Abstract

Survei Kementerian Kesehatan dan UNICEF terhadap lebih dari 5.300 fasilitas kesehatan di Indonesia menunjukkan 84% layanan imunisasi anak terganggu akibat Covid-19. Laporan rutin Dinas Kesehatan Kota Padang Per Februari 2021 rata-rata pencapaian Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap hanya mencapai 62,6% dengan target 95%, padahal program imunisasi diberikan secara gratis oleh pemerintah di Puskesmas maupun Posyandu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi SMS Gateway guna meningkatkan kembali capaian imunisasi dan penguatan promosi kesehatan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi. Metode peneltian yaitu mixed methode. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu rancangan sistem Imunisasi Pintar berbasis SMS Gateway menjadi salah satu yang dapat mengingatkan orang tua dan memudahkan petugas dalam pencatatan pelaporan, serta sebagai evaluasi bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam memantau capaian imunisasi tiap bulannya. Rancangan aplikasi tersebut juga layak dikembangkan dengan terintegrasi dengan aplikasi lain seperti Whatsaap, Telegram, maupun Email. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan masukan dan pertimbangan dalam pembuatan aplikasi pengingat jadwal imunisasi dan penyebaran informasi kesehatan lainnya bagi orang tua dan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Imunisasi, Informasi, SMS Gateway, Covid-19, Kota Padang.

Abstract

AbstractIntroduction : Operating room eficiency can be assessed using 6 indicators, one of which is the delay in starting the first elective surgery. From the results of preliminary research in the operating room of the Central Surgical Installation (CSI) RSUD dr. Achmad Mochtar (RSAM) Bukittinggi in January and February 2019 showed that 81% of elective surgeries were delayed. Delay ranged from 30 minutes to several hours. Objective: To find out what causes the delay in begining the first elective surgery in the operating room of the Central Surgery Installation at RSAM in 2019 in terms of input, process and output.Method: Qualitative research using the Framework Analysis method was conducted in the operating room of the CSI RSAM. The study began in April until October 2019Conclusion: The reason for the delay in begining the surgery in terms of HR input is that the leadership in CSI is not maximized, lack of discipline and commitment of the operator doctor and anesthesiologist, the anesthesiologist's schedule is not optimized, lack of registration officers, no optimal settings for radiographer for operating rooms and the lack of skills. The problem with SOP inputs is that there are still incomplete SOPs and not yet optimal implementation of existing SOPs. In the infrastructure input the problem is in the distance from the patient's ward to the operating room, CSSD is not integrated to the operating room and picking up surgery clothes and linen to CSSD is late. From the process factor, there are obstacles in the process of delivering patients to the operating room, the arrival time of the surgeon/operator and anesthesiologist are behind schedule, the lack of optimal monitoring and evaluation, and the lack of optimal implementation of reward and punishment. Output shows that from 40 firsts surgery schedules, 35 surgeries were delayed (87.5%) and only 5 operations were carried out on time according to the schedule (12.5%).Keywords:  Efficiency, Operating Room, Monitoring, Reward, Punishment

Abstract

Proses keputusan untuk memilih rawat inap bagi pelanggan bukanlah hal yang mudah. Banyak faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan untuk rawat inap di suatu rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pelanggan (pasien) dalam memilih rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Padang tahun 2012.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode field survey. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina pada bulan Januari dan Februari 2012. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner yang kemudian diolah dengan regresi linier berganda dalam metode enter, dimana hasil yang tidak signifikan dikeluarkan satu-persatu sampai mendapatkan variabel yang paling signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan untuk memilih dirawat inap di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina.Pada penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa semua variable bauran pemasaran mempengaruhi keputusan memilih sebesar 80,5%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh sebab lain yang tidak ikut diteliti. Namun dari ketujuh variabel pemasaran yang diuji, ada 3 (tiga) variabel yang sangat mempengaruhi pelanggan dalam memilih. variabel tersebut, yaitu: price, people, dan physical evidence. Diharapkan kepada Rumah Sakit  Ibnu Sina Padang untuk menurunkan biaya layanan bagi pasien sesuai dengan staus sosial ekonomi masyarakat disekitar wilayah Rumah Sakit dan meningkatkan kualitas bukti fisik layanan kesehatan seperti peralatan yang representatif, interior bangunan yang asri, eksterior bangunan, fasilitas parkir, kantin, bank, dan jaminan keamanan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang. Promosi kesehatan merupakan proses memandirikan masyarakat untuk merubah perilaku kesehatannya. Leaflet dan video dipilih sebagai media promosi kesehatan karena bernilai praktis dalam penyaluran informasi. Objektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas media promosi kesehatan leaflet dengan video TOSS TB terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Andalas. Metode. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasy experimental dengan non-equivalen control group design. Terdiri dari tiga kelompok penelitian (kelompok leaflet, video, dan kontrol) dengan jumlah sampel 144. Analisis data dengan analisis univariat dan uji Mann Whitney serta uji Kruskal Wallis untuk analisis bivariat dengan kemaknaan statistik p < 0,05. Hasil. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan masyarakat sebelum diberi intervensi memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik dan sikap positif sebesar 85,42% dan 68,75%. Setelah diberikan intervensi menjadi 92,36% dan 74,30%. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan terdapat perubahan signifikan sebelum dengan sesudah diberikan intervensi dengan perubahan rata-rata pengetahuan pada kelompok leaflet, video, dan kontrol adalah 0,588, 0,710, 0,114, dengan p value = 0,000. Serta pada sikap adalah 0,289, 0,477, 0,102, dengan p value = 0,000. Kesimpulan. Media leaflet dan video berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap TOSS TB masyarakat dimana media video merupakan media yang paling efektif. Abstract

Menopause is the end of menstruation cycle and reproduction period for women. A woman is entering postmenopausal if she doesn’t get menstruation for 12 months or more. As menopause, estrogen and progesteron hormone decreased. Decrease of progesteron and estrogen level followed by clinical change in oral cavity which gets risk gingivitis and influence oral hygiene. This study aims to know the relation between oral hygiene of postmenopausal women and the incidence of gingivitis in Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) in Kecamatan Lubuk Alung Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The design of this study is the Cross Sectional Study. This study was conducted to 53 postmenopausal women in Kelompok Wanita Tani in Kecamatan Lubuk Alung Kabupaten Padang Pariaman in Desember 2012. The data was collected through questionnaires and examinations of OHIS index and gingival index by chi-square analysis. The results showed that the majority (43,4%) postmenopausal women in Kelompok Wanita Tani had a moderate oral hygiene and also (45,3%) had a moderate of gingivitis. The gum looks pale or red about (75,5%) and easy to bleed about (56,6%). All of postmenopausal women in Kelompok Wanita Tani in Kecamatan Lubuk Alung Kabupaten Padang Pariaman got gingivitis althought they had good oral hygiene

Abstract

Implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) in Padang’s Hospital has started since 1 January 2014. In practice JKN implement tiered referral system of first-level health facilities to advanced-level health facilities to meet the needs of the patient. This study aimed to compare the level of patient visits before and after JKN and to determine the causes of the referral hospital, especially in Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital and dr. Rasidin Regional Public Hospital Padang.This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection was done by taking the primary data from hospitals and depth interviews with dentists and patients at first-level health facilities and advanced. Data processing is done by reducing the data, presentation of data, drawing conclusions, and analysis of data.The results showed that the level of patient visits Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital increased while at the dr. Rasidin Regional Public Hospital Padang decreased. Level visits patients in Yos Sudarso Padang Hospital increased due to the lack of expertise and infrastructure at the first level of health care. While at dr. Rasidin Regional Public Hospital Padang level of patient visits decreased due to distant location of the hospital and the lack of transportation to the hospital.JKN implementation has been running quite optimal, but still there are patients who complain of difficulty in obtaining health services, especially in the first-level health facilities.

Abstract

Nanofiller has been used these years because it has smooth particles which will give good effect in esthetic. Failure or success of restoration depends on shade stability. The stability depends on adequate polymerization. Curing process is an important aspect to initiate polymerization. The aim of this study was to evaluate the differences of the shade between nanofiller composite resin irradiation with different curing time and also the effect of different curing time on shade of nanofiller resin composite immersed in tea solution. This research used 60 disks with 6 mm in diameter and 2 mm in thickness composite for 6 kind of acts. Group are cured for 20, 30, and 40 seconds that soaked in artificial saliva for 24 hours at 37oC and also in tea solution for 72 hours. The gradation of the shade were measured with spectrophotometry. The statistical analysis that used two way Anova showed that there was no significantly difference in shade of nanofiller composite resin irradiated with different curing times that soaked in tea solution (p>0,05) and there were significantly differences among irradiation in 20 seconds soaked in tea and saliva with irradiation group of 30 and 40 seconds (p<0.05).

Abstract

Maxillofacial fractures or facial fractures are discontinuity of the facial bone. Maxillofacial fractures are the most common cause traffic accidents. RSUP. M. Djamil is the main referral hospital in the city. That can be found at RSUP. DR. M. Djamil Padang. To determine the characteristics of maxillofacial fractures in RSUP. M. D jamil Padang in 2014- 2016.The type of this research is Obsevational Descriptive by using a retrospective design, there are 78 samples takenmfrom medical records. As for the sampling technique, we use simple random sampling. This study was conducted with a sample based on the data group maxillofacial fractures based on the type of fracture, the patient’s age, gender, aetiology and treatment. Then, the tabulation and presentation of data using SPSS version 22.0. there are 78 patients from 350 patients who suffered maxillofacial fractures. The highest number of 27 patients (34,6%) had multiple fractures, 61 patients (78,2%) experienced by men, most in the age 11-20 years as many as 36 patients (46,2%), the highest caused by traffic accident 75 patients (96,2%), the most performed treatment was closed reduction 39 patients (50%).Traffic accidents are the leading cause of maxillofacial fractures. Based on the type of fractures more patients suffered multiple fractures being experienced at the age of 11-20 years. The most performed treatment was closed reduction. Abstract

JKN is a program implemented through Indonesian government policy to ensure the health. One of the targets in the development of JKN is patient satisfaction. In JKN system, there are high rise of health service. The primary health service starts from FKTP. Puskesmas Andalas and Simpang Anduring Clinic is a FKTP who collaborated with BPJS Kesehatan. In a structure service of JKN, consist of three services. There is primary service, secondary service and tertiary service. Oral health service included primary service. The purpose of this research to know the description of satisfaction JKN patient of service dental care in Puskesmas Andalas and Simpang Anduring Clinic, Padang. The size of the sample is 210 respondents using a consecutive sampling technique. The Result of this research showed reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles in Puskesmas Andalas and Simpang Anduring Clinic still not good seen form 5 dimensions of quality service. The conclusion is seen from 5 dimensions of quality service, Puskesmas Andalas and Simpang Anduring Clinic still not got enough in providing services. Viewed by comparison betweetn Puskesmas Andalas and Simpang Anduring Clinic, satisfied of JKN patients in Puskesmas Andalas is higher than Simpang Anduring Clinic.

Abstract

The main issue of outpatient services at the Hospital in Padang-West Sumatra is the lack of use of Visual Management Tools (VMT). VMT is a tool to monitor service bottlenecks such as long waiting times. The devotee has designed an application-based VMT. This community service aims to assess the level of user satisfaction related to the application. Activities were carried out by socializing, designing, simulating and evaluating the application that can be downloaded on the Playstore. The target group was hospital officers and patients. They were trained to use the application and then evaluated. The sample consists of 80 people. The result of the community service was the training of officers related to several VMT tools in the form of Value Stream Map, Eight waste, Five why's, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Outpatient Service Applications. The variables were usability, ease of use, ease of learning, display quality, user-friendliness, completeness of information and flexibility. The level of satisfaction was in the category of satisfied and very satisfied. It was recommended to use modules to facilitate patient understanding using applications and services in hospitals.
