Abstract

Technology significantly influences education. Emodules designed to be visually appealing, functional, and efficient, accessible on smartphones, laptops, or desktops, offer convenience for both educators and learners during the educational process. This research seeks to evaluate the development approach, practicality, efficiency, and effectiveness of emodules oriented towards ethnochemistry that focus on corrosion topics, aiming to enhance students' critical thinking abilities. The product development for this study adheres to the steps outlined in the Lee and Owens development framework. The research utilized interview forms and student needs assessment surveys as tools for gathering information. Data analysis included qualitative techniques for gathering suggestions and feedback, as well as quantitative methods for evaluating scores. Findings from the study indicated that the ethnochemistrybased emodules were both conceptually and procedurally viable, as determined by evaluations from material and media specialists, achieving average scores of 4. 94 and 4. 53, categorizing them as very feasible. Feedback from chemistry educators resulted in a favorable percentage of 92. 22% (very feasible), alongside positive student reactions reflected in a 93. 2% approval rating. Furthermore, the assessment of critical thinking skills revealed a 70% satisfaction level, indicating favorable responses to the emodule from students. In conclusion, the research findings suggest that the developed emodule focused on corrosion and based on ethnochemistry is both valid and suitable for educational use, supported by positive student feedback.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems of implementing child-friendly school programs in pendidikan anak usia dini institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach, conducted in five Raudhatul Athfal in Pekanbaru City. The main informants of this study consisted of five heads of Raudhatul Athfal and supporting informants from officials of the Ministry of Religion and the Pekanbaru City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques were carried out with 4-stage qualitative analysis: collection, reduction, data analysis and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the child-friendly school program in pendidikan anak usia dini institutions still has many problems, namely: 1) Government support that is not yet optimal and uneven policies. 2) Lack of socialization and guidance. 3) Lack of understanding of teachers and education personnel about the concept of Child friendly School. 4) Lack of funds, 5) Lack of commitment from the leadership of the institution. 6) Unsupportive infrastructure. 7) Frequently transferred human resources, 8). Lack of cooperation and participation of parents and the community. The obstacles encountered can be overcome with several best practices, namely: 1) Commitment and making written policies. 2) Thinking positively to always innovate for the progress of the institution. 3) Proactive attitude and take the initiative to the relevant agencies. 4) Trying to fulfill facilities gradually according to ability continuouslyKeyword :  Implementation, Child-Friendly Schools, Early Childhood Education Institutions.ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis problematika implementasi progam sekolah ramah anak di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif,  dilaksanakan di lima Raudhatul Athfal  di Kota Pekanbaru. Informan utama penelitian ini terdiri dari lima kepala Raudhatul Athfal ditambah dengan informan pendukung dari pejabat Kementerian Agama dan Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kota Pekanbaru. Data dikumpulkan melalaui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kualitatif 4 tahapan: pengumpulan data, reduksi, analisis data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program sekolah ramah anak di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini masih banyak ditemukan problematika, yaitu: 1) Dukungan pemerintah yang belum maksimal dan kebijakan yang tidak merata. 2) Kurangnya sosialisasi dan bimbingan. 3)  Kurangnya pemahaman guru dan tenaga kependidikan tentang konsep sekolah ramah anak. 4) Kekurangan Dana, 5) Kurangnya komitmen dari pimpinan lembaga. 6) Infrastruktur yang tidak mendukung. 7) sumber daya manusia yang sering mutasi, 8). Kurang kerjasama dan partisipasi orang tua dan masyarakat. Adanya kendala-kendala yang ditemui, dapat diatasi dengan beberapa best practice, yaitu: 1) Komitmen dan membuat kebijakan tertulis. 2) Berpikiran positif untuk selalu melakukan inovasi untuk kemajuan lembaga. 3) Sikap proaktif dan  jemput bola ke dinas terkait. 4) Berupaya memenuhi fasilitas secara bertahap sesuai dengan kemampuan secara berkesinambungan.Kata Kunci :  Implementasi, Sekolah Ramah Anak, Lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penerapan manajemen strategik Program Sekolah Penggerak Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PSP PAUD) mulai dari perencanaan strategik, pelaksanaan program sekolah penggerak, sampai evaluasi dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dan mengumpulkan data dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program sekolah penggerak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) PSP PAUD  berhasil meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan perkembangan anak melalui keterlibatan aktif guru dan orang tua, serta kolaborasi antar sekolah, (2) Tantangan yang dihadapi termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya, teknologi, dan pemahaman program, (3) Evaluasi menyeluruh diperlukan untuk mengukur efektivitas program dan mengidentifikasi area yang perlu diperbaiki, termasuk hasil belajar (4) Langkah strategis, seperti pelatihan guru, peningkatan infrastruktur, dan sosialisasi kepada orang tua, penting untuk memperkuat pelaksanaan program, (5) Pengembangan kurikulum dan rencana keberlanjutan juga diperlukan untuk memastikan keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan program dalam jangka panjang. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan program sekolah penggerak dalam kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini dan perkembangan anak.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a STEM-based practical learning video to help students achieve learning objectives. Where in the research location, practical activities on acid-base material were not carried out due to the lack of tools and materials used in the laboratory. The development model used is the Lee Owens model, with five stages: analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of the research used was a teacher interview sheet, a student needs analysis questionnaire, a media expert validation questionnaire, a material expert validation questionnaire, teacher assessments and student response questionnaires. The trial was conducted on a small group of 10 students in grade XI Phase F2. The results of this development research were declared valid and suitable for use in learning. The material expert validator, the media expert validator gave a value that was suitable for testing by validating each 2 times. The teacher's assessment stated that it was suitable for testing with one validation. Students gave a good response with a value of 87.07% with the category "very suitable". Practical learning video based onscience, technology, engineering, and mathematicsThis has been proven to be valid, feasible and effective for use in acid-base learning and can help students achieve learning objectives even if they do not carry out practical activities directly in the laboratory.

Abstract

This community service is in the form of coaching on national curriculum-based learning management for Al-Faruqi Kampar Islamic boarding school teachers. The purpose of this coaching is to be able to develop components of curriculum content material according to consumption by students at a certain level of ability. The coaching approach used is participatory action research (PAR), the PAR cycle includes 4 stages for each cycle, namely planning (Plan action), action (Take Action), observation (observe) and Reflection (Reflection). This community service activity was carried out with the school, namely the Al-Faruqi Islamic boarding school and after that brought in resource persons who were experts in the field of National-based curriculum development. The methods used were Presentation and Practice, Demonstration, and Evaluation Design. The results of coaching on national curriculum-based learning management for Al-Faruqi Kampar Islamic boarding school teachers showed that the participants who came understood what had been conveyed by the speakers and the teachers were able to design and implement learning modules that were the principles of the independent curriculum, and would continue to try to carry out PBM according to existing conditions and curriculum.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu   organisasi   tidak hanya bergantung   pada   sumber daya alam yang tersedia, tetapi juga kualitas sumber daya manusia. Peran sumber daya manusia adalah merencanakan, melaksanakan dan  mengendalikan organisasi tersebut. Untuk menghasilkan kinerja karyawan sesuai dengan  keinginan perusahaan, maka perusahaan dapat memberikan promosi jabatan kepada karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang baik. Penelitian ini didesain untuk meneliti tentang Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja dan Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Terhadap Promosi Jabatan PT. Telkom Indonesia Padang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis yang diusulkan. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan model regresi linear berganda. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Telkom Indonesia Padang dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 73 karyawan dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 73 orang yaitu karyawan, dimana metode pengambilan sampel yaitu Metode Sampel Jenuh Hasil penelitian secara parsial Pengalaman Kerja memiliki nilai thitung 2.492 ttabel 1,661 dan nilai sig 0, 015 0,05. Artinya H1 diterima dan H0 di tolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa  Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Promosi Jabatan Karyawan  PT Telkom Indonesia Padang . Prestasi Kerja memiliki nilai thitung  2.908 ttabel 1,661 dan nilai sig 0. 0050,05, artinya H2 diterima dan H0 di tolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa  Prestasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Promosi Jabatan Karyawan  PT Telkom Indonesia Padang . hasil uji F diketahui bahwa nilai Fhitung 10.118 dari Ftabel 2,72 dan signifikasi F = 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, artinya H3 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dapat dikatakan bahwa  Pengalaman Kerja dan  Prestasi Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Promosi Jabatan. Dari hasil diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sebaiknya Peneliti menyarankan agar perusahaan memperhatikan  Pengalaman Kerja, karna penunjang promosi jabatan adalah Pengalaman Kerja, juga harus memperhatikan  Prestasi Kerja karna  Prestasi Kerja tersebut tentunya dapat mempengaruhi Promosi Jabatan.Kata Kunci: Pengalaman Kerja, Prestasi Kerja Dan Promosi Jabatan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh non performing loan terhadap return on asset, 2) mengetahui pengaruh dana pihak ketiga terhadap return on asset, 3) mengetahui pengaruh non performing loan dan dana pihak ketiga terhadap return on asset. Penelitian dilakukan pada bank BUKU 4 dengan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 81 sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data didasarkan pada laporan tahunan (annual report) bank BUKU 4 yang dipublikasikan. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari uji t diperoleh variabel non performing loan dengan nilai t hitung -6,892 dari t tabel 1,665 dan nilai sig 0,000 0,05, artinya H1 diterima H0 ditolak. Maka dapa disimpulkan bahwa non perfoming loan berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap return on asset pada bank BUKU 4. Variabel dana pihak ketiga dengan nilai t hitung 6,556 dari t tabel 1,665 dan nilai sig 0,000 0,05, artinya H2 diterima H0 ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dana pihak ketiga berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap return on asset pada bank BUKU 4. Hasil uji F hitung 47,906 F tabel 3,114 dan nilai sig 0,000 0,05. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa non performing loan dan dana pihak ketiga berpengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap return on asset pada bank BUKU 4. Persentase pengaruh non performing loan dan dana pihak ketiga terhadap return on asset ditunjukkan dengan nilai R square sebesar 0,551 (55,1%) hal ini berarti bahwa kontribusi non performing loan dan dana pihak ketiga dalam mempengaruhi return on asset bank BUKU 4 sebesar 55,1% sedangkan sisanya 44,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.Kata Kunci: non performing loan, dana pihak ketiga, return on asset

Abstract

The aim of Research is implementing the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) in the Agricultural Sector which looks at the influence of TPB and Readiness For Change variables on intention for the sustainability of the sector. This type of research is quantitative research,. The technique of collecting research data through a questionnaire with a Likert scale with a sample of 85 people.The results of the study show  that the Attitude Norm has a positive and significant effect on the variables Intention. Also Subjective Norm has a positive and significant effect on the variables Intention Behavior the variable Previced Behavior Control has a positive and significant effect on the variablesIntention Behavior, Readiness For Change has a positive and insignificant effect on the variables Intention Behavior. Intention Behavior has a positive and significant effect on the variables Actual Behavior.

Abstract

Kompetensi kepribadian guru merupakan bekal utama dalam menjalankan tugasnya secara profesional. Guru seharusnya memeiliki kompetensi kepribadian, yang diantaranya memiliki kerpibadian yang mantap, stabil, dewasa, arif, berwibawa, berakhlak mulia, dan teladan. Dalam hadis-hadis Rasulullah shallaallahu `alaihi wa sallam banyak membahas tentang sikap yang harus dimiliki seorang pendidik. Karena, pada hakikatnya Rasulullah diutus sebagai pendidik bagi umatnya, terutama dalam mendidik akhlak manusia. Rasulullah sendiri ialah seorang Nabi yang memiliki akhlak sempurna, sehingga setiap ucapan, tingkah laku serta kebiasaan Rasulullah menjadi hukum dan pedoman umat manusia setelah al-Quran.

Abstract

The basic objective of this study is to investigate, via the prism of organisational commitment, the connection between Religious Charismatic leadership and employee engagement. In order to find out how the research variables were related to each other, this quantitative study used AMOS-SEM, a data analysis tool. A positive and statistically significant effect of religious charismatic leadership on staff engagement was found. Organisational commitment acts as a robust mediator between Religious Charismatic leadership and workforce engagement. This research of human resource management at KSPPS BMT NU Kabupaten Lamongan provides a new perspective as a case study.
