Abstract

Abstract: The Dam Bagong traditional ritual or better known as the Nyadran tradition at Dam Bagong. The traditional ceremony is one part of the customs that exist in the community, namely the form of the implementation of traditional ceremonies in which there is a high cultural value and a lot of inspiration for the cultural wealth of the region that can add to the diversity of national culture. (I) Describe the Meaning of the implementation of the Bagad Dam Nyadran Ritual, Trenggalek Regency; (II) analysis of the Bagad Nyadran Dam Ritual values as a form of preservation of the Trenggalek local culture; (III) analysis of the values available in the Nyadran Dam Bagong tradition which can be used as a cultural preservation of Trenggalek. The approach used in this study is the ethnographic approach. The location of this research is located in Trenggalek Regency, East Java Province. The location of Bagong Dam is located in the village of Trenggalek. Then on the evening of the first Suro an art event is held as a form of celebration of joy and entertainment for the surrounding community and visitors, usually a shadow puppet show and jaranan dance or turonggoyakso dance next to the tomb of the Adipati Minak Sopal and witnessed by the Trenggalek community and residents outside Trenggalek.Abstrak: Ritual adat Dam Bagong atau lebih dikenal dengan Tradisi Nyadran di Dam Bagong. Upacara adat merupakan salah satu bagian dari adat istiadat yang ada pada masyarakat yaitu wujud pelaksanaan upacara adat yang didalamnya terdapat nilai budaya yang tinggi dan banyak inspirasi bagi kekayaan budaya daerah yang dapat menambah keanekaragaman budaya nasional. (I) Mendeskripsikan makna pelaksanaan ritual Bendungan Bagad Nyadran kabupaten Trenggalek; (II) analisis nilai ritual Bendungan Bagad Nyadran sebagai bentuk pelestarian budaya lokal Trenggalek; (III) analisis nilai-nilai yang tersedia di tradisi Nyadran Dam Bagong yang dapat digunakan sebagai pelestarian budaya Trenggalek. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan etnografi. Lokasi penelitian ini terletak di Kabupaten Trenggalek Provinsi Jawa Timur. Lokasi Bendungan Bagong terletak di desa Trenggalek. Kemudian pada malam Suro pertama diadakan acara kesenian sebagai bentuk perayaan keceriaan dan hiburan bagi masyarakat sekitar dan pengunjung, biasanya pertunjukan wayang kulit dan tari jaranan atau tari turonggoyakso di samping makam Adipati Minak Sopal dan disaksikan oleh masyarakat Trenggalek dan warga luar Trenggalek.

Abstract

This study is aimed to describe how Talking Chips and Fan-N-Pick learning model to improve VIII D class students’ motivation and learning outcomes at SMP Kristen Citra Bangsa Kota Kupang. The study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) study. The study consists of four phases, i.e. plan, action, observation, and reflection. The phases in CAR are conducted in 2 cycles. The subject of the study is 20 VIII D class students of SMP Kristen Citra Bangsa Kota Kupang. The collected data consists of students’ motivation and learning result test. The result of the study shows that there is an improvement on students’ motivation in the first cycle and the high criteria is improved to very high criteria in the end of the second cycle. The improvement is also occurred in students’ learning outcome and implementation whether it is from the students or the teacher.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Chips dan Fan-N-Pick untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII-D di SMP Kristen Citra Bangsa Kota Kupang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan/observasi dan refleksi. Tahapan dalam PTK ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah siswa kelas VIII-D SMP Kristen Citra Bangsa Kupang yang berjumlah 20 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi siswa dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terjadinya peningkatan motivasi siswa pada siklus I dengan kriteria tinggi meningkat menjadi sangat tinggi pada akhir siklus II. Peningkatan juga terjadi pada hasil belajar siswa dan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran baik oleh guru dan siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the application of the Find Someone Who and Timed Pair Share learning models to improve social studies motivation and learning outcomes. The type of research used is Class Action Research. The subject of this study was the VB class of SDN Pakunden 2 with 37 students.  The results of this study that the application of the Find Someone Who and Timed Pair Share learning models can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of social studies. At the end of the second cycle, all indicators assessed were able to exceed the specified success criteria.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran Find Someone Who dan Timed Pair Share untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar IPS. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas VB SDN Pakunden 2 dengan jumlah 37 siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Find Someone Who dan Timed Pair Share dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar IPS. Pada akhir siklus II, seluruh indikator yang dinilai mampu melampaui kriteria keberhasilan yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the improvement of social skills and social studies learning outcomes of student using RoundTable and Carousel Feedback cooperative learning models. The method used classroom action research. The subjects of this study were fourth class students which amounted to 33 students at SD Negeri 3 Besuki. The result of this study obtained from observation, documentation, questionnaires, tests, and interviews. The results showed that RoundTable and Carousel Feedback cooperative learning models can improve social skills and social studies of student learning outcomes.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peningkatan keterampilan sosial dan hasil belajar IPS siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif RoundTable dan Carousel Feedback. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas IV.1 yang terdiri dari 33 siswa di SD Negeri 3 Besuki. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dari observasi, dokumentasi, angket, tes, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian model pembelajaran kooperatif RouundTable dan Carousel Feedback dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan hasil belajar IPS siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to improve social skills of fifth grade students through the application of the Modified Find Someone Who dan Quiz-Quiz Trade Models. This type of research uses a type of classroom action research. The research subjects were fifth grade students at Sumbersari 1 Malang Primary School. Data collection of students social skills using observation and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the Modified Find Someone Who and the Quiz-Quiz Trade models can improve students' social skills. This can be proven by the increase in the observation results of the students' social skills in the first cycle reaching 76.2% and the second cycle reaching 84.5%. The results of the students social skills questionnaire in the first cycle reached 81.0% and increased in the second cycle reached 85.2%.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa kelas V melalui penerapan model Modified Find Someone Who dan Quiz-Quiz Trade. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V di SDN Sumbersari 1 Malang. Pengumpulan data keterampilan sosial siswa menggunakan observasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model Modified Find Someone Who dan Quiz-Quiz Trade dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya hasil observasi keterampilan sosial siswa pada siklus I mencapai 76.2% dan siklus II mencapai 84,5%. Hasil angket keterampilan sosial siswa pada siklus I mencapai 81,0% dan meningkat pada siklus II mencapai 85,2%.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to describe the application of the model FNP and IOC to improve the social skills and the learning outcomes of student class IV SDN 3 Besuki. Type of this research was PTK that includes two cycles. Research was conducted at SDN 3 Besuki, the subjectof this research is the students of class IV SDN 3 Besuki amounted to 32 people. Data collection: observation, interview, test, questionnaire, and documentation. The techniques of data analysis: reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The result of this research shows that the increased in social skills and the students learning outcomes in cycle I with a good criteria and increased to very good on the cycle II. The increase also occurred in the implementation of learning by teachers and students on the each cycle.   Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model FNP dan IOC untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 3 Besuki. Jenis penelitian PTK meliputi dua siklus. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN 3 Besuki, subjek penelitian siswa kelas IV berjumlah 32 orang. Pengumpulan data, meliputi observasi, wawancara, tes, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data, meliputi reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil pemelitian menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan keteranpilan sosial dan hasil belajar siswa siklus I dengan kriteria baik dan meningkat menjadi sangat baik pada siklus II. Peningkatan juga terjadi pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran oleh guru dan siswa pada masing-masing siklus.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between variables of organizational justice, organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Pos Indonesian. The use of these variables with the results of previous studies provide reason for the different conclusions, there is theory that direct effect and did not. For example justice organizations significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and also say is not significant. Besides, these variables are expected to change for the better in improving the fairness of the organization and the organizational culture of the OCB through commitment and job satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesian. The population’s research was all employees of PT. Pos using simple random method, so that the members of a population of 130 employees, the research sample of 100 people.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel keadilan organisasi, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dengan perilaku kewargaan organisasi di PT. Pos Indonesia. Penggunaan variabel-variabel tersebut dengan alasan hasil penelitian terdahulu memberikan kesimpulan yang berbeda-beda, ada yang mengatakan berpengaruh langsung dan juga tidak. Misalnya keadilan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi, dan juga ada yang mengatakan tidak signifikan. Disamping itu variabel-variabel tersebut diharapkan memberi perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik dalam meningkatkan keadilan organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap OCB melalui komitmen dan kepuasan kerja pada PT. Pos Indonesia. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Pos dengan menggunakan metode acak sederhana, sehingga anggota populasi yang berjumlah 130 orang karyawan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian 100 orang.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the increase in social skills of fifth grade students through the implementation of the Fan N Pick and Inside Outside Circle models. This type of research uses a type of classroom action research with a qualitative approach. The research subjects in this study were students of  Banyuajuh 2 Kamal Primary School with a total of 20, namely 8 male students and 12 female students. Data collection of students' social skills using observation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Fan N Pick and Inside Outside Circle models can improve the social skills of class V students. This can be proven by the increase in students' social skills, namely in the first cycle reached 74.2% and the second cycle reached 81.8%, so Social skills of class V students in the second cycle increased 7.6% compared to cycle I.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan sosial peserta didik kelas V melalui penerapan model Fan N Pick dan Inside Outside Circle. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SD Negeri Banyuajuh 2 Kamal dengan jumlah 20 yaitu 8 peserta didik laki-laki dan 12 peserta didik perempuan. Pengumpulan data keterampilan sosial peserta didik menggunakan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Fan N Pick dan Inside Outside Circle dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial peserta didik kelas V. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya keterampilan sosial peserta didik yaitu pada siklus I mencapai 74.2% dan siklus II mencapai 81,8% sehingga keterampilan sosial peserta didik kelas V pada siklus II meningkat 7,6% dibandingkan siklus I.

Abstract

The impact of implementing Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) is an important research agenda in human resource management practices in modern business companies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and uses a systematic literature review approach. The purpose study is to provide an overview of the latest research on the application of GHRM, problems that arise in the application of GHRM, policies and operational steps for implementing GHRM, the impact of implementing GHRM, and recommendations for further research studies on the impact of implementing GHRM in the corporate environment. This paper presents a structural overview of 30 peer-reviewed articles published in leading academic journals from 2018 to 2022. This review provides an increased understanding of the current state of research, trends, and future research directions. The literature review framework uses the PRISMA model. Research findings show that the implementation of GHRM is developing in both developed and developing countries, effective GHRM implementation requires organizational commitment and employee participation. The GHRM implementation system is the uniqueness of the organization and the impact of GHRM implementation leads to green managerial innovation and green HR process innovation that supports green management and sustainable green industries.

Abstract

This research aims to acknowledge the effect of non-formal education, social and family environment, information technology, and business capital on entrepreneurial interest in STIE Yapis Dompu students. This research is a quantitative descriptive and analytic study with a survey method at STIE Yapis Dompu titled "Factors Affecting Entrepreneurial Interests in STIE Yapis Dompu Students. "The analytical technique used to measure the factors that influence entrepreneurial interest in STIE Yapis Dompu students is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 21 program for windows. The results show that: 1) Partially, there is a significant effect of social and family environment variables and business capital on the entrepreneurial interest of STIE Yapis Dompu students. Meanwhile, the variables of non-formal education and information technology have no significant effect on the entrepreneurship interest of STIE Yapis Dompu students. 2) Simultaneously, the variables of non-formal education, social and family environment, information technology, and venture capital significantly affect the entrepreneurship interest of STIE Yapis Dompu students. The results of this study produce a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.485, which means the ability of the four independent variables to explain the variable interest in entrepreneurship is 48.5%, while the rest (100% - 48.5% = 51.5%) is explained by the following factors: other factors outside the study. 3) The most dominant variables from other variables are the social and family environment. The assumption that non-formal education has a dominant influence on the entrepreneurial interest of STIE Yapis Dompu students has not been proven true.
