This study aims to analyze the various risks that may exist and the strategies that will be carried out by Mie Bakso Sari Rasa 81 This research uses a qualitative approach and data collection techniques in this study using interviews with UMKM Mie Baso Sarirasa 81 with online meet conference media. The results obtained are the risks that occur most often and become a high-level category in UMKM Mie Bakso Sarirasa 81 are marketing risks and financial risks, namely rising raw material prices and operational risks including the absence of SOPs in the use of production machines, human resources who lack understanding in products expired. To minimize the occurrence of MSME risks, it is necessary to identify and then carry out analysis and management of these risks. Management that can be done is by innovating products, making attractive promotions in online media, looking for other suppliers, making operational SOPs in writing, being selective in recruiting HR and providing marketing training to HR.

The shopping style of people who are shifting from conventional to online has had a major impact on the freight forwarding service industry. Shipping companies cannot be separated from various risks that occur, such as human resources, systems, and internal and external risks. This study aims to determine the most dominant variable and can be a risk for the JNE freight forwarder company. The method used is the descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were used, namely observation, interviews, and literature study. This case study focuses on the JNE Tasikmalaya expedition which took place on Juanda City of Tasikmalaya. After conducting interviews, it can be found that one of the causes of risks to freight forwarding services is centered on the potential of available human resources. Based on the results of research that has been done, it can be seen that human resources and security have the greatest impact on preventing risk management and can increase customer satisfaction, whereas good human resources have a positive and significant impact.

Human resources is one important aspect that must be possessed by everycompany. In supporting the success of the company's operations, managementneeds to be carried out so that the existing system can be well organizedaccording to the company's expectations. In this study using a case study atCoffee Shop 48 Street Tasikmalaya. The purpose of this research is to find out thehuman resource management system and the risks that exist in the company. Inthis study, a qualitative approach was used with a descriptive research type, andthe collection technique used was direct interviews with managers and siteobservations. The results of interviews through the manager of the Coffee Shop 48Street Tasikmalaya found several risks related to human resource management which were then analyzed using the checklist method, and in this analysis, riskidentification, risk assessment, and risk control were carried out. The results ofthis study are that Coffee Shop 48 Street Tasikmalaya need to improve humanresource management to improve an organized performance environment

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan mitra UMKM Kota Tasikmalaya. Program ini bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan efektifitas pengelolaan dari aspek manajemen keuangan UMKM. Permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM yaitu belum adanya pengelolaan keuangan secara profesional. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai yaitu adanya penambahan wawasan, ilmu pengetahuan, penggunaan teknologi, serta keterampilan dalam mengembangkan usaha yang dijalankan. Metode yang dilakukan untuk mencapai target tersebut yaitu melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra. Aspek manajemen yang diberikan yaitu adanya literasi manajemen keuangan UMKM. Melalui pelatihan ini, UMKM mengetahui cara mencatat transaksi dan membuat laporan keuangan dengan mudah. Informasi keuangan tersebut digunakan untuk mengetahui posisi keuangan secara detail, membantu mitra dalam memperkirakan potensi keuntungan, serta menentukan kebijakan terkait aspek keuangan. Digitalisasi ini dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di tengah persaingan saat ini.

Analisis risiko kegiatan kaderisasi penting karena banyak kemungkinan risiko yang dapat terjadi, baik dari sisi panitia maupun peserta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan tingkat risiko sehingga diketahui prioritas penanganannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan historis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan mewawancarai penyelenggara acara kader mahasiswa baru Bisnis Digital UPI Tasikmalaya dan mempelajari literatur untuk menambah informasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa risiko yang perlu lebih diperhatikan dan diprioritaskan dalam pengelolaan risikonya pada pelaksanaan kaderisasi mahasiswa baru Bisnis Digital UPI. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan awal bagi mahasiswa untuk dapat merancang kegiatan pengkaderan dengan lebih baik dengan meminimalisir resiko dan dapat dijadikan referensi untuk penelitian sejenis

In the times that are increasingly moving forward, there are many inventions, tools, and facilities that can be implemented by a company in marketing or attracting consumer interest. In this case, humans are required to always keep up with the changing conditions that continue to develop so that there is a change in consumer behavior to become completely digital, one of which is using online transportation and inter-culinary services. Service quality and price are two things that significantly affect customer satisfaction so that the company can attract customers to use the services that have been provided. The aim of the study was to identify the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction with GOJEK online motorcycle taxi transportation services. This research method uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The sampling technique used a nonprobability sampling technique with an accidental sampling approach with 34 respondents using a Likert scale. Research respondents are Gojek application users who live in Tasikmalaya. This research instrument has met the criteria of validity and reliability. Data processing uses SPSS software version 26 and uses multiple linear regression for data analysis. This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method. Based on the research results, it is known that the service quality variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction (Y). The price variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction (Y) and the price variable (X2) has a more dominant influence.Keywords: price; service quality; customer satisfaction.

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing whether the Liability and Equity factors affect Operational Profit at PT.Allo Bank Indonesia. In this analysis, using a quantitative approach which uses secondary data collected from the quarterly financial reports of PT. AlloBank Indonesia, Tbk. from 2015 to 2022. The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that partially Liabilities do not have a significant effect while Equity has a positive relationship and has a significant effect on Operating Income. Taken together, the Liability and Equity Variables have a significant impact on operating profit with an adjusted R square of 10.3%. However, this study has limitations on the representativeness of the secondary data which will affect the results of the analysis so that for future researchers, it is advisable to use more complete data and consider the measurement of relevant additional variables.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh renaming dan sertifikat halal terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang Mie Gacoan di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei terhadap beberapa responden konsumen Mie Gacoan di Kota Bandung dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa renaming dan sertifikat halal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang Mie Gacoan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi renaming dan pemberian sertifikat halal dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian ulang konsumen terhadap produk Mie Gacoan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaan Mie Gacoan dalam mengembangkan strategi branding dan pemasaran produk mereka. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga memberikan informasi yang bermanfaat bagi pelaku usaha lainnya yang bergerak di sektor makanan dan minuman di Indonesia mengenai pentingnya strategi branding dan pemberian sertifikat halal dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian ulang konsumen.

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform on the buying interest of digital business students. In an increasingly advanced digital era, digital marketing and the use of marketplace platforms have become important factors in influencing consumer behavior, including students. This research involved digital business student respondents who actively use the Shopee marketplace platform. The data collection method was carried out through an online survey using a structured questionnaire. Digital marketing variables and platform ease of use are measured using a Likert scale. The collected data were then analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The findings of this study indicate that digital marketing significantly and profitably influences the purchase intention of students studying digital business. Student buying interest can be increased using efficient digital marketing techniques including social media, online advertising and related content. In addition, research findings show that student buying interest is positively and significantly influenced by the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform. Students are more likely to be interested and interested in transacting through platforms that are easy to use, have intuitive navigation and easy payment procedures. In conclusion, digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform have had a major impact on the buying interest of students studying digital business. The results of this study provide a better understanding of the factors that influence student buying behavior in the context of digital business. These findings can serve as guidelines for companies or online sellers in designing effective marketing strategies and improving the user experience on the marketplace platform. This study was conducted to obtain information about the magnitude of the influence of social media marketing on customer engagement. Social media marketing (X) is the independent variable, and customer engagement (Y) is the dependent variable in this study. Followers on the Halodoc Instagram account were selected to be the population in this study, and the sample was taken randomly (simple random sampling), with 120 respondents successfully obtained. The SEM method is used to analyze data with the help of IBM SPSS AMOS 21 software for Windows in the data processing. The results of data processing illustrate that there is an influence of social media marketing on customer involvement of (0.931) with a p-value (0.002) <0.05. Artificial Intelligence-Analitycs for social media is a tool for efforts to increase the competitiveness of official Instagram managers for a business against competitors owned by analyzing content optimization through various services in the form of statistics and metrics from Artificial Intelligence-Analitycs providers, which are generally website-based. The author's recommendation for Halodoc is to increase closeness with customers so that their bonds become stronger through planning content that is useful for the community and packaged attractively. Later it is hoped that there will be more user-generated content or posting word-of-mouth recommendation comments from customers to other customers.
