Abstract

The development of technology and social media has a major influence on student behavior in interacting in the digital world. Ease of access to information is often not balanced with a good understanding of ethics, resulting in various problems, such as the spread of hoaxes, hate speech, and online bullying. Therefore, the role of Akidah Akhlak teachers is very important in guiding students to use social media in accordance with Islamic teachings. This study aims to analyze the role of Akidah Akhlak teachers in improving social media morals at MTsS Plus Al-Amin Lembang. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that Akidah Akhlak teachers play a role in instilling Islamic values ​​through character education, ethical habits in the use of social media, and providing role models in attitudes and behavior. Teachers apply lecture methods, discussions, and personal guidance as the main strategies in improving students' understanding of social media ethics. With guidance from Akidah Akhlak teachers, students are expected to be able to use social media more wisely, responsibly, and make it a useful tool in accordance with Islamic principles

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' understanding of the material on Commendable Morals, which includes husnuzzan (having good thoughts), tawadhu' (humble), tasamuh (tolerance), and ta'awun (helping each other), through the application of the Learning Together (LT) learning model. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with subjects of class VIII students of MTs An Najah Petaling, Lais District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study involved teachers and students as the main data sources. Data collection techniques were carried out through two approaches, namely tests and non-tests. The test approach was used to measure students' understanding before and after the application of the LT learning model, while non-test techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain supporting data related to the learning process. The results of the study are expected to show the effectiveness of the LT learning model in improving students' understanding of the material on Commendable Morals. Thus, this study contributes to the development of more interactive and collaborative learning methods in the Akidah Akhlak subject. In addition, the results of this study can be a reference for educators in implementing learning strategies that can improve students' understanding of commendable moral values ​​more effectively and comprehensively..

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the Public Service Performance at the Siniu District Office, Parigi Moutong Regency (Case Study on Land Surrender Letter Issuance). The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique for informants uses a purposive technique, where data is collected through informants accompanied by observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Based on the research results, it shows that the Public Service Performance at the Siniu District Office, Parigi Moutong Regency (Case Study on Land Surrender Letter Issuance) has been running well, but there are still some indicators that cannot be considered good. This is seen from the indicators of Work Quality, Quantity, Timeliness, Effectiveness, and Independence, which have not been running well. Since there is still one indicator that has not been running well in terms of Timeliness, it is advisable to emphasize more to the officials about the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) so that the officials work according to the established rules and working hours and are able to increase the effectiveness and quantity of land surrender letter issuance at the Siniu District Office, Parigi Moutong Regency.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to improve the quality of basic mechanical engineering learning at Sekolah Indonesia Davao (SID) through the application of innovative and effective learning media. SID has limited access to basic mechanical engineering learning materials, and there is no media that makes it easier to understand the material. To overcome this problem, the community service activity implementation team implemented basic engineering learning media aimed for junior high and high school levels. The implementation methods included identifying partner problems, determining solutions, implementing media, monitoring, and compiling reports. The results of the implementation of this activity showed that the basic mechanical engineering learning media has been handed over to the partner on May 28, 2024, and training on how to operate the media has been carried out. This activity also received a positive response from the partner, because it made a significant contribution to improving the understanding and skills of students at SID in the field of mechanical engineering, as well as strengthening cooperation between Surabaya State University and SID in the field of education.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menggali konsep pendidikan dengan model tudassipulung (duduk bersama). Hal dilihat dari penilaian 5 (lima) aspek yaitu sikap, minat, konsep diri, nilai, dan moral dengan 5 tingkatan, yaitu: a) receiving, pada tingkat receiving atau attending, diketahui dengan adanya beberapa indikator yaitu kesadaran, keinginan menerima, perhatian yang terkontrol dan terseleksi pada diri peserta didik; b) responding, pada tingkat responding ini diketahui dengan adanya beberapa indikator yaitu adanya pemerolehan respon, keinginan untuk merespon, dan kepuasan dalam memberi respon dalam diri peserta; c) valuing, tahap ini terkait dengan penentuan nilai dan sikap yang menunjukkan komitmen mahasiswa; d) organization, pada tingkatan mahasiswa mulai membuat konseptualisasi nilai dan organisasi sistem nilai yang konsisten; dan e) characterization, tahap ini merupakan tahap tertinggi dalam penilaian afektif, dimana mahasiswa memiliki dua poin penting, yaitu sistem nilai yang mengendalikan perilaku dan kepercayaan, ide, dan perilaku yang terintegrasi dalam totalitas pandangan hidupnya.

Abstract

Research related to criminal responsibility for children who commit election crimes is necessary as an effort to minimize the misuse of children in committing election offenses and to strengthen legal certainty in the context of election law enforcement involving children as perpetrators. This study aims to describe the regulation of election crimes committed by children and analyze the criminal liability of children who commit election crimes through the implementation of diversion. The research method used is a normative research through a legislative approach and a case approach. This study concludes that the election law does not provide for the implementation of diversion for children who commit electoral crimes, while the SPPA Law only regulates diversion in general, whereby diversion can be implemented based on the consent of the victim/their family. Even though the resolution refers to the SPPA Law, the implementation of diversion for election crimes faces difficulties in terms of obtaining the victim's consent to implement the requirements for diversion. This article recommends that if a child commits an election crime that This article recommends that if a child commits an election crime that meets the requirements for diversion, then diversion should be implemented with the involvement of Bawaslu as the victim's representative to give consentfor diversion because Bawaslu is the state representative that represents the interests of the victim, whether the community, candidate pairs, or the state. Additionally, this study also recommends that future Election Laws should expressly regulate the authority to declare an agreement on the implementation of diversion. ABSTRAK Penelitian terkait dengan pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap anak yang melakukan tindak pidana pemilu diperlukan sebagai upaya untuk memperkecil celah penyalahgunaan anak untuk melakukan tindak pidana pemilu dan memperkuat kepastian hukum dalam rangka penegakan hukum pemilu mellaui diversi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaturan tindak pidana pemilu yang dilakukan oleh anak dan menganalisis peneran diversi terhadap anak yang melakukan tindak pidana pemilu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian normatif melalui pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa undang-undang pemilihan belum memberikan kepastian hukum terhadap pelaksanaan diversi, sedangkan UU SPPA hanya mengatur diversi secara umum dengan syarat dilakukan berdasarkan persetujuan korban atau keluarganya. Sekalipun penyelesaiannya merujuk pada UU SPPA, pelaksanaan diversi pada tindak pidana pemilu mengalami kesulitan dalam hal memenuhi syarat adanya persetujuan korban. Artikel ini merekomendasikan jika anak melakukan tindak pidana pemilu yang memenuhi syarat untuk dilakukan diversi, maka diversi dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan Bawaslu sebagai representasi korban untuk memberikan persetujuan diversi karena Bawaslu merupakan representasi negara yang mewakili kepentingan korban, baik masyarakat, pasangan calon, maupun negara. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan diperlukannya penyesuaian ius constituendum aturan kepemiluan mengatur secara expressive verbiss pelaksanaan pemenuhan syarat dalam pelaksanaan diversi yang telah diatur dalam UU SPPA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kekuasaan yang terjadi di dalam pemerintahan Daerah di Kabupaten Poso. Dimana dominasi kekuasaan dapat diartikan sebagai keadaan dimana kekuasaan terkonsentrasi pada individu. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas tentang dominasi kekuasaan pemerintah Poso dengan menggunakan konsep habitus, modal, arena dan praktik dari Pierre Bourdieu.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan enam informan kunci observasi lapangan dan analisis dokemen terkait. Selain wawancara, data sekunder juga dikumpulkan melalaui dokumentasi, untuk memberikan konteks tambahan bagi analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dominasi kekuasaan dalam pemerintah di kabupaten Poso terbentuk melalui jaringan social yang kuat. Pemanfaatan moda politik serta penguasaan arena politi lokal. Struktur kekuasaan yang dibangun memberikan stabilita politi tetapi juga menimbulkan tantangan terhadap demokrasi dan partisipasi masyarakat. Dominasi kekuasaan ini tidak hanya tercermin dalam pola kepemimpinan yang diwariskan secara turun temurun. Tetapi juga dalam sistem birokrasi dan jaringan politik yang mereka bangun. Modal social berupa hubungan yang kuat dengan aktor-aktor politik modal ekonomi yang mendukung keberlanjutan dominasi serta modal budaya yang memperkuat legitimasi kepemimpinan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan milik BUMN yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel sensus.  Sampel di dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 4 perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2016-2020.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif antara Debt to Equity Ratio  (DER) terhadap harga saham. Berbeda dengan Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return on Equity (ROE) menunjukkan hasil tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Tetapi Debt to Equty Ratio  (DER), Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return on Equity (ROE) secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.  Hasil Koefisien Determinasi (R²) menunjukan bahwa variabel DER, ROA dan ROE memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham, namun memiliki hubungan yang lemah. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi pengaruh yang disumbangkan dari variabel DER, ROA dan ROE terhadap harga saham hanya sebesar 25,3% dan sisanya sebesar 74,7% disumbangkan dari variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Arabic language learning in pesantren is not conducted solely through the formal curriculum but also through habituation processes that are internalized in the students’ daily lives. Bī’ah lughawiyyah functions as a language environment that serves as a hidden curriculum at Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah, namely an implicit curriculum that shapes language competence in a natural and sustainable manner. This study aims to analyze the role of bī’ah lughawiyyah as a hidden curriculum and its influence on the improvement of students’ speaking ability (mahārat al-kalām). This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research participants consist of students, Arabic language instructors, and pesantren administrators. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of language-related activities. The data were analyzed thematically through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with data validity strengthened through source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that bī’ah lughawiyyah functions as a hidden curriculum through Arabic language policies, the exemplary practices of instructors, the habituation of communication in daily pesantren life, and non-formal social reinforcement. These practices contribute positively to the enhancement of students’ kalām ability, particularly in terms of speaking confidence, fluency, and spontaneity in oral communication. The findings confirm that bī’ah lughawiyyah as a hidden curriculum plays a strategic role in Arabic language acquisition. Therefore, optimizing the language environment should be positioned as an integral component of Arabic language curriculum development in pesantren.
Weaving Pluralism in Character Education Based on Bugis Local Wisdom at IAIN Palopo Yunus

Abstract

Strengthening local wisdom is important in character education to foster empathetic and tolerant attitudes in a multicultural society. This research aims to examine the values of Bugis local wisdom and their application in character education. A qualitative approach employing content analysis was used to analyze literature and field data in order to identify the core values of Bugis local wisdom. The findings reveal that Bugis local wisdom aligns with the values of pluralism in Indonesia, as reflected in the concept of pesse (empathy). This concept is manifested through principles such as Sipakatau (humanizing others), Sipakalebbi (mutual respect), Sipakainge (mutual reminding), and Sipakatou (mutual recognition). Bugis proverbs, including “Mali siparappe, rebba sipatokkong, malilu sipakainge,” further illustrate the spirit of mutual cooperation and social concern. At IAIN Palopo, these values were implemented through the tudassipulung and Living Values models and were found to be effective in developing key character traits among students, including empathy, compassion, togetherness, respect for differences, willingness to sacrifice, tolerance, and mutual assistance. These behaviors were observed both inside and outside the classroom, indicating that character education grounded in Bugis local wisdom effectively shapes student behavior in accordance with the culture’s noble values.
