This study aims to determine the role of parents in improving learning practices in the subject of Islamic jurisprudence at the Darud Da'wah Wal Irsyad Mareto Elementary School, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. This type of research is field research with a qualitative research model. This study uses interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. Then, data analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. After obtaining the existing data, the results of this study the author can conclude that the role of parents is very important in improving the practice of Islamic jurisprudence learning at the DDI Mareto Elementary School, active involvement, role models, and emotional support from parents have been proven to strengthen the understanding and experience of Islamic teachings by students. The supporting factors are harmonious family relationships that are able to provide motivation and attention to children, as well as active involvement in activities at the madrasah, while the inhibiting factors are busy parents or limited time so that parents find it difficult to accompany their children in learning

This study aims to improve the quality of faith and Morals learning through the use of learning resources for second-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah DDI Mareto, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. This research is a qualitative study. Data collection was conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The data was then analyzed using descriptive analytical techniques. Data validity was examined using data triangulation, which involved comparing the observation data with the interview data and documentation results. The results are as follows: (1) How is the learning process of students through the use of printed books on faith and morals among second- grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah DDI Mareto in Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency? (2) The development of improvements in the quality of Aqidah Akhlak learning through the use of printed books among second-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah DDI Mareto, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi sistem keuangan desa dalam mewujudkan good village governance. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini mengambil satu desa yaitu Desa Cilellang, Kecamatan Mallusetasi , Kabupaten Barru. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa Desa Cilellang sudah mengimplementasikan sistem keuangan desa dengan baik. Pengelolaan keuangan pada Desa Cilellang sudah sesuai dengan aturan yaitu Peraturan Mentri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Nomor 113 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa Cilellang meliputi perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban. Desa Kamiri dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa sudah transparan dan akuntabel serta pelaksanaannya juga telah efektif dan efisien.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa Pengaruh Likuiditas dan Solvabilitas terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Perusahaan LQ45 Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 45 Perusahaan dan Sampel berjumlah 11 Perusahaan. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linear berganda dan koefisien determinasi R2. Berdasarkan analisis data, ditemukan bahwa Likuiditas (CR) berpengaruh secara negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas, sedangkan Solvabilitas (DER) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA).

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT. Izaunet Berkah Mandiri di Makassar. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenaikan omset yang begitu besar per-bulannya selama 4-5 tahun terakhir tepatnya pada penghujung tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2021 ini. . Di mana pengambilan sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah populasinya dari anggota konsumen yang terdaftar pada data base perusahaan khusus di kota Makassar. Metode sloven merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel dengan insidental random sampling.Kemudian metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen penelitian, uji regresi berganda uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel kehandalan, daya tanggap dan empati memiliki pengaruh positif sekaligus signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan konsumen pada PT. Izaunet Berkah Mandiri. Sedangkan untuk dua variabel lainnya yaitu variabel bukti fisik memiliki pengaruh yang arah nya negatif, tapi signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sementara variabel jaminan memiliki pengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen PT. Izaunet Berkah Mandiri.

This research aims to analyze the core competencies, role competencies and functional competencies of each position and design a career path as a competency-based simulation at the Unhas teaching hospital. This research uses a case study with an exploratory design, while this type of research is descriptive qualitative with data sources for 117 positions in the Unhas Teaching Hospital. While the data collection techniques used are through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis to obtain core competencies, role competencies and functional positions and cluster analysis using SPSS which aims to obtain groups of positions based on the closeness / similarity of competencies between one position and another. The results of cluster analysis show that the group formed consists of 7 clusters, where positions within the clump of positions can be rotated and promoted directly. Thus, it can be done to determine the standard competency needs of positions and design competency-based position career paths at the Unhas Teaching Hospital.

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that cause waqf land disputes and to know and analyze the role of nadzir in defending the land, in the event of a waqf land dispute. This study uses the empirical method or directly down to the field. The location of the research was carried out at the Luwu Grand Mosque, Palopo City and North Wara KUA. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques obtained through interviews and literature study. The number of samples as many as 3 people, namely a Nadzir, community leaders and the Head of KUA. The data obtained were processed by qualitative analysis with a deductive approach. The results showed that Nadzir's role in defending the land, in the event of a waqf land dispute, was to protect and supervise what was entrusted to him by representing the waqf land object when sued both inside and outside the court, showing evidence of land waqf , and seeking to resolve the dispute. by deliberation. The factors that cause waqf land disputes include the lack of good communication, the absence of a waqf pledge deed, the heirs suing the waqf land, the increasingly strategic location of the land, the land object does not have legal certainty, and the endowment with a deed below. hand. The research recommendation is nadzir in an effort to defend the land, if there is a dispute over waqf land, that is, play an active role in trying to make the problem resolved by deliberation. It is resolved by deliberation will be much more effective and the disputing parties do not feel disadvantaged but the parties will feel mutually won. There are also people in general who want to endow their land, they should educate themselves or seek information related to land waqf procedures to the authorized official before waqf of land. As well as in implementing the transfer of waqf from wakif to nadzir, the legal position of the nadzir when receiving the waqf land object must be clear.
