to ten primary units, notably introducing the Center for Social Welfare Data and Information and the Center for Education, Training, and Professional Development. These changes aim to enhance evidence-based policymaking and strengthen human resource capacity. The restructuring is expected to improve governance through clearer unit functions, faster task implementation, and more professional and accountable service delivery. Theoretically, this study contributes to the discourse on adaptive change management in the public sector. Practically, it offers guidance for governmental reform and serves as a model for other agencies pursuing institutional modernization.

Human resources are one of the key factors in determining the operational success of an organization or company. This study aims to determine the influence of work environment and individual characteristics on employee performance. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the assistance of SPSS software. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, in which the entire population is used as the sample, consisting of 50 employees. The results of the study show that partially, the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, individual characteristics do not have a significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, the work environment and individual characteristics can influence employee performance; however, the most dominant influence comes from the work environment. Therefore, companies need to pay more attention to creating a conducive work environment in order to optimize employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin on profit growth in automotive sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. This study uses a quantitative research approach that emphasizes theory testing by measuring research variables with numbers and analyzing data with statistical techniques. The population used is automotive sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The samples in this study were 14 automotive sub-sector companies that had complete data in the annual reports from 2017-2021. The data used in this study are secondary data collected through the company's annual financial statements accessed from idnfinancial and idx.co.id which are the research samples. Data collection techniques and data processing using Eviews 12. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the results of the analysis test provide results that: (X1) Current Ratio partially has no effect on earnings growth, (X2) Debt to Equity Ratio partially has no effect on earnings growth, (X3) Net Profit Margin partially affects earnings growth. And (X1) Current Ratio, (X2) Debt to Equity Ratio, (X3) Net Profit Margin simultaneously affects profit growth in automotive sub-sector companies.

This research is research used to measure the influence of financial literacy, religion, risk and locus of control on financial distress in the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This research is quantitative research where the objects used are the millennial generation in Bekasi City. The technique used uses a probability sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The number of samples used in this research was 132 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using the structural equitation model (SEM) - SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this research provide an explanation that each variable in this research, namely financial literacy, religion, risk and locus of control, has an influence on financial distress. This research has the limitation of the research object being that it was only carried out on the millennial generation in Bekasi City. This can be a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty in this research combines the variables of financial literacy, religion, risk and locus of control on financial distress in the millennial generation in Bekasi City

Beban kerja adalah perbedaan antara beban kerja yang dibutuhkan dan kapasitas atau kemampuan kerja karyawan. Mengingat bahwa kerja manusia dicirikan oleh ketegangan mental dan fisik, setiap individu memiliki ambang batas yang berbeda untuk bekerja sama. Beban kerja yang dialami yaitu masalah undang-undang cipta kerja yang diperbarui yang mengganggu para karyawan dengan menambah jam kerja tetapi upah yang didapat masih sama seperti sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kejelasan beban kerja dan tingkat produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara.Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penentu produktivitas kerja karyawan, seperti tingkat keahlian, motivasi, dan kondisi lingkungan kerja. Hasil analisis beban kerja dan produktivitas kerja memberikan implikasi langsung terhadap kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa tindakan tertentu, seperti peningkatan pelatihan atau perubahan dalam penugasan tugas, dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktivitas dan kesejahteraan karyawan
