Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is a framework established and implemented since the 2022/2023 academic year through the Decree of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 56/M/2022 concerning Guidelines for Curriculum Implementation. Implementing the Independent Curriculum significantly affects various aspects, especially selecting appropriate learning media. Based on the results of interviews and findings from field observations, many teachers have not made maximum use of existing technology in the learning process. Creative teachers need to develop interesting learning media for students because the independent curriculum is closely related to innovation. This community service activity aims to effectively train teachers at SMPN 1 Mempura, Siak Regency, to implement media-based learning according to the Independent Curriculum. The methods used in this service include socialization and guidance in designing and utilizing iSpring Suite media. The process consists of five stages: analysis, preparation, implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The participants included 15 teachers at SMPN 1 Mempura, Siak Regency. The output of this activity was assessed through improvements in pretest and posttest results, as well as satisfaction surveys. The findings showed that 1) participants' knowledge increased by 39%, with an average pretest score of 61 and an average posttest score of 85, and 2) the results of the satisfaction survey showed that 93% of participants gave a positive response by categorizing their responses as very good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja non fisik dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan pada PT Swakarsa Wira Mandiri Gunungsindur Bogor. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif, yaitu mengunakan 98 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan uji instrumen, uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, serta hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji f. Hasil persamaan regresi Y = 10,748 + 0,424X1 + 0,534X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi diperoleh sebesar 0,665 artinya variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki tingkat pengaruh yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi atau pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 73,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 26,9% dipengaruhi variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil hipoteis secara parsial variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik (X1) diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (21,931 > 1,985), hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,005. Dengan demikian pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel motivasi (X2) diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (14,699 > 1,985), hal tersebut diperkuat juga dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0,005. Dengan demikian lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara simultan diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau (37,747 > 3,090), hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan probability signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara lingkungan kerja non fisik dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Swakarsa Wira Mandiri Gunungsindur Bogor.

Abstract

Pembelajaran dengan Kurikulum Merdeka memberi kebebasan bagi guru dan siswa untuk mengelola proses belajar, khususnya pada fase E yang menuntut respons terhadap isu lingkungan dan iklim. Hutan penting dalam mitigasi perubahan iklim melalui penyerapan CO₂, sehingga pengukuran serapan karbon menjadi dasar kebijakan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini mengukur serapan karbon di Hutan Kota Pulau Bungin menggunakan metode non-destruktif dan merancang handout perubahan iklim berbasis data tersebut dengan model ADDIE, divalidasi ahli materi dan media. Hasil menunjukkan 22 spesies pohon dengan nilai serapan karbon 2,76 ton/ha, terutama dari durian, trembesi, mahoni, gaharu, dan luwingan. Handout dinyatakan sangat valid (skor 3,38) dan layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran biologi SMA guna meningkatkan kesadaran mitigasi lingkungan. Pengelolaan hutan dan penggunaan handout perlu ditingkatkan dan dipantau untuk efektivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan data ilmiah dengan pembelajaran inovatif sesuai tujuan Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Religion, which serves as a system of social beliefs and norms, is often used by leaders to acquire and maintain power. The study shows that legitimacy gained through religion can strengthen political control, as seen in the Iranian context after the 1979 Islamic Revolution. On the other hand, religion is also a tool for mass mobilization in social movements, such as Action 212 in Indonesia. While religion can strengthen social solidarity, it also has the potential to spark conflict, especially when associated with national identity, as in India. Qualitative methods are used to examine the complex relationship between religion and politics, including the influence of religious values in policymaking. The findings suggest that the relationship between religion and politics is dynamic, and can serve as a source of stability or conflict, depending on the existing social and cultural context.

Abstract

The Hikayat Prang Sabi (Acehnese Saga) is a literary work known to contain historical and religious narratives that are full of the struggles of the Acehnese people. This study aims to reveal more about the Hikayat Prang Sabi, especially the historical and religious narratives as a means of mobilization in the social movements that occurred in Aceh. The research method uses literature studies from previous journals as qualitative research. The findings show that the Hikayat Prang Sabi contains themes such as struggle and resistance against the colonizers, and also contains religious values such as jihad, love of the homeland, piety and tawakal. The historical and religious narratives contained in this story are known to be able to inspire the Acehnese people to move in order to raise the spirit of carrying out social movements. Several social movements that are rooted in the struggle of the Acehnese people against the colonizers or the struggle to defend the truth of Islam are the Aceh War, or the Free Aceh Movement (GAM). From this social movement, it is known to have had an impact on various aspects of life in Aceh such as social, political, and cultural aspects.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor in achieving organizational goals, and it is influenced by various internal factors, including the work environment and organizational culture. This research was conducted to examine whether the work environment and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect, either partially or simultaneously, on employee performance. The study was motivated by the observation that a supportive work environment and strong organizational values are often linked to higher productivity and employee engagement. This research used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consisted of all production department employees at PT. Setya Kuliner Mandiri Jakarta, totaling fifty individuals. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, where the entire population was involved as the sample. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The data testing stages included descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis (both partial and simultaneous tests). The results showed that both the work environment and organizational culture had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These findings imply that management should continuously enhance the physical, psychological, and social aspects of the work environment, and reinforce organizational values to foster better performance among employees.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to transfer knowledge on how to maximize operationalization and become a member of the media. Open stalls and Online Business Training in order to increase sales of products and services offered by utilizing open stall applications. The method used is in the form of presentation of material in the form of presentation theory and practice to become a member and market the product. The method of activity used is in collaboration with Karang Taruna and looking for problems in the place so that it can provide the right solution in motivating members who are business people in Karang Taruna. After the analysis, we provide training in the form of materials and practices that aim to develop the ability to increase marketing via bukalapak media (online) for members of Karang Taruna Lingkungan The results of the activity showed that prior to the implementation of the PKM, the members of Karang Taruna Lingkungan were not familiar with the terms related to product marketing via online media, but after the implementation of the activities the Karang Karanguna can understand the basics of operating and becoming a member of the media. Open simple stalls. PKM activities play a positive role in increasing the knowledge and skills of participants in creating an Online Business account.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to help businesses in promoting UMKM products in the Kelurahan Paninggilan Utara Ciledug. The method of community service activities begins with the preparation and field survey stages. The survey phase began with a direct discussion with the head of RT 001/013 Paninggilan Utara Urban Ciledug City to identify the needs, opportunities and challenges faced by UMKM entrepreneurs. Then, the socialization and training stage is carried out by the team. At this stage there are five things carried out by the service team, namely (1) explaining how to make attractive products, (2) finding a strategic location for businesses (3) making promotional content that is easily remembered by customers (4). And how to distribute the product so that it can reach the customer. (5). Online marketing. The results of the community service activities are as follows: Participants' knowledge in this case the residents of Kelurahan Paninggilan Utara Ciledug regarding marketing strategies prior to the majority PKM activities were in the category of not understanding. After the PKM activities are carried out and the presentation of the material is delivered, it is known that the participant's knowledge of the marketing strategy after it is delivered is increasingly increasing.
