The Influence of Professional Ethics and Emotional Intelligence Implementation on Auditor Performance Mahmud Mahmud; Budi Eko Soetjipto; Cipto Wardoyo

is study aims to determine the effect of professional ethics and emotional intelligence on the performance of auditors at the District Inspectorate Office Dompu.The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach using primary data. Statistical analysis used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t-test and f test and coefficient of determination analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The study results reveal: 1) professional ethics and emotional intelligence have a simultaneous effect on auditor performance. The Fable value of 3.24 is more minor than the Fount of 39.810, with a significant value less than 0.05, which is 0.000. 2) professional ethics and emotional intelligence significantly affect auditor performance with the result that the t value on professional ethics is 3.513, which means that the t count is more significant than the t table of 1.68595 and has a significant level of 0.05. This shows that the professional ethics variable positively affects auditor performance. The t value of emotional intelligence is 4.285, with a significance value of 0.032. In other words, the emotional intelligence variable positively affects auditor performance. So that future researchers can add or respond to other variables besides professional ethics and emotional intelligence on auditor performance to realize even better research.

In today's competitive business environment, customer experience has become an increasingly important factor in determining the success of a business. As a result, businesses are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience of their customers through service innovation. Service innovation refers to the development and implementation of new or improved services that better meet the needs and wants of customers. The objective of service innovation is to provide a unique and differentiated customer experience that sets a business apart from its competitors. Although the importance of service innovation in improving customer experience is widely recognized, there is a lack of clarity on how service innovation can be effectively implemented to enhance customer experience. This systematic literature review (SLR) aims to fill this gap by synthesizing existing research on service innovation and its impact on customer experience.

Wilayah Junrejo ini merupakan wilayah dengan banyak potensi UKM. Hampir setiap rumah memiliki usaha diantaranya adalah usaha peralatan dapur dari kayu, alat pijat dari kayu, peralatan dapur dari batu, aneka kripik buah, tas anyaman. Untuk dapat mengoptimalkan potensi yang ada, maka dirasa perlu untuk adanya pengembangan potensi desa menjadi desa wisata belanja Junrejo. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode demonstrasi eksperimen. Strategi optimalisasi ini dapat dimulai dengan perencanaan partisipatif warga dan menerapkan model pengembangan berbasis kelompok. Oleh karenanya, tim pengabdian dari Universitas Negeri Malang, menginisiasi untuk mengoptimalisasi wisata belanja dengan memberikan contoh paket wisata belanja. Hasil yang akan didapatkan yaitu kelompok dapat menjual paket wisata belanja dengan nominal tertentu dan fasilitas tertentu.

This literature study focuses on work from home and employee productivity. The strategy used is using the SLR as an instrument for searching research data, then bibliometric literature as a data processor which is analyzed by the VOSviewer software. VOSviewer software analysis techniques are used to analyze articles that have been collected through the Scopus database which are taken as researchers' references. The findings of these articles were referenced from 2013 to 2023 with a total of 547 articles, and only 161 articles were analyzed. Then the scientists continued to clarify the description of the results by using the VOSviewer software in examining co-authorship, co-accurance and citation. This literature study, in totality, presents a more accurate bibliographical objective for future researchers according to the themes discussed. Work from home (WFH) is a work process that is flexible and automatic and provides flexibility for employees to work using telecommuting, teleworking and remote work by utilizing modern digital technology tools as a bridge to work. Work from home (WFH) can be done by all men and women, from 25 to 60 years old. Working flexibly in the "New Normal" focuses on employee work productivity in the potential to work from home more towards working in a work life balance (WLB) which aims to balance work responsibilities and balance life time so as to reduce emotional fatigue from work stress, impact on performance satisfaction whose results affect the size of the wage/salary by obtaining work rewards from the company.

This study aims to determine the role of work environment, motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment in improving the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for the employee at the PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk of Gresik area. The research method applied is quantitative, using path analysis and the Sobel test to examine the relationship and the magnitude of the contribution of influence between each variable. The number of respondents in this study was 200 employees.The results showed that the work environment and motivation significantly positively affected job satisfaction. Meanwhile, work environment, motivation, and job satisfaction positively and significantly affect organizational commitment. It was found that communication between superiors and subordinates is an essential factor for improving OCB, so further research is needed on the effect of leadership style on OCB

Job resources provide close attention to employees to POS in the workplace, provide rewards in the form of fringe benefits, and provide feedback on employee behavior and OCB. it acts as a driving force to achieve performance goals. Companies implementing OCB may face challenges due to a lack of understanding about OCB. POS is necessary to build bridges between managers and employees, especially in human resource development (HRD). The importance of HRD when evaluating employee performance their future goals. This type of research is descriptive and explanatory research using a quantitative approach. This research is used to explain problems related to POS, Fringe Benefits, Employee Performance, and OCB. In this research design, the analysis used is SEM-PLS analysis. The population of this research is finite, where the population studied is known, namely all employees of PT KAI Balai Yasa Surabaya using a non-probability sample technique of 159 respondents. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence between POS directly on employee performance, there is no positive or negative influence and there is no direct influence between fringe benefits on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence between OCB directly on employee performance, positive influence and positive and significant direct influence of POS on OCB, positive and significant direct influence of fringe benefits on OCB, positive and significant direct influence of POS on employee performance mediated by OCB, positive and significant direct influence of fringe benefits on employee performance mediated by OCB.

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas ekonomi Pondok Pesantren Nurul Islam Mojokerto melalui pemanfaatan budikdamber di lahan sempit. Workshop dan pendampingan dilakukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada santri dalam budidaya ikan lele dalam ember. Selain itu, konsep akuaponik diterapkan dengan menanam tanaman kangkung dan pakcoy di atas kolam ikan untuk meningkatkan hasil panen dan pendapatan tambahan. Hasilnya, santri berhasil memanfaatkan lahan sempit secara optimal, menghasilkan ikan lele dan sayuran dengan cara yang ramah lingkungan. Produk budikdamber diolah dan dipasarkan melalui digital marketing, memberikan peluang usaha dan pendapatan tambahan bagi pondok pesantren. Selain aspek ekonomi, kegiatan ini juga memberikan pembelajaran praktis dan peningkatan kemandirian kepada santri. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan budikdamber di pondok pesantren tidak hanya berkontribusi pada ekonomi lokal, tetapi juga pada pendidikan dan kesejahteraan santri.

This research aims to determine the influence of the problem-based learning model, project-based model, and multicultural-based learning model on the prosocial behavior of elementary school students in Surabaya. The research applied is experimental research. The design in this research uses a nonequavalent Control Group Post-test Design. The research population is SDN Surabaya with research samples of fifth-grade elementary school students at SDN Margerejo I, SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya, SDN Dukuh Menanggal 601 Surabaya. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with 30 questions, while the research instrument uses the Measure of Prosocial Tendencies by adapting Carlo's. The data analysis technique uses the T-test. From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Model Problem Based Learning, Model Project Based Learning, and Model Multicultural Based Learning on the prosocial behavior of elementary school students in Surabaya

The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of green entrepreneurial intellectual capital as a moderator of the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) on the financial performance of SMEs in the creative industry game developer sub-sector in Malang City. SMEs in the game developer sub-sector are included in businesses that utilize the results of creativity supported by technology so that it is one of the business fields that is closely related to intellectual capital. Related to awareness of green entrepreneurship, the echo developer sub-sector is appropriate if it integrates it into green entrepreneurial intellectual capital. Thus, green entrepreneurial intellectual capital in this case is the focus of attention for research as a moderation between Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) and Financial Performance. This research is a quantitative approach with a survey method on SMEs in the game developer sub-sector. The sample population taken was 20 respondents. Questionnaires are distributed using a likert scale. Data analysis uses SmartPLS version 3. The findings of this study obtained Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) is not significant to financial performance, Green entrepreneurial Intellectual Capital is positively significant to financial performance and Green entrepreneurial intellectual capital does not moderate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Harmonious (CSR-H) on financial performance. This research aims to determine the potential for increasing revenue from waste retribution in Mojokerto City as a means of increasing PAD thus it can maximize the potential of the APBD for the benefit of regional social and economic development. This is qualitative research using a descriptive case study approach. The data used is primary and secondary data collected using interview or FGD, documentation, and questionnaire methods. Data analysis was carried out using Miles and Huberman, starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data shows that the total revenue from waste retributions is only able to cover 5% of the total waste management costs thus the remaining 95% of these costs are charged to the APBD. Strategies are needed so that the potential for retribution revenue can be increased. The potential calculation is carried out by increasing the rates of 2x and adding household retribution data. The results show that increasing retribution rates and adding household data can increase the percentage of costs that can be covered by up to 50%. So, it can be concluded that this strategy contributes to increasing PAD. The research results are expected to have a theoretical contribution to contribution theory related to research on strategies for increasing Regional Original Income (PAD). Apart from that, it is hoped that the results of this research will have a practical contribution to the Mojokerto City Government in developing strategies to increase waste levy revenues.
