Abstract

This research aims to see the Influence of Service Quality Dimension on Satisfaction and Consumers' Cause Back Against The Wira Megah Car Workshop Toyota Profitamas Palangka Raya Branch.This research is a quantitative research using descriptive quantitative approach. Analysis tool in this research is Smart PLS (Path Analysis) application. The research variables consist of Quality of Service (X), Consumer Satisfaction (Y1) and Come Back (Y2) as mediation variable. Samples use Accidental Sampling method as many as 100 samples from all customers of Toyota Workshop Palangka Raya.Result of research of service quality constructively can influence customer's satisfaction which have implication on intention come back in accordance with outer loading analysis result 0,867 (86,7%). Similarly, customer satisfaction variables have been able to explain and mediate quality of service variables with outer loading of 0.925 (92.5%). While for the intention variable comes back own value of outer loading equal to 0,922 (92,2%) The information indicate that statistically test service of new service to workshop is the highest indicator in describing variable of intention come back again.

Abstract

Anak sekolah dasar merupakan generasi pembangunan bangsa yang sangat rentan terhadap penyakit terutama penyakit gigi dan mulut. Kondisi kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang tidak dijaga bisa berakibat sangat buruk seperti kehilangan gigi, kesulitan mengunyah ,gangguan estetik dan fonetik ,berkurangnya kepercayaan diri. Membersihkan gigi dan mulut dari sisa makanan atau debris merupakan langkah awal dalam pengendalian plak yang bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya penyakit pada jaringan keras gigi maupun jaringan lunak gigi. Perawatan kesehatan gigi dan mulut secara  dini merupakan langkah awal  mencegah kerusakan gigi lebih lanjut dengan pengetahuan menyikat gigi, pencabutan gigi susu pada waktu gigi tersebut  harus tanggal (persistensi), penambalan gigi pada karies dini. Permasalahan pada anak SDN 1 Rajabasa Bandar lampung dimana keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang kebersihan gigi dan cara meyikat gigi yang belum benar  ,masih ada   gigi yang mengalami persistensi. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan anak tentang kesehatan gigi dan mulut, sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya karies gigi pada anak dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan edukasi sikat gigi bersama-sama, melakukan pencabutan gigi susu yang persistensi. Pelaksanaan program dari Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan edukasi, pemeriksaan dan perawatan sederhana (pencabutan).

Abstract

Profesionalisme guru sebagai pendidik harus terus dilakukan updating dan pelatihan guna pemaksimalan dalam pembelajaran. Profesionalitas bukan hanya sekedar mampu bekerja dengan baik dan benar namun juga peningkatan mutu dan kualitas peran guru dalam proses kegiatan berlajar mengajar. Hal tersebut terkait dengan 4 kompetensi, yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi kepribadian. Program peningkatan profesionalisme guru Bahasa Indonesia di MGMP Madrasah Aliyah di Kota Medan sebagai upaya peningkatan mutu dan kualitas pembelajaran yang diberikan dengan memberikan program pelatihan inovatif dalam hal pengajaran kurikulum merdeka. Terutama dalam pengajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah.

Abstract

This research investigates the development of an augmented reality (AR) application with gamification elements to enhance natural science learning in coastal areas. Validation by media and content experts, along with trials conducted among students, showed high feasibility and strong appeal of the application. Functionality tests, including marker detection range, demonstrated the application's capability to operate effectively in diverse coastal environments. The study highlights the successful integration of AR and gamification as a tool to improve engagement and understanding of natural science concepts in under-resourced coastal schools. This application holds great potential for enhancing the quality of education in coastal areas by offering an interactive and immersive learning experience. Further research is recommended to refine the application and assess its long-term impact on student comprehension and educational outcomes in various coastal communities. This study represents a significant step forward in using innovative AR technology to support learning in coastal regions.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to describe the role of interpersonal communication between customer service officers and customers in improving service quality at Bank BNI, Makassar Branch. Specifically, it analyzes the reasons for the importance of interpersonal communication in service delivery, the communication processes between customer service officers and customers, as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors influencing its effectiveness. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach and was conducted at three locations: BNI Makassar Branch, Arief Rate Sub-Branch, and Pettarani Sub-Branch. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews and analyzed descriptively. The results show that: (1) interpersonal communication plays a crucial role in creating quality service through empathetic and solution-oriented interactions that enhance customer trust and comfort; (2) customer service communication is considered effective and polite, with messages conveyed in a friendly and easily understood manner, both directly and through digital service media; and (3) the effectiveness of interpersonal communication is influenced by inhibiting factors such as differences in understanding, customers’ emotional conditions, long queues, and technical system disturbances, while supporting factors include staff friendliness and patience, a comfortable service environment, and clarity of information. Overall, effective interpersonal communication contributes significantly to improving service quality and customer satisfaction in the banking environment. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran komunikasi interpersonal antara customer service dan nasabah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Bank BNI Cabang Makassar. Secara khusus, penelitian ini menganalisis alasan pentingnya komunikasi interpersonal dalam pelayanan, proses komunikasi antara customer service dan nasabah, serta faktor penghambat dan pendukung yang memengaruhi efektivitas komunikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan dilaksanakan di tiga lokasi, yaitu Kantor Cabang BNI Makassar, KCP Arief Rate, dan KCP Pettarani. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) komunikasi interpersonal berperan signifikan dalam menciptakan pelayanan yang berkualitas melalui interaksi empatik dan solutif yang meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kenyamanan nasabah; (2) komunikasi customer service dinilai efektif dan sopan, dengan penyampaian pesan yang ramah dan mudah dipahami, baik secara langsung maupun melalui media digital; dan (3) efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal dipengaruhi oleh faktor penghambat seperti perbedaan pemahaman, kondisi emosional nasabah, antrean panjang, serta gangguan teknis sistem, sementara faktor pendukung mencakup sikap ramah dan sabar petugas, kenyamanan ruang layanan, dan kejelasan informasi. Secara keseluruhan, komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif terbukti berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah di lingkungan perbankan.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has introduced new challenges to family parenting, particularly in addressing online game addiction among junior high school adolescents. This study aims to analyze the parental control strategies implemented by parents and to explore family communication patterns in managing online game addiction. The research employed a qualitative approach using a collective case study in several junior high schools in Makassar. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations with parents of children aged 12–15 years. The findings reveal that effective parental control strategies include time restrictions, direct supervision, and content filtering. However, the success of these strategies is highly dependent on the quality of communication within the family. An authoritative approach that combines clear rules with open dialogue proves more successful in shaping healthy digital behavior than an authoritarian approach. The main challenges in applying these controls include parents’ limited digital literacy and time constraints. The study concludes that effective parental control depends not only on technical measures but also on the quality of emotional relationships and communication within the family. Therefore, the collaboration among parents, schools and communities is essential to establish an adaptive and sustainable digital parenting model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create) learning model based on the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) framework on improving students' cultural literacy. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design model. The research subjects consisted of 65 students, 33 students each from SMP Negeri 23 Medan and 32 students from MTs Miftahussalam Medan. The experimental group was taught using the TPACK integrated RADEC model, while the control group used conventional lecture-based methods. Data was obtained through a cultural literacy test in the form of writing expository texts about local cultural values. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS 27 through normality tests, homogeneity tests, and independent sample t-tests. The results showed a significant increase in the cultural literacy ability of the experimental group compared to the control group. At SMP Negeri 23 Medan, the experimental group obtained an average posttest score of 87.12 compared to 61.36 in the control group. Meanwhile, at MTs Miftahussalam Medan, the average posttest of the experimental group reached 84.38 compared to 61.25 in the control group. These findings prove that the application of the TPACK-based RADEC model is effective in increasing student engagement and deepening their understanding of local culture through expository writing. The results of this study have practical implications for educators in designing technology-based learning that is contextual with local culture to strengthen the competencies of 21st century students.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada guru-guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran Koding dan Kecerdasan Artifisial. Integrasi antara kedua materi ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital, tetapi juga menumbuhkan keterampilan berpikir komputasional, algoritma dasar, dan etika dalam penggunaan Kecerdasan Artifisial. Program pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui In-Service 1 untuk penguatan konsep dasar Koding dan Kecerdasan Artifisial, OJT 1 untuk perancangan pembelajaran, OJT 2 untuk uji coba terbatas di kelas, dan OJT 3 untuk penyempurnaan perangkat ajar. Kegiatan ditutup dengan In-Service 2 yang berfokus pada evaluasi implementasi dan perencanaan tindak lanjut, sehingga guru mampu menerapkan koding dan KA secara mandiri dan konsisten. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian tindakan, meliputi pelatihan intensif, implementasi, monitoring, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Proses pelatihan menggunakan metode penyajian materi, diskusi, motivasi, dan penugasan, serta menerapkan prinsip-prinsip andragogi agar sesuai untuk peserta dewasa. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa guru mendapatkan pembelajaran dan pendampingan yang membantu mereka menguasai pengajaran koding dan kecerdasan artifisial. Pencapaian utama meliputi peningkatan keterampilan pengkodean guru, pengembangan keterampilan digital, kritis, kreatif, dan kolaboratif, peningkatan keterampilan pemecahan masalah, dan pemanfaatan berbagai aplikasi media pembelajaran digital yang tersedia diberbagai platform.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and examine the efforts made to overcome potential internal control system constraints in managing PBB-P2 Receivables in Majene Regency. Research methodology: Data collected through interviews and questionnaire distribution were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis to assess the effectiveness of SPI. The analysis also evaluated the constraints and efforts made to overcome SPI’s weaknesses of SPI in managing PBB-P2 Receivables in Majene Regency. Results: The results showed that the internal control system of BAPENDA Majene Regency was not effective in managing PBB-P2 Receivables because of weaknesses in the control and monitoring of environment elements. The implementation of internal controls is hindered by low taxpayer compliance due to inadequate information regarding PBB-P2 Receivables. Another obstacle is the inaccurate calculation of receivables, because it is not supported by clear details. In addition, internal control is hindered by the absence of an up-to-date NJOP. Limitations: This study was limited to the value of PBB-P2 Receivables for Majene Regency during 2016-2020. Contribution: The results are expected to provide additional information regarding the factors influencing the management of PBB-P2 Receivable collection. The findings also provide advice and evaluation for regional governments, especially the Regional Revenue Agency of Majene Regency.

Abstract

Crime committed by desk collection is a type of crime carried out through electronic media that violates the Law on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law), where in fact the debt collection process should be conducted ethically and politely towards debtors. However, the crimes committed by desk collection agents grossly violate both company procedures and the law. The crimes committed by desk collection agents, particularly in the form of psychological threats via online media through Financial Technology (Fintech) applications, constitute violations of the ITE Law, which prohibits intentionally and unlawfully sending electronic information containing threats or intimidation, which is punishable by law. The mistakes made by desk collection agents include carrying out collection methods such as insults, dissemination of debtor information that should be kept private, and repeated terror or intimidation, all of which violate the elements stipulated in the ITE Law. Based on the background above, the writer formulates the following research questions: First, how is the legal regulation regarding debt collection through electronic media? Second, how is legal protection provided for debtors who are victims of desk collection? The type of research used in this study is normative legal research, also known as library or doctrinal research. The legal materials used consist of primary and secondary legal materials, including: Article 29 in conjunction with Article 45B of Law Number 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions, Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP Law), which prohibits the use of personal data without the owner's consent. Protection for fintech customers is regulated in OJK Regulation No. 77/POJK.01/2016, which requires every fintech company to implement procedures and safeguards for the confidentiality of customer data, both personal and transactional
