Abstract

Sustainable Event are currently being echoed at this time, especially with the statement that events that produce negative impacts cannot be continued. One of the events that concern for the environment is Makassar International Eight Festival & Forum 2023. This research aims, To assess the extent to which the concept of sustainable event management has been implemented. The sustainability indicators used in this research are guided by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which have 17 global goals including, No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Good Health and Well-Being , Quality Education, Gender Equality, Clean Water and Sanitation, Affordable and Clean Energy, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, Reduced Inequalities, Sustainable Cities, and Communities, Responsible Consumption and Production, Climate Action, Life Below Water, Life on Land, Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, Partnership For the Goals. In this research the author used qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques in this research are interviews, document analysis and documentation. Informants in the research consisted of the main director and visitors to the Makassar International Eight Festival & Forum 2023. The results of this research show that there is one global goal of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely SDGs 2 Zero Hunger, which has not been implemented. The 16 global SDGs goals have been implemented. Apart from that, the efforts made by the organizers also need to be increased to support sustainable events. Abstract

Kabupaten Luwu Utara memiliki lahan tanaman kakao yang luas, namun tidak diikuti oleh peningkatan hasil produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar persepsi petani dalam mengendalikan hama dan penyakit pada tanaman kakao di Kabupaten Luwu Masamba Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari hasil wawancara dan pengisian angket. Populasi adalah subjek keseluruhan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelompok tani yang ada di Desa Pandak dan Desa Pongo sebanyak 2 kelompok tani yaitu sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah Kelompok Tani Pemuda Seberang dan Kelompok Tani Bulo. Penentuan responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Structural Equation Modeling (VB-SEM) berbasis varians menggunakan aplikasi Smart Partial Least Squares (Smart PLS). Analisis data menggunakan SEM menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karakteristik, partisipasi, dukungan lingkungan dan persepsi. Pengaruh ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan hasil analisis determinan. Analisis determinan bertujuan untuk melihat besarnya pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan persepsi petani berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai 54%. Karakteristik petani, partisipasi, dan dukungan lingkungan sosial secara signifikan mempengaruhi persepsi petani. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan persepsi petani, setiap anggota kelompok tani harus terlibat dalam setiap fase kegiatan penyuluhan mengenai hama dan penyakit tanaman kakao.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di Sekolah Dasar (SD) dalam mendukung pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, nilai moral, dan kesadaran sosial siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis dokumen, observasi kelas, dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran IPS di SD memiliki karakteristik utama yaitu berbasis tematik, kontekstual, dan integratif, yang bertujuan untuk mengaitkan materi pembelajaran dengan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Guru cenderung menggunakan metode diskusi, ceramah, dan studi kasus, namun implementasi inovasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi masih terbatas. Kendala utama yang dihadapi meliputi kurangnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran interaktif dan keterbatasan waktu dalam penerapan metode yang lebih variatif. Penelitian ini menyarankan penguatan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan teknologi dan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis proyek untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

The Online Population Administration Service System is a system whose service process is carried out in the local village which includes Population Biodata Recording Services, Family Card Issuance Services, Moving In and Out Information Issuance Services, Birth Certificate Issuance Services, Death Certificate Issuance Services, Marriage Certificate Issuance Services, Divorce Certificate Issuance Services, Child Recognition and Validation Certificate Issuance Services, Citizenship Change Certificate Issuance Services, Marriage Cancellation Certificate Issuance Services, Residence Certificate Issuance Services. Many people in the villages do not yet know about the online services provided by the Population and Civil Registration Service of Sumbawa Regency, so many people still come to the office to take care of population documents. This is due to the lack of socialization carried out by the Village regarding the Online Services of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Sumbawa Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Implementation of the Online Population Administration Service System. The quantitative associative research method was used in this study, the technical data analysis in this study used the Method of Successive (MSI). The results of the study show that the implementation of SILAMO makes it easier for the public to access population administration services anytime and anywhere, without having to come to a government office. This makes it very easy, saves time, and reduces transportation costs. The government can more easily provide information quickly and efficiently, and speed up the service process to the public.

Abstract

Indonesia is ranked low in terms of reading literacy, both in terms of interest and reading skills. The independent learning curriculum is designed to improve students' reading literacy, one of which is through graded children's books at the elementary school level. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the reading aloud strategy assisted by graded children's books on students' reading interests and skills. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study with a sample size of 30 elementary school students in grade III in each control and experimental class. The experimental class is a class that applies the reading aloud strategy assisted by graded children's books, while the control class is a class that applies conventional learning strategies. The research instrument used to measure the reading interest variable is a questionnaire, while the reading skill variable is a reading test question. The analysis tool used is the independent sample t-test. The results of the study showed that the t-count value was 6.943 with a sig of 0.000 for the reading interest variable and the t-count value was 2.962 with a sig of 0.004 for the reading skill variable. This states that there is a difference in the average interest and reading skills of students between students who learn using the reading aloud strategy assisted by graded children's books and students who use conventional strategies. The reading aloud strategy assisted by graded children's books has an effect on students' reading interests and skills.

Abstract

To develop students who can understand social phenomena and actively participate in community life, social science education requires the use of learning models such as PBL. However, many teachers or educators do not fully understand the objectives and even the impact of implementing the PBL model. Therefore, the aim of this research is to examine the extent to which the application of the PBL model in elementary school social studies can enhance students' knowledge, critical thinking, collaboration, motivation, and problem-solving abilities in social studies learning. This research is a qualitative study that uses data collection methods. The procedure in the data collection research involves document analysis, namely: searching for documents related to the impact of the PBL model in elementary school social studies learning, identifying relevant documents, evaluating documents, collecting and organizing documents, investigating documents, and producing results. The PBL (Problem Based Learning) model has a very significant impact on improving the quality of education, especially in the subject of Social Sciences (IPS) in elementary schools. The PBL model influences the improvement of student learning outcomes and motivation. Additionally, using the PBL model for students can develop 21st-century skills, namely enhancing critical thinking skills, increasing student collaboration, and improving problem-solving abilities. Thus, learning Social Sciences (IPS) is not just a subject, but also trains skills that are very much needed by students in their daily lives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Self-Regulated Learning and critical thinking on digital literacy and numeracy literacy of elementary school students. The subjects of the study were 100 6th grade students from five schools in Bandung Kulon District. The canonical correlation method was used with instruments in the form of questionnaires for Self-Regulated Learning and digital literacy, as well as tests for critical thinking skills and numeracy literacy. Assumption tests include normality, linearity, non-multicollinearity, and homogeneity of variance-covariance. The results show a canonical correlation significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), which indicates a significant relationship between the variables. The first and second canonical functions are significant with p values of 0.000 and 0.02, respectively. The canonical coefficient and loading indicate that critical thinking has a dominant influence in improving numeracy literacy, while Self-Regulated Learning plays an important role in strengthening digital and numeracy literacy. This study confirms the importance of Self-Regulated Learning and critical thinking in improving student literacy and provides insight into efforts to improve literacy in the digital era

Abstract

The process of guidance and moral development for students is a momentum to overcome all kinds of student actions that lead to behavior that is not in accordance with norms, so that guidance and counseling provide solutions and alternatives for all kinds of problems faced by students. In order to develop their morals, Islamic Religious Education teachers need to use special strategies so that they are expected to have a positive impact on improving their religious beliefs and developing their morals. This research aims to: (1) examine in depth the strategies used by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in developing students' morals at SMK in Aceh, (2) analyzing the moral development patterns implemented, (3) identifying supporting factors and obstacles in the process of moral development. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that PAI teachers at SMK in Aceh use various strategies to develop students' morals, including example, habituation, advice, punishment and training. The moral development pattern implemented at SMK Aceh includes various routine activities such as reading prayers and the Koran before starting learning and special programs such as recitations and lectures once a week. Supporting factors in moral development at SMK in Aceh include commitment and good cooperation between teachers, parents and students, as well as a school environment that supports moral development through various positive activities. Apart from that, support from the school in providing programs that support moral development is also an important factor. Several inhibiting factors include the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure such as special rooms for religious activities and the negative influence of the environment outside the school which can influence student behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the discussion method in the Qur'an Hadith subject matter of Surah An-Nahl 125 and the hadith narrated by Imam Bukhari conducted at Madrasah Aliyah ST Guguak Randah. This field research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Then the data was analyzed interactively descriptively, and testing the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The results showed that the use of discussion methods in learning Qur'an Hadith subject matter of Surah An-Nahl 125 and hadith narrated by Imam Bukhari conducted at Madrasah Aliyah ST Guguak Randah went well and effectively starting from planning, implementation, and evaluation. The response of students in learning Qur'an Hadith by using the discussion method is very enthusiastic and excited. As for the weaknesses of this discussion method, namely, it often occurs because the speakers in the discussion are controlled by 2 or 3 students who have speaking skills only, sometimes the discussion in the discussion expands, so that the conclusion becomes blurred, and the discussion often occurs with a long enough time, so it is not in accordance with what was planned. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi metode diskusi dalam mata pelajaran Qur’an Hadits materi surat an-Nahl 125 dan hadits riwayat Imam Bukhari yang dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah ST Guguak Randah. Penelitian lapangan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalisis secara interaktif deskriptif, serta pengujian keabsahan data dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Penggunaan metode diskusi dalam pembelajaran mata pelajaran Qur’an Hadits materi surat an-Nahl 125 dan hadits riwayat Imam Bukhari yang dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah ST Guguak Randah berjalan baik dan efektif mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Respons siswa dalam pembelajaran Qur’an Hadits dengan menggunakan metode diskusi sangat antusias dan bersemangat. Sementara untuk kelemahan dari metode diskusi ini yakni, sering terjadi karena pembicara dalam diskusi dikuasai oleh 2 atau 3 orang peserta didik yang memiliki keterampilan berbicara saja, kadang-kadang pembahasan dalam diskusi meluas, sehingga kesimpulan menjadi kabur, dan diskusi sering terjadi dengan waktu yang cukup panjang, sehingga tidak sesuai dengan yang direncanakan.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the placement and legal protection of local workers through the establishment of Regional Regulations. This research uses normative legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches, using qualitative descriptions and conclusions using the deductive method. The results show that based on the analysis of the provisions of laws and regulations related to the placement and protection of local workers, it is in accordance with the concurrent authority of local governments to regulate the placement and protection of local workers and in order to form good quality and comprehensive local regulations, a critical analysis has been carried out through the three foundations. Philosophical foundation, which provides protection for local workers in improving their welfare. Sociological basis, Malinau Regency is experiencing rapid economic growth characterized by the growth of new industries engaged in various fields so that it has an impact on the need for local workers who have good skills in order to compete with workers from outside the region and Juridical basis, the local government has the right to establish regional regulations and every citizen has the right to work and a decent livelihood for humanity.
