Abstract

There are several aspects of development in early childhood, namely one aspect that needs to be stimulated in early childhood is the aspect of social emotional development. The way to develop social emotional skills in early childhood is to implement the right strategy. The aim of this research is to find out what strategies are appropriate to implement with young children in learning. The data sources in this research are teachers and early childhood. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The technique used in this research is literature study. The research results show that there are many strategies that can be used in learning to develop the social emotional skills of early childhood, with the teacher's ability to implement these strategies in learning by adjusting the abilities of each student (early childhood). If the strategies given are correct, the social emotional skills of young children will also be able to develop optimally.

Abstract

Mentoring and strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) in the Independent Curriculum is a strategic step to form a generation with character in accordance with Pancasila values. Mentoring is carried out through training, monitoring, and evaluation involving educators, students, and madrasa stakeholders. The results show a significant increase in teachers' understanding and ability in designing and implementing P5. In addition, students showed positive developments in aspects of independence, social responsibility, and critical thinking skills in accordance with the Pancasila student profile. This study recommends continued support to make P5 an integral part of the madrasah learning culture in order to realize national education goals. This collaborative approach is expected to strengthen the achievement of national education goals in the Independent Curriculum, especially in the area of religious-based education.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate ways to enhance the social and emotional development of young children through Drill and video learning methods. The research topic covers the definition and importance of social-emotional development in young children, learning through Drill and video methods in young children, and strategies to enhance social-emotional development through Drill and video methods in young children. The method used in this research is qualitative with a literature study, using data sources such as journals and books published in the last 5 years. The results show that, first, social-emotional development in young children refers to the process by which children develop the ability to interact socially and manage their emotions effectively. This involves understanding and expressing emotions, developing social relationships, and adapting to their social environment. Second, learning through Drill and video methods is an effective way to encourage active participation, cooperation, and the development of social-emotional skills in young children. Through Drill and video learning methods, children can learn to interact, share, and collaborate while also developing cognitive and academic skills. Third, strategies to optimize the social-emotional development of young children through Drill and video learning methods include forming inclusive groups, facilitating positive interactions, developing social skills, cooperative games, facilitating emotional expression, positive feedback, and leadership concept building.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the impact of the Making Music game in supporting the physical-motor and cognitive development of early childhood children. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, testing the effect of the Making Music game on these developmental aspects. The study employs a pre-test and post-test design with a Paired Samples Test Design, comparing pretest and posttest scores after the children were exposed to the Making Music game. The study population consists of 22 children in class B at RA AN-NIDA’, with 12 boys and 10 girls. The sample was determined using total sampling. The results show that the Making Music game has a positive impact on the fine motor, gross motor, and cognitive development of the children, as evidenced by the increase in pretest and posttest scores. This study is expected to contribute to the development of enjoyable and effective play-based learning methods for early childhood growth and development.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of classroom management in enhancing creativity among young children. Early childhood creativity is a crucial aspect of their development that influences innovative thinking and problemsolving abilities. Effective classroom management has the potential to be a significant factor in facilitating and enhancing creativity among young children. A qualitative research method is utilized in this study, focusing on exploring classroom management practices that support the creativity of young children. This research will involve direct observations within classroom contexts, interviews with educators, and document analysis to understand effective classroom management practices. The findings of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the correlation between good classroom management and the development of creativity in young children. The implications of these research findings will offer practical guidance to educators in optimizing classroom management to support the development of creativity among young children.

Abstract

This study examines the use of regional languages, especially Suroboyoan language, in local television programs JTV as an effort to empower local wisdom. The Pojok Kampung program that uses Suroboyoan language as the language of news delivery is the main focus. The case study method is used with data collection through interviews, broadcast observations, and supporting documents. The results show that the use of regional languages ​​is effective in preserving local culture, strengthening community identity, and becoming a medium for expressing local wisdom. This program received a positive response from the community even though it caused controversy. In conclusion, JTV plays an important role in empowering local wisdom through regional languages ​​in its broadcasts.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the socio-emotional development of early childhood students at TK An-Nida and explore the involvement of parents and teachers in supporting the process. A descriptive qualitative method was used, involving direct observation and interviews. The results show that most children are at the "developing as expected" stage in terms of self-awareness, motivation, empathy, social skills, and self-regulation. However, challenges remain in emotional regulation and limited parental involvement in social-emotional learning activities at school. The study highlights the importance of synergy between school and family in creating an environment that supports optimal socio-emotional development in early childhood.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the socio-emotional development of children aged 5–6 years at TKQ Baiturrahman and to analyze the involvement of the school and parents in supporting this development. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation and interviews. The results show that most children have developed as expected in aspects such as empathy, social affiliation, conflict resolution, and positive habits. However, some children still require further guidance in understanding others' emotions and resolving conflicts peacefully. These findings align with the theories of Erikson, Goleman, and Wolfinger, emphasizing the importance of developing empathy, self-awareness, and social responsibility. The study recommends active collaboration between teachers and parents to foster a supportive environment for optimal socio-emotional development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the socio-emotional development of early childhood through observation and interviews at TK Harun Ar-Rasyid. Socio-emotional development is a crucial aspect of character formation and children's readiness for further education. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, employing direct observation, teacher interviews, and assessment instruments based on socio-emotional development indicators. The findings reveal that most children at TK Harun Ar-Rasyid have shown good progress in recognizing and expressing emotions, forming social relationships, and cooperating with peers. Teachers' roles and parental involvement significantly influence this development. However, challenges remain, such as inconsistent parenting patterns and limited parental time. Therefore, stronger collaboration between the school and families is necessary to create a supportive environment for the socio-emotional development of early childhood.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini, kami berharap dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang bagaimana guru PAI berketerlibatan dalam evaluasi sumatif di SD 25 Sungai Geingging dan bagaimana keterlibatan mereka membentuk karakter siswa dan pemahaman mereka tentang nilai-nilai agama. Semua ini berdampak pada perkembangan siswa secara menyeluruh dan mencerminkan pentingnya pendidikan agama dalam konteks pendidikan formal dan dampak positifnya pada siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan metode kualiatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe deskriptif kualitatif. Pengujian data yang digunakan adalah triagulasi yakni penggabungan antara teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Wawancara akan membantu menggali pandangan dan perspektif guru PAI, terkait keterlibatan guru PAI dalam evaluasi pembelajaran sumatif. Dokumen seperti pedoman evaluasi, hasil ujian, dan laporan evaluasi juga akan dianalisis. Dalam konteks ini, studi kasus tunggal digunakan dengan SD 25 Sungai Geinggingsebagai subjek penelitian utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi sumatif di SD 25 Sungai Geinggingmencerminkan pencapaian siswa secara komprehensif, termasuk pemahaman agama dan nilai-nilai moral, dan guru PAI memiliki keterlibatan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah ini. Evaluasi ini berketerlibatan penting dalam mengukur pencapaian siswa dan efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Keterlibatan guru agama dalam evaluasi sumatif melibatkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan analisis hasil ujian, memberikan umpan balik kepada siswa, dan membuat keputusan evaluasi.
