Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Teamwork, Occupational Safety and Health, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Ungaran Post Office. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population used in the research is all employees who work at the Ungaran Post Office in 2023. The sample used in this research is Saturated Sampling which is included in Non Probability Sampling, which means that all members of the population are sampled, namely 80 employees. Analysis of research data using SPSS for Windows software version 24. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence between Teamwork (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), partially with this t count of 7.090 and a significance value of 0.000 with an increase in Teamwork can be achieved. Affects the Employee Performance variable by 23.2%. Occupational Safety and Health (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), partially t count is 21.042 and a significance value of 0.000 with an increase in Occupational Safety and Health can influence the Employee Performance variable by 77.5%. Work Discipline (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), partially the t count is 3.939, a significance value of 0.000 with an increase in Work Discipline can influence the Employee Performance variable by 26.5%. The results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) test obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 0.850 or 85.0%, indicating that the Employee Performance variable is influenced by Teamwork, Occupational Safety and Health, and Work Discipline while the remaining 0.15 or 15% is influenced by other variables that are not in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of compensation, work environment, and workload on employee loyalty through job satisfaction at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. The study adopted a quantitative approach. The population consisted of employees at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. In this research, the researcher used non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling method (census). Data were collected from 150 respondents using a questionnaire. The data were processed using Smart PLS 3. The research findings are as follows: Compensation does not affect job satisfaction at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. The work environment does not affect Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang's job satisfaction. The workload does not affect job satisfaction at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. Job satisfaction positively and significantly affects employee loyalty at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. Compensation positively and significantly affects employee loyalty at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. The work environment positively and significantly affects employee loyalty at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. Workload positively and significantly affects employee loyalty at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. Compensation positively and significantly affects employee loyalty through job satisfaction at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. The work environment positively and significantly affects employee loyalty through job satisfaction at Hotel Neo Candi Simpanglima Semarang. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable on PT. Mitra Pengusaha Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative research method. The population used in the study were employees of PT. Mitra Pengusaha Indonesia in 2024 and the sample used was 100 employees with a simple random sampling technique. The sampling technique used probability techniques. Data analysis using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative and significant effect between Compensation (X1) on Job Satisfaction (Z). Work Motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z). The results of this study highlight the importance of motivation in employees of PT. Mitra Pengusaha Indonesia. So thus motivation plays a very important role in employee performance, on the other hand compensation does not affect performance. Compensation requires a more strategic approach in order to have a significant impact. Companies can provide compensation to employees transparently and adjusted to the workload borne by so that it becomes effective as part of a strategy to increase employee job satisfaction at PT. Mitra Pengusaha Indonesia.
