Abstract

Emotional maturity is the maturity of a person's ability to regulate and process emotions so that they are able to provide effective responses to situations that arouse emotions. Storytelling can support social and emotional development in children The aim of this research is to find out whether the use of storytelling methods is very effective in supporting social and emotional development in children.

Abstract

The idea behind the study project, "Use of Animation Film Media in Improving the Morals of Children Aged 5–6 Years at RA Al-Barkah Medan Helvetia," is that the morals of the participants at RA Al-Barkah are not yet in their best condition. The aims of this research were to: (1) determine the morals of children aged 5 to 6 years at RA Al-Barkah Medan Helvetia; (2) investigate the methods used to use animated films to improve moral development in this age group; and (3) determine whether animated film media can improve the morals of this age group. Planning, implementation, observation and reflection activities are part of the two-cycle Classroom Action Research (PTK) technique used in this research at RA Al-Barkah. Researchers use documentation and observation sheets to determine the improvements that have occurred. The research results show how the films Nussa and Rara raise children's moral standards. The increase in the proportion of children's moral markers in each cycle shows this result. There was an increase in cycle I, namely 6 children (40%) and 9 children (60%) who respectively did not experience development. The proportion of children's moral indicators increased in cycle II, namely 2 children (13.33%) who began to experience development and 13 children (86.66%) who experienced very good development. Therefore, animated films at RA Al-Barkah Medan Helvetia can help children aged five to six years to develop better morals.

Abstract

Children's social and emotional development from an early age is an important foundation for the formation of their character, attitudes and behavior in the future. This research aims to find out how parents in AekANGKAng Village, North Padang Lawas Regency, support and foster the social emotional development of their children during the Covid-19 pandemic. Using a phenomenological approach, this research examines in depth the experiences of parents and children in this context. The results show that parental guidance is very important in helping children's social emotional development and shaping their future direction. Actions that parents can take include: Taking an active role in their children's education during the pandemic, Scheduling time for activities with the family, Creating a safe and comfortable environment for family interaction. This research emphasizes the important role of parents in supporting children's social and emotional development, especially in challenging situations such as the Covid-19 pandemic. By providing special attention and creating a conducive environment, parents can help their children develop social and emotional skills that are important for their future.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: 1) the cognitive abilities of children aged 5-6 years before implementing traditional games (congklak) in Al-Ikhlas Tembung Kindergarten, Percut Sei District. 2) to determine the cognitive abilities of children aged 5-6 years through traditional games (congklak) at Al-Ikhlas Tembung Kindergarten, Percut Sei District. This type of research is in the form of Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research subjects were conducted at Al-Ikhlas Tembung Kindergarten, Percut Sei Tuan District, totaling 12 children. Increasing children's cognitive abilities in cycle I, namely by using traditional game media (congklak), there were 2 children (17%) with very good development criteria. In this cycle, the increase in children's cognitive abilities is considered to have not yet reached the indicators of success. In cycle II there was a significant increase in cognitive abilities, of the 12 children there were 10 children (83%) with the criteria for developing very well. In this cycle, children's cognitive abilities have been reached, namely 75%. Thus, it can be concluded that the cognitive abilities of children aged 5-6 years through traditional games (congklak) in Al-Ikhlas Tembung Kindergarten, Percut Sei Tuan District in cycle I to cycle II were obtained.

Abstract

Talking about education cannot be separated from the family environment. A harmonious family life is built with a good interaction system, so that education in the family runs conducively. Parents are figures who serve as examples for their children. The good and bad of children in the future depends on the role of parents in educating them. This research aims to describe: 1) Parental programs in instilling discipline in early childhood. 2) Steps taken by parents in instilling discipline in young children. 3) Motivation of parents in instilling discipline in young children. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. to find out and describe the reality of the event being studied so as to make it easier to obtain objective data. Based on the results of research at RA Ash-Sholihah, Medan Johor District, parents gave appreciation as a form of motivation for children's disciplinary attitudes in implementing the rules made. Then provide motivation in the form of words of praise like a great child, giving appreciation in the form of awards or prizes.

Abstract

Islamic management and leadership have an important role in improving organizational performance. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic management and leadership in improving organizational performance. This research uses quantitative methods with information collection techniques through questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of Islamic management and leadership has a positive impact on organizational performance.

Abstract

Digital religious education has emerged as a solution to strengthen individual character in the digital era, considering the rapid technological advancements and the high engagement of the younger generation in the online world. This study aims to analyze the role of digital religious education in shaping positive character, as well as the challenges related to the spread of negative content on digital platforms. Through a literature review, this research examines sources related to the influence of social media and technology in disseminating religious values, character strengthening, and the importance of digital literacy. The findings indicate that digital religious education has great potential to strengthen character through flexibility, interactivity, and the delivery of religious teachings relevant to contemporary challenges. However, challenges related to content quality and the spread of negative content remain major obstacles that need to be addressed through supervision and improved digital literacy. This study suggests the importance of collaboration between technology, religious education, and regulation in creating a digital environment that supports holistic character development.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations at SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh class V, it was found that the obstacle was that students faced difficulties in writing. Therefore, the problem of students with minimal skills in writing poetry is because students lack or have difficulty in giving opinions or statements in writing poetry. The evaluation of the research for this study is how to implement illustrated envelope media to improve the poetry writing skills of class V students of SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh? While the purpose of the study is to implement illustrated envelope media to improve the poetry writing skills of class V students of SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh.So the research method used is the experimental method which uses media that is implemented with pre-test and post-test questions for the first group. Data collection techniques are with pre-test and post-test. In starting to implement learning using media with a pre-test after that the media implementation will be carried out before the post-test is carried out. The results of the study can be obtained with illustrated envelope media to improve the poetry writing skills of class V students of SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh. The details of the significant t test (sig.4 tailed) are using the paired sample test formula 0.08 or 8. Therefore 0.00 <0.008 therefore the Ha acquisition is successful and Ho fails.So the acquisition of the t test value in the implementation of the illustrated envelope media is to improve the poetry writing skills of grade V students of SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the religious and moral values ​​program for early childhood at TK IT Bunayya 7 Laut Dendang Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang District. The research method in this thesis uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this research were class teachers, accompanying teachers and students at the IT Bunayya Kindergarten school 7 Laut Dendang Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang District. The process of data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research revealed that the implementation of religious and moral values ​​in early childhood at Kindergarten IT Bunayya 7 Laut Dendang Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang District includes the Qur'an Ilham Wa Ruhan Program, namely a program to teach children from an early age about the verses of Al -Quran. Apart from that, there is also an Al-Quran memorization program, namely a program for children to memorize verses of the Al-Quran that have been taught by their teachers and then deposit them with their respective teachers. Next there is the clean and charity Friday program, namely a cleanliness program starting from something as simple as cleaning your nails, body and clothes. Apart from that, children are also taught to clean the environment. Lastly, the eating habits habituation program, namely schools provide healthy food to children that does not contain micin, etc. Apart from that, the teacher also teaches good eating habits like the Sunnah of the Prophet.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi rendahnya kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an peserta didik SD Negeri 33 Kalumbuk Kota Padang pada tahap membaca huruf yang sering tertukar misalnya: Alif (ا ) dengan ‘Ain (ع), mad thabii misalnya: ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا dan huruf Muqatha’ah misalnya صٓ, قٓ , كٓهيعٓصٓ. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an peserta didik SDN 33 Kalumbuk Kota Padang pada tahap membaca dua huruf yang sering tertukar, mad tabii dan membaca huruf yang tidak ber harakat di awal surat sebelum menggunakan metode Asy-Syafi’i. 2) Untuk mengetahui kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an peserta didik SDN 33 Kalumbuk Kota Padang pada tahap membaca dua huruf yang sering tertukar, mad tabii dan membaca huruf yang tidak ber harakat di awal surat sesudah menggunakan metode Asy-Syafi’i. 3) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan metode Asy-Syafi’i terhadap kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an pada tahap membaca dua huruf yang sering tertukar, mad thabi’i dan membaca huruf yang tidak berharakat di awal surat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Quasi Eksperimen, dengan rancangan penelitian Pretest Postetest Control Group Design. Populasinya 38 Peserta Didik. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes lisan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an. Pengolahan data dengan cara uji prasyarat ilmiah dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa: 1) Kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an sebelum diterapkan metode Asy-Syafi’i sebagai berikut: a) Membaca dua huruf yang sering tertukar memperoleh rata-rata kelas ekperimen 77,65 dan kelas kontrol 65,28., b) mad thabii memperoleh rata-rata kelas eksperimen 67,25 dan kelas kontrol 69,17., c) Membaca huruf yang tidak berharakat di awal surat memperoleh rata-rata kelas eksperimen 68,50 dan kelas kontrol 61.11. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut kemampuan peserta didik masih berada dikategori rendah. 2) Kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an sesudah diterapkan metode Asy-Syafi’i sebagai berikut: a) Membaca dua huruf yang sering tertukar memperoleh rata-rata kelas ekperimen 77.90 dan kelas kontrol 65,27., b) mad thabii memperoleh rata-rata kelas eksperimen 83,55 dan kelas kontrol 69,16., c) Membaca huruf yang tidak berharakat di awal surat memperoleh rata-rata kelas eksperimen 83,55 dan kelas kontrol 69.11. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut kemampuan peserta didik meningkat setelah menggunakan metode Asy-Syafi’i. 3) Uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS V 20. Setelah dilakukan uji pretest dan posttest dengan Independent Sampel T-test diperoleh sig. (0,000 < 0,05). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Asy-Syafi’i berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an peserta didik SDN 33 Kalumbuk Kota Padang dengan skor rata-rata sebagai berikut: a) membaca dua huruf yang sering tertukar rata-rata kelas eksperimen 77,90 dan kelas kontrol 65,28., b) membaca mad thabii rata-rata kelas eksperimen 83,55 dan kontrol 69,17., c) membaca huruf yang tidak berharakat di awal surat rata-rata kelas eksperimen 80,40 dan kontrol 65,56.
