Abstract

This research aims to explain the local tax development strategy in Central Buton Regency. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data was collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that the tax development strategy was carried out both through intensification and extensification. The intensification strategy is carried out through updating and improving data, expanding the revenue base, intensifying collection, increasing supervision, increasing administrative efficiency and reducing collection costs, conducting better planning and utilizing information technology support. Extensification strategies are carried out through the expansion of tax collection and coordination and support with other parties. However, the implementation faces many obstacles. The implementation has not yet achieved the desired intention. This is indicated by the results of tax revenues that have not experienced a significant increase and are still fluctuating. Of the eight types of local taxes levied, Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax, Fees on Acquisition of Land and Building Rights, Billboard Tax and Arts and Entertainment Services Tax are classifiedin the underdeveloped category.

Abstract

Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) adalahpenyakit gastrointestinal dengan prevalensi tinggi yangkomplikasinya dapat berakibat fatal jika gejalanya diabaikan.Metode deteksi seperti endoskopi bersifat invasif, mahal, dantidak praktis untuk pemantauan mandiri. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah prototipealat ukur pH saliva non-invasif berbasis Internet of Things(IoT) sebagai metode deteksi dini peningkatan asam lambungpada penderita GERD. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor pHE201-C, mikrokontroler ESP32, dan terintegrasi denganaplikasi Android untuk visualisasi data. Beberapa penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara pH salivapada manusia non-GERD yaitu, 6,4 hingga 7,6 dan GERDyaitu 4,9 hingga di bawah 6,5. Data pH diklasifikasikan kedalam tiga kategori: Sehat (6,5 < pH < 7,6), Cenderung Asam(4,9 < pH < 6,5), dan Sangat Asam (pH < 4,9). Hasil pengujianmenunjukkan sensor pH E201-C memiliki akurasi sebesar97,90% setelah kalibrasi. Uji coba pada subjek manusiaberhasil menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara pH salivapenderita GERD (pH < 6,5) dan subjek sehat (pH > 6,5), sesuaidengan klasifikasi yang telah ditentukan. Prototipe ini terbuktifungsional dan berpotensi sebagai alat bantu pemantauanmandiri yang terjangkau bagi penderita GERD.Kata Kunci— GERD, PH Saliva, Internet of Things (IoT),Pemantauan Non-Invasif, Sensor PH E201-C.

Abstract

One important component for being able to live in society is the ability to manage emotions well. Research conducted by Goleman shows that intelligence quotient contributes only about twenty percent to a person's success, with the remaining eighty percent determined by a group of factors called emotional intelligence. The reality today is that a high intelligence quotient does not necessarily lead to success or a happy life. People who are highly intelligent but have unstable emotions and are easily offended often make mistakes in determining and solving life problems because they cannot concentrate. Their emotions are undeveloped, unburdened, and they often change when facing problems and behave towards others in a way that causes a lot of conflict. Poorly managed emotions also make it easy for others to enthusiastically agree to something, but then quickly change their minds and refuse, thereby disrupting the cooperation that has been agreed upon with others. Thus, the man fails. Islamic education pays close attention to this issue. This can be seen in the task of Islamic education, which is to guide and direct the growth and development of human beings from stage to stage of the students' lives in order to achieve optimal performance.

Abstract

Kearifan lokal sedang menghadapi tantangan yang mengancam eksistensi dikarenakan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin berkembang. Memahami kearifan secara menyeluruh akan menumbuhkan kesadaran bahwa kearifan lokal sangat penting dalam mengelola SDA dan melestarikan lingkungan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk merevitalisasi dan melestarikan kearifan lokal masyarakat adat di Desa Tlogosari Kec.Tirtoyudo Jawa Timur. Manfaat pengabdian ini akan digunakan untuk revitalisasi pelestarian kearifan lokal, merevitalisasi nilai-nilai dan norma-norma budaya agar dapat menata kehidupan masyarakat. Model revitalisasi dan pelestarian kearifan lokal dalam mengelola sumberdaya air pada masyarakat yang dilakukan melalui pencarian mata air dan pendukung kearifan local sebagai bagian dari warisan budaya. Revitalisasi dan pelestarian kearifan lokal dalam mengelola sumberdaya air pada masyarakat yang menghasilkan pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sumberdaya air sebagai urat nadi yang dapat menjamin keberlangsungan kehidupan masyarakatnya.

Abstract

Forest ecosystems experience pressure and degradation of environmental services, which is thought to be due to community activities such as land conversion for economic purposes. In previous research at the same location, there was still no calculation of the willingness to pay for environmental services from visiting tourists. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the value of tourists' willingness to pay, which can be used for the management and development of tourist areas. This research uses CVM (Contingent Valuation Method) to estimate the costs that will be incurred by the community, particularly visitors. The results of research through surveys show that the public's perception of Bedengan Selorejo provides an overview of the most dominant tourist attributes, namely: attractions, accessibility, and amenities. The estimated size of the community's WTP (Willingness To Pay) for the value of the existence of a forest ecosystem is IDR. 450,208,000/month. The recommendation based on the results obtained is that this value can be used for the development and management of the Bedengan Selorejo tourist area in Malang Regency, ensuring that the ecosystem and facilities of this tourist attraction are well-maintained.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Efektivitas Pemberian Bantuan Sosial Keagamaan Pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Baubau. Menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik data dianalisis dengan menyiapkan data dan mengorganisir data, mereduksi data dan menyajikan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemberian hibah sosial keagamaan pada Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat, Sekretariat Daerah Kota Baubau belum efektif sepenuhnya. Masalah ditemukan terutama pada sosialisasi program, pemantauan dan ketepatan waktu. Sosialisasi program dan kegiatan belum dilakukan kepada para penerima bantuan sosial keagamaan. Ketepatan sasaran pada prinsipnya sudah tepat, namun untuk peningkatan ketepatan perlu dilakukan seleksi dan verifikasi lebih kuat dan melakukan kunjungan langsung kepada penerima. Dari sisi waktu, masih terdapat kendala kelengkapan administrasi, penerima bantuan sering terlambat memasukan dokumen kelengkapan sebagai bagian dari pertanggungjawabannya. Pemantauan program tidak dilakukan dengan alasan keterbatasan sumberdaya manusia. Tujuan dari program bantuan sosial keagamaan ini telah tercapai yakni mendukung pengembangan kegiatan keagamaan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kegiatan berbasis agama.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Tar-Q learning method in improving the Qur’an recitation quality of seventh-grade students at SMP IT Ibadurrohman Tasikmalaya. The Tar-Q method emphasizes gradual, systematic mastery of recitation through direct practice under teacher guidance. This research employs a classroom action research approach with a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving the school principal, teachers, and selected students as subjects. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the Tar-Q method significantly enhances students’ tilawah skills, as reflected in increased learning achievement scores and greater student engagement in the learning process. However, some challenges were identified, including limited guidance from the central Tar-Q institution and less systematic material in the Tar-Q book, which complicated the learning process for both teachers and students. Overall, the Tar-Q method is effective in improving Qur’an recitation quality in terms of both technical accuracy and learning attitudes. With competent teachers, proper instructional systems, and improvements in material and guidance, this method has strong potential for wider application in Qur’an learning in schools.

Abstract

Tanaman bawang merah (Allium ascolonicum L.) merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura utama di Indonesia, khususnya di Kabupaten Enrekang, Sulawesi Selatan. Produksi bawang merah mengalami penurunan akibat serangan patogen Fusarium Oxysporum f.sp. cepae yang menyebabkan penyakit busuk pangkal batang atau moler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah hama pada bawang merah dengan memanfaatkan perangkap berbasis lampu bertenaga kincir angin. Metode pengurangan penggunaan pestisida melibatkan penggunaan alat perangkap hama yang terbukti efektif dan ramah lingkungan. Hasil pengabdian ini mencakup pembuatan dan pengujian alat perangkap hama yang menggunakan lampu LED dan tenaga kincir angin. Penggunaan alat ini berhasil mengurangi serangan hama dan dampak penggunaan pestisida kimia. Dengan pengembangan teknologi ini, petani bawang merah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan keberlanjutan pertanian mereka.

Abstract

Cognitive Load is a theory that describes the amount of mental resources a person uses to complete a learning task. Mental resources are a person's cognitive abilities including mind, attention, memory and problem solving skills. Cognitive load in learning that occurs in the classroom describes the condition of students in dealing with learning tasks. The independent curriculum is the curriculum currently used at all levels of education including primary education. However, the curriculum faces problems both in terms of teachers and learners. The purpose of this study was to describe the condition of intrinsic, extrinsic and germane cognitive load of students during learning when using an independent curriculum. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used purposive sampling as many as 6 informants consisting of 2 teachers and 4 students. The results of this study are the intrinsic cognitive load of students found in IPAS, PPKN, Mathematics, English and Javanese subjects. In addition, the intrinsic cognitive load is triggered by giving assignments and motivation or interest in learning from the students themselves. Extrinsic cognitive load was triggered by the lecture learning method used by the instructor or teacher due to the use of high vocabulary. Extrinsic cognitive load is also triggered by the condition of the learning environment, namely the noisy or crowded atmosphere inside and outside the classroom. The germane cognitive load is triggered when the teacher or lecturer presents the subject matter.
