Abstract

The amendment of Law Number 1 of 1974 to Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage, especially Article 7 paragraph (1) concerning the age of marriage for the prospective bride, is equal to the age of the prospective groom, which is 19 years. Meanwhile, young age is that the prospective brides are still under 19 years old. This has indeed been required by the legislators so that the prospective bride and groom have a mature mindset and do not easily marry and divorce in married life but in reality what happens in society can cause new problems, namely the prospective bride and groom together. The objectives of this study were to find out the consistency of the application of article 7 of Law Number 16 of 2019, amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 regarding the incidence of marriage at a young age, and to determine the impact of marriage at a young age and some of the problems that accompany it. The method of this study was the Juridical Empirical method or sociological research. This research was carried out either through observation and interviews in the form of a Religious Court Decision Letter regarding marriage permits. This was done and demonstrated through data in the field, the point of an empirical approach as a social-cultural reality. The result of this research showed that the consistency of the application of article 7 paragraph 1 regarding the age limit in marriage as stipulated in Law Number 16 of 2019 as a result of the Amendment of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage was still not fully implemented. It was proven that there were still many people who not yet aware of the consequences of young marriage. The impact of young marriage was very large from various points of view.

Abstract

Walaupun tetanus merupakan penyakit yang dapat dicegah, tetanus masih terjadi akibat defisiensi vaksinasi. Tetanus fatal pada sebagian pasien dan kematian terjadi dalam 2-30 hari. Pengetahuan dan kesadaran petugas kesehatan, terutama departemen gawat darurat perlu disegarkan secara berkesinambungan. Tatalaksana luka, TIG, antibiotik, dan toksoid tetanus sama pentingnya dengan imunisasi primer. Disusun artikel ini yang membahas mengenai terapi tetanus imunoglobulin khususnya pada anak dengan tetanus.

Abstract

Large Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic have raised significant problems for the world of education. The impact received by students is very large, especially mathematics education students. Subjects that are known to be difficult need to be studied properly by students. So that it creates psychological pressure on individual students. The method used in this research is data collection through interviews and questionnaires. Abstract

Tarai Bangun Hamlet IV, Tarab Mulya Village is a village located in Kampar Regency where the majority of the people come from the Minang and Javanese tribes. They like to eat fatty foods that trigger an increase in body fat levels. This service is carried out with the aim of helping people who experience high blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid levels with the phlebotomy technique (fasdhu). The method used is to provide health education, followed by checking blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid. High levels are then performed Fasdhu. Based on the examination of blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid checks on 37 respondents, it was found that 10 respondents had high levels. Fasdhu treatment was carried out on respondents who had blood sugar levels of 163 mg/dl, cholesterol 240.75 mg/dl and uric acid 8.95 mg/dl. After fasdhu treatment, the levels decreased to 107 mg/dl, 200 mg/dl and 7.15 mg/dl, respectively. Based on this treatment, it was concluded that the phlebotomy technique (fasdhu) could be recommended as an effort to reduce blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid levels.

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum requires students to be able to develop thinking skills in the learning process, one of which is critical thinking skills. Critical thinking skills must be supported by the use of appropriate learning resources, namely electronic worksheets based on critical thinking skills on motion system material. This study aims to produce electronic student worksheets (LKPD) oriented to critical thinking skills as a learning resource on quality human motion system material. This research was conducted at the Biology Education Study Program, FKIP Riau University, SMA Negeri Plus Riau Province and SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru in February 2021 – September 2021. The subject of this research is basic competencies 3.4 human movement system material for class XI SMA. The type of research used is the ADDIE Research and Development model. The instrument used is a validation sheet. The validation sheet consists of 3 aspects, namely the content feasibility aspect, the pedagogic aspect and the design aspect. The average result of the validation of the electronic LKPD based on critical thinking skills based on the three aspects is 3.68 with a very valid category. These three aspects include content feasibility aspects with an average of 3.68, pedagogic aspects with an average of 3.57, design aspects with an average of 3.81. The aspect that gets the highest score is the design aspect with an average score of 3.81 which is in the very valid category. The results showed that the electronic LKPD oriented critical thinking skills as a learning resource on the human movement system material has been successfully developed and is of good quality and is feasible to be used as a learning resource.Key Words : Critical Thingking, Student Worksheets, ADDIE

Abstract

HOTS questions are given by teachers in learning with the hope that students will be able to think at a higher level. The aim of this research is to obtain a profile of mathematics teachers' thinking in solving HOTS problems. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The research subjects were SMA/SMK/MA teachers who worked and lived in Madiun, Magetan, Ngawi, and Ponorogo. Data collection uses tests and in-depth interviews. Source and time triangulation is used to obtain valid data. Categorization, reduction, and coding are used for data analysis so that conclusions can be drawn. Mathematics teachers solve HOTS problems by understanding, planning, implementing, and checking again. When understanding, mathematics teachers take the information contained in the problem given and bring it into mathematical form. At the understanding stage, teachers can identify the suitability of problems with their knowledge, such as linear programming problems. This is done by considering possible answers according to the information available on the problem. When implementing, according to the choices decided, the teacher carries out the plan. Implementation of the plan is the teacher's answer to solving the given HOTS problem. When rechecking, in general, perhaps because of the hassle, some mathematics teachers do not recheck answers. Only after there has been a discussion do most math teachers check their answers again. At this stage, it is possible for the teacher to find doubts and decide on confidence in the answer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Tanjung Alam Sejahtera di Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 82 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 38,5% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,071 > 1,990). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 49,0% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (8,758 > 1,990). Pelatihan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 9,303 + 0,305X1 + 0,465X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 55,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,4% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (49,407 > 2,720)

Abstract

This paper proposed adsorbent development by synthesizing polyurethane foam (PUF) using a simple method, mixing polyol with isocyanate and adding fillers of bentonite and magnetite to the PUF matrix. The study's main objective was to produce a PUF-based adsorbent with high reactivity to removeHg2+ in wastewater. This bentonite and magnetite filler-modified polyurethane foam (BMPUF) adsorbent was fixed in a bed column for the adsorption of mercury (II) ions from an aqueous solution. The effect of initial Hg2+ concentration on the removal rate and the effect of contact time on adsorption efficiency was investigated. Langmuir, Freundlich, and BET non-linear models were taken into account to determine the best adsorption isotherm fitting and obtain adsorption capacity, intensity, and pore volume. As a result, it followed the non-linear Freundlich model, and the average adsorption capacity and intensity were 0.466 mg/g and 0.923, respectively. The average BET-based pore volume obtained was 0.782 L/mg. The kinetics study showed that the non-linear pseudo-first-order kinetics model was more suitable for describing the Hg2+ adsorption kinetics. The maximum equilibrium adsorption capacity was 1.770 mg/g with the adsorption rate of 0.0013 min-1 based on the non-linear model. The effect of varying bentonite and magnetite ratio on adsorption isotherm and kinetics was also investigated. Overall, the potential application of BMPUF adsorbent in the adsorption of mercury (II) ions was demonstrated in the current study.

Abstract

Abstrak Internet Of Thing adalah pemanfaatan internet sangat menyebar luas di berbagai bidang kesehatan, pengaturan lalulintas, keselamatan berkendaran, energi dan industri.. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi informasi untuk menghitung volume kendaraan di jalan raya yang biasanya dilakukan secara manual dengan menempatkan orang sebagai pencatat jumlah lalulintas yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara merekam video pergerakan lalulintas dengan kamera handphone yang disimpan dalam frame berformat mp4. Penghitungan dilakukan di kantor dengan menggunakan bantuan program yang dibuat menggunakan fasilitas perangkat lunak python, opencv dan yoloV5. Penghitungan volume lalulintas dilakukan dengan memasang kotak penghitung dan volume lalulintas dicatat dalam format excel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengambilan video pada lokasi jalan Transyogi-Cibubur di pos jembatan penyeberangan Mall Ciputra, Cibubur, Jawa Barat. Dengan memanfaatkan video hasil rekaman arus lalu lintas menggunakan dataset gambar yang dihasilkan oleh video hasil rekaman diperoleh untuk empat kategori objek yaitu motor, mobil, bus dan truk. Hasil dari penelitian ini  diperoleh kenyataan bahwa dengan metode YOLOv8 dapat mengenali objek dari video rekaman dengan baik. Hasil ketelitian yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan YOLO untuk deteksi volume kendaraan yang mempunyai akurasi pengukuran  sepeda motor 91,9 %, mobil penumpang 98,6% , bus 86,7%  dan   86,6%.Kata kunci: IoT, lalulintas, yolov5, python, jalan tol, opencv

Abstract

Filariasis dikenal sebagai penyakit menular menahun yang disebabkan oleh infeksi cacing filaria, Culex Sp. sebagai vektor utama. Upaya untuk menanggulangi sebaran nyamuk salah satunya menggunakan insektisida kimia, namun penggunaannya dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi manusia dan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, alternatif yang lebih aman dan ramah lingkungan seperti penggunaan insektisida nabati perlu dieksplorasi misalnya menggunakan ekstrak biji duku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi ekstrak biji duku (Lansium domesticum Corr) dalam mengendalikan populasi nyamuk Culex Sp. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen laboratorium dengan desain penelitian "Post Test Only Control Group Design". Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsentrasi 15%  mortalitas larva mencapai 76%, konsentrasi 10% menjadi 46%, sedangkan konsentrasi 5%  persentase kematian larva adalah 26%. Pada kontrol positif kematian larva Culex Sp. sebesar 100%, dan kontrol negatif yang tidak menunjukkan adanya kematian larva Culex Sp., dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak biji duku memiliki potensi yang signifikan dalam membunuh larva Culex Sp. Penemuan ini menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak biji duku dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam pengendalian populasi nyamuk Culex Sp. Selain itu, penggunaan insektisida nabati seperti ekstrak biji duku juga memiliki keunggulan dalam hal keamanan dan keberlanjutan lingkungan, sehingga dapat menjadi solusi yang lebih baik dalam upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian filariasis.
