Abstract

Arabic has two dialects, namely Arabic Fusha and Arabic Ammiyah. Arabic Fusha is the language used in the Al-Quran, al-Hadith, and scientific writings. Arabic Fushahh has become an international language that was inaugurated on December 18, 1973, by UNESCO (United Nations Education, Scientific, and Cultural Organization). Arabic fusha (standard variety) is the language used in the Qur'an, official situations, composing poetry, writing prose, and expressions of thought (scientific writings). Arabic Fusha is also commonly used as the official language of instruction on campuses or Islamic Universities in the Middle East. Meanwhile, Arabic 'Ammiyah (non-standard variety) is a variety of languages ​​used for ordinary daily affairs. In Arab countries stretching from the Persian Gulf to the Mediterranean Sea, there are various dialects of 'Ammiyah (non-standard variety), each with different phonetics, vocabulary, and structure. The Arabic 'âmiyah is different from the Arabic fushâ. This difference occurs in phonetic aspects and choice of words. At the level of choice of words, for example, ثلاثة أسابي مدة إقامتي هنا (muddatu iqâmtî huna tsalâtsatu asâbî’: I’m here for three weeks). This sentence in the 'âmiyah of Egypt is expressed أنا هنا ثلاثة أسابي (ana hina talâtasâbi’), and in Gulf Arabic it is expressed مدة ثلاثة أسابي أنا هنا  (ana hina mudah tsalâtha asâbi’), whereas in Levantine Arabic it is expressed أنا هون لثلاثة أسابيع (ana hoon li talâti esâbi’). The lack of knowledge of students in Indonesia about the Ammiyah language has an impact on the need for training for students with the theme "Training to speak Ammiyah Egyptian Arabic at the Muhammadiyah Darul Arqam Islamic Boarding School, Depok. This activity is divided into three stages: first, introducing the rules in the Ammiyah language. Second, speak Arabic Ammiyah with the rules that have been taught to Muhammadiyah Darul Arqam Depok Islamic Boarding School Students. Third, training in writing Ammiyah rules with the rules that have been given. This training is useful for students of the Muhammadiyah Darul Arqam Islamic Boarding School, Depok, to prepare students to continue their studies in the Middle East.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan kapur terhadap peningkatan kuat geser tanah lempung. Stabilisasi tanah adalah suatu usaha untuk memperbaiki sifat tanah secara teknis dengan bahan-bahan tertentu untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dukung tanah. Tanah lempung dengan plastisitas tinggi cenderung bermasalah karena mempunyai sensitivitas yang tinggi terhadap perubahan kadar air, sehingga menyebabkan kuat geser tanah tersebut rendah. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan stabilisasi tanah dengan penambahan kapur. Pada penelitian ini tanah yang digunakan berasal dari Jalan Makam, Kelurahan Malason, Distrik Aimas, Kabupaten Sorong. Pengujian tanah ini terdiri dari pengujian fisik dan mekanis. Efektivitas stabilisasi tanah lempung dengan penambahan kapur dapat dilihat pada pengujian utama yaitu Uji Geser Langsung (Direct Shear Test) dengan variasi pencampuran kapur sebesar 5%, 10%, 15% dan 20%. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai optimum dengan pemeraman 7 hari pencampuran kapur pada variasi 10% dengan nilai kohesi 0.186 (kg/cm2), sudut geser 28.95° dan tegangan geser 0.401 (kg/cm2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan penambahan kapur dapat meningkatkan nilai kohesi dan sudut geser tanah lempung.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the organizational transformation of the goods and services procurement unit in Central Buton Regency using Kurt Lewin’s change theory and change management perspectives. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, and document analysis. Data were analyzed qualitatively through preparation, organization, reduction, and presentation. The transformation occurred in three stages: unfreezing through the socialization of changes in structure, human resources, risk, technology, and budget, change with the formation of a centralized, performance-driven structure, and refreezing through capacity building, functional staffing, technology enhancement, and budget adjustment. The resulting model integrates Lewin's framework with transformational leadership, competent teams, human resources development, and technological innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the factors that influence the preparation of the Regional Budget of the Central Buton Regency Government. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that the leadership style carried out by the head of the regional apparatus organization was very influential in designing, planning and selecting programs related to the needs of the agency. The success of budgeting is also determined by administrative improvement factors, including the use of performance-based budget measurement instruments. The reward factor given by the Central Buton Regency Government to planners who excel in their duties and responsibilities can have a positive influence on competition and performance in budget preparation. Finally, the provision of sanctions for agencies that do not implement performance-based budgeting also motivates employees in the budget preparation process.

Abstract

This study aims to describe public service accountability at the Buton Regency Manpower Office. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data was collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that public service accountability at the Manpower Office that in organising passport recommendation services for Prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers (CPMI) has worked in accordance with references and laws and regulations and other regulations governing technical and administrative requirements. In dealing with obstacles that occur to service users, it is very responsive and the priority of the interests of service needs is quite well met with the discipline of the presence of service officers and the behaviour of officers in providing services. However, there are still some weaknesses that must be improved in service references such as service standards that have not been updated according to the latest provisions as well as in the aspect of prioritising the interests of service users in terms of providing facilities and infrastructure in handling complaints and facilities that are still limited in supporting service activities.

Abstract

Accurate classification of ECG signals is crucial for the early detection of cardiac abnormalities. This study proposes a method that integrates Maximal Overlap Discrete Wavelet Transform (MODWT) for feature extraction with a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to enhance classification performance. Unlike previous research that applied a custom 1D CNN directly to raw ECG signals, this approach preprocesses the data using MODWT to extract QRS complex features, improving the model’s ability to distinguish between different heart conditions. The classification includes four categories: Atrial Fibrillation (AF), Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Normal Sinus Rhythm (NSR), and Ventricular Fibrillation (VF). The model’s performance was evaluated using key metrics, achieving precision of 96.96%, recall of 96.88%, F1-score of 96.86% and an accuracy of 98.75% on test data and 96.88%, on validation data. These results indicate that the proposed approach provides competitive classification performance, demonstrating the potential of combining wavelet transform and deep learning techniques to support ECG-based cardiac abnormality detection and diagnosis.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the substance and implementation of the regional loan policy in South Buton Regency. Data were collected through interviews, observations and document review. Data were analyzed interactively starting from data collection, classification, reduction to conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Regional Loan Policy of South Buton Regency had a clear policy substance. The policy objective is to develop port and health infrastructure to improve public services in the field of sea transportation and improve health services which are also expected to increase the achievement of local revenue in the future. The main policy implementers are the Department of Transportation and the South Buton District Hospital.  The stages or process of the South Buton Regency Regional Loan are carried out based on clear processes and stages starting from the district government level, the Southeast Sulawesi provincial government, to the central government through the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. In its implementation, there are still some findings of weaknesses in both administration and physical work in the application of the principle of obeying the rules and regulations, the principle of accountability and the principle of prudence. This is indicated by the many addendums to the budget ceiling due to planning errors and also the many findings of the Supreme Audit Agency on financial reports related to activities sourced from regional loan budgets. There were also cases of loan principal defaults due to a shift in budget allocation from the original allocation of loan principal repayment funds to activities that became the aspirations of the regional head. The performance indicators of the regional loan policy are problematic in the three aspects assessed, namely the deadline, the physical output of work and non-physical in this case including the activity implementation report. Abstract

Vocabulary mastery in Arabic language learning, especially at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Tangerang, is very important. Currently, the Arabic language teaching method at the school is still conventional and less engaging, resulting in students being less enthusiastic and experiencing difficulties in memorizing vocabulary. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the "guessing word" strategy in improving the vocabulary mastery of Arabic language students in grade X at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Tangerang. The research method used was an experiment with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, involving 32 students in grade X as samples. The results showed a significant improvement in vocabulary mastery after implementing the "guessing word" strategy. The average student score in the pretest was 65.3, while in the posttest it increased to 87.9. Thus, the "guessing word" strategy has been proven effective in improving the vocabulary mastery of Arabic language students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to describe performance accountability in accelerating stunting reduction in South Buton District, concerning four main indicators: strategic planning, performance measurement, performance reporting, and utilization of performance data. Using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, this research was conducted in South Buton District with 8 informants from Regional Apparatus Organizations that manage stunting. Data were collected through interviews and documentation, while data analysis was done by data presentation, reduction, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that performance accountability for accelerating stunting reduction was not optimal. Strategic planning has not fully integrated stunting reduction efforts in planning documents and appropriate budget allocations. Performance measurement does not fully cover specific and sensitive interventions with low achievements. Performance reporting has not been carried out periodically and on time, and performance data has also not been fully used for planning and budgeting for the next period.

Abstract

Produktivitas beberapa tanaman dalammenghasilkan sayur atau buah pada tahun 2023 mengalamipenurunan yang disebabkan oleh cuaca anomali, lahan yangkurang, dan turunnya kualitas tanah yang menjadi penyebabmeningkatnya pemanfaatan metode budidaya hidroponik.Tetapi di sisi lain, adopsi teknologi oleh petani di Indonesiamasih belum mencakup separuh dari total jumlah petani. Haltersebut dapat terjadi dikarenakan membutuhkan investasiawal yang tinggi, keterampilan khusus, dan pemeliharaanperangkat yang sulit. Akibat dari berkurangnya adaptasiteknologi dalam pertanian, segala jenis metode yangdigunakan masih secara konvensional yang membutuhkantenaga lebih serta efektivitas yang rendah. Dan salah satuyang berdampak terhadap kurangnya efektivitas tersebutadalah nutrisi yang seharusnya menjadi parameter pentingbagi tumbuh kembang tanaman. Untuk mengatasi masalahtersebut, dirancanglah sebuah sistem yang mampumemonitor nutrisi berbasis IoT untuk jarak jauh tanpamenghabiskan tenaga tambahan, dapat memantau pada duatitik, dan memiliki efektivitas tinggi. Sistem ini juga mampumengukur nutrisi yang lebih tinggi daripada sensor yangbiasa berada di pasaran sehingga dapat menjangkau jenistanaman yang lebih luas. Hasil pengujian menunjukkanbahwa alat pada titik 1 mampu bertahan hingga 17 jam 36menit dan 17 jam 42 menit untuk alat pada titik 2. Padapengujian sensor TDS dengan pembacaan melalui injeksi TFitting oleh pompa, alat pada titik 1 memiliki akurasi 98,46%dan presisi sebesar 98,95% serta untuk alat pada titik 2memiliki akurasi sebesar 98,01% dan presisi sebesar 97,89%.Pada pengujian tegangan baterai, alat pada titik 1 memilikiakurasi sebesar 99,94% dan presisi sebesar 99,68% sertauntuk alat 2 memiliki akurasi sebesar 99,94% dan presisisebesar 99,7%. Kedua alat juga dibekali dengan gatewaydengan protokol ESP-NOW yang efektif dalam komunikasidata hingga 15 meter dan terkoneksi dengan Website Blynkuntuk pemantauan jarak jauh.Kata kunci – Hidroponik, Dua Titik, IoT, TDS, Pompa,Tegangan Baterai, ESP-NOW, Monitoring
