Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of price discount on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the case study of the Padang City Community, (2) the effect of the bonus pack on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the Padang City Community case study, (3) the effect of price discount and bonuses. pack on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the case study of the Padang City Community, (4) the magnitude of the influence of price discount and bonus pack on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the Padang City Community case study. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the people of Padang City with a total sample of 96 people. Sample selection was done randomly using a questionnaire method which was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS which included t test, F test, and coefficient of determination.             The results showed that; (1) the price discount has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the case study of the Padang City Community, it is shown from the value of t count = 4.234 > t table = 1.661 or p-value = 0.000 < a = 0.05, ( 2) the bonus pack has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the Padang City Community Case study, it is shown from the t count = 4.621 > t table = 1.661 or p-value = 0.000 < a = 0.05, (3 ) price discount and bonus pack have a joint effect on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand, the case study of the Padang City Community, it is shown from the calculated F value = 62,063 > F table = 3.09 or p-value = 0.000 < a = 0.05.    The magnitude of the influence of price discounts and bonus packs on purchasing decisions on the Suzuki car brand in the case study of the Padang City Community is 57.2%, it is shown from the analysis value of the coefficient of determination, which is 0.572 or 57.2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi buku cerita rakyat bergambar Putri Pinang Masak sebagai media untuk meningkatkan literasi budaya pada anak usia dini. Dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE, produk ini divalidasi oleh para ahli dalam konten, desain, dan budaya, serta oleh guru anak usia dini, dan diuji pada 25 anak berusia 4-6 tahun melalui lembar validasi ahli, kuesioner guru, dan instrumen pretest-posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi ahli mencapai skor rata-rata keseluruhan 4,33 (Sangat Valid), dengan keaslian budaya dengan nilai tertinggi (4,50), sedangkan validasi guru menunjukkan kepraktisan dengan rata-rata 4,35, terutama untuk daya tarik visual (4,50). Tanggapan anak-anak positif, dengan rata-rata 82%, terutama pada daya tarik ilustrasi (88%). Skor pretest-posttest meningkat dari 62,4 menjadi 82,7, menghasilkan N-Gain 0,53 (sedang). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa buku cerita Putri Pinang Masak valid, praktis, dan cukup efektif dalam mengembangkan literasi budaya anak, dengan kebaruan dalam menggabungkan cerita rakyat lokal dan ilustrasi multimodal, menawarkan kontribusi teoritis terhadap literasi budaya multimodal dan implikasi praktis untuk pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Research has been conducted on the development of a PBL-Based e-Pocket Book learning media with Mnemonic Strategies on the topic of Chemical Bonds, oriented towards enhancing the Creative Thinking Skills of high school students. This study aims to assess the feasibility of the PBL-based e-pocket book with mnemonic strategies according to design and learning model experts, evaluate chemistry teachers' assessments, and understand students' responses to the developed media. This research uses the Lee & Owens development model. The research instruments include interview sheets and questionnaires. The developed product was validated by design and learning model experts as well as media and content experts, followed by an evaluation from chemistry teachers, and then tested through one-on-one trials and small group trials. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results indicate that the developed e-pocket book is deemed feasible based on the validation results from design and learning model experts, as well as media and content experts. The assessment from chemistry teachers also indicates a "very feasible" category. Additionally, students’ responses during the one-on-one trial showed a "very good" category, while the small group trial achieved a percentage of 87.90% with a "very good" category, tested on a small group of 9 students. Based on the development results and trials conducted, it can be concluded that the PBL-based e-pocket book with mnemonic strategies is suitable for use as a learning media for chemistry to support the development of high school students' creative thinking abilities.

Abstract

Tujuan : penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan keberhasilan pengobatan TB Paru di Puskesmas Bangkala Kota Makassar. Metodologi : desain penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 Mei – 20 Juli 2024 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 41 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil Uji Chi-Square menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan faktor kepatuhan minum obat dengan keberhasilan pengobatan TB Paru dengan p-value 0,000. Tidak Ada hubungan faktor PMO dengan keberhasilan pengobatan TB Paru dengan p-value 0,708. Tidak Ada hubungan faktor ketersediaan obat dengan keberhasilan pengobatan TB Paru dengan p-value 0,708.

Abstract

Pembelajaran kimia dalam kursus mandiri menekankan pentingnya keterampilan berpikir kritis, bertujuan untuk membantu siswa memahami konsep secara mendalam dan menghubungkannya dengan masalah dunia nyata. Namun, pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman siswa tentang kimia hijau masih kurang memadai, dan media pembelajaran yang ada tidak dapat mendukung pengembangan keterampilan ini secara memadai. Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang modul elektronik kimia hijau berdasarkan pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) dan buku flip Heyzine, serta mengevaluasi kelayakan, kepraktisan, dan umpan balik siswa. Studi ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan Lee & Owens, yang mencakup lima fase: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner dengan pakar bidang studi, pakar media, guru, dan siswa. Modul elektronik tersebut menerima peringkat yang sangat tinggi dari pakar bidang studi (4,75 poin, 94%) dan pakar media (4,36 poin, 87,1%). Para guru menilai kepraktisan e-modul ini setinggi 97%, dan umpan balik siswa juga sangat positif, dengan 97% dinilai untuk bimbingan individu dan 98% untuk bimbingan kelompok. Berdasarkan hasil ini, kami merekomendasikan penggunaan e-modul pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PBL) yang didukung oleh Heyzine Flipbook sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mendukung pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

Kondisi pembelajaran kimia hijau disekolah saat ini masih berpusat pada guru, yang mengakibatkan literasi sains dan pencapaian hasil belajar murid belum tergarap secara maksimal. Selain itu, kurangnya media ajar yang bersifat kontekstual serta berorientasi pada penyelesaian masalah menghambat siswa dalam mengaitkan konsep materi kimia hijau dengan fenomena kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada materi kimia hijau berorientasi literasi sains dan hasil belajar, serta menguji kelayakan dan respon siswa. Penelitian produk ini menerapkan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Lee & Owens, meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil uji validasi memperlihatkan tingkat kelayakan yang sangat tinggi, yakni 95% dari ahli media, 92% dari ahli materi, dan 88% dari guru, yang dikategorikan sangat layak. Respon siswa dalam uji coba juga tercatat sangat baik, yakni 91,52 pada uji satu-satu (one to one trial) dan 90,67% pada uji coba kelompok kecil (small group trial) yang menunjukan bahwa LKPD terbukti layak dan dapat dijadikan altenatif media pembelajaran yang efektif.

Abstract

Kendala murid dalam menginterpretasikan konsep ilmiah pada materi Sistem Periodik Unsur yang bersifat abstrak serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital dalam pembelajaran kimia menjadi dasar dilakukannya penelitian ini. Studi ini berupaya untuk mengembangkan e-modul berbantuan Quizizz yang dikembangkan melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan prinsip-prinsip pendekatan deep Learning pada materi Sistem Periodik Unsur untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran yang menekankan interaksi aktif serta mendukung peningkatan pemahaman literasi sains murid. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengacu pada model Lee & Owens yang terdiri atas beberapa tahapan, yaitu: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek yang terlibat dalam studi ini mencakup ahli materi, ahli media, guru kimia, serta murid kelas XI di SMAN 11 Muaro Jambi. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi validasi dan angket respons murid, yang kemudian diolah secara kuantitatif dengan metode persentase. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak, dengan hasil validasi ahli materi sebesar 94,45%, ahli media 97%, serta penilaian guru mencapai 93,34%. Selain itu, uji coba kepada murid, baik pada uji coba one to one maupun kelompok kecil, menunjukkan respons yang sangat positif dengan persentase masing-masing 90% dan 93,12%. Mengacu pada temuan tersebut, media yang dikembangkan dapat dinyatakan telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan kelayakan untuk digunakan sebagai pendukung pembelajaran yang dapat membantu murid memahami materi Sistem periodik Unsur secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

Improving the quality of public services at the village level is a crucial prerequisite for realizing effective, accountable, and community-satisfaction-oriented governance. However, the human resource capacity of village officials, particularly in public service management and performance, remains a major obstacle. This issue was also identified in the Pauh area of ​​Padang City, where village officials face limited understanding of service standards, performance management, and a professional and responsive work culture. This community service program aims to strengthen the capacity of village officials through training and mentoring in public service management and performance. Activities are implemented using a participatory and needs-based approach, including problem identification, thematic training, case study discussions, service simulations, and mentoring in the implementation of service standards and performance evaluation. The materials covered the concept of public service, principles of good governance, performance management, the development of service standards, and indicator-based evaluation. Targeted outputs include improving the competency of village officials, the development of training modules, performance improvement models, scientific articles, and policy recommendations. In the long term, this program is expected to drive improvements in the quality of public services and strengthen professional and sustainable village governance in Pauh, Padang City

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Pauh District, Padang City, through digital-based human resource management (HR) assistance. MSMEs play a strategic role in the local economy, but still face challenges in HR management, which is informal, undocumented, and limited use of technology. This situation results in low productivity, weak performance oversight, and limited adaptability to increasingly competitive business conditions. Based on a situational analysis, MSMEs in Pauh generally lack a structured system for recording attendance, assigning tasks, or evaluating performance. Furthermore, low digital literacy results in suboptimal use of technology in HR management. To address these challenges, this program is designed through a participatory approach, employing practice-based training and ongoing mentoring. Activities include mapping digital needs and readiness, training on the use of simple applications for recording and monitoring performance, and developing work standards and HR performance indicators. The mentoring is conducted in stages to enable MSMEs to implement the system independently. The program's outputs include improving the managerial capacity of MSMEs, implementing a digital-based HR system, developing modules, and developing scientific publications. This program is expected to sustainably drive productivity and digital transformation among MSMEs in Pauh
