Abstract

ABSTRACTThe rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has created new opportunities in education, particularly in the development of digital learning media. One of the most innovative applications is Synthesia AI, a platform that enables the creation of animated learning videos with virtual avatars and multilingual automated narration. This study aims to implement the use of Synthesia AI in developing animated instructional videos as an effort to improve teachers’ digital literacy competence. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with several stages: needs analysis, teacher training in using Synthesia AI, video production, and evaluation through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The results indicated that more than 85% of teachers reported increased confidence in creating digital media, 78% were able to design appropriate learning scripts for AI-based videos, and 82% successfully produced animated instructional videos that were engaging, interactive, and curriculum-oriented. Furthermore, teachers’ digital literacy competence improved in four aspects: technological literacy, information literacy, media literacy, and digital pedagogy. These findings highlight that the integration of AI can serve as a practical and innovative solution for teachers to deliver more adaptive, creative, and relevant learning experiences that meet the needs of 21st-century students.Keywords : Synthesia AI, animated instructional video, digital literacy, teachers, artificial intelligence.ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah membuka peluang baru dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran digital. Salah satu aplikasi yang inovatif adalah Synthesia AI, sebuah platform yang memungkinkan pembuatan video animasi pembelajaran dengan avatar virtual dan narasi otomatis multibahasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan penggunaan Synthesia AI dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran animasi sebagai upaya meningkatkan kompetensi literasi digital guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan: analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan guru dalam penggunaan Synthesia AI, produksi video pembelajaran, serta evaluasi melalui observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari 85% guru merasa lebih percaya diri dalam membuat media digital, 78% mampu menyusun naskah pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk diintegrasikan ke dalam video AI, dan 82% menghasilkan video pembelajaran animasi yang dinilai menarik, interaktif, dan sesuai kurikulum. Selain itu, kompetensi literasi digital guru meningkat pada aspek teknologi, informasi, media, dan pedagogi digital. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan AI dapat menjadi solusi praktis dan inovatif bagi guru untuk menghadirkan pengalaman belajar yang lebih adaptif, kreatif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa abad ke-21.Kata kunci : Synthesia AI, video pembelajaran animasi, literasi digital, guru, kecerdasan buatan

Abstract

Hegding is an alternative to risk management to protect the assets owned by the company due to foreign exchange risk. Hedging using derivative instruments is a common method used by companies. This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress, firm size and growth opportunity both partially and simultaneously on the company's decision making to hedge.The population in this study were mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2016-2019. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method in order to obtain a sample of 32 companies. The technique in this study used logistic regression analysis with SPSS version 16 software.The results of the study found the financial distress variable regression coefficient with a value of -0.909 and a value (sig = 0,000 <0.05), then the financial distress variable had a negative effect on the hedging decision. The regression coefficient for the firm size variable with a value of 0.421 and a value (sig = 0.002 <0.05), then the firm size variable has a positive effect on hedging decisions. The regression coefficient of the growth opportunity variable with a value of 0.225 and value (sig = 0.148> 0.05), then the growth opportunity variable has no effect on hedging decisions. The chi-square value is 50.923 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the financial distress, firm size and growth opportunity variables simultaneously affect hedging decisions in mining sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2019 period.

Abstract

The success of a company in influencing consumers in purchasing decisions is strongly supported through a healthy lifestyle for consumers. So the company must determine the right marketing strategy to survive and handle competition.  The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence consumer decisions to buy bottled drinking water for students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Baiturrahmah Padang. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Baiturrahmah Padang who made purchasing decisions for bottled drinking water of Aqua. The sample in this study were 247 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression consisting of a partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and determinant coefficient (R-Square).The results of this study indicate that green marketing partially has a significant positive effect on the decision to purchase bottled drinking water for the students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Baiturrahmah Padang. Meanwhile, partially coporate social responsibility has no significant positive effect on the decision to purchase bottled drinking water for Aqua students at the Faculty of Economics, University of Baiturrahmah Padang. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test shows that green marketing and corporate social responsibility have an effect together.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial leverage, profitability and firm size on stock prices on Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2015-2018. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study, with a population of 61 companies with a sample of 31 companies.This research data collection techniques through documentation with a ratio scale, based on the calculation results of the SPSS program application from the T Test obtained DER variable with a value of β is (-0.063) with a significant value (0.664)> 0.05 with tcount> ttable or (-0.435) > (- 1,701) then H0 is rejected, ROA with β value is 0.514 with significant value (0.000) <0.05 with tcount> t table or 6.204> 1.701 then H0 is accepted, firm size with β value is (-0.671) with significant value (0.283) <0.05 with tcount> t table or (-1.078)> (-1.701) then H0 is rejected.Test Results F Significant probability F = 0,000 is smaller than 0.05 with Fcount> Ftable or 13,353> 2,960, so that this research independent variables jointly affect the dependent variable. The determinant coefficient obtained a result of 0.250.This means that the variable financial leverage, profitability and company size can explain the variable stock prices of companies Property and Real Estate by 25%, the rest can be explained by other variables not observed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of price discount on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the case study of the Padang City Community, (2) the effect of the bonus pack on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the Padang City Community case study, (3) the effect of price discount and bonuses. pack on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the case study of the Padang City Community, (4) the magnitude of the influence of price discount and bonus pack on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the Padang City Community case study. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the people of Padang City with a total sample of 96 people. Sample selection was done randomly using a questionnaire method which was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS which included t test, F test, and coefficient of determination.             The results showed that; (1) the price discount has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the case study of the Padang City Community, it is shown from the value of t count = 4.234 > t table = 1.661 or p-value = 0.000 < a = 0.05, ( 2) the bonus pack has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the Padang City Community Case study, it is shown from the t count = 4.621 > t table = 1.661 or p-value = 0.000 < a = 0.05, (3 ) price discount and bonus pack have a joint effect on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the case study of the Padang City Community, it is shown from the calculated F value = 62,063 > F table = 3.09 or p-value = 0.000 < a = 0.05.    The magnitude of the influence of price discounts and bonus packs on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand in the case study of the Padang City Community is 57.2%, it is shown from the analysis value of the coefficient of determination, which is 0.572 or 57.2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi buku cerita rakyat bergambar Putri Pinang Masak sebagai media untuk meningkatkan literasi budaya pada anak usia dini. Dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE, produk ini divalidasi oleh para ahli dalam konten, desain, dan budaya, serta oleh guru anak usia dini, dan diuji pada 25 anak berusia 4-6 tahun melalui lembar validasi ahli, kuesioner guru, dan instrumen pretest-posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi ahli mencapai skor rata-rata keseluruhan 4,33 (Sangat Valid), dengan keaslian budaya dengan nilai tertinggi (4,50), sedangkan validasi guru menunjukkan kepraktisan dengan rata-rata 4,35, terutama untuk daya tarik visual (4,50). Tanggapan anak-anak positif, dengan rata-rata 82%, terutama pada daya tarik ilustrasi (88%). Skor pretest-posttest meningkat dari 62,4 menjadi 82,7, menghasilkan N-Gain 0,53 (sedang). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa buku cerita Putri Pinang Masak valid, praktis, dan cukup efektif dalam mengembangkan literasi budaya anak, dengan kebaruan dalam menggabungkan cerita rakyat lokal dan ilustrasi multimodal, menawarkan kontribusi teoritis terhadap literasi budaya multimodal dan implikasi praktis untuk pendidikan anak usia dini.
