Abstract

The central government and local governments require commitment and coordination of marine tourism development relevant to the regulation of Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism. Probolinggo City as an area with authority ownership of marine areas. In Probolinggo City, there is Tanjung Copper Port with quality and superior marine and fisheries potential. So that it requires cohesiveness and participation according to the roles and duties of each actor. One of the strategies carried out by the government is the uniformity of goals, the dissemination of policies, the improvement of knowledge related to the management of tourist areas and the utilization of marine resources, and others through empowerment. Such an empowerment activity is the conscious empowerment of port tourism with the concept of blue economy oriented to local potential in Probolinggo City. This is interesting to study to find out the impact of this empowerment for partners or communities in tourism awareness with local potential according to the principles of the blue economy. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with a case study approach in Probolinggo City. The focus of the research is a conceptual study related to indicators of empowerment success. The results showed that partners understood the importance of local tourism awareness, especially local tourism in the Probolinggo City Port Complex. As well as added understanding of tourism development in the Probolinggo City Port Complex must be developed with the concept of blue economy and orientation to the utilization of local potential. Measurement of partner acceptance and understanding of the material presented in more detail in four indicators of conceptual studies related to empowerment, including partners showing increased awareness and desire to change, increased ability in role capacity to gain access to participation, increased ability to deal with existing obstacles within the scope of the Probolinggo City port, and increased ability for cooperation and solidarity.

Abstract

In the process of ensuring the quality of education, teachers are required to carry out publications at certain ranks. However, teachers face various obstacles in the publication process. One of them is the adaptation of the use of technology in submitting articles on the “Open Journal System” page. The Unissula Mathematics Education service team targeted this problem by conducting a Workshop on Management of the Use of the Open Journal System (OJS) for teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Pegandon, Kendal Regency. This activity is carried out in a hybrid way, both challenge and offline. In terms of quality, several teachers at SMAN 1 Pegandon have submitted their articles in the journal http://jurnal.unissula.ac.id/index.php/jpsa.Quantitatively, this activity got the enthusiasm of many teachers. This is proven by the presence of teachers who exceed 80% in socialization activities.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan secara eksplisit untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru-guru di Yayasan Uswatun Hasanah Kota Lubuklinggau dalam menyusun soal literasi Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) berbasis kearifan lokal dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi digital. Fokus kegiatan diarahkan pada pengembangan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan konteks budaya lokal ke dalam soal literasi, guna menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang relevan dan bermakna bagi siswa. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan produk konkret berupa bank soal digital berbasis kearifan lokal, yang dirancang menggunakan platform digital interaktif agar dapat digunakan secara berkelanjutan dalam proses pembelajaran dan asesmen di sekolah mitra. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pelatihan, pendampingan teknis, praktik penyusunan soal, serta uji coba implementasi soal dalam lingkungan belajar terbatas. Proses evaluasi dilakukan secara menyeluruh melalui instrumen pre-test dan post-test untuk menilai peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru, disertai lembar observasi, angket kepuasan, dan dokumentasi portofolio produk. Evaluasi juga mencakup refleksi partisipatif antara fasilitator dan peserta, guna mengidentifikasi keberhasilan maupun tantangan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep AKM, kemampuan menyusun soal berbasis kearifan lokal, serta keterampilan penggunaan aplikasi digital dalam pendidikan. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas asesmen di tingkat sekolah mitra, tetapi juga membuka peluang replikasi di lembaga pendidikan lain. Ke depan, program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model praktik baik dalam integrasi teknologi dan nilai budaya lokal untuk penguatan literasi siswa serta pengembangan profesionalisme guru di era Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Keberagaman etnis, agama, dan budaya di Kabupaten Lampung Timur telah menciptakan dinamika sosial yang kompleks yang menuntut strategi komunikasi bisnis yang adaptif dan inklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana komunikasi bisnis dapat dipadukan dengan nilai-nilai budaya lokal sebagai instrumen resolusi konflik dan penguatan iklim usaha di wilayah multikultural. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dihimpun melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh adat, pelaku usaha, dan aparat pemerintah, serta dokumentasi literatur dan kebijakan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa forum Ambengan, Tradisi Damai, dan sistem adat Keratuan Melinting berfungsi sebagai mekanisme strategis dalam memperkuat kepercayaan, memperluas jaringan usaha, serta menyelesaikan konflik melalui musyawarah dan persaudaraan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa komunikasi bisnis tidak sekadar sarana pertukaran informasi, melainkan juga instrumen budaya yang mendukung stabilitas sosial dan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pelaku usaha dan pembuat kebijakan untuk merevitalisasi kearifan lokal sebagai modal sosial dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi

Abstract

In an era where rapid technological advancement affects all aspects, including education, there are still challenges in enhancing teachers' competence in technology. Many teachers continue to employ traditional methods without leveraging technology due to insufficient guidance. The implementation of ICT training often faces various challenges, such as teachers' ability to integrate technology into daily teaching practices is still lagging behind. Researchers examined the effectiveness of the Teacher Development Program to enhance technology-based learning at SD Negeri 1 Kedungpring through observation and interviews. It is anticipated that this program will positively impact the effectiveness of learning in the school. Based on the research findings, a significant number of teachers still use traditional teaching methods, with only 40% actively incorporating technology. Through development seminars and interviews, researchers found that this program effectively improves learning effectiveness. A majority of teachers stated that the development program has enhanced their competency in teaching with technology, resulting in positive impacts on student learning outcomes and overall instructional effectiveness.

Abstract

This study examines the process of transforming bilingual classes into international classes at MTs Ummusshabri Kendari and analyzes the community's response to the transformation. This article used a case study approach; the research involved in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results show that this transformation involved significant changes in curriculum, pedagogical approach, and learning infrastructure. MTs Ummusshabri adopted the Cambridge curriculum integrated with the national curriculum and Islamic values. The main challenges include improving teachers' competencies, providing adequate facilities, and balancing international standards and madrasah identity. Community response, especially parents, has been generally positive, although there are concerns regarding tuition fees and academic pressure. The transformation has improved students' English proficiency, critical thinking skills and global outlook. MTs Ummusshabri's success in integrating international standards with Islamic values makes it a potential model for other madrasahs in Indonesia. This research highlights the importance of curriculum adaptation that considers local needs and religious values in the context of international education.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effect of the meaningful instructional design learning model on the history learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA Negeri Noman. The research design is in the form of True Experimental Design, pre-test post-test control group design category. The research was conducted at Noman State High School with a population of class XI students. Sampling was carried out with saturated samples so that the samples taken were students from class XI.IPS.1 as the experimental class and class XI.IPS.2 as the control class. Telnol data collection was carried out using a test technique consisting of 30 questions. The collected data was then analyzed using the t-test. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of the Meaningful Instructional Design learning model on the history learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri Noman. This can be seen from the average pretest and posttest scores for the experimental class, which are 62.31 and 85.72. Meanwhile, the average pre-test and post-test scores for the control class were 61.59 and 71.24. So there is a difference in learning outcomes for the experimental class of 24.13 while for the control class it is 9.65. This result is strengthened by calculating the "t" test (hypothesis test) where tcount (7,600) > ttable (2,000) for a significance level of 5% with dk = 60, so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted

Abstract

This research aims to determine the completeness of social studies learning outcomes for class VIII students at SMP Negeri 11 Lubuklinggau after implementing the Numbered Head Together learning model.  The research approach used in this research is quantitative descriptive, with an experimental research type. The research design in this study was one group pretest-posttest. The data collection technique was carried out using a test technique in the form of multiple choice with a total of 40 questions. The data analysis technique in this research is a quantitative technique. The population in the study were all class VIII students with a total of 132 students. The sampling technique used in this research was a simple random sampling technique with the samples taken in this research in class VIII.3 with a total of 33 students. Based on the analysis results from hypothesis testing with the t test, it is known that tcount 5.175 with a significance level of 5% at degrees of freedom dk = N-1 = 33-1= 32. Thus tcount (5.175) > ttable (1.697) for a significance level of 5 %, this means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In other words, the hypothesis proposed in the research can be accepted as true, so it can be concluded that the social studies learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 11 Lubuklinggau after implementing the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model are significantly complete

Abstract

Stunting remains one of the major chronic nutritional problems and a persistent public health challenge in Indonesia, particularly in rural areas. Efforts to prevent stunting require not only medical interventions but also social and religious approaches that foster community awareness. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic religious instructors in preventing stunting in Sukorejo Village, Puhpelem District, Wonogiri Regency, and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in their implementation. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that Islamic religious instructors play an educational role through majelis taklim and religious counseling activities that emphasize the importance of nutrition, hygiene, and Islamic-based parenting as part of religious obligations. The main supporting factors include well-educated instructors, institutional support from the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) and the village government, and collaboration with community health centers and posyandu cadres. The inhibiting factors consist of limited time for counseling activities, low participation rates among congregants, and generally low educational levels within the community. This study contributes to the literature on health-oriented dakwah and demonstrates that Islamic religious instructors hold strategic potential in supporting the national program for stunting prevention through Islamic values and community moral education.

Abstract

Educational financing planning management is a set of work implementation management processes that includes planning in educational organizations related to the determination of money received as the amount of income originating from individuals or groups of institutions within a certain period of time as a form of compensation that has been donated to educational institutions. The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy in managing education financing planning at Madrasah Aliyah Darul 'Amal Karanganyar. This research is a type of qualitative research with data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data with data triangulation. The selection of subjects and informants was based on the order of the head of the madrasa, deputy head of the madrasa for curriculum and treasurer of the madrasa. The results showed that the management of educational financing planning at Madrasah Aliyah Darul 'Amal Karanganyar was carried out through an inventory of plans to be carried out, preparation of program plans with priority scales, determination of work program details, determination of the need for implementation of program details, calculation of the funds needed, and determination of sources of funds in the framework of financing education at Madrasah Aliyah Darul 'Amal Karanganyar on the academic year 2022/2023.
